  Abstract Since the 1998 reformation, the freedom of expression and political participation of citizens has been real and dynamic. Understanding and awareness of the importance of democracy as political education, especially in the Virtual Age, is increasingly becoming a challenge. The Santri, as the next generation, have a strategic role in the continuation of democratization in Indonesia. The method of activities on Virtual Era Democracy Literacy is carried out through the Online method with Problem Based Learning and Brainstorming techniques, through assistance of Community Service Program. The results of the activity show that the Literacy of Virtual Era Democracy provides benefits in increasing insight and understanding of democracy, especially in the virtual era. The Santri felt happy and enthusiastic about this activity, because online experiences provided a new atmosphere in the digital era. Changing the attitudes and new behavior in the digital domain regarding democracy need to be discussed continuously as an adaptation to new habits.   Key Word: Literation, democracy, virtual , santri

villages in Surabaya that has a very dense population. In this digital era, children and young people are less aware of the need to read. In the tongue, teenagers are not so concerned with learning. Bhayangkara University in Surabaya held a Community Service program which took place in the Lidah Wetan Hamlet, Lakarsantri District, Surabaya City. With the theme "Preserving Literacy Culture". The program is inseparable from the vision and mission of local village officials. With the mini library created by Community Service Team, Bhayangkara University is expected to increase the enthusiasm and interest in reading in the surrounding community. This mini library provides a variety of books ranging from children's story books, learning books to read, learning books to write, learning books to draw, school materials, to religious nuances books and other books (food recipes, fiction stories, etc.). Some programs are directed at encouraging children's potential in reading culture and fostering youthful enthusiasm in organizing. Nowadays many young people are trying to challenge Karangtaruna. Several agendas are designed to solve these problems.

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para perempuan yang berusia produktif mengenai kewirausahaan serta memanfaatkan peluang bisnis di era digital dan di masa pandemi, sehingga para perempuan dapat berdaya secara ekonomi. Program pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan 132 perempuan berusia produktif dari seluruh Indonesia. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama adalah memetakan usaha yang akan membantu perekonomian para perempuan. Tahap kedua adalah tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap ketiga adalah tahap evaluasi untuk memastikan para peserta dapat memiliki panduan dalam memulai atau mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagian besar peserta (75%) memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk memulai dan mengembangkan usaha yang diukur dengan skala motivasi berwirausaha. Selain itu, semua peserta memandang bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat karena menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para perempuan mampu berdaya secara ekonomi baik di masa pandemi maupun pasca pandemi. Kata kunci: era digital; kewirausahaan; pandemi; perempuan; pemberdayaan ABSTRACTThis community service aims to provide productive women with skills and knowledge regarding entrepreneurship and take advantage of business opportunities in the digital era and during the pandemic so that women can be economically empowered. This community service program involved 132 participants from all over Indonesia. The implementation of this community service program is carried out virtually or through webinars. The results of this activity indicate that after gaining knowledge and skills most of the participants have high motivation to start and develop businesses. In addition, all participants saw that this activity was very useful because it added knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. In Indonesia, SMEs have a strategic role and a very large contribution to the national economy by contributing 53.3% of total GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The number of SMEs in Indonesia reaches around 56.2 million units and is capable of absorbing 97.2% of the total workforce. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the growth of online-based trading business has increased in the last 10 years, to 26 million or up 17% and followed by the number of SMEs reaching more than 55 million units, but many challenges must be faced by SMEs in facing MEA.The form of community service activity training is titled: "UMKM Grades Up with the subtitles Training on Inventory Management, Marketing Go Online, and Preparation of Simple Financial Statements and MSME Tax Socialization".This year 2019 is the second year of the implementation of this community service program. This year, the response of community service partners, in this case 10 Assisted Culinary MSMEs around the campus, Cempaka Putih Jakarta, were very enthusiastic. This can be seen from the spirit of curiosity (many questions) about the material of socialization and the seriousness of the training that was given. The UMKM Actors asked for the continuation of this training, in the form of assistance / consultation for the development of the UMKM.The driving factors of the UMKM Graduation Class activities are the enthusiasm or high motivation of the SMEs. While the obstacle to the implementation of this program is the lack of duration of training, in terms of frequency. Another difficulty is the limited time of the UMKM Actors, because they have to take care of the UMKM business processes that are still running.Based on the results and outcomes achieved in 2019 community service titled MSMEs Graduating Classes, then for 2020 it is planned to hold: mentoring MSME business processes, so that MSMEs truly advance in class. The intended grade is that there is progress in management, so that it has implications for increasing MSME income. To facilitate the assistance for MSME business development, a MSME staging or clustering will be conducted in Cempaka Putih District.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a program with a mission to implement the development of science and technology from tertiary institutions to the community to support and improve the welfare of the community. In this entrepreneurship development program, the team conducted production training in the creative industry sector in the form of screen printing expertise at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Malang. The students are deemed necessary to be given assistance to increase economic independence. In addition, this is also supported by Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Malang which allows students to become entrepreneurs to create economically independent students. Through this community service program which will be carried out by Lecturers from the UM Research and Community Service Institute (LP2M), in collaboration with practitioners in the field of creative industries, new entrepreneurs and students in the field of creative industries are expected to be born, and can manage businesses better. This activity is divided into four stages namely observation of partner needs analysis, Socialization, Training, and Assistance.

The role of universities in motivating their undergraduate graduates to become a young entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of new entrepreneurs. With the increase in youth entrepreneurship will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed even increase the number of jobs. Pekanbaru City is an area with abundant natural resource potential. For this reason the phenomenon of unemployment among young people, apart from being caused by limited employment, is also due to the synchronization of graduates' qualifications with the needs of the labor market / business (link and match). The Strengthening Character Education and Character through Story Telling Method with Darunnadwah Islamic Boarding School partners located at Jln. Gatot Subroto No. 55, Karangasih, North Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java is a community service program with the aim of strengthening the character education and character of students in partner locations due to the lack of understanding of the use of story telling methods in teaching and learning activities in schools. The method used is the lecture and discussion method. Pondok teachers are provided with structured material and the provision of several videos containing examples of story telling. This gives a positive influence in the form of new knowledge and skills, storytelling skills that are useful in teaching in the classroom. The results of this activity are, the enthusiasm or learning motivation of trainees should be appreciated and the teachers already have basic knowledge in applying story telling methods in strengthening character education and students' character and some techniques in reading stories in English. Goals of service. The Community Service Program (PKM) on Drug Addicts Anxiety Rehabilitation Therapy Program with the Sujok Method at Ponpes Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah Malang aims to optimize the role of Islamic boarding school caregivers in an effort to socialize the movement of drug-free street children by providing counseling on tips for eliminating the anxiety of drug addicts who are addicted to drug undergoing therapy at the boarding school to stop drug use. Methods The PKM implementation team conducted counseling on how to overcome anxiety using therapeutic tools, namely massage rings, providing counseling materials, giving questionnaires about massage ring therapy, donating medicine boxes, providing digital weights, providing digital blood pressure checkers used when providing health services to patients. the caregivers of the Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Results and implications. After being given counseling about the use of ring therapy, they understand how to deal with anxiety by doing self-therapy every day for 5 minutes or 3 times or more and are able to teach other friends who feel anxious.

The purpose of this study is the development of caring-based language management, this research is classified as R & D (Research and Development) research which seeks to solve the problems the partners raised in this community service program are not all teachers who live in boarding school able to speak Arabic or English, or as a new boarding school SBM An Nur does not yet have a guide in the pattern of language application in boarding school  the condition of the lack of a good language management system so that it has not been able to encourage students and boarding school residents to speak Arabic or English, including media that have not been maximized. In this program will offer solutions that are expected to solve partner problems. The main method used is the development of language management systems in boarding school with caring based management. The results of this community service program are partners who have language management systems that are able to encourage students and boarding school residents to speak Arabic and English correctly

[Bahasa]: Keluarga merupakan lingkungan awal bagi anak yang memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Oleh karenanya, pemahaman tentang pentingnya parenting sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan keluarga. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya parenting dalam keluarga yang merupakan tanggungjawab bersama dari orang tua, masyarakat, sekolah, dan pemerintah. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kauman, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dengan ceramah, diskusi, dan games. Materi yang diberikan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pengertian, aturan, penerapan parenting yang tepat, pihak-pihak yang harus berperan dalam terwujudnya parenting, dan bahaya yang ditimbulkan jika parenting dilakukan secara tidak tepat. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan pemahaman peserta terhadap parenting sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan adalah sebesar 16%. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan dalam PKM ini, pemahaman peserta terhadap parenting adalah sebesar 83%. Hasil ini menunjukkan kegiatan PKM ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang parenting yang bekontribusi pada kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan keluarga. Kata Kunci: parenting, orang tua, masyarakat, pemerintah [English]: Family is the initial environment for children who have a strategic role in supporting the delivery of education. Therefore, an understanding of the importance of parenting is needed to improve the quality of family education. This community service program aims to provide the parents an understanding of the importance of parenting in the family as a shared responsibility of parents, community, schools, and government. This progam was conducted in Kauman Village, Sedayu District, Gresik Regency. The method used was training with lectures, discussions, and games. The material provided in this training included the understanding, rules, proper application of parenting, parties who must play a role in the realization of parenting, and the dangers posed if parenting is done incorrectly. The results showed that participants' understanding of parenting before the training was 16%. After attending the training, participants' understanding of parenting was 83%. This shows that this program increases parents’ understanding of parenting that contributes to community awareness of the importance of family education.
