This research was conducted with the aim of formulating the mapping of Human Resources in order to support the development of floral village tourism, Banyuurip Village, Gresik District, East Java. This research was conducted using a descriptive method to obtain a Human Resources map consisting of identification of gender, age, educational background, work experience and competencies possessed by the people of Kampung Bunga in Banyuurip Village, Gresik. The data was taken through a survey with a questionnaire instrument to the community to support the growth of the tourist village in Banyuurip. After the data was collected, an analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents in this study were 60% men and 40% women, aged 30-50 years, on average had a secondary education and mostly working in the field of florists and flower farming. Furthermore, the average respondent has competency in the field of business and farming florists, and they were expert, because this job has been practiced for a long time and this requires special skills. They are very enthusiast when their village is developed into a tourist village and are willing to take an active role and take part in their respective fields. They also want some training in managing tourist villages, and other training such as planting and taking care of flowers, marketing training, compost making, culinary, catering and so on.

This study aims to determine how the performance of the Hamlet Government apparatus in serving and building the economy through an optimization process. the people of Balai Rajo Hamlet, VII Koto Ilir District, Tebo Regency, Furthermore, what affects the performance of the Hamlet Government apparatus in serving and building the village economy and the community in realizing a safe and prosperous independent village for the people of Balai Rajo Hamlet, VII Koto Ilir District, Tebo Regency. The ability of human resources (HR) is a factor that affects the performance of the apparatus. The problem of the quality of human resources of the Dusun government is an important issue in the implementation of Autoda. Therefore, increasing the Human Resources (HR) of the Dusun government is an urgent matter that must be done, so that the implementation of Autoda can run as expected, but this is also influenced by two important factors. Level of education In carrying out its duties and responsibilities as a Dusun apparatus, especially in providing services and development of general village economic growth to Balai Rajo Hamlet, it is largely determined by the level of education possessed by the apparatus itself, because the heavier or wider the responsibility of the Dusun apparatus must be carried out. It takes an apparatus that has quality human resources as well. Work experience In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as community servants, the ability of the apparatus is also greatly influenced by the length of work or in terms of work experience, therefore the village government, which has been working for a long time, is demanded to be more effective and recognize what can give satisfaction to visitors and visitors. community Service facilities and infrastructure are all types of equipment, work equipment, and other facilities that function as the main or auxiliary tools in the implementation of work. The role of service facilities is very important in addition to the role of the human element itself. One that is also very influential on improving the quality of work is the spirit and commitment to work that leads to a better direction than the previous results.Keywords: Process, Optimization, Management.

Stunting in general is a failure condition growth against children, caused by malnutrition in a long time. Milk has a good nutritional content and required by the body for the process of growth. In Indonesia, there are still many toddlers and children who do not consume milk that can cause stunting. It is influenced by the high milk prices in the market. To overcome the problem, soy milk can be a solution, because it contains a substance which is equivalent to cow's milk. The village Kutagandok is one of the villages stunting, which is located in Karawang District. Countermeasures carried out of the village to reduce stunting is the provision of soy milk to toddlers and kids. The process of the production of soy milk is made by the people of the village Kutagandok. But the thing is, there are still some obstacles in the production of, namely the limited human resources (HR) for the separation process soy beans with the skin's epidermis. So then it takes a HR more to make the production time to be shorter. In addition, the length of time filtering soy milk which resulted in easy casserole. The purpose of this service is to help the village of reducing stunting, by way of automation peeler soybeans from the epidermis and the filter tool to separate the soy milk with the dregs. Initially the process of the production of soy milk is used in a conventional manner. Furthermore, through this service uses the peeler semi-conventional. With the filter tool, then the time the production process is faster and quality is better.

The purposes of this research are to validate the potential of superior natural resources and human resources in the tourism development of education based on Tri Hita Karana (THK) in Mengesta in Bali, to establish the centers of educational tourism, to form groups of community that supports the educational tourism based on THK, and to design media promotion. The method designed to achieve the targets are analysis, design, evaluation, and revision. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews and analyzed using SWOT analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that there are seven learning resources that have been successfully validated, namely: dance and percussion forum, natural agricultural laboratory, Bali traditional house, agriculture training center, tracking, natural panorama and hot water bathing place, and culinary tour. The understanding and commitment of the people about educational tourism based on THK fall into good categories. Moreover, the media promotion has been successfully designed, which are in the form of art forum brochure, village tourism brochure, and a draft of guide book to educational tourism based on THK.

This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of educational background and learning behavior on the level of understanding of accounting. Understanding the basic concepts of accounting is the main key to assessing the success of learning in the field of accounting. If it is related to the learning process to gain a good understanding of accounting, then the accounting learning experience of students gained during previous education is very important that can be seen from the background of secondary education. Many factors affect the understanding of a student's accounting in addition to secondary education background factors, namely student learning behavior. Good learning behavior will have an impact on understanding good accounting concepts. This type of research is quantitative explanatory. Data collection tools use questionnaires and settings. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of educational background on the level of understanding of accounting, and there was an influence of learning behavior on the level of accounting understanding. Accounting understanding is obtained from the interaction of various factors that influence it, both from internal factors and from external factors.

Edelweis tourism village is one of the tourist villages located in Pacitan Regency, East Java. This tourist village is still in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. This tourist village has the main tourism potential, namely the Edelweiss flower or eternal flower. In this research, using descriptive analysis which is qualitative in nature. The data obtained were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of this study, the development strategy of Wonokriti Village as an Edelweiss tourism village is obtained, including holding activities related to the Edelweiss flower, making this village a center for educational tourism, especially edelweiss flowers, developing tourism supporting infrastructure, holding hospitality training for human resources involved in management. Economic potential is the capacity of an area that contains potential resources, both natural resources and human resources, to be developed and become an opportunity in improving the community’s economy by looking at the real income of the people in that place. One way that can be done to improve the community’s economy is optimizing the superior plants in the area. Economic development can be done by maximizing the effect of commodities that already exist and cultivated for a long time. Puundoho Village is one of the villages with superior crops grown, namely Patchouli. Patchouli oil has high economic value because it contains compounds, terpenoids, phytosterols, flavonoids, organic acids, lignin, alkaloids, glycosides, alcohol, and aldehydes are used in the health and cosmetic fields. The purpose of the study was to see the feasibility of the economic potential of Patchouli (P. cablin) in Puundoho Village using Analisis Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The research was conducted from January to February 2021. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. It was collecting data through observation and interviews. The results ratio showed 5,86, so it can be interpreted that Patchouli Industry is feasible to develop.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat yang ada di lembaga Pusat Zakat Umat melalui beberapa tahapan proses dalam melakukan kajian terlebih dahulu diantaranya dengan menyambungkan teori yang dikemukan oleh George R Terry yaitu perencanaa, pengorganisasian, aktualisasi dan pengawasan terhadap sumber daya manusia yang ada dilembaga Pusat Zakat Umat sehingga dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien terhadap pengelolaan zakat. Metode yang digunakan penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan melakukan pendekatan secara kualitatif, Sehingga hasil dalam penelitian ini didapatkan di Lembaga Pusat Zakat Umat diperoleh dari data pengelolaan zakat yang mencakup beberapa susunan program yang ada dilembaga Pusat Zakat Umat. Ada beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam melakukan dalam mengimplementasikan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam pengelolaan zakat yaitu yang pertama dengan perencanaan program yang akan di capai pada tahun berikutnya. Yang kedua yaitu pengorganisasian dengan melibatkan seluruh amil dalam kepengurusan organisasi sehingga dapat dengan mudah dalam pembagian tugas dalam pengelolaan zakat. Ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan dengan menerapkan beberapa bmbingan kepada para amil dengan tujuan agar meningkatkan semangat kerja diantaranya motivasi-motivasi yang bisa menggugah semangat para amil. Keempat yaitu pengawasan yang dilakukan dengan baik door to door maupun secara tidak langsung kepada para amil untuk melihat hasil dari kerja yang dilakukan selama beberapa bulan kebalakang. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Zakat; lembaga; Sumber Daya Manusia. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, so that the results in this study are obtained at the Central Zakat Institution obtained from zakat management data which includes a number of existing program structures at the Zakat Center Institution. There are several stages carried out in implementing Human Resources in the management of zakat, the first of which is program planning that will be achieved the following year. The second is organizing by involving all amil in the management of the organization so that it can easily be divided into tasks in managing zakat. Third is the implementation by applying some ideas to amil with the aim to increase morale including motivations that can inspire the spirit of amil. The fourth is supervision conducted by both door to door and indirectly to the amil to see the results of the work done over the past few months. keywords. Educational demands driven by educational growth have grown the economy of the people of Arisan Musi Village, Muara Belida District, Muara Enim Regency by increasing job opportunities. The allocation of knowledgeable human resources is the beginning of economic growth. education in Arisan Musi Village is quite good compared to previous years. The descriptive analysis aims to explain the development of the education level of the people of Arisan Musi Village, Muara Belida Regency, South Sumatra Province. Education can improve the quality of human resources which in turn can help foster public understanding of development. Therefore, to have the ability to participate in society, it is necessary to increase human resources through education. There are various aspects that can improve the quality of human resources such as health, education, and so on. With many people starting to migrate and work in better jobs than depending on plantations in Arisan Musi Village. The quality of human resources is the foundation for successful development. So that internal and external factors that affect the quality of human resources become better, and village growth becomes better. Good education can also produce good human resources. These quality human resources can increase productivity at work so that the opportunity to work is higher and the economic situation is getting better in the village of Arisan Musi. Because if the quality of human resources is good, it can support the development process of an area to develop into a growth center.

The tourism village is a rural area that has some special characteristics that are worthy of being a tourist destination. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the potential of the Plalangan Batik Center in preparing itself for the Tourism village, the strengths and weaknesses of the plalangan village to become a tourist village, and the Plalangan Batik Center Strategy, Sleman Yogyakarta to be developed into one of the tourist village attractions in Yogyakarta. The conclusion of this study is that the people in the village of Plalangan try to improve their ability and quality in realizing the Plalangan batik centre as a tourist village especially the quality of Human Resources. Large community support is one of the main capital in realizing rural tourism

Local organization was overlooked in development theories for a long time mainly because of the technocratic understanding of development. But this situation did not exit for a long time. Development planners began to search the causes of unsatisfactory result of past development strategies and formulated new strategies that enhance local organized efforts. The organizations lie beyond the government play active role in rural development relative to government organization. Local organization is an important mechanism for involving people in rural development. The most essential local resource in any development activities is the people themselves who, along with their mutual cooperation, transform shapeless materials into useful commodities using skills, intelligence and labour. People can influence the decisions through their joint efforts and common voice. Organization provides ownership to local people in development activities and ensures fair share of benefits.
