Indonesia as an agrarian country faces several obstacles to achieving food sovereignty, due to the limited number of the younger generation involved in the agricultural sector. Most of the farmers are elderly with limited capacity. Therefore, as early as possible, it is necessary to make efforts to increase interest in farming among elementary school students through School Garden activities. The introduction of the School Garden becomes an interesting lesson because students can carry out farming activities independently. This community service program was carried out at SD Model located in Ngemplak, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This program aims to introduce the School Garden through urban farming so that it can foster interest in agriculture. The methods used include presentations with video tutorials and giving farming modules. The results of the implementation of the community service program showed that 97.7% of students liked the introduction of the School Garden activity and 81.4% of students felt that these activities foster their interest in agriculture.

[Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKMM) yang didanai kemenristekdikti tahun 2018. Khalayak sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas 5 dan 6 SD Negeri 056035 Kecamatan Besitang. Kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis permainan tradisional di kelas telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 juli 2018 hingga 28 juli 2018 yang diikuti oleh 20 peserta siswa/siswi SD. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh hasil dan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah membantu pihak SD Negeri 056035 Kecamatan Besitang dalam menumbuhkan minat siswa terhadap pelajaran matematika, membantu siswa untuk tertarik terhadap matematika sehingga dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan matematikanya dan meningkatkan kreatifitas siswa dalam bidang Matematika. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan berbasis permainan tradisional berjalan dengan baik dan siswa mampu menggunakan permainan tradisional dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Permainan Tradisional, Matematika, Siswa SDThis Community Service is a Community Service Student Creativity Program (PKMM) funded by Kemenristekdikti in 2018. The target audience of this service is the 5th and 6th grade students of 056035 State Elementary School in Besitang District. Traditional game-based learning activities in the classroom have been held on July 2 2018 to July 28 2018 attended by 20 elementary school students. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service were obtained, including helping 056035 Public Elementary School in Besitang District to foster students 'interest in mathematics, helping students to be interested in mathematics so that they can develop their mathematical abilities and increase students' creativity in Mathematics. The results of the PKM implementation show that the learning process based on traditional games runs well and students are able to use traditional games in the learning process.Keywords: Traditional Games, Mathematics, Elementary Students

The level of corruption in Indonesia has not decreased significantly even though there have been severe criminal penalties and prevention systems carried out. It is considered that the behavior of corruption is taken root in the mentality of the Indonesian people. Therefore, anti-corruption education needs to be provided early to reduce the possibility of someone to commit corruption when they are adults. The right education method can provide significant results in achieving educational goals to be achieved. The Community Service Team of the Communication Science and Psychology Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya held an anti-corruption education for elementary school students in collaboration with Sawah Baru Elementary School. The target of this program is elementary school students in grades 3, 4 and 5. In this anti-corruption education, the team used storytelling methods to facilitate and increase understanding in participant's mind. It turns out that this storytelling method has a large impact on the understanding of corruption in the view of elementary school students. In the future, we hope anticorruption education can be held in every school or into the education curriculum.

In the world of education now learning methods do not only use conventional methods such as from textbooks and teacher explanations, but also with effective and efficient learning methods using information technology. An example is multimedia-based learning media. Community service is one way that can be used to carry out information technology socialization. The community service that will be carried out in this study is entitled Easy and Interesting Mathematics Learning Through Animation. For elementary school students, with the aim of helping students in the learning process of mathematics that is more interesting interactive and fun, because in general lower elementary school students view mathematics lessons are difficult and boring learning. In this service, a learning media for mathematics will be created that includes the problem of building and space in accordance with the existing curriculum. Learning applications that are built include material, training, and tests, in accordance with applicable competency standards. Furthermore, training will be given to several elementary schools, as a briefing on how to use this learning system application so as to increase student motivation and ultimately improve student achievement and improve education quality.

The implementation of education regarding healthy clean living behavior is a form of community service, with the aim of being able to help elementary school students to increase their understanding of the importance of maintaining clean and healthy behavior to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus. COVID-19 causes a disease that attacks the respiratory system in humans. This virus has infected millions of people, causing a high mortality rate for sufferers throughout the world, both children and adults so that education about clean and healthy living behavior is one form of prevention to avoid the Covid-19 virus. The method of activity in this community service uses a follow-up study method with a participatory approach. The educational materials provided to the students of SD 1 Maleber include an introduction to COVID-19 and its symptoms, how to wash hands properly and correctly, how to apply cough etiquette, how to apply physical distancing, and how to apply a clean and healthy lifestyle. Educational activities are carried out by providing counseling to PHBS by using lecture, discussion, question and answer methods, and demonstrations. Submission of material is also done using learning media in the form of posters. The results of this study are to provide knowledge of participants who are students of Elementary School 1 Maleber Ciamis where previously they felt indifferent and felt they did not maintain clean and healthy behavior. After participating in educational activities for clean and healthy living habits, students will understand the importance of maintaining a healthy and clean lifestyle, gain knowledge in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus by applying cough etiquette, washing hands thoroughly, maintaining distance, and always maintaining health.

<p>This program is one of the community service programs carried out by groups of lecturers and student representatives of the mathematics education program at UNSIKA. This program is in the form of providing tutoring outside school hours to elementary school students in mathematics. Most students are of the view that mathematics is difficult, the scores obtained in the National Examination are still lacking. Based on these conditions, we will design a program to assist schools in providing tutoring for their students in facing the National Examination. The form of the program is in the form of providing<br />tutoring for elementary school students, to facilitate student learning in facing the National Exam in the National Examination Ready program. For the implementation of this activity, the mathematics textbooks and modules that are designed for guidance and study must be prepared. The material to be applied is about mathematics material that has been summarized from first grade to sixth grade material. The structure of teaching materials for each topic begins with concepts, example questions, exercises, discussion and key answers. The textbook is ready to be used for the program.</p>

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi mengenalkan kebudayaan berupa permainan tradisional yang interaktif kepada siswa sekolah dasar yang dimana di era global ini banyak dari mereka yang belum tahu akan manfaat dari permainan ini, menumbuhkan sikap sosial yang positif antar teman, menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, menambah wawasan kepada siswa tentang kebudayaan yang ada di sekitar, dan melestarikan kebudayaan. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pendampingan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang meliputi memberikan pengetahuan baru tentang permainan tradisional dan melestarikan kebudayaan. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan pendampingan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan memberikan berbagai macam outing class melalui permainan tradisional yang interaktif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa melalui permainan tradisional interaktif ini, antar siswa sudah dapat menunjukkan sikap sosial yang positif, siswa merasa senang dalam pembelajaran, siswa menjadi tahu tentang kebudayaan Indonesia yang berupa permainan tradisional.Kata Kunci: permainan tradisional, sikap sosial, outing class Increasing Positive Social Attitudes through Traditional Interactive Game Outing Classes ABSTRACT The purpose of community service includes introducing culture in the form of interactive traditional games to elementary school students, where in this global era many of them do not know the benefits of the game, foster positive social attitudes among friends, create fun learning, add insight into students about the culture around them, and preserve culture. The method that will be used in achieving the objectives of community service assistance activities is by providing various outing classes through interactive traditional games. Health problems that often occur in elementary school age children are diseases related to personal hygiene / personal hygiene and the environment such as good and correct brushing, hand washing habits with soap, and personal hygiene. Diseases that often arise are diarrhea, helminthiasis, toothache and so on. The problem with partners faced today is that there are still many elementary school students who do not understand the importance of personal hygiene. The purpose of Community Service provides an understanding of the importance of personal hygiene in elementary school students. Community service activities have been carried out in May-June 2017 to fifth grade students of SDN 206 with a total of 86 students. The service method uses survey, lecture, discussion and simulation approaches. The results obtained are all students of class V understand about Personal Hygiena and want to apply in everyday life. It is recommended to the school especially UKS officers and class teachers to always provide motivation, monitor elementary school students in increasing knowledge and implementing personal hygiene so that students can avoid disease

Community Service Activities (PkM) here aim to provide education, knowledge, information and understanding to the wider community. Especially for elementary school students who live in Muara Bakti Village, Bekasi Regency, to foster interest in reading, reading habits, and stretching to read actively through the Village Library. The activity method used in implementing PKM activities here is to provide counseling to the Muara Bakti 01 Babelan-Bekasi State Elementary School, to explain the importance of fostering reading interest, reading habits, and stretching to read diligently. This of course aims to improve class achievement. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Inggris Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan dilakukan di Sekolah dasar Inpres Karot, Kabupaten Manggarai NTT. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk praktik dan simulasi bermain games kosa kata berbahasa Inggris. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui obervasi, ditemukan bahwa siswa SDI Karot senang dan antusias mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan Vocabulary Games. Ini terlihat pada keaktifan dan partisipasi siswa dalam mengikuti diskusi kelompok dan dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan pelaksana PKM. Dengan demikian dapat direkomendasikan bahwa penerapan Vocabulary Games hendaknya selalu diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran kepada siswa SD. Konsekuensinya adalah guru mempersiapkan dan merancang media secara sistematis yang dapat menunjang penerapan English Vocabulary Games.Kata Kunci: Bahasa Inggris, Vocabulary Games, Minat, Siswa Sekolah Dasar This community service activity aims to increase interest in learning English in Elementary School. The activity was carried out at the Karot Inpres Elementary School, Manggarai Regency, NTT. Activities carried out in the form of practice and simulation playing English vocabulary games. Based on the results of the evaluation through observation, it was found that SDI Karot students were happy and enthusiastic about participating in English learning activities using Vocabulary Games. This can be seen in the activeness and participation of students in participating in group discussions and in answering every question posed by PKM implementers. Thus, it can be recommended that the implementation of Vocabulary Games should always be implemented in learning activities for elementary school students.
