This study aims to investigate the continuance of village unit cooperative, the management, and preparation in facing business competition and globalization. This study employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to gain an understanding of the phenomenon. Three village unit cooperatives were involved as a research subject in the area of oil palm plantations in Muaro of Jambi municipalities. The findings indicate that the village unit cooperative has been able to provide better prosperity for its members. Second, the village unit cooperative does not have a more advanced and modern business plan to compete in the current era. However, the business undertaken is a monopoly that makes it village unit cooperatives difficult to compete with other parties.

This study explains empowering Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMW) through Productive Migrant Village Programs (PMVP) in the Banyumas Regency. PMVP is a program of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia held since 2016. The program aims are to empower, improve services and protection for IMWs starting from the village. The paradigm of the study is a constructivist paradigm by using a critical model. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, which explores data to get the meaning of the basic and essential things of the empirical phenomena experienced by the research subject. The results of the research are 1). In providing information about the process of migrant workers faced with challenges from recruitment agencies/recruitment companies (Private Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Agency). 2). In the stage of the production process, there are obstacles that the equipment provided by the Ministry cannot use. 3). The care of children of migrant workers is still individual only to their families. The community even still stigmatizes them as children who deserve problems since their parents abandoned them. 4). Late initiation of the migrant workers’ cooperatives. Procedures for establishing migrant workers cooperatives, mentoring, and guidance specifically related to migrant workers are needed.

Religious activities in the village of Kalidilem are already running but there are still some residents, especially teenagers, who get drunk and promiscuity. To overcome this problem a Kampung Qur’an program is formed. Kampung Qur'an is one of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU, Islamic Organization) Lumajang programs that synergizes with JQH in the form of a missionary institution tasked with spreading the message of da'wah with the Qur'an. The village of the Qur'an was fully surrendered to the NU Autonomous Agency in charge of al-Qur'an. In the process of da'wah an important thing to consider is the da'wah strategy. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the da'wah strategy used by the Qur'an Village there are 5 namely: 1) Sentimental strategy: conducting regular recitation, giving advice with good words, such as calling mad'u as "O my brothers, O my children" . 2) Rational strategy: invite people to discuss together. 3) Sensory Strategy: direct the practice of worship. 4) Ta'lim strategy: holding al-Qur'an illiteracy eradication program, development of tahfidzul quran, qiro'atul quran, art of calligraphy, organizing majlis of Qur'an interpretation and interpreneur of the Qur'an. 5) emulate the Prophet's strategy. The inhibiting factor of the preaching strategy of Kampung Qur'an is the lack of capable human resources in the field of al-Qur'an studies, understanding community psychology and having metacognitive abilities and philosophical thinking. The replanting, which was carried out for the first time in the Kuamang Valley hamlet in 2018, which was funded by the BPDPKS grant, was carried out on an area of 110 hectares that participated in the registration of 51 oil palm farmers. However, in its implementation there are various obstacles that make the program not run well in Lembah Kuamang Hamlet. This research method uses a qualitative method with the selection of informants by purposive sampling. The results of the study found that the oil palm replanting policy at KUD Citra Merkadi Dusun Lembah Kuamang had not run according to the rules set out in the Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 6 of 2018 concerning Palm Oil Relanting Guidelines which occurred due to various obstacles that arise in the implementation of replanting coconut plantations. oil palm in the hamlet of Lembah Kuamang, Pelapat Ilir sub-district, Bungo regency. Constraints in replanting are the difficulty of communicating with operators who handle the implementation of rejuvenation of oil palm plantations in the village of Kuamang valley, the absence of socialization to the community of oil palm farmers and the workforce who have experienced complete cessation due to non-current wages from contractors. As for the efforts made by the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in solving the problems that are happening in the valley of Kuamang, the village unit cooperative gives a warning to the contractors and operators and finally decides on a contract with the operator and looks for another contractor who is more professional

The village becomes a comfortable place to live, because it still looks beautiful and fresh air. The urban community who originally came from the village even flocked to leave their village to earn money. Long life in the city, it causes the boredom for the urban community and they miss the village that was ever occupied. Tourism village becomes one of the urban communities to release the longing for the village that once lived. Tourism village is intentionally designed, made a tourismplace with the concept of rural life in general. In the process of rural tourism development, it must all elements in the village to be built, including the young generation. Today, many young people do not care about their respective villages,whereas the young generation becomes the hope to be the next local wisdom. How is the role of the young generation in building a tourism village? The purposes are to find out how far the role of the young generation in building a tourism village, with various problems experienced by the young generation. This type of research used descriptive qualitative method, the approach that researcher used in this research was phenomenological approach. Researcher in this research tried to understand how the role of the young generation in developing tourism village and various problems faced by the young generation. How is the process towards becoming a tourism village?

This article aims to learn more about marriage in an aged wawah because of an extramarital pregnancy and the psychological impact on children in the village of Makrampai West Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, namely observations in the field, the authors want to describe how the attention of the people of Makrampai Village in Tebas Subdistrict to underage marriages due to pregnancy out of wedlock itself. From the results of this study it was found that underage marriages in Makrampai Village came from a background of lack of parental attention to their biological children so that their children fell into promiscuity which cannot be changed so that the future of children is damaged and the educational background of parents is also very influential towards the education of children at home. Underage marriage has many impacts on the perpetrator, including depression, anxiety, fear and stress which are the effects of underage marriage in Makrampai Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency.

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service in Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well..

This research explains the mysticism of mappadendang tradition in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency, which is believed by the local community as a form of shielding from danger and can resist reinforcemen such as Covid-19 outbreak. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative method and an ethnographic approach. This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the mystical space in mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village. After conducting the tracing process, the researcher found that mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency in July 2020 was not a tradition of harvest celebration as generally in several villages in Bone Regency, especially Bugis tribe, but mappadendang was held as a form of shielding from all distress including Covid-19 outbreak. This trust was obtained after one of the immigrants who now resides in the village dreamed of meeting an invisible figure (tau panrita) who ordered a party to be held that would bring all the village people because remembering that in the village during Covid-19 happened to almost all the existing areas in Indonesia, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village were spared from the outbreak. Spontaneously, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village worked together to immediately carry out the mappadendang tradition as a form of interpretation of the message carried by the figure.

<p>Despite Sasak community in five sub-districts of North Lombok uses the same dialect, namely kuto-Kute Dialect (BSDK), the people within those sub-districts demonstrate different lexicals to express the same meaning. The purpose of this study is to describe the lexicals variations in Kuto-Kute Dialect used by the community in North Lombok. This study used a descriptive-qualitative method. The data was taken by using observation and conversational method. Observation method was applied by observing the language used by communities within the observation spots in the village, while conversational method was used by having conversations with the informants from the observed villages. The data was analysed by using referential identity and distributional methods. The result of the analysis showed that Sasak Kuto-Kute dialect in certain gloss has lexical variations they are glosses having two lexical variation and three lexical variations.</p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning of coffee for Barista in specialty coffee shop. The concept used in this study is the concept of self-image or an individual image. The concept of self-image also explains the feelings and thoughts of individuals. The research method used is qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Whereas data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study show that the meaning of coffee for Barista in specialty coffee shop is the deeper their understanding of knowledge about coffee, the stronger the meaning conveyed to their customers and also to increase the sense of self respect as Barista. Besides that, the interaction built between the Barista and the customers can also strengthen the characteristic of the coffee shops, which is to be the specialty coffee shop in the third wave era.

AbstractThis research underlines the communication patterns of Indonesian diaspora women in their mixed culture families and how they use these patterns in Australia. There are some differences in interpreting meanings because of the differences in language and culture. Thus, researchers are interested in examining communication patterns experienced by these diaspora women who live in Australia. The research was conducted through a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews with 13 Indonesian women who had been living in Australia for more than 5 years and observation and documentation studies. The study showed that the communication patterns of Indonesian diaspora women living within their mixed culture families consist mainly of verbal communication classified into five categories: (1) pure English, (2) mixed language, (3) unstructured grammar English, (4) compliments and appreciation, and (5) obscene words or swearing.
