Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a serious health problem, especially in tropical countries including east Indonesia. DHF cases in Bau-Bau City in the last three years have shown a significant increasing trend. In 2017 the IR DHF in Bau-Bau was 62,6 per 100.000 population, in 2018 the IR rate was 67,4 per 100,000 population, and the CFR rate was 1%, and in 2019 the IR DHF was 94,9 per 100,000 population with the CFR increasing to 1,3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between rainfall and humidity with the incidence of DHF. This study is an ecological study using secondary data on DHF and climate which were collected retrospectively. Data on dengue fever for 566 cases were taken from the Health Office of Bau-Bau City and data on climate were taken from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Meteorological Station Class II Betoambari Bau-Bau City. The analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with the Spearman correlation test at 0,05 to determine the relationship between rainfall and humidity with the incidence of DHF. The results of the Spearman correlation test of rainfall with the incidence of DHF obtained a value of=0,006 and r=0,35 and air temperature with the incidence of DHF with a value of=0,000 and a value of r=0,576. This study aims to investigate the effect of technical competence in certain balance elements, an important parameter in rhythmic gymnastics, on sportive success in taekwondo poomsae athletes and the relationship between them. The study was conducted on 12 female taekwondo athletes (age: 17.6±1.2; height: 159.26±3.1 cm; weight: 50.79±1.82 kg; BMI: 20.88±0.98 kg/m2). The participants were selected from successful athletes who were in the top 6 in their own category in the national taekwondo competition held this year. The athletes performed 6 balance elements in rhythmic gymnastics, i.e. side passé (SP), 90° forward (90°F), side split with hand support (SSWHS), Arabesque with trunk forward (A), Cossack (C) and free leg to the side (FLS), and the Y balance test. The relationship between these balances that were assessed by 3 international judges and success rating was identified using the Spearman correlation test. The level of significance was accepted as p<0.05. As result, a statistically significant difference was found between side passé and split with hand support, balances used in rhythmic gymnastics, and success ratings (p<0.05). While no statistically significant difference was found between other balances, i.e. 90° forward, arabesque with trunk forward, cossack and free leg to the side and sportive success, there was a high relationship between them. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference between sportive success and right and left anterior (RAB, LAB) posteromedial (RPMB, LPMB) and posterolateral (RPLB, LPLB) reach distances. In conclusion, since the study found a high relationship between sportive success and technical competence of poomsae athletes in the two technical side balances, it is suggested that basic gymnastics training can be effective in improving the balancing skills of taekwondo poomsae athletes.

Indonesia is a country with the highest COVID-19 confirmed cases and mortality rate among southeast Asian countries. This study was conducted to identify the correlation between sociodemographic factors and the number of confirmed cases and mortality rates due to COVID-19 in Indonesia. This research is an ecological study where secondary data published by the Indonesian government was used. Spearman correlation were used in this study. This study showed that sociodemographic conditions in Indonesia varied greatly. Spearman correlation test results showed that a significant relationship (p-value < 0.05) between the number of COVID-19 confirmation cases with population density, population growth, decreased mobility outside the home, hypertension and diabetes prevalence, number of health workers (general practitioners, specialist doctors, and nurses) as well as the number of COVID-19 specialized hospitals. Significant correlations (p-value < 0.05) were also shown by the relationship between COVID-19 mortality rates and a dense population, a large decrease in mobility to the workplace, number of smokers, and number of health workers. Equitable development is expected to reduce sociodemographic and health disparities so that each region has good preparedness in dealing with outbreaks without the occurrence of areas that are more severely affected by outbreaks compared to other regions.

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of poverty on access to education for fishermen's children in the South Aceh District. Poverty is a condition that causes a person to be unable to enjoy health, higher education and to consume adequate food from a health perspective. As a result, they have low productivity, decent work and low incomes. The method used is quantitatively explained by the creation of 18 fishermen in Ujung Tanah Village, Samadua District, South Aceh Regency.Data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed through a Spearman correlation test using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20 software to test the influence between variables and explain the relationship between the two. Research data shows that at SD level p >0.05, SMP p>0.05, SMA p>0.005, S1 p>0.005. In the meantime, the value of the correlation test is -0.252 (SD), -0.258 (SMP), -0.140 (SMA), -0.129 (S1). The conclusion is, therefore, that the hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, that is, that there is an influence between poverty (X) and education (Y) on the children of fishermen with a negative or opposite correlation. Namely, the higher the poverty, the lower the education of the children of fishermen.
