The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of female employees in public service at Class II Immigration Office Bukittinggi is. The research method used is a mixed method research by combining the qualitative and quantitative data. The sources of data were primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews, observations and questionnaires to service users. The data from the distributed questionnaires are analyzed through frequency distribution table according to the respondents’ statements. The number of respondents as service users amounted to 45 people and 7 informants from the Class II Immigration Office of Bukittinggi. The research result showing that the performance of the female employees was very good with a contribution of 84.4% of the respondent's answer in assessing the employees' discipline in starting and completing the service, responsibility in completing the tasks given and show good attitudes to the society. In performing their job, they  apply roles, duties and responsibilities properly according to the main tasks and Functions (tupoksi). Efforts and commitments from the stakeholders in improving the performance quality of the female employees are categorized good so that female employees can overcome any obstacles encountered.

ABSTRAK             Sebagai suatu lembaga layanan publik bagi masyarakat umum, Kantor Desa Tanggaran dituntut untuk memberikan layanannya yg sesuai dengan harapan masyarakatnya sebagai penerima layanannya. Maka dari itu dari pihak Kantor Desa wajib menjaga kepercayaan & kepuasan yang diberikan masyarakarat untuk terus meningkatkan mutu jaminan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui & juga menganalisa nilai kepuasan masyarakatnya terhitung nilai pada unit layanan administrasi di Kantor Desa Tanggaran. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung & faktor penghambat pada nilai kepuasan semua masyarakatnya terhitung layanannya publik di kantor desa tanggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang digunakan penulisan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Lokasi dari penelitian ini  pada kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule Kab. Trenggalek. Data primer penelitian ini yaitu berupa hasil angket online maupun dari hasil wawancara kepada masyarakatnya yg mendapatkan layanannya publik di kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Data sekunder berupa kumpulan laporan, buku, & juga catatan yg berkaitan erat dengan pelaksanaan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yg digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari kuesioner online, wawancara, & dokumentasi. Therefore, the Village Office must maintain the trust  and satisfaction of the community by improving the quality of its services. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Tanggaran Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of community satisfaction with public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek.             The research method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative analysis, the location of this research is at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. The primary data in this study were the results of filling out online questionnaires and interviews with people who received public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Secondary data in the form of reports, books, or notes that are closely related to research. Data collection techniques used in this study were online questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Management of Regional Property is one of the important indicators in the preparation of financial statements, thus affecting the quality of Local Government Financial Report (LKPD). This study aims to determine the suitability of the management of Regional Property at the Finance Agency of North Minahasa District with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 17 of 2007. This study, the authors use the type of qualitative data from primary and secondary sources. Primary data is taken from place, which is done through obsevarsi and interview. And secondary data, data obtained from the documentation. From the research result shows that the Management of Regional Property in North Minahasa Regency in Budget Year 2015, has been in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 17 of 2007, and now has been referring to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 19 of 2016.Key words : Management of Regional Property.

The purpose of this study is the for knowing the quality of services which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles effect on user satisfaction services of PT Kereta Api Indonesia in Division 1 North Sumatra in the distribution of CPO and for knowing what variable most dominant influence on satisfaction of service users PT Kereta Api Indonesia Division 1 North Sumatra in the distribution of CPO. The sampling method was census method. Respondents in this study is a train service users in the process of distribution of CPO and samples taken between 5 respondents. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the analysis of linear regression. Based on the multiple linear analysis in a test based on the level of significance was obtained F count is equal to 5,487 with sig = 0.005. Because sig = 0.000 0.05 indicates that the quality of service simultaneously together or simultaneously have a strong influence (significant) to increase service user satisfaction.

Quality Service Of Making Family Card In Mekarmukti Of Garut. Problem in this research is Mekarmukti employee which not maximal in serving the community especially in making family card as mandated in the constitutional number 25 of 2009 about public service. There are residents which does not care about the importance of having family card, retardation of employee in making family card, less of facilitation in Mekarmukti make the process of making family card was delayed. Research method which used in this research is descriptive qualitative which used interview, study documentation, and obsevation as the technique of collecting  data. Data which used in this research is primary data and secondary data with Mekarmukti goverment such as the chief of village, society which chosen by technique of determination informant purposive sampling as the subject of research. Result of this reseach is: the quality service in Mekarmukti already appropriate to the procedure but the facilities in Mekarmukti is the reason why the service is delayed.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Quality of Services for Making Low Tide is Not Affordable in Muara Tuhup Village, Laung Tuhup Subdistrict, Murung Raya Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative. The primary data in this study as informants are employees who provide services and communities in Muara Tuhup Village. Secondary data from materials, both in the form of books, articles, scientific works, newspapers, and scientific journals. Based on the results of the research that the quality of service for making inadequate certificates in the Muara Tuhup Sub-District of Laung Tahup Subdistrict, Murung Raya Regency still has a number of things that have not been maximized from the tangible aspect of service, convenience in the service process, employee discipline, and employee service processes use tools. Furthermore, the reliability of service standards, the ability of employees to use service aids. Additionally, responsiveness (response/response) response or response in response to complaints from service users, service employees have performed services quickly and precisely which has not been maximized, served on time, and all complaints from service users have not been responded to. Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVE: Infant mortality expresses a set of living, working and healthcare access conditions and opens up possibilities for adopting interventions to expand equity in healthcare. This study aimed to investigate vulnerability and the consequent differences in access to health services and occurrences of deaths among infants under one year of age in the municipality of Embu. DESIGN AND SETTING: This was a descriptive study in the municipality of Embu. METHODS: Primary data were collected through interviews with the families of children living in the municipality of Embu who died in the years 1996 and 1997 before reaching one year of age. Secondary data were obtained from death certificates. The variables collected related to living conditions, income, occupation, prenatal care, delivery and the healthcare provided for children. These data were compared with the results obtained from a study carried out in 1996. RESULTS: Statistically significant differences were found with regard to income, working without a formal employment contract and access to private health plans among the families of the children who died. There were also differences in access to and quality of prenatal care, frequency of low birth weight and neonatal intercurrences. CONCLUSIONS: The employment/unemployment situation was decisive in determining the degree of family stability and vulnerability to the occurrence of infant deaths, in addition to the conditions of access to and quality of healthcare services.
