The managing of Hope Family Program or Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is the supervisor of the business unit in the form of electronic warung gotong royong (e-Warong) which is a social assistance program to synergies between PKH and the Joint Venture Group or Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). PKH of Bantur’s subdistrict experienced several problems related to financial management for their business activities, especially their inventory recording and they were not aware to promote through marketplaces. Therefore by the program of community service the University of Merdeka  Malang, PKH Bantur’s subdistrict was expected to be able to gain an understanding of inventory recording and marketing to solve their problems by using google forms, google spreadsheet, and Shopee. There are three methods for these activities: lectures, practices, and discussions. These activities are divided into two sessions. The first session was introducing the importance of financial management, inventory management, and the use of google form and google spreadsheet. The second session explained digital marketing and the use of Shopee. The participants looked enthusiastic during the event. Through these activities, participants can understand the importance of managing inventory, the benefits of google form and google spreadsheets to control their inventory, also they can use Shopee as marketing media to gain more income.

Di masa pandemi saat ini banyak keluarga yang mengalami penurunan penghasilan karena menurunnya aktivitas di luar rumah, bahkan beberapa keluarga mengalami kesulitan keuangan karena menjadi korban PHK. Diperlukan usaha-usaha kreatif serta pengelolan keuangan yang cerdas agar ketahanan ekonomi keluarga bisa tetap terjaga. Kelompok ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Pabelan, Kecamatan Pabelan, Kabupaten Semarang memiliki latar belakang, tingkat sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian merupakan pekerja, pedagang, wirausaha kecil menengah, buruh industri dan pegawai harian lepas, namun kebanyakan masih memiliki waktu luang dapat diberdayakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan usaha kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Team dari Fakultas Ekonomi Unissula yang terdiri dari Indri Kartika, Sri Sulistyowati, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru dan Afri Aulia Rahman dilakukan guna meningkatkan penghasilan dari usaha kreatif melalui pemasaran digital sederhana serta pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. Peserta pelatihan meliputi ibu-ibu kelompok PKK di Desa Pabelan Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat tertarik untuk memulai usaha kreatif dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. ��During pandemic condition, many families have experienced income loss due to outdoor activity limitation. Some families even experience financial difficulties for losing job. Creative activities and smart financial management are needed so that the economic resilience of the family can be maintained. PKK women's group in Pabelan Village, Pabelan District. Semarang Regency has different backgrounds, social, educational and economic levels. Some are workers, traders, small and medium entrepreneurs actors, industrial laborers and casual daily employees. However, most of them still have free time to be empowered in creative business development activities. This community service activity was performed by members of Economic Faculty of Unissula which are: Indri Kartika, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru, Sri Sulistyowati and Afri Aluia Rahman. The purpose of this activity is to increase participant�s business income during this pandemic situation through applying simple digital marketing and financial management based on family accounting in Pabelan Village so that it can increase the income and welfare of the Pabelan villagers. Community service methods are carried out with counseling, discussion, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the community is interested in starting creative businesses and implementing family accounting-based financial management.�

Community service was carried out in Setia Budi Village, Bengkayang District, West Kalimantan. The event was held on February 18, 2019 with 97 participants as Pre-Prosperous Family beneficiaries of the Hope Family Program. The purpose of this activity is that the families of the beneficiaries of the family program hope to manage their wealth well so that the assistance in the form of cash received is right on target and managed well. The method used in the form of lectures and question and answer and the practice of directly preparing the family financial budget. The results expected in this activity are to assist the government in managing family finances so that beneficiary families can graduate independently from their participation as beneficiaries of family program expectations because economy has increased.

AbstrakKegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dari UPN Veteran Jakarta Bersama dengan pelaku UKM di Bogor. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat pelaku UKM di Kecamatan Ciomas dalam segi manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran di platfrom digital serta meningkatkan kapasitas sumberdaya para pelaku UKM. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini melalui kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan bimbingan teknis untuk pelaku UKM. Banyak UKM yang memiliki potensi namun masih memiliki ekndala dalam promosi dan penjualan yang dilakukan secara tradisiona. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarkat ini adalah para pelaku UKM memiliki wawasan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usahanya, penerapan dalam penggunaan aplikasi jual-beli e-commerce sehingga diharapkan bisa meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing usaha.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan; Pemasaran digital; UKM AbstractThis activity is Community Service Program from UPN Veteran Jakarta in Collaboration with SMEs in Bogor. AbstractThis community service is entitled "Empowerment of Creative Businesses with Financial Management to Maximize Profits at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia Al Azhar, Sawangan Depok". The purpose of this service is to give guidance to students (participants) that they must become young people who have creativity in entrepreneurship, and empower creative businesses that are always innovating, in addition to providing knowledge to participants (students) about financial management methods that can provide maximum profit in entrepreneurship so that they can become successful entrepreneurs in the future. The method of implementing this service is carried out in a number of activities, namely the survey phase by visiting Gemilang Indonesia's House and then socializing there with the leadership of Gemilang's house after that compiling various things to be conveyed during the service activities to be carried out which include: preparation of material to be given, preparation of schedules provision of material, division of tasks of the devotion team and surveys to the service location. The socialization phase is before the community service activities are carried out first, the socialization phase is to make a friendship with the leaders of Rumah Gemilang Indonesia, conveying the aims and objectives of this service. At this stage also carried out the fabric of cooperation and determine the schedule of service activities. The implementing team of community service activities is 9 lecturers at the Faculty of Economics majoring in management. The dedication team provided material on Creative Business Empowerment with Financial Management to Maximize Profit at Gemilang Indonesia Al Alzhar House, Sawangan Depok, conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program at the University of Pamulang. The conclusion of this dedication is that participants initially did not understand how to be able to create creative businesses and implement financial management so that their businesses could obtain maximum profits. Our hope with this dedication can open insight from female and female students who will face the world of society. The material we provide is learning and practice in the field of management, especially good financial management as well as study material and input for these students to be able to implement it in daily life, so that it can help and improve scientific levels and be inspired in making home-based businesses that are will be very useful in their lives in the future.Keywords: Creative Business, Financial Management, Profit.

Competition in the cake and bread business is quite tight, this is marked by the emergence of the same business, and the increasing variety of breads and cakes offered. The development of culinary business is also seen from the number of shops opened baking cake ingredients. Partners in this service activity are a cake ingredients shop and sell pastries located in the Denpasar city market area. The name of the partner shop is "Annika Shop" which is located at Jalan Trenggana, No. 2 Penatih, East Denpasar. The shop owner named Ibu Ni Gusti Ayu Anggreni is assisted by 2 employees. In this service activity, the partner's problem handled is the lack of maximum product marketing and financial management activities are not carried out so that the loss / profit of the business can be less known and measured. From these main problems, a solution to this community service is provided, namely training in the use of digital marketing to introduce business to the wider community and financial management training. Achievement indicators are able to introduce business partners to the wider community so as to increase partner income up to 50% from before the training. The village has a lot of potential that can be developed. In many records, there are three main potentials that villages have in general. First, natural resources, second agricultural products and third potential for local wisdom and culture, where these three potentials can support the development of a tourist village. Since the enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 Regarding Villages, there has been a massive movement carried out by various groups to awaken the village's potential. The authority of the village government to develop its territory is wide open, but this spirit requires the participation of all components of the village community and synergy with various groups in a sustainable manner. Based on these matters, the Community Service Team of the University of Baturaja, through the Mitra Village Assistance Program, the Director of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education carried out development assistance activities in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, South Sumatra Province becoming a souvenir center village and souvenirs in the Lake Ranau tourist area, through excavating village potentials and enhancing the capacity of governance of the Village Owned Enterprises. Dalam banyak catatan, ada tiga potensi utama yang dimiliki desa pada umumnya. Pertama, sumber daya alam, kedua hasil-hasil pertanian dan ketiga potensi kearifan lokal dan budaya, di mana ketiga potensi ini dapat menunjang pengembangan menjadi desa wisata. Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, terjadi pergerakan yang begitu massif yang dilakukan berbagai kalangan untuk membangkitkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki desa. Kewenangan pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan wilayahnya semakin terbuka lebar, tetapi semangat ini memerlukan partisipasi seluruh komponen masyarakat desa dan sinergi dengan berbagai kalangan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Baturaja, melalui Program Pendampingan Desa Mitra, Direktur Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (PPDM-DRPM Kemristekdikti) menjalankan kegiatan pedampingan pengembangan Desa Sipatuhu, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menjadi desa sentra souvenir dan oleh-oleh di kawasan wisata Danau Ranau, melalui penggalian potensi desa dan peningkatan kapasitas tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes).

Karunia Mandiri Joint Business Group (KUBE) is located in Pakeron Hamlet, Sumberarum Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency which produces traditional Magelang food, namely cassava emplek. The problems faced by KUBE are less than optimal marketing and the use of manual production tools. The purpose of the community service is to improve the quality of KUBE human resources in managing its business, which includes marketing, financial management, and production so as to increase production and sales. The method is to provide training and mentoring. The result of this service is more optimal marketing with the appearance of new products through rebranding and packaging as well as the use of digital marketing. Then, the production process is better with appropriate technology for molding dough and applying hygiene standards. In addition, financial management is more organized with simple bookkeeping and accounting so that selling prices can be competitive and profits can be identified.

One of the means of community service in improving the economy is the Thematic Real Work Lecture at the Bogor Agricultural University (KKN-T IPB). Students play very important role in improving the community's economy through the KKN-T IPB’s programs, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic situation which results in the limitation and closure of various business sectors. This community service aims to improve the soft skills of the community in this case Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) so that they can remain competitive and increase the scale of their business in Jatinegara District, East Jakarta Administrative City. Methods used in this community service is by training directly in the Jatinegara District Office Hall and online through the zoom teleconference media. The training carried out (training that has been held) namely, financial recording training; product photo training, design training using Canva and Instagram; digital marketing training; food packaging training; and financial management webinars. The results of the training show that MSEs in Jatinegara District understand the material provided in each training, benefit from the training, and the training content well-suited with the business undertaken by each participant.

Community service aims to improve understanding and application of financial management in the "Andana" VCO agroindustry business unit, and measuring the performance of its financing. Community service is carried out using the literasi, tutorial and assistance method. Tutorial participants' understanding of financial management is measured from the results of the pre test and post test, while the application of financial management is assessed by financial inclusion, and financing performance is measured using a value added analysis tool. The results of community service activities show that financial management understanding has increased from 77,69 to 81,72 (from good to superior). The application of financial management leads to the application of financial inclusion, while the achievement of value added was IDR 83,200 / liter in June 2019 and IDR 95,681 / liter in July 2019
