Peran serta masyarakat sebagai penggerak roda dan pendukung terciptanya Ciungwanara sebagai salah satu lokasi pendidikan berbasis alam dan budaya masih kurang sehingga perlu adanya inovasi untuk meningkatkan keberlangsungan objek wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini bertema pengembangan objek wisata Ciungwanara Karangkamulyan Kabupaten Ciamis dengan spesifikasi penelitian berfokus pada pengembangan wisata pendidikan rekreasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan natural setting dan community approach. Parameter yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu tipologi bangunan rekreasi. Observasi awal pada penelitian ini yaitu masih kurangnya pengembangan objek wisata rekreasi berbasis pendidikan di Ciungwanara mengenai tata kelola dan pengembangannya sehingga tindakan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai kekurangan tersebut yaitu memasukan beberapa indikator mengenai tipologi bangunan wisata rekreasi berbasis pendidikan dihubungankan dengan hasil temuan dilapangan. Hasil kajian yang diperoleh yaitu dari segi perencanaan bahwa perlu menciptakan perencanaan partisipatif antara pemangku kebijakan dengan beberapa tim ahli pendidikan dan pakar budaya mengenai penerapan objek wisata Ciungwanara sebagai objek wisata rekreasi berbasis pendidikan alam dan budaya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat harus memiliki peran aktif dalam pengembangan potensi alam Ciungwanara sebagai wahana pendidikan berbasis alam terbuka (outdoor recreation).Community participation as a driving force and support for the creation of Ciungwanara as one of the locations for education based on nature and culture is still lacking, so there is a need for innovation to improve the sustainability of these tourist objects. This research has the theme of developing a tourist attraction in Ciungwanara Karangkamulyan, Ciamis Regency. The research specification focuses on the development of recreational educational tourism. The research method used is qualitative research with a natural setting approach and a community approach. The parameters used in this study are the typology of recreational buildings. Initial observations in this study are that there is still a lack of development of educational-based recreational tourism objects in Ciungwanara regarding its management and development so that the actions taken by researchers regarding these deficiencies are including several indicators regarding the typology of educational-based recreational tourism buildings related to the findings in the field. The results of the study obtained are in terms of planning that it is necessary to create participatory planning between policy makers and several teams of education experts and cultural experts regarding the application of Ciungwanara tourism object as a recreation tourism object based on natural and cultural education. Community empowerment must have an active role in developing Ciungwanara's natural potential as a vehicle for outdoor based education (outdoor recreation).

Dental and oral health problems are still not become a priority among Indonesian societies. According to the Basic Health Research data in 2018, oral and dental health problems are still quite high up to 57.6%. Oral and Dental health problems are the issues which are prone to be found in infancy that will disrupt the process of a proper growth and development. Most of Indonesian society in general and many mothers in particular do not understand correctly how to care the toddlers' teeth and to keep it healthy with a good quality. The Mother School of ‘Bunda Sholihah’ is a local community empowerment organization whose main program is to increase the capacity of mothers in optimizing child development. This activity is designed to train the mothers to have the ability to care for children's dental health and play an active role in educating the wider community. The method utilized in this community service activities were training and educational practices. The training that has been carried out consists of education in lectures, two-way discussions and role analogies, followed by assignments in the field. The number of participants in this activity was up to 45 members from the foundation of the Bunda Sholihah society in the area of Kasihan, Bantul with a total full and active participation which reached 75.5%. This activity is carried out in groups, in once a week for 4 weeks activity, so that the total implementation was 4 meetings. This program involved the service-voluntary team as the educators, members and administrators of the foundation of Bunda Sholihah School by using modules that have been prepared by the service-voluntary team. The activity partner was the Mother School of Bunda Sholihah, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the level of mother’s knowledge in infant and toddler dental health (p <0.05) including mother’s personal motivation and consideration regarding early dental examination in toddler.

Along with the increase in capture fisheries production, the escalation of biodiversity damage has occurred in the Lampung Province sea area. This condition is one of them caused by destructive fishing activities. Destructive fishing is still a problem in the sea area of Lampung Province due to the lack of community role, especially in terms of supervision. Tackling destructive fishing based on community supervision is one form of community empowerment to play an active role and be directly involved in efforts to tackle damage to fishery resources. Therefore, this article will discuss the problem of how the condition of the case of destructive fishing in Lampung Province? How are efforts to tackle destructive fishing in Lampung Province? And what is the policy model for controlling community based destructive fishing? The results showed that from 2016 to 2019 there were 27 cases of destructive fishing that were tried at the District Court A Class Tanjung Karang. Efforts in overcoming destructive fishing in Lampung Province have so far tended to be a means of punishment or a repressive action with a criminal law approach. But in fact this effort has not been able to solve the problem of destructive fishing. Therefore, this research offers a model of controlling destructive fishing based on community supervision through the means of penal and non-penal means.Keywords: Lampung, destructive fishing, community surveillance Seiring peningkatan produksi perikanan tangkap, eskalasi kerusakan keanekaragaman hayati terjadi di wilayah laut Provinsi Lampung. Kondisi ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh kegiatan destructive fishing. Destructive fishing masih menjadi persoalan di wilayah laut Provinsi Lampung disebabkan karena minimnya peran masyarakat khususnya dalam hal pengawasan. Penanggulangan destructive fishing berbasis pengawasan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat agar berperan aktif dan terlibat langsung dalam upaya penanggulangan kerusakan sumberdaya perikanan. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini akan membahas permasalahan mengenai bagaimanakah kondisi perkara destructive fishing di Provinsi Lampung? Bagaimanakah upaya penanggulangan destructive fishing di Provinsi Lampung? Dan bagaimanakah model kebijakan penanggulangan destructive fishing berbasis pengawasan masyarakat? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejak tahun 2016 hingga 2019 terdapat 27 perkara destructive fishing yang di adili pada Pengadilan Negeri Kelas I A Tanjung Karang. Upaya penanggulangan destructive fishing di Provinsi Lampung selama ini cenderung pada sarana penal atau tindakan refresif dengan pendekatan hukum pidana. Namun nyatanya upaya ini belum mampu menyelesaikan persoalan destructive fishing. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menawarkan model penanggulangan destructive fishing berbasis pengawasan masyarakat melalui sarana penal dan sarana non penal.Kata kunci: Lampung, destructive fishing, pengawasan masyarakat

The Higher Education Community Empowerment Program (PPMUPT) activity aimed to disseminate research results on design engineering and construction materials for verticultural cultivation of seaweed; Seed quality from seaweed cultivation centers in North Sulawesi; and Co-cultivation of seaweed and sea tilapia. The implementation partnered with the Nain Princess and Mekar Laut Groups, and was supported by the Nain Village Government. The three partners expressed their willingness and ability to work together in formulating and finding solutions to problems, as well as planning the implementation stages and all of these activities. In addition, partners continue to contribute throughout the activity. Formulation of problems with partners, are: Is there a technology that can minimize disease attacks on seaweed. The solution is in the form of: a. Engineering design and construction material for cultivation containers, b. Verticultural cultivation of engineering methods. The method applied was the classical and individual approach in the form of class lectures, demonstrations, and practices about the innovation of seaweed cultivation technology. The outputs of the PPMUPT activities were productive economic partners that have increased knowledge, skills, quality, quantity, and types of products. Participants were principally satisfied with this PPMUPT activity, and even 92.86% stated that they were very satisfied in participating in PPMUPT activities regarding the use of strings as ris ropes with seaweed verticulture methods.

Kediri City is known by the name of the “Kota Tahu” because many tofu scattered craftsmen. There is a production center area know precisely in the village of Tinalan Kediri. Whose citizens produce tofu and dairy. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the development of tofu village in Kelurahan Tinalan Kota Kediri become an educational tourism area to make various processed tofu. Researchers collect data in the field by acting as an active instrument. Researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of data used include data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion/verification and validity of data is done with the trust test, acquisition, dependency and certainty and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy can be concluded in the education tourism Kampung Tahu that promote promotion through mass media, social media and web. Building infrastructures such as providing adequate parking space, making the tourist attractions processed products know and involve the community in the management of tours. With the proper development strategy saw from increased strength and opportunities as well as minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats, the educational tourism object of the tofu village that located in Kelurahan Tinalan subdistrict Pesantren Kediri City will be able to Compete with other attractions. Background:Southeast Sulawesi Provincial data shows thatCommunity life behavior is measured by the number of households with a clean and healthy lifestyle which is assessed based on predetermined indicators. in 2015 the percentage of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors was 45%, in 2016 there was an increase of 52% and decreased in 2017 by 49% and 2018 by 46%, for 2019 there was an increase in the percentage of 53% again.Based on these data the coverage is still low because the target set according to the minimum service standard is 80%. The orientation of community empowerment for health cadres is still insufficient, it is noted that only 36 people have received community empowerment training. The insufficient number of cadres can also make a negative contribution, resulting in the lack of achievement of the Puskesmas program Methods:This type of research is a quantitative study, with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study amounted to 100 people and a sample of 80 all cadres in 20 Posyandu in the working area of ??Puskesmas Poasia, Kendari City. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Result:Based onthe results of statistical tests show that the value (X2hit) = 0.286 <X2tab =3,841, meaning that there is no relationship between experience and performance of clean and healthy living behavior cadres, household structures and values ??(X2hit) = 15,556> X2tab =3,841, meaning that there is a relationship between training and the performance of clean and healthy living behavior cadres in household arrangements in the working area of ??Puskesmas Poasia, Kendari City. Conclusion:Cadres are expected to play an active role in increasing their knowledge and experience through training activities on cadre performance held by Puskesmas Poasia.

This research is motivated by the discovery of Malay culture students who have not thought of a clear career plan after graduating from high school, Malay culture students are also found to be confused in choosing majors in Higher Education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Malay culture on student career planning. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a natural setting approach. Data collection in this study using observation techniques, interviews, carried out simultaneously with data analysis. Data analysis using the Spradley model, namely through 4 stages of data analysis including domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and discovering cultural themes. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be explained the influence of Malay culture on student career planning, namely: 1) discipline; students culture Malay discipline in completing the tasks of the teacher, 2) responsibilities; Malay cultural students have a high sense of responsibility in doing assignments, 3) light-handed; Malay cultural students have a mild attitude in mobilizing things that support learning activities, 4) high learning desires; Malay cultural students have a high desire in learning activities both at school and at home, 5) diligent; Malay cultural students are also classified as students who are diligent, it shows students in working on creative tasks.

ABSTRACTThe rehabilitation channel carried out in Sukoanyar Village aims to improve the welfare of community empowerment and farmer development. Farmer's empowerment and development is improving tertiary irrigation network infrastructure, which increases yields. Proper irrigation channels can make irrigation water needs in the fields. This activity in 2020 collaboration with farmer groups and the City of Malang Public Works Water Resources Office. This activity is in partnership with the Sukoanyar Village Farmer Group, namely the Dewi Ratih I Farmer Group. According to the observation, he identified the problem Adalahn partners. In essence, the lack of some facilities in the tertiary irrigation network and absence management system is how to operate and maintain the tertiary canals. The solution offered is the repair facility on the channel. The repair is carried out infrastructure repairs of the irrigation network in the tertiary canal broke. The method of this activity is the community approach. The implementation stage is divided into three events, namely, planning, preparation, and execution of construction. At the end of the corresponding channel, activities resulted in the improvement of technical provisions so that the circuit can drain water into the fields correctly and impact on increasing yields. Keywords: Rehabilitation, irrigation, farming, tertiary ABSTRAKRehabilitasi saluran tersiar di Desa Sukoanyar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui pemberdayaan dan pembinaan petani. Pemberdayaan dan pembinaan petani dilakukan melalui perbaikan sarana jaringan irigasi guna peningkatan hasil panen dengan cara efisiensi kebutuhan air irigasi teknis dengan perbaikan saluran tersier. Kegiatan ini  dilakukan pada tahun 2020 bekerjasama dengan  kelompok tani dan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada salah satu kelompok tani yang ada di desa Sukoanyar yaitu kelompok tani Dewi Ratih I. Berdasarkan pengamatan masalah mitra yang terindentifikasi pada survei antara lain: kurangnya beberapa sarana pada jaringan irigasi tersier dan kwarter yang vital,  belum adanya sistem manajemen terutama penentuan pola tanam, kelembagaan kelompok tani yang masih lemah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah perbaikan fasilitas. Perbaikan-perbaikan tersebut adalah pada sub sistem pengadaan perbaikan sarana jaringan irigasi di saluran tersier yang sudah rusak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan pada masyarakat. Tahap pelaksanaan dibagi menjadi 3 kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, persiapan dan pelaksanaan konstruksi. Pada akhir kegiatan dihasilkan saluran tersier yang telah diperbaiki sesuai dengan ketentuan teknis sehingga saluran dapat mengalirkan air ke sawah dengan baik yang berdampak pada peningkatan hasil panen. Kata kunci: Rehabilitasi, irigasi, tani, tersier

This research is motivated by the discovery still rejang culture students who do not have a mature career planning, there are students who are confused rejang culture in choosing courses that will be selected to enter college. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of culture on career planning rejang students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using natural setting approach. Collecting data using the technique of participant observation, unstructured interviews, and technical documentation. Analysis of data using Spradley models that domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and analysis of the cultural theme. Based on the results of data analysis, then it can be explained several cultural factors that can influence student planning, namely 1) the habit of increasing decisions to improve, 2) influencing peers, 3) replacing work, 4) seeking and keeping high to advance.

Since the establishment of the Scottish Parliament by the Scotland Act 1998, Scottish legislators have embarked on a programme of community-oriented land reform to allow for redistribution of land to communities. Eligible community bodies have rights of acquisition of varying strengths under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, and will soon benefit from a further suite of rights as a result of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 and the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016. The community approach that has been introduced to Scotland makes Scots law an interesting comparator for other land law regimes. This chapter explains the background to, the operation of and the future scope of such community rights in Scots property law.

ABSTRAK Pariwisata merupakan industri terbesar dan terkuat dalam pembiayaan ekonomi global pada saat ini. Pariwisata juga menjadi penyumbang devisa terbesar di Indonesia serta memberikan dampak yang baik dalam pembangunan pariwisata desa. Elite desa berperan penting dalam mensosialisasikan ide terhadap masyarakat. Peran penting bagi elite desa dalam melakukan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat lokal dibutuhkan realisasi guna pengembangan desa. Logika dari desa Pujon Kidul, terhadap elite desa yang telah berhasil melakukan pembangunan wisata dengan produk lokal desa dengan melakukan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat lokal perlu dikaji secara berlanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Logika Elite Desa Dalam Praktik Pembangunan Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap informan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori dari Pierre Bourdieu mengenai praktik habitus. Tahun 2015 elite desa Pujon Kidul berhasil melakukan pembangunan kafe sawah, kampung wisata Tulungrejo, dan melakukan pengembangan di bidang wisata edukasi, hingga kini berhasil membangun Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul.  Kata Kunci : Elite, Pembangunan Desa Wisata, dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. ABSTRACT Tourism is the largest and strongest industry in financing the global economy at this time. Tourism is also the largest contributor to foreign exchange in Indonesia and has a good impact on rural tourism development. Village elites play an important role in disseminating ideas to the community. The important role for village elites in empowering local communities requires realization for village development. The logic from Pujon Kidul village, towards village elites who have succeeded in developing tourism with village local products by empowering local communities needs to be studied continuously. This study aims to determine the Logic of Village Elite in Pujon Kidul Tourism Village Development Practices. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type, through field observations, interviews and documentation of informants. The theory used in this research is Pierre Bourdieu's theory of the practice of habitus. In 2015, the elite of Pujon Kidul village succeeded in building a rice field cafe, a tourist village in Tulungrejo, and developing in the field of educational tourism, until now they have succeeded in building the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. Keywords: Elite, Tourism Village Development, and Community Empowerment.
