Structure botany is a fundamental course in biotechnology. In order to improve the quality of structure botany teaching, this paper studies on the teaching management of structure botany in classrooms, the teacher's passion for work, and the standardization in teaching, so as to mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative for learning, to develop their imagination and the ability to analyze and solve problems, and finally optimize the teaching patterns in classrooms. The paper aims to optimize teaching methods based on the existing problems of classroom botany teaching with developing students’ learning interest as its core, and as a result, to help students master effective methods of botany learning.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a key way to cultivate applied talents in colleges and universities. This article aimed to optimize the teaching quality of the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship courses by constructing a conceptual model of “teaching quality–student satisfaction.”Teaching quality is divided into four indicator elements, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching conditions, and teaching management. A student satisfaction questionnaire was designed to measure the teaching quality of a Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship course. The reliability and validity of survey data from Linyi University were analyzed using SPSS.20 software. Through correlation and multiple regression analysis, it can be seen that the teaching content, teaching methods, teaching conditions and teaching management have a significant positive correlation with the teaching quality of the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship course, which is an important factor affecting student’s satisfaction, and there is a certain gap between the expectation of teaching quality and student’s satisfaction. On this basis, suggestions are put forward to improve student satisfaction with the teaching quality of Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship courses, and to provide empirical evidence and recommendations for continuously improving the teaching quality of Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship courses, thereby improving college students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability.

Practice shows that these measures and experience to mobilize cadets' learning interest and stimulate cadet's imagination and creativity, improve the cadets' diathesis plays an important role, and which is worth teachers in teaching practice learning and marketing.

Last time, management of equipment, maintenance and use of teaching equipment in lower secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province has been paid more attention, making important contributions to keeping sustainably, improve the quality of education in the district. Every year the lower secondary schools have been given funding and have plans to equip additional teaching equipment. Most lower secondary schools have full-time staff in charge of teaching equipment; with equipment storage rooms, cabinets are gradually added; laboratories and classrooms have been built more and more; have a system of records of teaching equipment management established; The work of inventorying and purifying teaching equipment periodically was also concerned. The movement of innovating teaching methods has made education managers and teachers more interested in using teaching equipment effectively. The positive management measures have caused many teachers to use teaching equipment as an integral part of the lesson, helping the quality of the lessons be increasingly improved to meet the requirements of changes. New teaching methods. Education administrators, teachers, teaching equipment staff are becoming more and more serious in teaching device management. However, the reality of teaching equipment management still reveals many limitations: The management of teaching equipment in schools is still administrative and ineffective. Over the years, the quality of sports equipment and track equipment has changed significantly, which has led to an increase in speeds, an increase in injuries and a change in teaching methods. Currently, a large number of people die and are seriously injured at ski resorts every year due to the low quality of training in safe skiing, lack of control over the work of instructors, and the irresponsible attitude of the holders of ski resorts to the safety of providing services on the ski slopes.

Abstrak: Kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar memungkinkan hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Sehingga diharapkan kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa tinggi untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa Akuntansi pada mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan meggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana terdapat dua variabel eksogen dan satu variabel endogen.  Variabel eksogen berupa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar, sedangkan variabel endogen berupa hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, dan Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Abstract:  The quality of learning and interest in learning allows student learning outcomes to increase. It is hoped that the quality of learning and student interest in learning will be high to achieve high learning outcomes. This study aims to see that the quality of learning and student interest in learning has an effect on improving student learning outcomes in Accounting Economics Mathematics courses. This research is a survey research using path analysis technique, where there are two exogenous variables and one endogenous variable. Exogenous variables are learning quality and learning interest, while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The results of this study are Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, Learning Interest has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, and Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Student Learning Interest.

Abstract Background Assessing the quality of structure and process of end-of-life care can help improve outcomes. There was currently no valid tool for this purpose in Mainland China. The aim of this study is to validate the Chinese version of the Care Evaluation Scale (CES). Methods From January to December 2017, a cross-sectional online survey was conducted among bereaved family members of cancer patients from 10 medical institutes. The reliability of the CES was assessed with Cronbach’s α, and structural validity was evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis. Concurrent validity was tested by examining the correlation between the CES total score and overall satisfaction with end-of-life care, quality of dying and death, and quality of life. Results A total of 305 valid responses were analyzed. The average CES score was 70.7 ± 16.4, and the Cronbach’s α of the CES was 0.967 (range: 0.802–0.927 for the 10 domains). The fit indices for the 10-factor model of CES were good(root-mean-square error of approximation, 0.047; comparative fit index, 0.952; Tucker–Lewis index, 0.946; standardized root mean square residual, 0.053). The CES total score was highly correlated with overall satisfaction with medical care (r = 0.775, P < 0.01), and moderately correlated with patients’ quality of life (r = 0.579, P < 0.01) and quality of dying and death (r = 0.570, P < 0.01). In addition, few associations between CES total score and demographic characteristics, except for the family members’ age. Conclusions The Chinese version of the CES is a reliable and valid tool to evaluate the quality of structure and process of end-of-life care for patients with cancer from the perspective of bereaved family in Mainland China.

Ensuring the economic security of municipalities is one of the key conditions for stable socio-economic de-velopment of the region. Recently, intraregional differentiation of territories has been growing, which increases the risk of the formation of negative factors that reduce the quality of life of the population. In order to neutralize and prevent acute social and economic problems, constant monitoring of the current state of the municipal econ-omy is necessary. As such a management tool, a rating assessment of the economic security of municipalities in the region can be used. The ranking of territories allows you to visualize the relative advantages and disadvantages of the development of territories. In addition, a systematic comparative analysis of controlled socio-economic pa-rameters will allow regional authorities to evaluate the results of the activities of local governments and improve the effectiveness of regional socio-economic policy. The article proposes a methodology for rating the economic security of municipalities, during which it is possible to visually assess the depth of the threats studied at the level of each territory. To this end, the proposed methodology is based on a system of indicators that identify the main problem areas of the socio-economic condition of the territories. To form the rating, the studied indicators are normalized and integral indices characterizing the level of economic security of municipalities are calculated. The methodology proposes criteria for assessing the level of municipal economic security (high; above average; aver-age; crisis; critical). According to the results of the study, a rating of municipal districts of the Khabarovsk Terri-tory was compiled. The study showed that the territories of the region are characterized by an unstable socio-economic condition. The leading positions in the rating are occupied by areas with an average level of economic security. Most municipal districts of the region have a crisis level of economic security, which provides for the de-velopment of a set of measures aimed at eliminating existing problems.

The article analyzes the methods and criteria for assessing knowledge, provides an overview of traditional and innovative forms of assessing knowledge.
