Kritik Sosial Dalam Kumpulan Puisi W.S Rendra: Kehidupan Masyarakat di Indonesia

The poetry of research by W.S Rendra is aimed to describe social condition of society in Indonesia. Social conditions are in the form of social status, poverty, and arbitrariness of the government. The theory used to examine these poems is the theory of genetic structuralism and uses the sociological approach of the work. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data source used is 3 poems by W.S Rendra. While the data is a quote from a collection of poems W.S Rendra which contains elements of social criticism. Data collection techniques used in this study is literature study techniques. In this research data collection is by reading the collection of poems by W.S Rendra and look for aspects that contain elements of social criticism in a collection of poems by W.S Rendra. The data research procedure used is reading poetry, collecting data in the form of quotation. Data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there are several social problems in Indonesia that have been criticized by W.S Rendra into a poem of his creation.

Writing Errors

This research is motivated by the importance of the use of good and correct Indonesian in any context including in electronic media. The purpose of this study is to analyze some of the errors and language errors spoken by participants of Master Chef Indonesia 2020. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods by describing the data obtained in the form of sentences used by Indonesian Master Chef participants. The data source in this study was the participants of the Indonesian Master Chef 2020. The data collection technique was carried out with literature study techniques, namely by (1) watching the Indonesian Master Chef 2020 show again, (2) writing errors in the Master Chef Indonesia 2020 show, (3 ) classifying language errors in Master Chef participants in phonology, morphology, and syntax. The content analysis technique is used to describe the language errors of the participants of the Indonesian Master Chef. Based on the data found, there are several language errors that have been classified, namely language errors (interference) and language errors in the field of linguistics (phonology, morphology, and syntax).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur wawacan Mahabarata dan nilai etnopedagogik yang terdapat di dalamnya. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah buku Wawacan Mahabarata karya R. Memed Sastrahadiprawira dkk. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik studi pustaka. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan teknik analisis unsur langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa struktur formal Wawacan Mahabarata meliputi guru gatra, guru wilangan, guru lagu, watak pupuh, dan sasmita pupuh. Struktur naratif Wawacan Mahabarata memiliki tema sosial, ada 162 tokoh, latar cerita (tempat, waktu, suasana), dan alur maju. Nilai etnopedagogik dalam cerita ini tergambar dari moral kemanusiaan, yakni moral manusia terhadap Tuhan, moral manusia kepada diri pribadi, moral manusia kepada manusia lain, moral manusia kepada alam, moral manusia kepada waktu, dan moral manusia dalam mencapai kepuasan lahir batin.ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the structure of Wawacan Mahabharata and its ethnopedagogic values. The data source of this study data is the book Wawacan Mahabharata of R. Memed Sastrahadiprawira et al. This study used descriptive method. Data collected through literature study techniques. The collected data is processed by direct element analysis technique. Based on the research results, it is found that the formal structure of Wawacan Mahabharata includes guru gatra, guru wilangan, guru lagu, watak pupuh, and sasmita pupuh. The narrative structure of Wawacan Mahabharata has a social theme. There are 162 characters, story background (place, time, atmosphere), and forward sequel. The ethnopedagogic value in this story is depicted from the moral of humanity, the moral of human to God, the moral of human to themself, the moral of human to other human beings, the moral of human to nature, the moral of human to time, and the moral of human in achieving physical and mental satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to describe the psychological conflicts contained in the novel Arini Masih Ada Kereta yang Lewat by Mira W. The research method used is descriptive method. The data source in the study was the novel Arini Masih Ada Kereta yang Lewat by Mira W. consisting of 232 pages, a book thickness of 20 cm, published in 2018 by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama. The collection technique uses literature study techniques, reading techniques, and note taking techniques. While the data analysis technique used content analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it shows that the psychological conflicts built in the novel Arini Masih Ada Kereta yang Lewat by Mira W are in the form of internal conflict and external conflict. Internal conflict, namely the main character Arini felt a raging feeling shortly after the feeling of happiness when she saw the baby she had given birth to. Then, the external conflict, namely the character Arini knows a reality that Helmi said, such as a slap for Arini, a child who he thought had died was still alive and Helmi who took care of him.

The purpose of this study was to analyze 1) Maleficent character deconstruction, 2) female image deconstruction in the story, and 3) character values ??contained in the studied films. The research method used is a qualitative method with an emphasis on the character of Maleficent. Data collection techniques used are literature study techniques or documentation studies. The data analysis technique analyzes the content or text-based deconstruction survey theory, which begins with selecting data from the rewatching film 'Maleficent' and the rereading of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. The idea was used to search for opposition binaries and analyze Maleficent's character both in the film and in the original fairy tale. The results showed that Maleficent's existence was deconstructed into a figure of a magic woman who was kind, compassionate, motherly and always maintained the calm and safety of Princess Aurora. Deconstruction takes place on other supporting characters in evil films, such as the king and princess Aurora. The deconstruction can be seen in the image of women depicted in the film. Princess Aurora's image is deconstructed into a vital, assertive, straightforward, brave, and critical figure.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menguatnya wacana mengenai pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi dan terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam Sistem Elektronik. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja implementasi Peraturan Menteri tersebut di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Gianyar, Temanggung, dan Sleman dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi. Pembahasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep implementasi model Edwards yang melihat implementasi berdasarkan variabel komunikasi, sumber-sumber, kecenderungan-kecenderungan, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan yang di dalamnya termasuk perlindungan data pribadi oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil merujuk pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 61 Tahun 2015, sedangkan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 20 tahun 2016 sama sekali belum mereka ketahui. AbstractThis research is motivated by the strengthening of discourse regarding the importance of protecting personal data and the issuance of Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems. The research objective is to determine the performance of the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation within the District Government. The study was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration at the Government of the Regency of Gianyar, Temanggung, and Sleman by using a case study method, while data collection using literature study techniques, interviews, and observations. The discussion was carried out using the concept of implementation of Edwards model that looked at implementation based on communication variables, sources, trends, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the administration of population administration which included the protection of personal data by the Population and Civil Registry Office referred to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 61 of 2015, while the Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 was completely unknown to them.

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract: Waqf law can be categorized as a living law and potential of waqf can be written. The law of the living does not fully comply with regulations. This problem can lead to law-enforcement-representation issues then formulated into the question: How to advocate community against the Waqf Law? It contains public knowledge, public awareness and public obedience. Assuming sharia is natural law, it is eternal and does not change. In the case, sharia is not in accordance with waqf. The provisions of waqf law are obtained through ushul fiqh with analogical deductive reasoning patterns. The rest, the provisions regarding waqf agreement are obtained from human preferences about the general good. Waqf law is based ruh al-hukm, the spirit of teachings, and maqashid al-shariah. It is more important to be developed to be more responsive to people's priorities and needs. Opportunities for enforcement of waqf law are very large, so that at that time the community complied with waqf law. This research is a descriptive study, which analyzes waqf as a system, as well as a subsystem of a wider system. This analysis, explains the process of society from knowledge to aware and finally to be obedient. The data source used consists of library materials both in the form of documents, books, and scientific writings and other relevant information. Data collection is carried out with literature study techniques, with the approval of the principle of relevance and novelty of the information collected. The analysis is content analysis (classification, interpretation and inference findings). Abstrak: Hukum wakaf dapat dikategorikan sebagai the living law. Sekalipun demikian, terdapat usaha-usaha untuk mengaktualisasikan potensi wakaf. Hal ini mengisyaratkan, bahwa hukum-yang-hidup tidak selalu tegak secara teoritis. Sehubungan dengan itu, masalah ini dapat diidentifikasi sebagai masalah penegakan-hukum-perwakafan. Maka masalah ini dirumuskan ke dalam pertanyaan: Bagaimana kepatuhan hukum masyarakat terhadap Undang-undang Wakaf? Penelitian ini difokuskan pada unsur-unsur mengenai pengetahuan masyarakat (legal knowledge), kesadaran masyarakat (legal awareness), dan kepatuhan masyarakat (legal obidience) terhadap UU Wakaf. Dengan asumsi syariah merupakan hukum kodrat (natural law), sehingga sifatnya kekal dan tidak berubah. Sekalipun demikian, dalam kasus wakaf, syariah tidak menentukan secara tegas mengenai wakaf. Ketentuan hukum wakaf diperoleh melalui ushul fiqh, dengan pola penalaran deduktif analogis. Selebihnya, ketentuan mengenai mekanisme wakaf diperoleh berdasarkan preferensi manusia mengenai kebaikan umum (public good). Hukum wakaf lebih didasarkan pada ruh al-hukm, semangat ajaran, dan maqashid al-syariah. Sehingga wakaf lebih memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan menjadi lebih responsif terhadap tuntutan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Peluang penegakan hukum wakaf sangat besar, sehingga pada gilirannya masyarakat patuh terhadap hukum wakaf. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yakni menganalisis wakaf sebagai sebuah sistem, sekaligus subsistem dari sistem yang lebih luas. Analisis tersebut, dideskripsikan proses masyarakat dari tahu menjadi sadar dan akhirnya menjadi patuh terhadap hukum wakaf. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa bahan kepustakaan, baik berupa dokumen, buku, dan tulisan-tulisan ilmiah serta informasi lain yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi kepustakaan, dengan menekankan prinsip relevansi dan kebaruan dari informasi yang dihimpun. Adapun analisisnya adalah analisis isi (content-analysis), dengan langkah: klasifikasi data, interpretasi data, serta inferensi temuan.

This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory. The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.

AbstractNazir has a central role in management and development of waqf assets. A nazir’s method of managing waqf assets will decide the quality and quantity of the use of waqf assets, so that the existence of a professional work team will make the waqf assets more developed and productive. The purpose of this study was to determine the professionalism of waqf nazir by analyzing the management of productive waqf in the Daarut Tauhiid Bandung waqf institution. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing productive waqf management from three aspects, namely nazir, waqf assets, and finance at the Daarut Tauhiid waqf institution. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used interactive model analysis by Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that productive waqf management at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution, which is reflected in three aspects, namely nazir, asset management, and financial reporting has gone well. This is supported by professional and competent nazirs in managing and developing waqf assets productively through collaboration with various parties; as well as management of waqf finances in a transparent and accountable manner through reporting to BWI, the community and waqif. AbstrakNazir memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan aset wakaf. Cara nazir dalam memperlakukan aset wakaf akan menentukan kualitas dan kuantitas pemanfaatan aset wakaf, sehingga keberadaan tim kerja yang profesional menjadikan aset wakaf akan semakin berkembang dan produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profesionalitas nazir wakaf dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif dari tiga aspek, yaitu nazir, aset wakaf, dan keuangan di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen wakaf produktif di Lembaga Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid yang direfleksikan melalui tiga aspek yaitu nazir, pengelolaan aset, dan pelaporan keuangan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung oleh para nazir yang profesional dan kompeten dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan aset wakaf secara produktif melalui kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, dan juga pengelolaan keuangan wakaf secara transparan dan akuntabel melalui pelaporan kepada BWI, masyarakat dan waqif.
