Abstrak : Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan keterampilan manajerial kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Jenis dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diolah menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif yang diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner yang telah disebarkan oleh penulis kepada para guru di MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Jika dikaitkan dengan keterampilan managerial terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kotamobagu memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Maka kinerja guru di MAN I Kotamobagu dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah. Sehingga dapat dismpulkan bahwa pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan keterampilan manajerial setelah digabungkan memiliki pengaruh sedikit terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Abstract: This article aims to examine the influence of madrasah principals leadership behavior and managerial skills on teacher performance in MAN 1 Kotamobagu. The type and research design used is quantitative. Data collection was processed using descriptive statistical techniques obtained from the questionnaires distributed by the author to teachers in MAN 1 Kotamobagu. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. This study proves a negative and insignificant influence between the leadership behavior of madrasah principals and teacher performance in MAN 1 Kotamobagu. If it is associated with managerial skills on teacher performance in MAN 1, Kotamobagu has a positive and insignificant effect. Then the performance of teachers in MAN I Kotamobagu is influenced by the managerial skills of the principal. So it can be concluded that the impact of leadership behavior and managerial skills after being combined has little effect on teacher performance in MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Kepemimpinan; Keterampilan Manajerial; Kinerja Guru

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and  verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of teachers in MIN Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used is quantitative which aims to test hypotheses using statistical techniques. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 26 teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung. While the data analysis technique uses simple correlation statistical tests. The results of the research are that the better the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management will increase the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN Bandar Lampung City. The strength of the influence of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung is 0.690 which is categorized as having moderate / moderate influence.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to increase the learning independence of PGSD students of FKIP Makassar Islamic University through the use of the edlink and whatsApp application. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of experimental research with research design using a Quasi Experiment Design. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of PGSD FKIP Makassar Islamic University with a total of 54 students consisting of 27 control class students and 27 experimental class students and registered in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistical. The results showed that the learning independence of PGSD FKIP students at the Islamic University of Makassar in online learning with the use of the edlink application (Experiment) on the pretest was in the low category and the postest was in the high category while the control group on the pretest was in the low category and the postest was in the medium category; The use of the edlink application has a significant effect on the learning independence of PGSD FKIP students of Makassar Islamic University.Keywords: edlink, whatsapp, independent learningABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar melalui penggunaan aplikasi edlink dan whatsapp. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Experiment Design. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar dengan jumlah mahasiswa 54 orang terdiri dari 27 orang kelas kontrol dan 27 orang kelas eksperimen dan terdaftar pada semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar dalam pembelajaran daring dengan penggunaan aplikasi edlink (Eksperimen) pada pretest berada pada kategori rendah dan pada postest berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan kelompok kontrol pada pretest berada pada kategori rendah dan postest berada pada kategori sedang; Penggunaan aplikasi edlink berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar.Kata Kunci: edlink, whatsapp, kemandirian belajar

<p class="Abstract">This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of the use of jigsaw-flash learning model on geometry material. The jigsaw-flash learning model is a jigsaw learning model which is modified with adobe flash media. The research method used is mix method research with exploratory sequential strategy. This research was conducted in state junior high schools in Surakarta. Subjects in this study were the students of class VIII namely class VIII-2 as an experimental class and class VIII-3 as a control class selected by random sampling technique. The experimental class was taught with a jigsaw-flash learning model and the control class was taught with a jigsaw model. The procedures performed in this study include qualitative data collection and data analysis followed by quantitative data collection and data analysis. The researcher used interview method for collecting qualitative data. While quantitative data collection was conducted by test and the analysis technique used was <em>t</em>-test. The results of this study indicate that students feel more comfortable and interested in studying geometry material taught by jigsaw-flash model. In addition, students taught using the jigsaw-flash model are more active and motivated than the students who were taught using jigsaw models in studying geometric material. This shows that the use of the jigsaw-flash model can increase student participation and motivation. The results of this study also indicate that the increase in student achievement taught by the jigsaw-flash model which is indicated by <em>t</em>-test result t = 2,259 with df = 38. Based on the results, it can be concluded that jigsaw-flash model is more effective than jigsaw model. Therefore, teachers need to consider the use of jigsaw-flash learning model in learning geometry material.</p>

Research aims to understand influence infrastructure to school and workplace on teacher performance. The study was conducted in Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin district.Type this research is quantitative research with the design penetian use design this research expost facto capital.Included in this study was a total all teachers in public primary schools as TK in plakat tinggi district consisting of 50 the teachers. Technique use survey data collection, dokumetasi and observation. Data analysis technique using a technique descriptive analysis kuantittaif, berganda and regression.Results stated that 1) is to influence infrastructure as a teacher tk kecamatan placard; 2) is high environmental influences work on teacher performance kindergarten to high as kecamatan placard; 3) is influence together to infrastructure and workplace tk on teacher performance as Plakat Tinggi kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates merupakan sarana tempat yang disewakan untuk umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan  terhadap kepuasan pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Wates. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna di kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan (X) dan Kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna kolam renang UNY Wates yang terletak di Jalan Mandung Pengasih Kabupaten Kulon Progo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55651. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berukuran 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah survai dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Objek penelitian ini berupa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna kolam  renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates yang meliputi tangible, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah dengan mengonversikan menjadi kategori sangat memuaskan, memuaskan, tidak memuaskan, dan sangat tidak memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates adalah memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates adalah memuaskan dengan presentase sebesar 69%. THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON THE CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION AT THE SWIMING POOL OF YOGYAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY WATES.AbstractSwiming pool  of  Yogyakarta State UniversityWates is a sport facility that is for rent to the public. This research aims to determine the influene of service quality on the customers’ satisfaction  at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates. The problems in this research were whether service quality have the impact to the customers’ satisfaction at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University. The research variables were Service Quality (X)) and Customers’ Satisfaction (Y). This research was descriptive quantitative. The subjects at this study were customers of swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates at Mandung Street,  Pengasih, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55651. This study consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling used in this research was by using accidental sampling method. The data collection technique used were survey using questionnaires. The objects of this research were service quality  on the customers’ satisfaction at the swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data analysis technique used was by converting into highly satisfactory, satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory categories. The results show that users’ satisfaction of swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates is satisfactory. The customers’ satisfaction at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates was satisfying with a percentage of 69%.

Lack of teacher skills in teaching and the lack of the use of instructional media lead to ineffective learning process. This study aims to improve the skills of teachers assisted by cultural map board media. This research was carried out by classroom action research. This research lasted for two cycles, which each cycle consists of four stages, including planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques consisted of interviews using interview guidelines, as well as observation using teacher skills observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative data. The results shows that the skills of the teacher assisted by the cultural map board media obtained an average in cycle I in percentage of 70% and increases in cycles II by 80% with good category. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that using the cultural map board media can improve the teachers’ skills in Elementary School.

This research aims to develop media in arabic learning by using SparkolVideoscribe in order to make the learning process more effective and interesting.The research method used descriptive quantitative research. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics. Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.
