This study aims to determine the description of traditional games as a medium of counseling in improving the social skills of students and know the influence of traditional games as a medium of counseling in improving students' social skills. The research used quasi experiment with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design design research. The samples used purposive sampling with 12 experimental group and 12 control group. Instrument using social skill scale. The findings of this study reveal that 1) the level of social skills of students in SMP Negeri 18 Makassar before being treated in the form of traditional games are in the "low" category and after being given a traditional game increases or is in the 'high' category. 2) there is a significant positive effect of traditional games in improving students' social skills. That is, the students' social skills can be improved by the provision of traditional games.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe (STAD). Posttest control group design digunakan dalam penelitian eksperimen semu ini. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VII A (kelompok eksperimen) dan kelas B (kelompok control) yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan RPP, lembar observasi keterampilan sosial, tes hasil belajar kognitif siswa dan lembar validasi soal. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistic menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan sosial kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control berkategori baik. Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok control (thitung= 1,53 < ttabel= 1,93) meskipun secara deskriptif skor rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari kelompok control (mean= 63,75 vs. mean= 50,52). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. The Effect of the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model on Students' Social Skills and Cognitive Learning Outcomes Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe social skills and student learning outcomes after learning using the STAD type cooperative learning model. Posttest control group design was used in this quasi-experimental research. The samples of this study were class VII A (experimental group) and class B (control group) which were selected using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were the lesson plan implementation observation sheet, social skills observation sheet, student cognitive learning outcomes test and question validation sheets. The research data were analyzed descriptively and statistically using t-test. The results showed that the social skills of the experimental group and the control group were categorized as good. The results of the statistical test showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (tcount= 1.53 < ttable= 1.93) although descriptively the average score of the experimental group's learning outcomes was better than the control group (mean= 63.75 vs. mean = 50.52). This study concludes that there is no significant effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on social skills and students' cognitive learning outcomes.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap pengaruh physical activity terhadap emotion dan social skills. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design With More Than One Experimental Group. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SMK Plus Pratama Adi sebanyak 48 siswa usia 17 tahun. Instrumen penelitian emotion menggunakan angket Games and Emotion Scale (GES) dan instrumen penelitian social skills menggunakan angket social skills Social Scale Rating System (SSRS). Analisis data menggunakan independent samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menyatakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku yang lebih maju di kalangan siswa Sekolah Kejuruan salah satunya adalah emotion dan social skills dan terdapat pengaruh physical activity terhadap emotion dan social skills.

This research is planned on the purpose of investigation the effect of Mother Value Training Program (ADEP), which is provided to the mothers of children who attend kindergarten, to the social skills level of 5-6 years old children. In the study, pretest-posttest and experimental research design including the control and experimental groups was used; there were 24 children in each group. The Mother Value Training Program (ADEP) is applied to the mothers of children in the experimental group during 9-weeks. There are 18 sessions and the duration of each is 120 -150 minutes. For the collection of data, Social Skills Improvement System "SSİS" Parent Form was used.  As a result of the analyses, a significant difference was not observed in the control group. However, significantly increasing effect in the social skills related to the communication, cooperation, self-expression, responsibility, empathy, acting together with the group and self-control was observed in the experimental group children. In addition, as a result of the screening test, this effect was also observed in other social skills other than communication.

An attempt has been made to study the effect of Yoga: Pranayama on Anxiety & Depression. A purposive sample of 120 persons (60 males & 60 females) was selected and a pre and post control group design was used. Life style questionnaire (referred in introducing health Psychology) & ‘Eight State Questionnaire’ by Curran & Cattell, Indian adaptation by Shri Malay kapoor New Delhi, Kapoor & Bhargava (Agra) were used as tools. An analysis of results shows that the yoga pranayama had positive effect in the management of Anxiety & Depression as well as in creating positive image about oneself in the experimental group while control group didn’t show any significant difference.

This research is based on the facts in the field regarding the process of achieving early childhood education that is not optimal. Eeducational attainment is about to manage sel emotion of early childhood. The traditional games "kaulinan barudak" are one of the learning process approaches could be expected to provide positive stimulation toward developmental aspect of children’s potential. This study is conducted to determine the contribution of traditional games "kaulinan barudak" to the development of self emotion manage of children aged 5-6 years. This study uses quasi-experimental method with Pretest and Posttest control group design. Data is collected using structured observation, notes, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) the ability of self emotion manage of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Artanita Tasikmalaya entered into category”positive significant”; 2) the ability of self emotion manage of children aged 5-6 years of conventional game in kindergarten Artanita Tasikmalaya entered into category”no siginificant positive effect”; 3) the ability of self emotion manage of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Artanita Tasikmalaya entered into category”Different effect of traditional game “kaulinan barudak” from the conventional game”. The traditional game of “kaulinan barudak” gives a more significant positive effect than the conventional game. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta-fakta di lapangan mengenai kondisi proses pencapaian pendidikan anak usia dini yang belum optimal. Proses pencapaian pendidikan yang dimaksud adalah sikap empati dan pola gerak dasar anak usia dini. Permainan tradisional “kaulinan barudak” merupakan salah satu pendekatan proses belajar yang diduga dapat memberikan stimulasi positif terhadap aspek perkembangan potensi anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi permainan tradisional “kaulinan barudak” terhadap pengembangan sikap empati dan pola gerak dasar anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan Pretest-Posttest control group design. Subjek siswa yang akan dilibatkan adalah anak usia dini di TK Perwari dan RA Istiqomah , dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 orang sesuai jumlah di TK Perwari dan RA Istiqomah. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  observasi terstruktur, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini 1) profil kemampuan bersikap empati dan pola gerak dasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Perwari Kota Tasikmalaya dan RA Istiqomah Kota Tasikmalaya masuk ke dalam kategori “Muncul”, 2) program kegiatan pembelajaran  meningkat, 3) program kegiatan pembelajaran dengan permainan konvensional menunjukan cukup baik, 4) kemampuan pola gerak dasar pada kelompok eksperimen meningkat.; 5) profil sikap empati dan pola gerak dasar setelah melalui penerapan permainan konvensional meningkat, 6) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap empati dan pola gerak dasar di kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen.

<p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to examine the effect of cooperative learning models Quiz-Quiz Trade and peer assessment to social skill student. This study used quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design that measured by a skill questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using anacova test. The result showed the quiz-quiz trade learning model and peer assessment were able to develop student’s social skills. The anacova test showed the significance value 0.00 &lt;0.05, so that model quiz-quiz trade and peer assessment could be improved students' social skills.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan sosial siswa dnegan menggunakan model pembelajaran quiz-quiz trade dan peer assessment. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian <em>Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design</em> dengan analisis menggunakan uji Anacova. Instrumen menggunakan angket keterampilan dengan skala likert. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa model pembelajaran <em>quiz-quiz trade</em> dan <em>peer assessment</em> mampu mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Data hasil uji anacova menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikansi adalah 0,00&lt;0,05 sehingga diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh model <em>quiz-quiz trade</em> dan <em>peer assessment</em> dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode proyek terhadap kemampuan sosial anak. Kemampuan sosial adalah anak belajar berinterkasi dengan orang lain. Sedangkan metode proyek merupakan merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang bisa membangkitkan keaktifan peserta didik, anak dapat memecahkan masalah yang diberikan oleh gurunya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu dengan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B1 semester genap di Gugus III Kecamatan Tampaksiring berjumlah 109 orang. Sampel penelitian yaitu 31 anak kelompok B1 TK Soma Negara sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 29 anak kelompok B1 TK Ratna Kumara sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data kemampuan sosial anak dikumpulkan dengan instrumen non tes melalui observasi , ceklis. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung = 5,22. Pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk 58 diperoleh ttabel = 2,00. Hal ini berarti bahwa thitung>ttabel, se¬hingga dapat diinterprestasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan sosial yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan metode proyek dan kelompok yang tidak dibelajarkan dengan metode proyek. Dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kemampuan sosial kelompok eksperimen adalah 76,67 lebih besar dari rata-rata kemampuan sosial kelompok kontrol yang hasil rata-ratanya sebesar 66,27. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metode proyek berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan sosial siswa pada anak kelompok B di TK Gugus III Kecamatan Tampaksiring Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci : Metode Proyek, kemampuan sosial, anak usia dini This study aims to determine the effect of project methods on children's social skills. Social skills are children learning to interact with others. While the project method is one of the learning methods that can generate the learner's activity, the child can solve the problem given by the teacher. The type of research used is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study is all children of group B1 even semester in Group III Tampaksiring District amounted to 109 people. The samples were 31 children of B1 TK Soma Negara group as experiment group and 29 children of B1 TK Ratna Kumara group as control group. Child social ability data collected by non test instrument through observation, checklist. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the data analysis, obtained t count = 5.22. At the level of significance of 5% with dk 58 obtained ttable = 2.00. This means that thitung> ttable, so it can be interpreted that there are significant differences in social capability between the experimental group and the control group following the lesson using project and group methods not taught by the project method. Judging from the average score of social ability of the experimental group is 76.67 is greater than the average social ability of the control group whose average result is 66.27. Thus it can be concluded that the learning using project method affect the social ability of students in children group B in kindergarten class III Tampaksiring District School Year 2017/2018.keyword : Project method, social skills, early childhood

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan penerapan permainan tradisional kaulinan barudak terhadap pengembangan kemampuan mengelola emosi diri sendiri anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Artanita Kota Tasikmalaya; 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan penerapan permainan konvensional terhadap pengembangan kemampuan mengelola emosi diri sendiri anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Kota Tasikmalaya; 3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh permainan tradisional kaulinan barudak dengan permainan konvensional terhadap pengembangan kemampuan mengelola emosi diri sendiri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Permainan tradisional kaulinan barudak memberikan pengaruh positif yang lebih signifikan dari pada permainan konvensional.

This article aims to determine the work motivation of outsourced workers before being given motivation training, knowing the work motivation of outsourced workers after being given motivation training. Then know whether there is an influence of motivation training to improve work motivation and know the smoothness of motivation training. The research method used is a pure experimental method, with pretest-posttest control group design research design. The subjects of the research are outsourced workers as cleaning service in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang totaling 30 people. Subjects were selected based on randomization measured using a work motivation scale, which was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. Each group has 15 people. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of motivation training, while the control group did not. Based on the pretest results, the experimental group and the control group showed moderate work motivation. In the posttest results, the experimental group experienced improvement after treatment. While the control group that was not given treatment there was no increase, even the decrease of work motivation. The result of the research proves that the giving of motivation training has an effect on the increase of work motivation to the outsourced workers as cleaning service in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The training implementation questionnaire proved that motivational training was going well for the participants.

The problem of developmental and nutritional growth disorders in children under five nationally and even the current global problem is stunting. This type of experimental research uses a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design research design. The sample of this study was 66 mothers). The results of this study were a comparison of changes in the mean actions of mothers in feeding children between the control and experimental groups was the mean of the control group 140.6 while the experimental group was 94.8 with a p value <α of 0.015. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of nutritional counseling on the actions of mothers in the way of feeding stunting children in the Kampar regency.
