A more tight and high business competition in domestic as well as international marketencourage the company gain better quality product. Consequently, it needs continous improvingeffort toward the process capability, human, machine and environment. It is realized by PT.Timur Selatan at Pare Kediri for it product. The frequent problems emerged are whether theproduct quality including widt, lengt and moisture content according the spesification, whetherthese are delinquencies then what action in needed for good quality.The Aim of this research are : 1). To know whether the product quality ( width, lengthand moisture content) fulfills the specification 2). to know whether is delinquency happened fromcontrol limit. 3). What action are needed for the delinquency improvment. While the purposedhypothesis is the product quality has fulfill the specification and statistic controlling limit.The research is conducted at PT. Timur Selatan Pare kediri, the research methodology isusing the primary data from direct observation and secondary data from company. The dataanalysis is done by applying Statistical Quality Control which uses control X and R chart.The result shows that for the width and moistureContent are in the specification except the length. While for the satistical control shows in controllimit for the length and moisture content except width. The process capability is low for length (0,5479) and mioisture content (0,4018), so it is necessary to increase the process capability.Besides the variable quality is also caused by human factor, machine and equipment.Kata kunci : laminating board, quality control, Control X and R chart

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between variables of product quality, risk perception, and trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 2,797 students and the sample used was 100, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of product quality, risk perception, and trust have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of e-commerce shopee on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2) There is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions e-commerce shopee for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 3) There is an effect of risk perception on shopee ecommerce purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 4) There is an effect of trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product availability and price perception on purchasing decisions and their implications for customer loyalty. Customers from PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia was taken as a respondent, both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Secondary data is taken from various sources such as journals, books and other data. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the target respondents. Using accidental sampling technique, the total number of respondents collected was 100 respondents. Path analysis is applied in this research. The results show that product quality, product availability and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. It was found that the quality of the product, Product availability and purchasing decisions have a significant influence on loyal consumers. At the managerial level, this research contributed to PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia, to improve product availability and product quality if you want to purchase decisions and increase customer loyalty.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

This study examined the impact of innovation on the entrepreneurial success in selected business enterprises in SOUTH-WEST Nigeria. The paper dwelt on the extent to which the selected enterprises innovation effort affects the quality of their product as well as the company image. Five manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverages line were selected using purposive sampling method because of their contributions to economic development of Nigeria while the respondents were selected through stratified random sampling technique. Survey research design was used in carrying out the study. Both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaire while secondary data were garnered from Annual Report and Accounts of the companies. Data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Hypotheses were tested at 0.05 significant levels with the aid of parametric student t-test. The results revealed that there is a positive relationship between innovation and product quality as well as a positive relationship between innovation and good corporate image and that both of them significantly affect entrepreneurial success. The study recommends that business enterprises should engage more on innovation of their production process to improve their product quality and even enhances good corporate image. This will help them to sustain their position in the face of stiff competition.

The were two aims of this research. First is to get model of the relation between the latent variable quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction. The second was to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Burger King Bali. This research implemented Partial Least Square method with 3 second order variables is the service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. In this research also used 5 first order variables to explain the variable service quality are tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and 6 first order variables to explain the variable quality product are performance, reliability, feature, durability, conformance, and design. Samples used in this research is 100. The results of this research indentify that the service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction at Burger King.

Various problems that occur related to the use of a management accounting system (SAM) that has not been maximized resulted in a decrease in product quality that is influenced by various conditions of environmental uncertainty. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of broad scope, timeliness, aggregated and integrated SAM on product quality control with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable at PT. SINAR SOSRO KPB PALEMBANG. The results of this study indicate that partially it is known that SAM Broad Scope, SAM Aggregated, and SAM Integrated significantly influence Product Quality Control, whereas SAM Timelines does not significantly affect the variable Quality Control. Simultaneously it is known that SAM Broad Scope, SAM Timeliness, SAM Aggregated, and SAM Integrated significantly influence Product Quality Control. Partially, it is known that Environmental Uncertainty does not significantly moderate the relationship between SAM Broad Scope, SAM Timeliness, SAM Aggregated, and SAM Integrated on Product Quality Control, and all moderation relationships what happens is the moderator predictor. The influence between SAM Broad Scope, SAM Timeliness, SAM Aggregated, and SAM Integrated significantly influence Product Quality Control with Environmental Uncertainty proved to be strong where Adjusted R Square value of 0.684 or 68.4% while the remaining 31.6% is explained by other factors outside the research model.   Abstrak Berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi terkait penggunaan sistem akuntansi manajemen (SAM) yang belum maksimal mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas produk yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai kondisi ketidakpastian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh cakupan luas, ketepatan waktu, agregat, dan SAM terintegrasi terhadap pengendalian kualitas produk dengan ketidakpastian lingkungan sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT. SINAR SOSRO KPB PALEMBANG. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial diketahui bahwa SAM Broad Scope, SAM Aggregated dan SAM Integrated berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Product Quality Control, sedangkan SAM Timelines tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Quality Control. Secara simultan diketahui bahwa SAM Broad Scope, SAM Timeliness, SAM Aggregated dan SAM Integrated berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengendalian Kualitas Produk. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan tidak secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara SAM Broad Scope, SAM Timeliness, SAM Aggregated dan SAM Integrated, terhadap pengendalian kualitas produk, dan semua hubungan moderasi yang terjadi adalah moderator predictor. Pengaruh SAM Broad Scope, SAM Timeliness, SAM Aggregated dan SAM Integrated berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengendalian Kualitas Produk dengan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan terbukti kuat dimana nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.684 atau 68.4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31.6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. model. The purpose of this research is to (1) know customer responses to brand image, product quality, and customer loyalty of Cekeran Midun, (2) know how big the influence of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty are. The methods used are descriptive and verificative analysis. Data were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 87 customers in Cekeran Midun Cikutra branch, Bandung. Secondary data was obtained from literature texts, journals and other sources that fit the topic of research. The result of analysis and discussion showed that Cekeran Midun Bandung applied brand image in 4 forms namely, recognition, reputation, affinity and domain. Cekeran Midun also implemented 8 forms of product quality i.e. performance, durability, conformance to specifications, features, reliability, aesthetics, perceived quality and serviceability. The influence of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty was 23.32%.

Purpose of the study: The objectives of this study are: (i) To analyze the quality control of the products applied to the amplang Karya Bahari business based on Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools, (ii) To find out and analyze what factors cause product damage/disability amplang work at the Maritime business in Samarinda. Methodology: This research uses quantitative methods discretionary quantitative research method that is research that is used to Investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality or features of social influences that can’t be explained or Described measured through a quantitative approach. The operational definitions of this research are (i) Quality control processes, (ii) Quality control measures. Types and sources of the data the primary use of data Obtained directly from the object of research. Data collection techniques are (i) observation, (ii) interviews, (iii) documentation, (iv) laboratory tests. Analysis of the Data used are: (i) collecting the data (check sheet), (ii) a histogram, (iii) making control charts, (iv) the causal diagrams, (v) the proposed improvements. Main Findings:  The results of the study suggest that Maritime work is applied to the already on the limit of control. It can be seen at chart, upper control limit (UCL) of 1 and the lower control limit (LCL) of 0.3362 under controlled conditions or reasonable limits, but in reality, they are experiencing product damage or defect in the production of amplang processing. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study is expected to be an additional reference for studies in the field production related to analysis quality control (quality control) and product quality by using Statistics Quality Control. This study is expected to provide information for the company about procedure control in keeping a quality product that will be produced.

<p><em>This study examines socioeconomic factors on consumer loyalty in choosing to shop at the traditional Ampel market in Boyolali Regency. In order for traditional markets to survive and develop in the competitive business world in competing for consumers, it must be able to understand it’s consumers. Many factors can influence consumer loyalty in choosing to shop in traditional markets. In this study the factors that are thought to influence are product prices, product quality, merchant service, product location and market days. The type of research used is a survey with 50 sampling using incidental sampling. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. Instrument test results show all valid and reliable. Multiple linear regression test shows Y = -9,199 + 0.510 X1 + 0.460 X2 -</em><em> 0.192 X3 + 0.708 X4 + 0.551 X5. It is shows that product price variables, product quality, market location and market day have a positive effect on consumer loyalty.</em></p>

This research was conducted at Pondok Gurih Restaurant, Pekanbaru which aims to calculate the value of the willingness to pay of consumers and to analyze the factors that affect the willingness to pay of consumers for the purchase of catfish spicy acid. This research can be used as information material for the restaurant to improve the quality and facilities for consumer demand. The research method used is a survey method that used primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques through interviews. The sample in this study are consumers who eat at the restaurant and are willing to be interviewed. The number of respondents used in this study was 100 people. The data analysis method used in this research is logistic regression. The results showed that the average cost to be paid by consumers was IDR 87,410 with the lowest WTP value of IDR 40,000 and the highest was IDR 150,000. Then the variables that significantly affect the consumer's desire to pay are age, income, education, and product quality. The variables that did not have a significant effect were gender, service quality, and occupation. Suggestions for businesses are to continue to improve product quality.
