The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia was an unprecedented disaster. This catastrophic condition occurs almost all over the world which has a big impact on the economy. DKI Jakarta Province as the nation's capital has become the epicenter or center for the spread of the virus. The current economic condition of society requires everyone to "survive". This community service has presented an entrepreneurship training activity for PT Mandiri Utama Ruslim employees who are affected by this pandemic condition so that they prepare themselves to start their business. The activity was carried out in the form of a webinar on entrepreneurship to prepare employees in the COVID-19 pandemic situation.This PKM program is in the form of entrepreneurship training in the New Normal Era with employees of PT Mandiri Utama Ruslim in Tangerang. Tarumanagara University as an entrepreneur campus that helps provide funds for the implementation of this community service activity. Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia merupakan bencana yang tidak pernah diduga sebelumnya. Kondisi bencana ini terjadi hampir di seluruh dunia yang membawa dampak besar bagi perekonomian. Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara telah menjadi episentrum atau pusat bagi penyebaran virus tersebut. Kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sekarang ini menuntut tiap orang untuk “bertahan hidup”. Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah menghadirkan suatu kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi karyawan PT Mandiri Utama Ruslim yang terdampak akan kondisi pandemik ini agar mereka mempersiapkan diri untuk memulai usahanya. Kegiatan dilakukan berupa webinar tentang kewirausahaan untuk mempersiapkan para karyawan dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19. Program PKM ini berupa Pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam Era New Normal dengan kepada karyawan PT Mandiri Utama Ruslim di Tangerang. Universitas Tarumanagara sebagai kampus entrepreneur yang membantu penyediaan dana demi terselenggaranya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.

The Covid-19 pandemic which has lasted for about 2 years has had a negative impact in almost all parts of the world, including in this partner communities. This community service activity aims to provide training to partner communities regarding the manufacture of one of the ecoenzyme diversification products in the form of an eco-handsanitizer. This activity has a sequence of situation analysis of partner communities, counseling and training on making eco-handsanitizer, and evaluation. The evaluation results showed that the community partners can make eco-handsanitizers after this outreach.

In general, the residents of RT 004 RW 03 have a level of education at the junior and senior high school levels. This is due to the economic factors and the absence of encouragement from parents for their children to continue their education to a higher level. Moreover, women who do not continue their education at school are unemployed or decide to become housewives, because they do not have the skills to live independently. Most of the mothers are only housewives who only take care of their children and husbands. This condition cannot improve the economic condition of the family that is not fixed and coupled with the high economic burden that requires each family to be able to think creatively in order to survive amid the economic pressure. The objectives of this community service activity included: Assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment in the formation of business groups, assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment on how to utilize and cultivate the broiler rabbits as a small entrepreneur. The implementation of this training activity was expected to help in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in rabbit cultivation for underprivileged people through the formation of a small business group of women of Family Welfare and Empowerment and in the form of published scientific articles. Abstrak Warga masyarakat yang berada di RT 004 RW 03 pada umumnya adalah lulusan SMP dan SMU. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi dan tidak adanya dorongan dari orang tua agar anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Terlebih anak perempuan yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah akhirnya menganggur atau hidup berumah tangga, karena mereka tidak mempunyai bekal keterampilan untuk bisa hidup mandiri. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang hanya mengurusi anak dan suaminya. Kondisi ini tidak dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, penghasilan yang tidak tetap dan ditambah beban ekonomi yang tinggi menuntut setiap keluarga untuk dapat berfikir kreatif agar dapat bertahan hidup ditengah himpitan ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Membantu Ibu PKK dalam pembentukan kelompok usaha yang harus dibentuk, membantu Ibu PKK dalam cara pemanfaatan dan pengolahan kelinci pedaging sebagai wirusaha kecil. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha budidaya kelinci bagi masyarakat prasejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil ibu PKK dan berupa luaran artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

The high unemployment rate is a fundamental problem in employment in our country, where the new workforce that is added is far greater than the increase in employment. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, and unemployment can also affect the level of the economy. At the beginning of 2020, world economic growth experienced a decline due to the coronavirus disease outbreak, this coronavirus (covid-19) had an impact on economic growth in the form of a decline in the level of the world economy, including Indonesia. Seeing conditions like this, special attention is needed for alumni to prepare students for the world of work. This community service is carried out in the form of training on strategies for finding and applying for jobs, the problem solving framework provided is by providing training so that it can increase knowledge and insight to job seekers college alumni about srategies for finding and applying for jobs.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to college alumni so that they have the readiness to find and apply for jobs. This community service activity is carried out virtually online online in the form of training and guidance. The target is college alumni who will definitely be involved in the activity of finding and applying for jobs, at the initial stage the presenter will deliver a theoretical presentation accompanied by realistic examples. The spread of Covid-19 has become one of the people's concerns, starting in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of 2019 when this virus was discovered, the spread of the virus that the antidote has not yet been found is now out of control. More than 200 countries in the world have reported that their people have contracted the Covid-19 virus. Corona Virus Disease 19 has been declared a Global Public Health Emergency by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020. Conditions in Indonesia until Thursday, November 30, 2020, the number of people who tested positive for Covid-19 reached 538,883 cases, 450,518 people recovered and 16,945 of them died. This figure will continue to increase in line with the opinion of some epidemiologists and statistics that a pandemic outbreak will not end quickly. The purpose of this community service activity is to realize one of the contents of Presidential Instruction Number 4 of 2020, namely "Rrefocussing activities, reallocation of budgets and procurement of goods and services in order to accelerate the handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)", namely by making and distributing fluids. Disinfectant that is safe and environmentally friendly and recommended by the BPOM and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help people face the New Normal era. The result of this service activity is a disinfectant liquid that is safe and environmentally friendly and is able to anticipate the spread of covid-19 and increase public awareness of the Covid-19 Virus in the face of the New Normal era.

Covid-19 is one of the outbreaks whose spread is very significant in human life today, almost all circles discuss and anticipate this outbreak in various ways, some are washing their hands all the time using soap, some are cleaning their hands by using a hand sanitizer, some even do sports and maintain their diet so that their immunity is maintained during this pandemic. Given that Covid-19 is transmitted through physical contact and regardless of age and sex. Therefore, apart from exercising and adjusting our diet, we are also obliged to have adequate rest. In this community service activity aimed at Karang Taruna to participate in the socialization of "The Importance of Social Distancing and Preventing Lifestyles in Efforts to Break the Chain of Covid-19 Spread in Tarowang Village, Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency". The method used is door-to-door socialization with attention to distance when communicating with the community with partners, namely Tarowang Village Youth Organization, Tarowang District. As a result of this activity, the community and Karang Taruna take part in participating and getting the benefits of social distancing and a healthy lifestyle.

The number of Covid 19 cases is increasing and cannot be ignored considering the increase every day continues to increase. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on various fields, especially the economy. To avoid the increasing number of sufferers, the government limits activities that cause crowds, maintains distance and maintains hygenicity in the community in carrying out daily activities known as health protocol regulations. The behavior and actions of the community must change completely from the usual actions that are often carried out, for that it is necessary to have socialization on how to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 by implementing the health protocol that has been advised by the government. The purpose of this community service activity is to remind and help public understanding of the implementation of health protocols during the Covid 19 pandemic. The form of activities is in the form of counseling, giving hand sanitizers and masks. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about Covid-19 can be overcome by providing knowledge, through socialization about the importance of implementing this activity protocol in order to help people face New normal conditions, by helping people live by complying with health protocols. The results of the activity obtained the enthusiasm of the residents in following the activity until the end with the many questions asked. The number of people with HIV/AIDS in the world is increasing. The introduction of HIV/AIDS in the early adolescent phase needs to be done with a language approach that is easy to be understood and remembered. One of them is the approach to vocabulary recognition in the field of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity was to discover the application of HIV/AIDS introduction through HIV/AIDS vocabularies. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which began with pre-test, the provision of HIV/AIDS vocabulary materials through power points and distribution of HIV/AIDS vocabulary sheets. This experiment was ended by doing post-test. The final results showed an increase in the average score of 26.71% with significancy 0,00&lt;0,05.. Thus, the introduction of HIV/AIDS through HIV/AIDS vocabularies is an effective effort to facilitate the early introduction of HIV/AIDS on to students in their early adolescent to avoid the dangers of HIV/AIDS.<br /><br />

This community service activity aims to increase the teacher's knowledge of herbarirum learning media, and in the end the teacher can make a herbarium that can be used in the biology learning process. The main target of this dedication is biology teachers at MTs Dharut Tayyibin Batu Jai. The activity method in the form of training was then followed by making a herbarium from plants and samples brought by students from their homes or their neighborhoods. Based on the results of the evaluation and the responses of the teacher and students, they showed great enthusiasm for the activity and it was proven by the participation of students and teachers until this activity was completed. The teacher as the main target shows that their ability to make herbarium increases, the herbarium made with students can be used as biology learning that supports the learning process. The MTs students who participated in this process were very enthusiastic and active because it was such a fun new thing. It is hoped that in the future this training activity should be carried out not only in making herbariums but in making other creative learning media. The goal is to help students understand biology material and make biology lessons more fun.

AbstrakCovid-19 yang saat ini mewabah di seluruh belahan dunia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya bagi para pengusaha kecil. Keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, ditambah tingkat penjualan yang menurun drastis, membuat para pengusaha harus berimprovisasi berbagai cara agar produk mereka tetap dapat terjual. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi mereka pengusaha kecil yang memiliki modal terbatas, yaitu beralih dari pemasaran dan penjualan secara luring menjadi pemasaran dan penjualan daring. Pemasaran dan penjualan daring dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media marketplace maupun sosial media.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya untuk mengembangkan saluran pemasaran dan penjualan dari luring ke saluran pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, lalu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek lebih luas dari para calon konsumennya Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring menggunakan marketplace dan media sosial. AbstractThe Covid-19, which is currently endemic in all parts of the world, has had a considerable impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially for small entrepreneurs. The limited capital they have, coupled with a drastic drop in sales, have forced entrepreneurs have to improve in various ways to make their products can still be sold. One of the most effective ways to increase sales for those small entrepreneurs who have limited capital is to switch from offline marketing and sales to online marketing and sales. Online marketing and sales can be done using the media marketplace and social media. The purpose of this service is to provide training to UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya to develop marketing and sales channels from offline to online, then can increase brand awareness more broadly from potential consumers After this community service activity was carried out, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya can start doing marketing and sales activities online using the marketplace and social media.
