Background: The relatively low level of education as well as public knowledge and awareness in the health sector is the main cause of nutritional problems in children under five. One of the steps that can be taken to help this problem is to increase the resources of Posyandu cadres as the frontline in handling nutritional problems at the rural level through nutritional counseling activities and effective communication.Purpose: This research aims to increase the nutrition knowledge of Posyandu cadres about nutritional counseling and effective communication in an effort to improve Posyandu services.Methods: This community service is carried out through training on nutritional counseling and effective communication for Posyandu cadres with counseling and training methods, question and answer and role play.Results: Posyandu cadre knowledge shows perfect improvement after training, cadres' knowledge of material understanding is generally good, most (80.0%) Posyandu cadres already have good effective counseling and communication skills.Conclusion: Posyandu cadres are able to understand and apply the concept of nutritional counseling and the concept of effective communication as well as changes in attitudes and behavior of Posyandu cadres regarding the nutritional problems of toddlers

With advances in digital technology, MSMEs have great opportunities to take part in it. Various SMEs in Serang Regency are still experiencing problems in promoting their merchandise. This community service program (PKM) aims to transfer knowledge about the use of social media to develop market access for MSMEs in Serang Regency. Indonesia is still facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the socialization and training methods are carried out through online webinars with interactive discussion. This discussion is useful for finding solutions to problems faced by MSME business actors in operating social media to increase income. The result of this PKM is that the participants understand the webinar material well. As many as 72.7% of participants have and will create virtual shops to promote their products and 63.6% of participants strongly agree that the ability to use social media is a must have to increase market access for MSME products.

The world of national education is required to be able to produce superior human resources, so that they are able to face all challenges that arise in the future. Referring to this, chemistry learning methods at the high school level need special attention. This is due to the lack of student interest in learning chemistry, because the learning is often carried out through a one-way process using the theoretical explanation method. This Community Service Program activity was carried out through workshop and training methods with practice-based chemistry learning. The training materials included liquid detergent, dish soap, and floor cleaner. The partner involved in this program was SMAN 15 Semarang. The implementation of this community service activity began with a material giving session, workshop session and training on household products manufacturing, and discussions. The results of the implementation of this community service activity can provide various benefits for the involved partner in the form of increased knowledge and understanding in the field of chemistry and motivation for entrepreneurship. Practice-based community service activities received a positive response from the partner involved in this program, so that this practice-based learning model would be applied in Chemistry learning at SMA N 15 Semarang. Abstrak Dunia pendidikan nasional harus mampu melahirkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang unggul, agar mampu menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang perlu menjadi perhatian adalah pembelajaran kimia di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pembelajaran kimia kurang diminati siswa karena pada umumnya hanya dilakukan secara satu arah dengan metode penjelasan teoritis. Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui metode workshop dan pelatihan dengan pembelajaran kimia berbasis praktikum. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi detergen cair, sabun cuci piring, dan pembersih lantai. Sebagai mitra kegiatan adalah SMAN 15 Semarang Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan mulai dari sesi pemberian materi, sesi workshop dan pelatihan pembuatan produk household, dan diskusi. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat , mitra mendapatkan manfaat berupa bertambahnya ilmu dan pemahaman dalam bidang kimia serta termotivasi untuk melakukan wirausaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berbasis praktikum mendapat respon positif dari mitra sehingga model pembelajaran berbasis praktikum akan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Kimia di SMA N 15 Semarang.

<p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> <em>Sampai saat ini, Indonesia masih dihadapkan pada beban ganda bahwa masih banyak kasus gizi buruk dan gizi kurang yang terjadi.</em><em> </em><em>Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi stunting di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi mencapai 30,8%. Persoalan ini perlu ditangani serius dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran ibu yang mempunyai bayi di bawah dua tahun tentang pentingnya kecukupan gizi anak usia 6-23 bulan guna mencegah terjadinya stunting. Permasalahan literasi juga ikut andil dalam kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bagaimana meracik dan memilih makanan yang sehat dan bergizi. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan pemahaman gizi yang baik, ibu memiliki peranan yang penting terutama dalam bidang asupan gizi di rumah tangga dimulai dari mempersiapkan makanan, memilih bahan makanan, serta menentukan menu makanan. Oleh karena itu penting untuk melakukan program yang berorientasi pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan perilaku ibu dalam membentuk keluarga sadar gizi</em><em>. </em><em>Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu melakukan peer education (metode edukasi) yang diawali dengan pre test untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal masyarakat mengenai gizi seimbang. Setelah mengetahui kebutuhan pengetahuan masyarakat, maka dilakukan penyuluhan atau workshop dengan pemberian materi mengenai gizi seimbang yang berprinsip pada 13 PDGS. Setelah melakukan pelatihan materi gizi seimbang pada ibu rumah tangga, terlihat bahwa para ibu rumah tangga merasa terbantu untuk</em><em> mengetahui jenis mana saja yang cocok diberikan untuk keluarga mereka khususnya untuk anak-anak mereka dalam menambah tumbuh kembang fisik dan kesehatan bagi anak-anak dan metode yang diimplementasikan dianggap efektif digunakan ditinjau dari peningkatan pemahaman ibu rumah tangga setelah mengikuti pelatihan.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstract.</strong><em> Until now, Indonesia is still faced with a double burden that there are still many cases of malnutrition and malnutrition that occur. The 2018 Basic Health Research data shows that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is still quite high, reaching 30.8%. This problem needs to be seriously addressed by increasing the knowledge, understanding and awareness of mothers who have babies under two years of age about the importance of adequate nutrition for children aged 6-23 months to prevent stunting. Literacy problems also contribute to the lack of public knowledge about how to mix and choose healthy and nutritious food. In overcoming the problem of understanding good nutrition, mothers have an important role, especially in the field of nutritional intake in the household starting from preparing food, choosing food ingredients, and determining the food menu. Therefore it is important to carry out programs that are oriented towards increasing the knowledge and behavior of mothers in forming a nutritionally aware family. The method used in this community service is to carry out educational methods that begin with a pre-test to find out people's initial knowledge about balanced nutrition. After knowing the need for public knowledge, an extension or workshop was held by providing material on balanced nutrition based on the 13 PDGS principles. After conducting training on balanced nutrition material for housewives, it appears that housewives find it helpful to know which types are suitable for their families, especially for their children in increasing physical development and health for children and methods implemented is considered effective in use in terms of increasing understanding of housewives after attending the training.</em></p><p> </p><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -83px; top: 615px;"> </div>

In daily life, soap is one of the things that humans need to keep the body clean and the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The high public interest in soap, especially dishwashing soap, opens up business opportunities to produce soap to meet community needs. Community empowerment, especially the PKK women's group to produce dishwashing soap, can be done because dishwashing soap is relatively easy to learn and produce. However, public knowledge about chemicals and the process of producing dish soap is still very minimal. This community service activity aims to provide insight into the home business opportunities and skills of making dish soap to PKK ladies. The group of partners in this activity is PKK women in Kutuwetan Village, Ponorogo Regency. This activity is expected to improve the community's welfare, especially in the economic field, and foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship. The methods used in this community service activity include coordination with partners, counseling, and training in making liquid soap, evaluation, and follow-up. This community service activity is in the form of a dish soap product that has been put in packages and distributed to residents. In addition, the achievement of a group of partners who already have skills in making dish soap. ABSTRAKDalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun merupakan salah satu barang yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia baik untuk menjaga kebersihan badan maupun kebersihan lingkungan sekitar. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun khususnya sabun cuci piring, menjadikan terbukanya peluang usaha untuk memproduksi sabun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama kelompok ibu-ibu PKK untuk memproduksi sabun cuci piring bisa dilakukan karena pembuatan sabun cuci piring yang relatif mudah dipelajari dan diproduksi. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahan kimia dan proses produksi sabun cuci piring masih sangat minim. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang peluang usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring pada ibu-ibu PKK. Kelompok mitra kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Kutuwetan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat ini meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang telah dimasukkan kemasan dan dibagikan pada warga sekitar. Selain itu, tercapainya kelompok mitra yang telah memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring.

Pharmacies and health professionals, including Pharmacists, assistant Pharmacists, and the cashier is one of the groups most at risk of contracting the virus Covid-19 during the pandemic Covid 19 dispensaries a place that is often accessible to the public because it provides services to the needs of the patient medications. Based on these problems, then do the activities to protect the workplace to reduce the risk of transmission in the workplace and pharmacies keep doing every drug but not be the area of transmission of the virus Covid-19. The purpose of community service is to improve the awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior through training and education protocol-related health in the workplace the right so that can create a healthy work environment. Activities conducted June 17, 18,24 and 25 September 2021 environment dispensary in West Jakarta. The activities of 17-18 September 2021 conduct a preliminary survey to fill out the questionnaire with the google form linked the use of masks in the workplace, the habit of washing hands and clean the work place. The results of the questionnaire of 26 respondents was 15.4% of the respondents do not use the mask for work, the 23.1% of the respondents rarely use mask properly, a 34.6% rarely wash hands before work ,23,1% not important to wash hands before and after work and 23.1 % not important clean work environment with a disinfectant and clean the work place before and after work. PKM September 24, 2021 is the practice of how to wash hands in accordance with the recommendation of the Ministry of health, using the appropriate mask and face shield in the workplace. PKM activity carried out from September 25, 2021 manufacture means the place of hand washing common, put up a plastic barrier and spraying disinfectant in the area pharmacies. The activities of a community service program implemented well, after the implementation of community service activities is then the habit of washing hands before and after work, consumers wash their hands with water in place of washing hands before going into the area of the dispensary, the mask is worn according to the rules can continue to be done so that there is increased awareness of the workers and consumers in the workplace to create a healthy working environment during the pandemic.Apotik dan tenaga kesehatan termasuk Apoteker, asisten Apoteker serta kasir merupakan salah satu kelompok yang paling berisiko tertular virus Covid-19 karena selama pandemi Covid 19 apotik tempat yang sering diakses masyarakat karena memberikan pelayanan untuk kebutuhan obat pasien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan untuk melindungi tempat kerja  untuk  menurunkan  risiko penularan di tempat kerja dan apotik tetap melakukan pelayanan obat tetapi tidak menjadi area penularan virus Covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan  kesadaran, pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku melalui pelatihan serta edukasi  terkait protokol kesehatan ditempat kerja yang tepat sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Kegiatan dilakukan tanggal 17, 18,24 dan 25 September 2021 dilingkungan apotik di Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan tanggal 17-18 September 2021 melakukan survei awal mengisi kuisioner dengan google form terkait penggunaan masker ditempat kerja, kebiasaan mencuci tangan serta membersihkan tempat kerja. Hasil kuisioner dari 26 responden adalah  15,4 % responden  tidak penting menggunakan masker selama bekerja, 23,1% responden jarang menggunakan masker dengan tepat, 34,6% jarang mencuci tangan sebelum bekerja ,23,1% tidak penting mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah bekerja dan 23,1 % tidak penting membersihkan lingkungan kerja dengan desinfektan serta membersihkan tempat kerja sebelum dan sesudah bekerja. Kegiatan PKM tanggal 24 September 2021 adalah praktik cara mencuci tangan sesuai anjuran Kemenkes, menggunakan masker yang tepat serta face shield ditempat kerja. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan tanggal 25 September 2021 pembuatan sarana tempat cuci tangan umum, memasang plastik pembatas dan penyemprotan desinfektan di area apotik. Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat terlaksana dengan baik, setelah terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini maka kebiasaan  mencuci tangan sebelum dan setelah bekerja, konsumen mencuci tangan dengan air di tempat cuci tangan  sebelum masuk  ke area apotik, masker dipakai sesuai aturan dapat terus terlaksana sehingga terjadi peningkatan kesadaran pekerja serta konsumen ditempat kerja untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat selama pandemi.

Adolescents are at the center of HIV/AIDS endemic worldwide, about 50 % of all new cases of HIV occur in youth between age 15 and 24 years. In Indonesia, based on the directorate general of P2P the number of HIV positive cases from year to year tends to increase and in 2018 it was reported as many as 46,659 cases. Likewise, the Jambi city, based on data from the health department, the number of cases of HIV / AIDS in adolescents was found in 24 cases (2017) and 13 cases (2018). Peer education is considered a core pillar of HIV prevention efforts in general and has been proven effective in increasing knowledge and promoting changes in attitudes and behavior. Target outcomes expected are: there is an increased knowledge between before and after peer education. This community service was carried out in November 2019 at SMA N 8 Jambi City. The target of this activity is students at SMA Negeri 8. The method used is peer education. The results of dedication are an increase in HIV/AIDS knowledge to bring positive changes in the sexual behavior of school adolescents and prevent them from the HIV/AIDS epidemic

The Youth Red Cross (Palang Merah Remaja (PMR)) is a forum for fostering and developing Indonesian Red Cross (Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI)) youth members, PMR is one of PMI's strengths in carrying out humanitarian activities in the health sector. Various health problems that may occur anywhere and anytime that have fatal consequences such as choking can cause respiratory system disorders that can lead to death. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and management of PMR members in choking management. The method of this activity is to collaborate with the teacher of the Genteng 1 Public Middle School in informing the holding of Community Service about education and training in the management of choking, then follow-up to the principal of the Genteng 1 Public Middle School. Dissemination to students involved in training events. Training for students who are accompanied by PMR advisors about education and training in the management of choking. To support the success of this event, students were allowed to practice directly to the panthom and friends. The results of this activity showed an increase in knowledge about the management of 75% of choking  with high expertise and increased ability (practice) in the control of 85% of choking with top practice ability. With this training, it is expected that all schools, especially PMR, will be able to carry out optimal handling of choking.
