This study aimed to determine the effect of religiosity on the work ethic of the educator at the State Police School (SPN) of the Central Java Police. This research is a quantitative study with 57 educators at the State Police School (SPN) of the Central Java Police. The data collection method used in this study is to use a work ethic scale with a reliability of 0.955, a religiosity scale with a reliability of 0.906. The data analysis technique used in this study was a simple linear regression analysis technique to determine the effect of religiosity on the work ethic of the State Police School (SPN) educators of the Central Java Police. The results showed that the calculated F = 0.942 and significant value = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, there is an influence of religiosity on the work ethic of the State Police School (SPN) educators of the Central Java Police. It is also known that the coefficient of determination is 0.369, which indicates that the influence of the independent variable (religiosity) on the dependent variable (work ethic) provides an effective contribution of 36.9%.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>This survey research using the quantitative method was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, from May to August 2020 at the 4-star hotel in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the independent variable, namely the image of the international hotel brand toward the dependent variable of guests' decisions to stay at the hotel. Primary data of the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were carried out directly to 60 guests who were staying, as research samples and measured using a Likert scale of 1 - 4. Apart from distributing questionnaires, research data collection was also gained through observation, documentation, and literature review. All data collected were then grouped, reduced, tabulated and processed, analyzed descriptively, and statistically, in accordance with the context of the problem being studied using the SPSS 22.0 software tool.</p><p>Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique T-test (partial), R test and R square test, it was found that the value of T count (9,048) was greater than the T table (1,671), with a significance value of 0 or below the significance limit of 0.05. Both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a coefficient of determination of 0.585. So it can be concluded that the international hotel brand image has a strong, positive, and significant influence on guest decisions to stay at the 4-star hotel in Lampung, with an effect of 58.5% while the rest, namely 41.5%, is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</p></div><br clear="all" /><p><em> </em></p>

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

 This study aims to look at the relationship between cognitive styles by encouraging the future in class XII students of SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. The number of participants in this study were 250 students, as many as 118 students were sampled as try outs and 152 samples were taken by research through random sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Cognitiv style scale with future orientation. The analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS version 20.0. The results of the analysis of research data with a computer using SPSS 20.0 for windows, the correlation coefficient (r) of = 0.988, the coefficient of determination (r2) of = 0.975 and the value of p = 0.000, p <0.01 in the simple regression test. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between cognitive style with future orientation in class XII students of SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. The effective contribution of the independent variable to the independent variable was 97.5%.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion of physician decisions in prescribing in Padang. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. Prescribing decisions (Y) is a dependent variable, while the product strategy (X1) and promotions (X2) is an independent variable. The population in this study was the Specialist Pediatric Doctor in Padang whose data were taken from the IDAI Secretariat (Indonesian Pediatric Association). The sample in this study are all Doctors with Pediatric Specialties located in Padang, n September until December 2017 that is as many as 22 people. Technique of sampling using technique is total sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by taking all members of the population as respondents or samples. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research seen that variable product strategy (X1) have a significant effect on prescribing decisions (Y) equal to 76,5% and promotion variables (X2) have a significant effect on prescribing decisions (Y) equal to 76,8%, meaning that product quality and promotion are equally significant to prescribing decisions. In t test it appears that if product quality is improved 1% or one unit, then it can improve the prescribing decision of the Doctor 8,00%, while promotions are upgraded 1% or one unit, then it can improve the prescribing decision of the Doctor 4,05%. In the coefficient of determination analysis shows that the magnitude of product quality relationship and promotion of the doctor's decision in prescribing is 98,3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study.

This research aims to determine the effect of cash turnover on profitability (ROA) at PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk period 2013-2017.. This research is a research of two variables that using qualitative descriptive methods. The independent variable is cash turnover and the dependent variable is profitability. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t test. The results of the research analysis show that cash turnover has a relation on profitability. The results of the research can be seen in the correlation analysis (r) with the correlation obtained is equal to 0,65 which means that cash turnover has a strong relation on profitability. The results of the determination coefficient analysis is equal to 42,25% profitability is influenced by cash turnover while 57,75% is influenced by other factors or variables that not included in this research. And the result of the t test are Tcount < Ttable (1,48 < 3,182) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected because the results are not significant.

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. This study obtained data from questionnaires distributed to 117 employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The questionnaire used has 14 point statements and uses a 6 point Likert scale. The technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique used to analyze the level of work stress and turnover intention level on employees. Simple linear regression analysis is also used to determine the effect between work stress variables and turnover intention variables. The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention on employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The coefficient of determination in this study has a value of 0.571 which means that the level of job stress to turnover intention of 57.1%.Keywords : work stress, turnover intention, linear regression ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan di PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. Peneltian ini memperoleh data dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 117 karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 14 butir pernyataan dan menggunakan skala Likert 6 poin. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan tingkat turnover intention pada karyawan. Analisis regresi linier sederhana juga digunakan unntuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel stres kerja dan variabel turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai 0.571 yang memiliki arti bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap turnover intention sebesar 57,1%.Kata kunci : stres kerja, turnover intention, regresi linier.

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9%

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. Boyolali Regency of Central Java, Indonesia is an area that has developed organic rice cultivation. The development of the adoption rate organic rice cultivation has been conducted since 2009 and still sustainability until today. In fact, not all regions can accept and apply organic rice cultivation. This research was conducted from December 2016 to February 2017 in Boyolali Regency. This research aimed to analyze : (1) the adoption of organic rice cultivation in Boyolali Regency (2) the sustainability of organic rice cultivation in Boyolali Regency (3) the factors affecting the sustainability of organic rice cultivation in Boyolali Regency. This study was quantitative research with explanatory type. The analysis technique employed in this study was a Linear Regression; the sample consisted of 86 farmers living in the Sub Districts having widest organic rice farmland: Sambi, Mojosongo, and Andong. The result of research done by linear regression analysis using SPSS 23,0 program showed that the adoption rate of organic rice cultivation affected directly the sustainability of organic rice significantly with t-test probability (Sign) value of 0,017 less than specified α of 0,05. It indicated that seed preparation, land preparation, seeding, planting, fertilizing and maintenance affected the sustainability of organic rice cultivation in terms of economic and social.<br /><br />
