Obstetric complications are complications that occur during the pregnancy process or complications that can occur after the mother gives birth, for example, KPD, Bleeding, Abortion, post date, Preeclampsia and Eclampsia and others that can cause risks to the mother and fetus that will affect labor (. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of obstetric complications (KPD, Pre-eclampsia and Post Date) on the type of labor in Mojokasri Kawaananan, Mojokerto Regency in 2018. The design used in the study is Comparative. Population were all maternal obstetric complications (KPD, Pre Eklampsi, Post Date) in Mojokasri Hospital in June to August 2018 with a total of 186 people. The sample size is 126 respondents, using the simple random technique. Independent variables are Obstetric Complications (KPD, PEB and Post Date) the dependent variable is Type of Labor (Normal, Action, Sectio Caesarea). Data was collected using observation sheets, then analyzed using the Logistic Regression test. Statistical test results obtained from Kebidanan Complications obtained p value of 0,000 <α = 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the variable midwifery complication affects the type of labor Actions / sectio caesarea in Kawedanan Mojokasri, Mojokerto Regency

Preeclampsia is a hypertension caused by pregnancy that is characterized by hypertension, edema,and proteinuria after the 20 week. One of the causes of maternal death is preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of preeclampsia at Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun The population is 236 respondents and the sample is 148 respondents with a random sampling technique. Data collection is observation. Data analysis using logistic regression test . Based on the logistic regression test results obtained a history  of  significance hypertensi  (0,000)., Gemelly significance (0.999)., Obesity significance (0.000). Simultaneously influenced the incidence of preeclampsia. The most influential variable was a history of hypertension with values (Exp.B: 131,238). History of hypertension (X1) obtained p value 0.000 <0.05 so there is a influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is accepted. Gemelly (X2) obtained p value 0.999> 0.05 so there is no influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is rejected. Obesity (X3) obtained p value 0.000 <0.05 so there is a influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is accepted The most dominant factor influenced the incidence of preeclampsia is a history of hypertension with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with (ExpB 131.238).

Premature rupture of membranes is rupture of membranes before there are signs of labor and after waiting for an hour before the start of labor. World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 there were 303,000 women died during childbirth and as many as 20% caused by premature rupture of membranes. The incidence of maternity with premature rupture of membranes in Sayang Hospital Cianjur in 2016 was 1151 maternity with premature rupture of membranes from 6814 births while in 2017 there were 1272 births with premature rupture of 5887 births. This study aims to determine the relationship between premature rupture of membranes with age, parity, education, and history of premature rupture of membranes. Statistical test results obtained that there is a relationship between premature rupture of membranes with age with a P value = 0.008 OR value of 0.556. Statistical test results obtained that there is a relationship between premature rupture of membranes with parity with a P value = 0,000 OR value of 3.336. Statistical test results obtained that there is a relationship between premature rupture of membranes with education with a P value = 0.001 OR value of 2.431. Statistical test results obtained that there is no relationship between premature rupture of membranes with a history of premature rupture of membranes with a P value = 0.949 OR value of 2.431. It is recommended for health workers to increase their preventive efforts so that pregnant women get clear information about premature rupture of membranes and anticipate problems that can arise in labor

Abstract: In Klaten district,  leptospirosis cases raised  up  during  6 years (2006–2013), except in 2012.  The  healthy houses coverage raised up as well, although some houses still had not met healthy house criteria. The aim of this study was to analyze of house conditions and the rat exsistence affected to the leptospirosis cases in Klaten district. This study was observational analytic study used case control design. This study  was conducted on November, 2013–June, 2014 by using questionnaire, interview, and observation. The sample was 60 respondents with 30 cases and 30 controls. The independent variables  were the house conditions, house components, sanitation facilities, behavior,  and rat existence in the  house. Bivariate analysis  used chi square  test,  the  result showed that the  house conditions (p value  =  0.009 OR = 6.882), behavior  (p value = 0.017 OR = 6.000), and the rat existence in the house (p value = 0.030 OR = 10.545) were related to the leptospirosis cases. Multivariate analysis  used logistic regression test, the result showed unhealthy house conditions was the dominant risk factors that affect to the leptospirosis cases with value of probability about 74,6% and  two-fold  higher  risk compared with healthy house conditions. The suggestion for community in Klaten District is attempting to improve  the environmental house health by having a clean  and healthy living, such as always to put the garbage away to the waterproof  and closed bins and to put the garbage away regularly from house in the evening to prevent  rats go into house.Keywords: housing conditions, rat, unhealthy houses, leptospirosis

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of oketani massage and acupressure pressure of GB-21 on milk production in post-Caesarea section mothers. The research method used is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design, one group pre-posttest design. The results showed that the pressure on the acupressure point of GB-21 was sufficient based on mother and baby indicators. The statistical test results showed differences in milk production before and after pressure at the acupressure point of Gb-12 (p-value = 0.000). In conclusion, oketani massage is more effective in increasing milk production in group A, post section caesarea mothers compared to group B, the pressure at the acupressure point Gb-21 from infant indicators.   Keywords: Gb-21 Acupressure, Breast Milk, Oketani Massage, Sectio Caesarea

Backgroud : Motor vehicle wash is an activity that comes in direct contact with chemicals,one of the risks is allergic to contact dermatitis complaints. The factors that influence complaints of contact dermatitis are Personal hygiene and the frequency of contact of motor vehicle washing workers. Purpose : This study aims to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and the frequency of contact with complaints of contact dermatitis. Method: This study was an observational analytic study, with a cross-sectional design. Respondents from the study were motor vehicle washing workers in Jebres and Mojosongo Surakarta with 35 respondents from 60 workers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This study used a questionnaire base on the title and analyzing data uses the Somers' test and the Logistic Regression test. Results: The Somers' correlation test results showed a significant relationship between personal hygiene and complaints of contact dermatitis with a p-value of 0.000, the direction of correlation (-), and a correlation coefficient of 0.662. The test results also showed a significant relationship between the frequency of contact with complaints of contagious dermatitis with a p-value of 0.000, the direction of correlation (+), and the correlation coefficient 0.726. The results of the logistic regression test showed that the contact frequency variable had the most influence on complaints of contact dermatitis with an odds ratio of 28,078. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between personal hygiene and the frequency of contact with complaints of contact dermatitis.

Abstract. Background. Premature canities is a terminology to describe a premature graying of hair before the age of 25 in Asians.The ethiopathogenesis of premature canities is still not fully understood, but there are risk factors associated to premature canities such as gender, family history, obesity, smoking, alcohol consumption, other disease, micronutrients deficiencies. Aims: to evaluate risk  factors that influence the incidence of premature canities in medical students of University of Sumatera Utara class 2016-2018. Methods: This research is an analytic research with the number of subjects are  80 respondents using bivariate and multivariate analysis using logistic regression test. Results: of the 80 respondents, 57 respondents (71,2%) had premature canities. Based on bivariate analysis, it was obtained p value ≤ 0,05 for family history and stress, Based on multiavariate analysis, it was obtained p value ≤ 0,05 for family history (p value = 0,000), which means family history is the most dominants factors for premature canities. Conclusion: there is a correlation between premature canities and family history and stress and Family history is the most dominant risk factors that associated to premature canities in medical students of University of Sumatera Utara class 2016-2018.

Abstract: Breast milk is the best food for babies, especially in the first month of life. Breast milk contains all nutrients to build and provide the energy needed by the baby. The low rate of breastfeeding is a threat to child development. Several factors related to the success of exclusive breastfeeding are the level of knowledge of the mother and husband's support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers and husband's support  towards the success of exclusive breastfeeding in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas in 2017. This study was analytical with a cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 153 respondents. A sample of 31 respondents obtained by simple ramdom sampling. Data were analyzed bivariate. The statistical test results obtained p-value = 0,000. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the knowledge of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding and husband's support for the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

Anxiety in preoperative patients with Sectio Caesarea is a specific anxiety, namely concern about operating procedures, anesthesia procedures, information deficits, and concerns about family financial problems, concerns about themselves and the baby to be born. Music is applied into therapy, because music can restore, and maintain physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health. The provision of classical music therapy can releases pain and reduces stress levels, so that it can cause a decrease in anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Beethoven classical music therapy to reduce anxiety in cesarean section. This study used a pre-experimental design with the design of two group control interventions. The number of samples in this study were 10 people each in the intervention and control groups. Sampling is done using accidental techniques. Data analysis using the t-dependent test. The t-dependent statistical test results can be concluded that there is a significant influence of classical music therapy to reduce anxiety in cesarean section delivery mothers in the intervention and control groups (P = 0.041). From the results of this study it is known that Beethoven classical music therapy is effective for reducing anxiety, so that nurses can apply classical music therapy in providing care to cesarean section mothers.

Nipple blisters can be caused by trauma to the nipple during breastfeeding, but it can also cause cracks and the formation of a gap - a gap. The incidence of sore nipples caused by several factors including improper feeding techniques and lack of breast care. This study aims to investigate the relationship between breastfeeding and breast care techniques with incidence of sore nipples. This research was conducted in June 2017 and BPS BPS Meiyuni Siti Hotijah Bangkalan. This research uses a checklist approach Sectional Cros. Subjects studied were maternal postpartum primipara 1-40 day total of 36 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Statistic test used lambda. The results showed breastfeeding technique in the category of pretty 16 respondents (44.4%) and treatment of breast category fairly 18 respondents (50%), while the incidence of sore nipples in the category were 18 respondents (50%). Statistical test results showed the value of breastfeeding technique p Value (0.019) <α (0.05) means that there is a correlation technique of breastfeeding on the incidence of sore nipples, while for the treatment of breast statistical result p value Value (0.047) <α (0.05 ) means that there is a relationship to the incidence rate of breast care sore nipples. This research is expected to provide knowledge to prevent the incidence of sore nipples in a mannerappropriate feeding techniques and treatment of breast good.

 Corona virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. Family support is an activity oriented to improve family functions on the basis of raising children and other family activities. in a system and resources that support. This study aims to identify family support for the healing rate of Covid-19 patients in the Isolation Room at Aminah Hospital, Tangerang in 2021. Method: observational analytic used in this research and 23 covid-19 participantn,  in this study using the Total Sampling technique. Statistical test used is the Spearman Rank statistical test. Results: The results of study obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between family support and the healing of  Covid-19 patients.  The role of the family is very important. and breaking chain of spread of the Covid-19.
