COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) currently becoming a pandemic in various countries, including Indonesia. The highly transmission rate of this disease causes changes in almost all living conditions and patterns of social life. Formerly, the community can freely interact and be close together without any worries, free crowds, no need to use masks, now,  all turned into nessecity to apply health protocols such as maintaining distance in interactions, always using masks and washing hands diligently, always implementing the movement of the community to live a healthy life (germas). Such behavior is known as a new normal, or new habit. In DKI Jakarta, one of the areas with the highest increment rate of Covid 19 patient,  to break the transmission of Covid-19, the local government imposed a large-scale social restriction (PSBB) which was followed by a transition period towards adapting to new habits. However, statistical data shows that in this transitional period, many people have begun to neglect to implement health protocols that are aimed as new habits to stop pandemics. This is evidenced by the increasing number of people who have contracted Covid-19. To help the local government in its efforts to break the transmission of COVID-19, group 288 of the 62nd KKN BBM Mandiri Airlangga University held socialization activities aimed at reminding the community to always comply with health protocols and be diligent to perform disinfection. The socialization activities were carried out in the neighborhood of RT 5 / RW 11 Kalisari Village, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta., by posting posters at community gathering points such as mosques, security posts, and parks. Socialization was also carried out online and door-to-door by distributing 180 bottles of disinfectant liquid to residents. It is expected this activity can change the mindset and lifestyle of the local community about the importance of continuing to implement health protocols. Local people are also expected to be more alert and concerned about carrying out regular disinfection in their home environment, especially on items that are often touched and items that have just come from outside the home.abstrakCOVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) merupakan penyakit yang saat ini menjadi pandemi diberbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia.

Background: There is a global spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) being identified as the causative organism. This pandemic has infected over 53 million people globally causing over 1.3 million deaths resulting in lockdowns being implemented across many countries in the world. Global travel has been severely restricted especially in the early phase with far reaching social, economic and emotional implications. In addition to local measures undertaken by each country to curtail the spread of the disease, many countries implemented entry restriction on flights to reduce the risk of importing the disease by potentially infected incoming travellers. The State of Qatar eased travel restrictions from 1st of September 2020 (Phase IV of reopening of pandemic restrictions) [1]. Incoming travellers from high risk countries had to have a mandatory COVID-19 Naso-Oropharyngeal swab negative result before boarding their flight to Qatar. Then they had to commit to two weeks of compulsory quarantine. Travellers from low risk countries had to be swabbed at Hamad international airport on arrival, followed by a week’s mandatory home quarantine. All travellers had to have COVID-19 RT-PCR nasooropharyngeal swab on day 6 after arrival in Qatar. Method: We looked at the data provided by Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Qatar from 1st of September to 30th of November. This was retrospective observational study looking at the prevalence of COVID positivity of return travellers as compared to the total positive cases in the country [1]. Results: In our review, out of a total of 19,909 COVID-19 positive cases, 2692 were incoming travellers which amounts to about 14 % of total COVID positive cases in Qatar. It was also noted that with each passing day, the ratio of incoming traveller’s in comparison to the total cases have been increasing, with figures of 9% in September 2020 as compared to 21% in November 2020. Conclusion: This figure clearly shows how important it is to screen all return travellers for COVID-19 as travellers are generally asymptomatic and could potentially spread the disease in the local community. All countries should consider implementing similar policies to reduce the risks of importing COVID-19.

One of the functions related to the BPD is to carry out the supervisory function of the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes). The APBDes contains various sources of village revenue and expenditure within a period of one year. So that supervision in the management of APBDes by BPD is very necessary, this is intended so that the circulation of funds that occurs in the village administration can be accounted for the validity of the report data. Supervision of the management of the APBDes by BPD has become more urgent due to the Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) pandemic, because at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, changes had been made to the APBDes that had previously been determined. In this study using descriptive research and qualitative approach methods. The data collection techniques are structured open interviews, observation, and documentation.
