The background of this purchasing problem is taken from the presence od employees who are not in accordance with existing abilities or slills so that they do not work and are delayed in a job. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative in which the authors describe the results describe the results of observations and direct interviews with the head of the bullumary unit and employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulumario Unit Pasangkayu City. Wring the final project is the result of writing done in june to july 2020. Research as outlined in this thesis aims to determine the strategy for developing employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulumario Unit Pasangkayu City. The results showed that the strategy  for developing employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulumario Unit In Pasangkayu City consists of 1. Improving discipline 2.Conducting training 3.Career path 4.Providing benefits to amployee 5.Maintaining good relations between employees.

This Business Communication Final Project (BCFP) is made for PT. Aneka Indo Makmur (AIM), one of the biggest biscuits manufacturers in Indonesia. The background of the study is the fact that the company has a hard time getting new partners or distributors. PT. AIM does not have a right promotional tool that can convince the partners to work together with the company. Because of this problem, the company cannot develop the business. Thus, PT. AIM needs a company profile video which not only can give a clearer information about the company, but also can function as a marketing tool for PT. AIM, to promote its unique strengths and attract more partners or distributors. This company profile video contains the company’s history, product description, structure of the company, employee performance, company’s vision and mission statement, company’s working environment, and also rewards that the company has received.

The aims of this research is to determine the wage level about wage system and the effect of the wage system towards the performance of seasonal employees in PTPN X (Sugar Factory of Camming Bone). The research applied descriptive qualitative type. The population of this study involves all the seasonal workers of the grinding section which consist of 65 employees as the samples. The results of this study indicate that the wage system reaches 79.2% or it is in good category andthe employees performance reaches 83% or is in very good category. Later, based on the results of the hypothesis test, itindicates that there is a significant influence between the wage system and the performance of seasonal employees in PTPN X (Sugar Factory of Camming Bone). Keywords: wage system, employee performance


The aim of the present study is to review and develop a conceptual model of the relationship between career performance attributes, career path, and employee performance of the public sector in Oman. The study used online empirical recourses by the name of career performance attributes, career path, and employee performance in different online database sources such as Google Scholars, Springer Link, Wiley, Science Direct, JSTOR, Emerald full text, Scopus, and EBSCO HOST, etc. The review study summarized that Job satisfaction is the positive emotion result from the appraisal of job experience and fulfillment of employee needs. The study also found that job satisfaction can gain high performance whereas the dissatisfied performance of employees yields low employee performance. Moreover, the study also observed that career development and life changes have become very challenging for working women and there are numerous studies targeted towards gaining a better understanding of this issue, its consequences and the significance of these challenges. Finally, the research develops a conceptual framework that is to be followed in order to analyze the various elements and aspects. The framework has been designed by considering the various variables and their intricacies in particular relation to the subject matter of the research work in Oman and the regions.

This final project is a study which analyzes translation techniques used in the translation of novel I am Number Four by Pittacus Lore. The translation techniques introduced by Molina and Albir (2002) is the theory I use in this study. The object of the study is to explain the techniques used by the translator in translating I am Number Four. This research is classified into descriptive research. It is the study in which I need to collect and analyze data to get conclusion. However, I also find out that it is essential to combine the qualitative approach with the quantitative one. The data are gained by reading novel, comparing the novel, identifying, classifying, counting, and conclusion. The result of the study shows that there are 12 techniques found in the data. They are, namely, adaptation, amplification, borrowing, calque, discursive creation, established equivalent, generalization, linguistic compression, literal, particularization, reduction, and transposition. The total data are 671 direct speeches of I am Number Four. The total techniques of the data found are 671. The percentage of each techniques are as follows: (1) borrowing occurs 132 times and represents 19.7%, (2) literal occurs 119 times and represents 17.73%, (3) generalization occurs 97 times and represents 14.46%, (4) established equivalent occurs 94 times and represents 14.01%, (5) amplification occurs 76 times and represents 11.3%, (6) particularization occurs 52 times and represents 7.75%, (7) linguistic compression occurs 43 times and represents 6.41%, (8) reduction occurs 35 times and represents 5.22%, (9) transposition occurs 12 times and represents 1.79%, (10) adaptation occurs 5 times and represents 0.74%, (11) calque occurs 3 data and represents 0.45%, (12) discursive creation occurs 3 times and represents 0.45%. Finally, the conclusions above lead me to provide the following suggestions. First, for translator: it is important to explore different translation techniques to make the translated text clear and try to give an explanation such as footnote in the novel in order to make the reader understand the text. Second, for further researcher: A further research can give knowledge that can be beneficial for the readers and can be the next related research to be reviewed. This study aims to determine how the Strategy for Increasing Employee Productivity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Takalar Sugar Factory). This research is descriptive qualitative, by trying to describe the results of the research as it is. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then poured in a descriptive form. The results of the study explained that there are three strategies used at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Takalar Sugar Factory) in an effort to increase employee productivity, namely: by providing training, every year there is an assessment of employee performance and improving effective communication. with the training it is able to produce a positive impact, but its application is still less than perfection because the application of the strategies used has not been done regularly and is well structured. But the leadership is expected to increase training and establish more active communication to the head of the department and employees so that the company is more improved and developed.

This study aimed to describe the implementation of management system of employee performance at Laga Ligo Bua Airport, Luwu regency. The type of the research is descriptive qualitative which involved 10 emplyees as respondent. The teehnique of data analysis used is qualitative-descriptive wich is presented in question, responses and interpretations gained from direct observation and interviev. The results of the research reveal that the implementation of the employec performance management system at Laga Ligo Bua Airport Luwu regerency generally was not effective. It can be identified from the indicators: a) the commitment and policies are implemented properly, b) the plan operaetes well, c) implementation is optimal, d) the inhibiting factors are not in accordance with the indicators that have been set, and e) the supporting factors operates well. Keywords: management, performance  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai Di Bandar Udara Laga Ligo Bua Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan 10 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui obsevasi dan wawancara. Teknis analisis data yakni analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk-bentuk pertanyaan, tanggapan-tanggapan serta tafsiran yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bawah secara umum belum berjalan dengan efektif. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari indikator (a) komitmen dan kebijakan berjalan dengan lancar, (b) perencanaan berjalan dengan baik, (c) penerapan berjalan dengan baik,(d) faktor penghambat tidak berjalan sesuai indikator yang telah di tetapkan serta (e) faktor pendukung berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Kinerja

This study aims to determine the Internal Control System for Cash Expenditures at Perum Bulog Subdivre Makassar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the writer describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The writing of this final project is the result of research conducted from June to July 2020.After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors conclude that the Internal Control System for Cash Expenditures at Perum Bulog Subdivre Makassar has generally been implemented well. The organizational structure, system of authority and recording procedures, segregation of duties have been carried out properly, and employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities are correct.

 The research for this thesis investigated by Frisca Widyananda done at PT. BNI Syariah Branch Malang with the title "Model Employee Performance Analysis and its Impact on Customer Satisfaction BNI Syariah Branch Malang" with the kind of research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive the author outlines back what was seen and heard at the time the research took place and score points obtained in the questionnaire that could eventually be used to solve problems and draw conclusions. The result showed that the number of employees and customers who fill out the study through questionnaires that have been distributed by the authors state that the employee's performance is given to customers at PT. BNI Syariah Branch Malang is good which includes performance, communication, coordination and motivation to work is good enough for our customers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the struggle of the main character namely Rocky in Don't Breathe Movie. The writer uses the descriptive qualitative method in analyzing the struggles of the main characters in Don't Breathe Movie written by Fede Álvarez to make paper arrangements correctly. The procedures that the writer takes to get the best results are observing and understanding the movie, collecting data consisting of struggles, choosing theories to analyze data, analyzing data using theories, making conclusions from the analysis, and finally compiling the final project. The results of this study are the writer finds three types of struggle namely; struggle for life, struggle for love and, internal struggle. The struggle of life when the main character in the movie survives with full force in any situation, the struggle of love when the character in the movie has a feeling of love with other characters, the internal struggle when the character in the movie has desires and problems in her life. This movie teaches humans about how important the struggle in life and make a better change, never give up and despair. The main character shows people that a struggle can be motivated by certain aspects.  Keyword: Struggle, Main Character, Struggle of Life, Struggle of Love, Internal Struggle.

The issue at this writing is about the results of the evaluation was run by a company after they to be the best company since last two years, it was interesting to discuss how evaluation result conducted on reward and punishment. The desire to know about how to stimulate employee performance with these two methods is worth executing. So it found the implementation of the reward is better to run than the punishment, but the reward and punishment should be run together. When running the punishment company need to give gradual warning to employee, because the purposes of reward and punishment are to increase employee performances. The research method used in this journal descriptive qualitative research with subject and object of this research is an employee at sales executive position and supported by observations from data collected.
