The research questions were: is there any difference in Arabic learning achievement as a whole between a group of students who have been given intiqiyyah methods and another group of students who have been given conventional methods. This research was an experimental study using randomized control group design. The influencing factorial variable is learning methods on Arabic. The Arabic learning achievement was used to know the students? skill or capability Arabic learning. In experimental class, intiqiyyah methods as experiment methods, and conventional methods as control methods. This research concluded that there was any difference between students Arabic achievements of group of students who have been given intiqiyyah methods and group of students who have been given conventional methods.

AbstractBackground Ascaris lumbricoides eggs had very thick walls consisted of three layers, they were albuminoid layer, hyaline layer and vitelin layer. These layers were impermeable causing the Ascaris lumbricoides eggs resistant to less supportive environmental factors. Formalin 10% was a preservative that was often used to preserve faeces containing parasites such as protozoa and worm eggs. However, without heating, formalin 10% was not effective to preserve the Ascaris lumbricoides eggs because they would keep developing to become infective (containing larvae). Objective This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of adding 10% formalin which is heated at 60 C, 70 C and 80 C to the development of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs.Methods The design of this research was an experimental study with The Randomized Posttest Control Group Design. Result The Ascaris lumbricoides eggs were still growing into infective eggs in faeces although they were heated by formalin 10% at 60C, 70C and 80C. conclusion Based on the results of the study, there was no effect of heating temperature of formalin 10% on the development of Ascaris lumbricoides egg.Keywords: Formalin 10%, Ascaris lumbricoides, Heating, Soil Transmitted Helminth

Spending colostrum in post-cesarean section mothers is difficult in the first week postpartum. Efforts to overcome colostrum disruption can use non-pharmacological methods, namely breast care and endorphin massage. This study aims to determine the expenditure of colostrum by giving breast care and endorphin massage to post-cesarean mothers. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent design posttest control group design. This research was carried out in the midwifery room of the second floor of Grand Medistra Lubuk Pakam Hospital during the June-July 2019 period. There were 48 participants selected using purposive sampling, with 18 assigned in breast care, endorphin massage and combination of breast care and endorphin massage. The time of spending colostrum expenditure is assessed every day while the amount of colostrum expenditure is assessed after intervening. Analysis of the data used is one-way Annova. The results showed that the combination of breast care and endorphin massage was the most effective action in the time of spending colostrum and the amount of colostrum with a value of p = 0,000. The combination of breast care and endorphin massage could be applied as an alternative therapy post-cesarean mothers

This study aimed to know the effect of cyclical e-evaluation of learning achievement in chemistry at second class even semester in Multimedia of SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. A set of learning was developed by modification of the development of the 3-P model of learning that adapted from Ibrahim. Planning applied in taking data is modification from design "The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, Using Matched Subjects". Statistical result of calculation using t test  sample correlated, shows there are influence cyclical e-evaluation is having  to achievement of student learning chemistry  at SMK in significance. Cyclical e-evaluation can be used as an alternative of recording of students' cognitive abilities, so that teachers can know the student's cognitive condition easily and quickly. Cyclica l e- evaluation can also encourage students to learn more intense because the students knew directly the score obtained and they will be directed by feedback.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-evaluation bersiklus terhadap prestasi belajar kimia pada siswa kelas XI semester II jurusan Multimedia SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. Perangkat dikembangkan dengan modifikasi pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran model 3-P yang diadapatasi dari Ibrahim. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam mengambil data adalah modifikasi dari rancangan “The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, Using Matched Subjects”. Data statistik hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji t sampel berhubungan, menunjukkan ada pengaruh e-evaluation bersiklus terhadap prestasi belajar kimia siswa SMK secara signifikan. E-evaluation bersiklus dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif perekaman kemampuan kognitif siswa, sehingga guru dapat mengetahui kondisi kognitif siswa dengan mudah dan cepat. E-evaluation bersiklus juga dapat mendorong siswa untuk belajar lebih intens karena siswa langsung tahu perolehan skornya dan mereka akan terarahkan oleh balikan atau feedback yang tersedia

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh penerapan E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Multimedia di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja, (2) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa kelas XI Multimedia di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja terhadap pengaruh penerapan E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Post Test Only Control Group Design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur ranah kognitif. Data hasil belajar dianalisis melalui uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas dengan hasil 2 kelompok berdistribusi normal dan homogen, dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan untuk respon menggunakan metode angket. Hasil analisis angket E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning diketahui 67% respon sangat positif, 33% respon positif. Kata Kunci : E-Modul, Project Based Learning, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa The objectives of this study is to find out (1) the effect of applying e-model on video editing lesson based Project Based Learning method on XI grade of Multimedia at SMK TI Global Singaraja. (2) The students' respondent on the XI grade of Multimedia at SMK TI Global Singaraja toward the affect of e-model video editing lesson based project based learning method. This study is quasi experimental with used Post Test Only Control Group Design. Data collection was done using Objective Test Method to measure the cognitive domain. The result of the data was analyzed through prerequisite test which is normality and homogeneity test with the result 2 groups normally distributed and homogeneous, continued with hypothesis test which means there was a significant effect between using e-model video editing lesson based Project Based Learning model towards the students' learning result. While for the respondent was using questionnaire method. The lack of use the writing skills method raises several obstacles experienced by students, including weaknesses in understanding the basics of Arabic writing and difficulty in answering Arabic questions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve learning as an effort to improve writing skills by applying the imla’ manzur method. This research is an experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design model, aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the imla’ manzur method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Then the validity of the data is tested using the independent sample t-test. The results obtained were that in the experimental class the mastery of Arabic writing skills of students after applying the imla’ manzur method had increased the average value from 52.08 to 78.57. Then, the results of the independent sample t-test showed a significant difference in the mastery of Arabic writing skills in the experimental class and the control class 0.000 < 0.05 after treatment, so that the conclusion of this study based on the data obtained showed that the application of the imla’ manzur method was effective in improving students Arabic writing skills. Evidenced by a significant increase in learning outcomes, student enthusiasm when taking turns to write vocabulary and sentences in Arabic on the board, as well as growing sensitivity of student analysis of Arabic writing skills.

Latar belakang : Otitis media kronik atau sering disebut Otitis Media Supuratif Kronik (OMSK) adalah otitis media yang berlangsung > 12 minggu. Prevalensi OMSK di seluruh dunia sebanyak 65-330 juta dan 60% di antaranya menderita kurang pendengaran yang signifikan. Angka kejadian OMSK aktif mencapai 3,8% dari pasien THT-KL. Gejala OMSK aktif berupa banyaknya discaj, kurang pendengaran, nyeri, pusing berputar, telinga tidak nyaman. Tanda OMSK aktif berupa discaj di liang telinga, perforasi membran timpani, dan gangguan pendengaran. World Health Organization (WHO) mencanangkan strategi untuk mengatasi OMSK secara serius berkaitan dengan komplikasi yang dapat disebabkan. Pilihan terapi medikamentosa yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengatasi OMSK aktif. Ofloksasin topikal dan ciprofloksasin oral adalah antibiotik golongan fluorokuinolon yang banyak digunakan. Efektivitas diantaranya dibuktikan dengan perbaikan gejala dan tanda klinis. Tujuan : Membuktikan efektifitas ofloksasin topikal, ciprofloksasin oral dan efektifitas ofloksasin topikal dibanding ciprofloksasin oral terhadap perbaikan gejala dan tanda klinis. Metode :  Penelitian intervensi dengan rancangan pretest and posttest control group design, randomized control trial Klinik THT-KL BKIM Semarang pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2016. Penderita OMSK aktif dilakukan anamnesis lalu dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan pendengaran dilanjutkan randomisasi. Penderita diberi ofloksasin topikal 10 tetes/12 jam atau ciprofloksasin tablet 500 mg/12 jam per oral. Hari ke 4, 10 dan 14 setelah terapi penderita kontrol. Analisis uji komparatif menggunakan uji parametrik dan non parametrik. Hasil : Jumlah subyek penelitian 108 orang ; ofloksasin topikal 54 orang (50%) dan ciprofloksasin oral 54 orang  (50 %). Gejala dan tanda klinis setelah terapi lebih rendah dibanding sebelum terapi pada kelompok ofloksasin topikal dan ciprofloksasin oral dengan nilai kemaknaan p < 0,05. Gejala klinis kelompok ofloksasin lebih baik dibanding ciproloksasin secara bermakna (p<0,05). Tanda klinis kedua kelompok terdapat perbedaan yang tidak bermakna (p>0,05). Simpulan : Ofloksasin topikal dan ciprofloksasin oral terbukti efektif memperbaiki gejala dan tanda klinis penderita OMSK aktif. Ofloksasin topikal efektif memperbaiki gejala klinis dibandingkan ciprofloksasin oral. Kata kunci : Otitis media supuratif kronik, ofloksasin, ciprofloksasin, gejala dan tanda klinis

Latar Belakang : Prevalensi pra sindrom metabolik meningkat di negara maju dan berkembang. Faktor risiko pra sindrom metabolik salah satunya ialah hipertrigliseridemia. Serat prebiotik seperti inulin dan pati resisten mampu menurunkan kadar trigliserida. Inulin dan pati resisten terdapat dalam buah pisang seperti pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca forma typical). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca forma typical) terhadap kadar trigliserida tikus Sprague Dawley pra sindrom metabolik.Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan true experimental dengan pre-posttest randomized control group design yang menggunakan 28 ekor tikus jantan Sprague Dawley. Pengelompokan dilakukan secara acak menjadi 4 kelompok: kelompok K(-) (hanya diberi pakan standar), K(+) (diberi pakan standar dan induksi STZ), P1 dan P2 (diberi pakan standar, induksi STZ dan pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca forma typical) dengan dosis masing-masing 4,5 dan 9 gram selama 3 minggu). Data dianalisis dengan paired t-test dan Kruskal Wallis.Hasil : Pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca forma typical) dengan dosis masing-masing 4,5 dan 9 gram dapat menurunkan kadar serum trigliserida dari 83,6 ± 9,70 mg/dl menjadi 66,2 ± 4,85 mg/dl dan 79,2 ± 6,76 mg/dl menjadi 47,2 ± 4,42 mg/dl, secara berturut-turut (p<0,05). Perubahan kadar trigliserida pada kelompok K(-), K(+), P1 dan P2, secara berturut-turut 1 (p=0,001); 12 (p=0,005);  -17,4 (p=0,007); dan -31,99 (p=0,000).Simpulan : Pemberian pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca forma typical) dengan dosis 9 g/200 g BB tikus/hr mampu menurunkan kadar serum trigliserida lebih tinggi (p=0,000) sekitar 40,4%.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Learning to read in Indonesian language material in grade IV SDN 1 Sumberagung is still dominated by the teacher as the delivery material using the lecture method (teacher centered) so that students are not optimal in the learning process because students are less interested in learning and result in many student learning outcomes under the KKM. This study aims to determine the effect on the SQ3R learning method on class IV Indonesian language learning outcomes at SDN 1 Sumberagung. This study uses a research method that is quantitative with the type of research that is quasi experimental design with the research design is a non equivalent control group design. The subjects of this study consisted of 50 students. The results of the implementation of the sq3r learning method show an increase in learning outcomes which can be seen from the results of the t test based on the hypotheses performed showing the results of t count 6.866&gt; t table 2.011 and the significance value of 0.000 &lt;alpha 0.050. The conclusion of the data is that there is a difference between the experimental class and the control class.</p><strong>Abstrak: </strong><strong> </strong>Pembelajaran membaca pada materi bahasa Indonesia di kelas IV SDN 1 Sumberagung masih didominasi guru sebagai penyampai materi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah (<em>teacher centered</em>) sehingga siswa belum optimal dalam proses pembelajaran dikarenakan siswa kurang tertarik dengan pembelajaran dan berakibat pada hasil belajar siswa banyak yang masih dibawah KKM. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada metode pembelajaran SQ3R terhadap hasil belajar bahasa indonesia kelas IV di SDN 1 Sumberagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yakni kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu <em>quasi experimental design</em> dengan design penelitiannya adalah <em>non-equivalent control group design</em><em>.</em> Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 siswa. Hasil pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran SQ3R menunjukkan peningkatan pada hasil belajar yang terlihat dari hasil uji t berdasarkan hipotesis yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil nilai t hitung 6,866 &gt; t tabel 2,011 dan nilai signifikasnsi 0,000 &lt;alpha 0,050. Kesimpulan dari data adalah ada perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.
