Today's digital technology is needed for daily needs. Everything that is processed and processed from resources can be solved with digital technology. Utilizing digital technology will save more costs than using it manually. In addition to downsizing the utilization of digital technology will also speed up the process and results of what is needed. The development of digital technology is currently very rapid, even from the world of education has implemented digital technology for learning. IT Ma'arif Bandar Pacitan Middle School is a private school that just took a computer-based exam in 2018. The test was carried out to join other schools. Ma'arif Bandar IT Middle School is a pilot private junior high school that has developed quite rapidly. However, due to lack of funds to have their own system, the try out practice exam still joins other schools. The researcher tries to make an application where students can run Try Out exams or practice exams independently. The research method for designing a tryout system is to use the Website Design Method (WSDM) method. The website design methodology was created to provide a systematic and scientific approach to website design. This application can later be used on computers or mobile phones. Utilization of digital technology using the Try Out application can benefit students and the school. In addition to using the official application from the government, the school and students can learn on their own by using this application.

This study are focused in : (1) how the context of the Online teaching learning process program on Covid-19 outbreak. (2) how the input of the Online teaching learning process program on Covid-19 to the success program, (3) how far the challenge and the opportunities of the Online teaching learning process program on Covid-19 pandemic. The objects of this study were: the English teacher in government’ schools and private school of junior high school and senior high school, and the students. The data were obtained from interview, classroom observation, and document analysis. Those data were analyzed by using Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) Model by Kellaghan and Stufflebeam (2003). The findings revealed some facts. First, in the context evaluation, it can be concluded that the online teaching and learning program are relevant and formulated in order to meet the students’ needs on this pandemic. Second, in term of input evaluation, the teacher did not fulfill the requirements of a qualified teacher yet. Therefore, this pandemic has become a challenge for educators especially for English teachers and students in higher education level. It impacted classrooms to be hardly. Here, the researcher advice the government to conduct a training and workshop in order to improve the quality and the professionalism.

Principal's leadership is the process of how the principal in the process of leading or influencing his subordinates to do what he wants with the goals that have been agreed upon together, one of the principals' tasks is to manage school infrastructure, how school infrastructure becomes quality, school infrastructure is said to be of good quality if has met national standards, the purpose of this study is to describe how the leadership of school principals in improving the quality of infrastructure, describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of infrastructure, and describe the factors of how the benefits of improving the quality of infrastructure in Islamic junior high school Darussa'adah. This study uses descriptive qualitative, with research locations in Darussa'adah Gubugklakah Middle School, data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is performed by reducing the data, then presenting the data, and finally the compiled data is drawn to a conclusion, checking the validity of the data using creatibility which includes persistence of observations, extension of observations, and triangulation. The results of the analysis show that (1) the leadership of school principals in improving the quality of infrastructure in Darussa'adah Islamic Middle School is by processing existing funds to complement the lack of infrastructure, inviting all elements of the teaching staff to work together to complete the required infrastructure, submit proposals- proposals for requests for assistance, and use boss funds to complete infrastructure, (2) supporting factors for improving the quality of infrastructure, namely assistance from the government, support from foundations, and collaboration with committees, (3) The benefits of improving the quality of infrastructure are making it easier for students and also the teachers in teaching and learning activities, making all teaching and learning activities run smoothly, and foster a sense of joy in the school community so as to foster enthusiasm for students to learn.

The Impact

Covid-19 has paralyzed Islamic and Natural Science Education in Indonesia. The impact of online learning is not optimal, teachers have difficulty explaining the material or practice making it more difficult for students to understand the material. The purpose of this study was to improve the students' understanding of grade 8 PGRI 6 Denpasar Junior High School on fiqh regarding alcohol and khamr with online learning. The media used is a science experiment video which will have implications for changing the way students perceive the use of alcohol and khamr. This study uses the Nonequivalent Control Group Design method with a comparison between the science experiment class and the control class using the traditional method. The results of the validation of experimental experts, 91.34% fiqh material with perfect criteria. Pretest in the experimental class percentage of 70% sufficient criteria from the experimental class and the control class get a presentation of 72.4% sufficient criteria. Posttest in the experimental class with a percentage of 87.4% good criteria while in the control class presentation 75%.Based on the results of the validation and pretest-posttest comparisons between classes, the experimental method is good for learning fiqh in Islamic education.

The development of information technology has brought changes in almost all aspects of human life. In the world of education improving the quality of teachers is something that must be done by the education unit, especially improving the skills of teachers in making information technology-based learning media. The aim is to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes in schools. From the results of an interview with one of the teachers at SMPN 4 Karangmoncol Purbalingga, they have not maximized information technology to be used as a learning medium. They still use manual learning in class (calcical) so that one of the problems when the teacher has a meeting or need, the class becomes empty there is no teaching and learning process. Based on this, we are from community service trying to provide assistance in activities to improve the skills of teachers of SMPN 4 Karangmoncol in making information technology-based learning media. This training program can meet the needs of the community (teachers) in the scope of Karangmoncol Middle School 4 in order to improve the quality of teachers in Karangmoncol Middle School 4, especially in making information technology-based learning media. This training program is also carried out in order to succeed the government program for teachers so that they are literate in technology and apply it in the learning process which results in the effectiveness of achieving learning objectives. Keywords: improvement, skills, junior high school teachers and students, learning media, information technology.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in carrying out the learning process in Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers teaching in the classroom with the help of supervision. This research was conducted at Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with. Each cycle consists of four stages such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that on the basic score, teacher teaching skills are included in the sufficient category with an average score of 60.21. After improvements were made in the first cycle, the results of the teacher's skills assessment increased to a good category with the teacher's average score of 75.54. For the implementation of the teacher's skills assessment in teaching in the second cycle again increased with a very good category with an average value of 85.75. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that with the implementation of supervision in Bandar Laksamana 1 Junior High School can improve teacher skills in teaching.

The issue of environmental pollution has come to the attention of the world community and has become a strategic issue in sustainable development, so it needs to have the support of all parties, including the government, the private sector and educational institutions. Integrated Junior High School Lampang, Subang Regency West Java Indonesia has been implementing the green school program since 2008 and in 2019 it was entrusted by the West Java Education Office to be proposed as a national level green school program. Some achievements as a green school implementing school are private schools that have obtained "A" (exellent) accreditation with a beautiful environment and are able to fulfil 4 (four) components, namely (1) environmentally sound policies, (2) implementation of environment-based curriculum, (3) participatory-based environmental activities and (4) management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities Keywords : Management, green school Isu pencemaran lingkungan hidup telah menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia dan menjadi isu strategis dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, sehingga perlu mendapat dukungan semua pihak baik pemerintah, sector swasta maupun lembaga pendidikan. SMPS Terpadu Lampang Kabupaten Subang telah melaksanakan program adiwiyata sejak tahun 2008 dan pada tahun 2019 diberi kepercayaan oleh Dinas Pandidikan Jawa Barat diusulkan sebagai Sekolah Adiwiyata (green school program)  tingkat nasional. The organizational structure of the Indonesian Government is currently not efficient and not effective. Its structure is impressed too wide and long so that it raises unexpected costs and time delays and decreases governance. The purpose of this research is to study the organizational structure suitable for the Indonesian Government. This research uses qualitative research method with survey approach. The main reference in this research is Designing Effective Organization: Structures in Fives by Henry Mintzberg. The sample is academics and practitioners in governmental organizations. The results showed that a good organizational structure for the Government of Indonesia is functional organization form, the slim and short structure, so as to facilitate and speed up the communication process, the process of accountability, and accountability process in the implementation of government tasks, and finally increase government governance.

The governor of Bank Indonesia (BI), the central bank, last week said GDP should grow by 4.6% in 2021, compared with last year’s 2.1% contraction.
