The Covid-19 pandemic requires people to implement social distancing (activity restrictions) to anticipate the spread of Covid-19. This study aims to determine the moral development of children during the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine the role of adults in the formation of children's moral development during the pandemic. The subjects of this study amounted to 104 people who are parents or siblings who are in the same house with children in Pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection techniques used are questionnaires through Google Form. The survey results show that only 75% of parents or siblings of children make regulations related to social distancing, while 25% do not make regulations related to social distancing. Basically, the attitude shown by adults will have a big influence on the children moral’s reasoning about social distancing. In addition, children aged 0-5 years have not obeyed the rules made, but children aged above 5-10 years will begin to obey the rules. Meanwhile, at the age of 9 to more than 10 years, children begin to consider the purpose and consequences of social distancing rules that have been made by adults.

This research aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence and organizational climate in predicting the counterproductive work behavior. This study used a quantitative approach survey. The method of data collection in this research was conducted by distributing scale to the research subjects, with a total of 146 civil servants. The data was analyzed using double regression techniques using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 20.0. The result shows that the emotional intelligence and organizational climate can contribute together to decrease counterproductive behavior that occurs in the workplace (F (2, 143) = 5.266, p<.05, R2 = .069). Limitations and suggestions for further research were also discussed in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline in improving nurse performance and to examine the mediating role of motivation. The study used a quantitative approach at the Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. Data collection using a questionnaire to 72 nurses as respondents. The research variables consisted of work discipline, nurse performance and motivation as mediating variables. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance; Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' motivation, then nurses' motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance. So motivation plays a role in mediating the effect of work discipline on nurse performance.

Among the roles of religion teachers are directing students and animating religious extracurricular activities. What motivates the students to take part in Rohis (Kerohanian Islam) extracurricular activities is the students' interest in Islamic religious lessons, and the direction from the religion teacher. The purpose of this study, to examine the role of religion teachers and student interests. relation to spiritual activity. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple variables. The respondents are active 8th grade students. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observation. Then the data was analyzed, then the correlation was calculated using SPSS 20 and then concluded. The find research religion teachers in guiding and motivating, as well as students' interest in learning religion is closely related to the spiritual activities.

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

Understanding adolescents about true worship is still minimal. This study aimed to determine the true worship understanding based on Romans 12: 1-2 on the growth of teenager spirituality of GPPS Maranatha Diski. The research method used is quantitative survey. Methods and tools of data collection were used by questionnaire. The results of the study were found: (1) adolescent's understanding of True Worship Based on Romans 12: 1-2 in the sufficiently understood category (2) Spiritual Growth Spirituality GPPS Maranatha Diski (Y) in the category understood enough; and (3) the effect of true worship understanding based on Romans 12: 1-2 on the sufficient category. Based on these findings, efforts should be made to improve understanding of true worship based on Romans 112: 1-2, namely: (a) delivering continuous sermons on basic teachings such as true worship and spiritual growth periodically; (b) distributing to the congregation of basic teaching materials; (c) creating and conducting subject matter with an attractive design / appearance and an interesting style of discussion; (d) encourage Youth/ Youth departments to evaluate the role of parents, Sunday School and existing spiritual counselors.

This study aims to determine the role of social values in society in Karawang Regency in 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive survey research type. This type of descriptive survey research relates to situations that require certain data collection techniques, such as: interviews, questionnaires, or observations. This research was carried out in Karawang regency with an implementation plan in May 2019. This research variable is the role of Olympic values. Variable olimpism values are the results of the evaluation of Olympic values, namely: Excellence, Respect, and Friendship. The sample used in this study was 60 people in Karawang Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis of percentages with the help of a computer through the SPSS 20.00 program. The results showed the role of Olympic values in society in Karawang Regency in 2019 obtained 69% of the values of Olympism have a role in society and 31% of the values of Olympism have no role in society.

This study aims to find out how to optimize the role of coaches to actualize the basic values ​​of Candidate Civil Servants in Samarinda City Government Environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is obtained from primary data through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for respondent coaches and trainees. A total of six categories of questions were addressed to trainee respondents and six open questions addressed to coaches. The results of the study after analysis are that the role of the coach in carrying out the role of coaching and mentoring towards participants is quite high. ENGLISHAccessibility to clean water is the right for all citizens. However some parts of the study area have less access to clean water, especially in the dry season. The objectives of the research are: (1) To analyze the performance of policy implementation for PAMSIMAS in the study area; and (2) To analyze the role of PAMSIMAS in providing clean water for community in the study area. This research uses quantitative approach. The data consist of primary and secondary data. The data collection is conducted by observation and interview. The data analysis uses descriptive one. There are five main findings in the research. First, the coverage of PAMSIMAS includes 109 of 406 villages (26.85%). Second, the performance in managing PAMSIMAS is fairly good with score 77.37. Third, output of PAMSIMAS programme in 109 villages includes 14,711 installations for clean water of household. Fourth, PAMSIMAS has a capacity 2,850,040 litre per day. Fifth, cash-flow of PAMSIMAS is Rp729,219,937. INDONESIAAkses air bersih merupakan hak setiap warga negara tetapi sebagian kawasan di area studi mengalami kesulitan akses air bersih, khususnya di musim kemarau. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan: (1) Menganalisa kinerja implementasi kebijakan PAMSIMAS di area studi; dan (2) Menganalisa peran PAMSIMAS dalam penyediaan air bersih bagi masyarakat di area studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dokumen instansi terkait. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Ada beberapa temuan utama dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, coverage PAMSIMAS 109 desa (26,85%) dari total 406 desa/kelurahan di area studi. Kedua, kinerja tata kelola PAMSIMAS masuk kategori relatif baik dengan skor 77,37. Ketiga, output PAMSIMAS di 109 desa memiliki 14.711 sambungan rumah untuk penyediaan air bersih. Keempat, kapasitas pelayanan air bersih PAMSIMAS di area studi sebanyak 2.850.040 liter per hari yang tersebar di 109 desa. Kelima, BP-PAMS memiliki cash-flow sebanyak Rp729.219.937 dalam pengelolaan PAMSIMAS.

Purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise on buying an interest in buying halal labeled cosmetics. This study used a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers who purchase Wardah halal label cosmetics in Semarang City which has been an unknown number then the number of samples is searched by the Isac Michel formula and samples taken 100 respondents. The type of data used is the primary data which sourced from questionnaires that have been filled in by respondents and processed by researchers. The sampling technique used is a non-random type of purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are multiple regression. Results show that attractiveness has an effect positive and significant on Buying Interest.  Credibility has an effect positive and significant on Buying Interest. Expertise has an effect positive and significant on Buying Interest. That means, with the increase in the attractiveness of advertising stars, the credibility of advertising stars and advertising star expertise, it will increase the interest in buying Wardah halal label cosmetics, and vice versa.

This article aims to describe the perception level of training of Brazilian Institute Foundation of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) employees who are designated in order to manage and Supervise Contracts. As described in Law No. 8,666 / 1993 and in the complementary legal framework, the performance of the contract must be monitored and supervised by a specially appointed Management representative. The bibliographic review technique was used as means of research, through the selection, record, interpretation and registration of published literature, published articles in recent journals, academic works, legislation and guidance manuals available to the public domain, as well as a data collection instrument based on a questionnaire applied to agents that exercise the role of contract inspectors into the IBGE State Units. The survey results indicate that the employees who are responsible for supervising contracts at this Foundation do not feel fully confident about having mastery of the legislation and the time needed to perform this function efficiently. In addition, they point out the complexities of legislation and some contracts as difficulties faced to carry out the tasks related to the function.
