Indonesia currently tends to have fluctuative achievement in sports, especially in basketball. The sports performance can be affected by several things, which are relatedto the fulfillment of nutritional adequacy. Balance of fluid is one of essential intakes forathletes. This study aimed to analyze the comparison of rehydration fluids type todehydration level and vo2max on female teens of basketball extracurricular participants.This study design was quasy experiment with posttest only group design. Thetreatments in this study were divided into 3 groups, the first is water-given group, thesecond water-CHO 6%-given group and the third is isotonic water-given group. Alltreatments were performed to 8 female teens of basketball extracurricular participantson the different days. The results of Kruskal-Wallis statistical test showed difference in the level ofdehydration in a variety of treatments (p = 0.0001). Based One Way Anova there wereno differences in the various treatments VO2max (p = 0.180). The conclusion of thisresearch was that providing isotonic water could help reach the best level of hydrationfor an athlete during training. Key words: Dehydration Level, VO2max, Rehydration Fluid

A experimental study had been done using anti-prolactin as moulting process inhibitor and toknow the affect of anti-prolactin on the time of egg laying recovery of laying bird. The objective of this study was to prove that, moulting phase can be stopped with pasif imunisation antiprolactin intra muscular. The stages of this study as follow: used anti-prolactin from the third stage of study with the dose of 50 mg/ml (P1), 100 mg/ml (P2), and 200 mg/ml (P3) and 0.5 ml PBS (as control). In this stage, moulting was ceased respectively in day 4.8 1.033 (P1); 4.6 0.843 (P2); 4.68 0.516 (P3) and 61.9 2.079 (control). Statistical test using one way Anova revealed significant difference (p < 0.01) between control and treatment groups, and BNT 5 percent test showed that the fastest moulting inhibition was found in P3 group (200 mg/ml), which was not significantly different (p less than 0.05) with P1 (50 mg/ml) and P2 (100 mg/ml). The time of egg laying recovery was respectively at 9.3 0.675 (PI); 7.4 0.843 (P2); 3.3 0.823 (P3) and 18.4 1.174 (control). Statistical test using one way Anova test showed significant difference (p less than 0.01) between control and treatment groups, and BNT 5 percent test indicated that the shortest time of egg laying recovery was at group P3 (200 mg/ml), which was significantly different (p less than 0.05) from Pl (50 mg/ml); P2 (100 mg/ml); and control (PBS 0.5 ml). Conclusively, anti prolactin (50 mg/ml, 100 mg/ml and 200 mg/ml) to inhibit moulting process and to affect the time of egg laying recovery.

Biduri plants (Calatropis gigantea) is a wild plant that is very difficult to destroybecause of rapid breeding. One of the toxins contained in Biduri is saponin. Therefore Biduriplants very well be used as a repellent for Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The researchobjective was to determine the effectiveness of the roots Biduri larvicides against Aedesaegypti larvae mortality.This research is True Experiments with posttest study design OnlyControl Group Design. Statistical test results obtained by the one way Anova sig. = 0.000 sothat ρ <α (0.05) means that there is a significant influence on differences in dosing solutionBiduri roots are used against Aedes aegypti larvae mortality. Further post hoc test to determinedifferences in average - average each treatment group using Multiple Comparisons Analysis,LSD (Least Square Difference) obtained sig. = 0.00 so that ρ <α (0.05) means that there aresignificant differences in the deadly Aedes aegypti larvae of the four doses were given.Control of Aedes aegypti larvae using Biduri root solution can be done by affixing the rootsolution with 38 ml of solution Biduri root Biduri every 1 liter of water for 24 hours ofexposure.

The current pandemic has seen some adverse reactions from the most diverse religious groups all over the world to government regulations. After having described some of their manifestations, this contribution analyzes what the Bible and some post biblical (patristic and Talmudic) traditions say about illness and pandemics. As it is ascertained that these sources contain very limited material on these subjects, the third part of this article proposes some ethical reflections regarding the official response to the pandemic as well as some pastoral implications. <p class="Default">Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan penyebab kematian nomor satu di dunia. Gaya hidup masyarakat terutama dalam mengkonsumsi diet yang tidak sehat dapat meningkatkan kadar LDL yang dapat menyebabkan  penyakit kardiovaskular. Rumput laut merah (<em>Kappaphycus alvarezii</em>)<em> </em>yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia mengandung flavonoid dan triterpenoid yang diduga dapat menurunkan kadar LDL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak rumput laut merah (<em>Kappaphycus alvarezii</em>) <em> </em>terhadap kadar LDL pada tikus putih (<em>Rattus norvegicus</em>) jantan galur Wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental murni laboratorik dengan rancangan penelitian <em>Post Test Control Group Design. </em>Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 ekor tikus putih (<em>Rattus norvegicus</em>) jantan galur Wistar yang dibagi ke dalam tiga kelompok: kelompok yang diberi diet standar selama 28 hari (K1), kelompok yang diberi diet tinggi lemak selama 28 hari (K2), dan kelompok yang diberi diet tinggi lemak selama 28 hari dan pada hari ke-15 sampai hari ke-28 diberi ekstrak rumput laut merah (<em>Kappaphycus alvarezii</em>) dengan dosis 140mg/200grBB/hari (K3). Hasil analisis statistik <em>One Way Anova </em>menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar LDL yang signifikan antara ketiga kelompok pada penelitian ini (p&lt;0,001). Kadar LDL pada K2 (=16,00±3,29) meningkat secara bermakna dibandingkan dengan K1 (=10,62±1,77). Sedangkan kadar LDL pada K3 (=6,88±2,42) menurun secara bermakna dibandingkan dengan K2. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak rumput laut merah (<em>Kappaphycus alvarezii</em>) berpengaruh terhadap kadar LDL darah pada tikus putih (<em>Rattus norvegicus</em>) jantan galur Wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong> : diet tinggi lemak, LDL, <em>Kappaphycus alvarezii</em></p>

In this study, three simple and accurate spectrophotometric methods for simultaneous determination of pyriproxyfen and chlorothalonil residues in cucumbers and cabbages grown in experimental greenhouse were studied. The first method was based on the zero-crossing technique measurement for first and second derivative spectrophotometry. The second method was based on the first derivative of the ratio spectra. However, the third method was based on mean centering of ratio spectra. These procedures lack any previous separation steps. The calibration curves for three spectrophotometric methods are linear in the concentration range of 1–30 μg·mL−1 and 0.5–7 μg·mL−1 for pyriproxyfen and chlorothalonil successively. The recoveries ranged from 82.12–97.40% for pyriproxyfen and 81.51–97.04% for chlorothalonil with relative standard deviations less than 4.95% and 5.45% in all instances for pyriproxyfen and chlorothalonil, respectively. The results obtained from the proposed methods were compared statistically by using one-way ANOVA, and the results revealed there were no significant differences between ratio spectra and mean centering methods with the zero-crossing technique. The proposed methods are successfully applied for the simultaneous estimation of the residue of both pesticides in cucumber and cabbage samples.

Objective: This study was to determine OPG and RANKL expression after hydroxyapatite (HA) scaffold from crab shells (Portunus pelagicus) application in tooth socket of Cavia cobaya. Methods: This study was a post-test only control group design. Twenty four Cavia cobaya was divided into 4 groups. The lower left incisor was extracted and given a combination of HA and gelatin scaffold. Experimental animals were sacrificed on the 7th and 14th day. The amount of OPG and RANKL expression was calculated under a light microscope at 1000x magnification. The statistical analysis was done by One Way ANOVA Test and Tukey HSD. Results: Compared to other groups, the lowest and the highest level of OPG and RANKL were in P14 group. Conclusion: HA scaffold from crab shells (Portunus pelagicus) can increase OPG expression and decrease RANKL expression in the process of regenerating alveolar bone after tooth extraction.

This article seeks to expand the agenda setting theory and its later ramifications, by complementing them with the hypothesis of the articulation function of mass-media. Defined as the capacity of the media to offer people the words and expressions associated with defending specific points of view, the articulation function suggests a new ramification of the agenda setting theory, namely the key words level of agenda setting. Building on the third-level assumption about the transfer of issues and attributes from the media to people’s agenda in bundles, we argue that each issue is in fact transferred together with a set of “key words”, corresponding to the additional sub-topics related to the issue.

Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi kasus DBD adalah dengan pengendalian vektor DBD dengan larvisida. Temephos merupakan salah satu insektisida yang telah digunakan lebih dari 30 tahun dan berfungsi mengendalikan larva vektor. Penggunaan temephos yang tidak sesuai aturan dapat menyebabkan penurunan kerentanan pada vektor DBD.  Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk  menilai  status  kerentanan larva Aedes aegypti di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan post  test  only  with  control  group design. Telur diambil dan dipelihara di laboratorium hingga mencapai larva instar III/IV. Uji kerentanan untuk temephos dilakukan berdasarkan standar WHO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada Kecamatan Kuranji, kematian larva pada konsentrasi 0,005 mg/L sebesar 10%, 0,01 mg/L sebesar 45%, 0,02 mg/L sebesar 86%, dan pada konsentrasi 0,03 mg/L sebesar 100%. Pada Kecamatan Koto Tangah, kematian larva pada konsentrasi 0,005 mg/L sebesar 24%, 0,01 mg/L sebesar 48%, 0,02 mg/L sebesar 99%, dan pada konsentrasi 0,03 mg/L sebesar 100%. Pada Kecamatan Padang Timur pada konsentrasi 0,005 mg/L didapatkan kematian larva sebesar 12%, pada 0,01 mg/L sebesar 43%, pada 0,02 mg/L sebesar 99%, dan pada 0,03 mg/L sebesar 100%. Hasil uji One way-Anova adalah bermakna dengan nilai p<0,05 pada ketiga kecamatan dan LC99 sedikit diatas 0,02 mg/L. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah status kerentanan Aedes aegypti terhadap temephos di tiga kecamatan berkisar antara rentan dan toleran, belum mencapai resisten sehingga temephos masih dapat digunakan dalam pengendalian vektor DBD.

This article aimed to improve the understanding of the concept of purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III through the application of information multiliterasi learning models. This research was  classroom action research. This research was conducted in three cycles. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle has average 63.2 with the percentage of classical completeness which was 48.5%. In the second cycle the average score of students were 70 with the percentage of classical completeness  63.6%. In the third cycle the average value of students were  81.2 with the percentage of classical completeness 87.9%. Then it can be concluded that the application of the multiliteration learning model of information on social studies subjects has success to increase the understanding of the concept purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III District Majalengka. Self-resilience is the ability to continue life after adversity or after experiencing heavy stress is not a fortune, but it describes the existence of certain abilities in individuals. Reality counseling is a system that focuses on current behavior. Therapists serve as teachers and models and confront clients in ways that help them cope with reality and meet basic needs without harming themselves or others. At the heart of reality therapy is the acceptance of personal responsibility, which is analogous to mental health. This study aims to determine how reality counseling can improve students' self-resilience at Unipa Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the research method of pretest posttest one group design. The data analysis used was statistical test using SPSS 17. The results showed that all indicators had a significant difference level. This significant difference can be seen from the level of resilience achieved by the counselees. This shows that reality counseling is effective in increasing the resilience of students in facing current conditions. Keywords: Reality Counseling, Self Resilience, Quasi Experiment
