Abstract                 The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of progressive relaxation therapy in reducing the anxiety students facing menarche. This research includes Quasi Experimental research with One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Variables in this research is Progressive Relaxation as independent variable (X) and Anxiety face menarche as dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were students of grade V and VI MI Bahrul Ulum who have not experienced menarche (menstruation for the first time) a number of 45 students. Research subjects as many as 15 students were taken using purposive sampling technique with criteria: 1) subjects have not experienced menarche; 2) experience anxiety. Data were collected using an anxiety scale that scored with Likert scale. Research data were analyzed using t-test with the help of SPSS for Windows program. The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety in subjects facing menarche (p = 0.000 <0.05) between post-treatment progressive relaxation.Keywords: progressive relaxation, anxiety facing menarche, young women

This study aims to prove empirically about: 1) differences in the effect of truth inducing and slack inducing compensation schemes on budgetary slack, 2) differences in the effect of high and low self efficacy on budgetary slack, 3) the effect of interaction compensation schemes and self efficacy on budgetary slack. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a group of research subjects who are students majoring in Accounting in the 2016 bachelor year of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The sampling technique is total sampling. The population in this study amounted to 107 students. The source of research data is primary data using working paper in the form of coding or translating letters into numbers. Data analysis using two ways ANOVA test. The results of this study concluded that compensation schemes can affect lower-level managers in conducting budgetary slack, self-efficacy affects lower-level managers in conducting budgetary slack, and the influence of interaction compensation and self-efficacy schemes on budgetary slack

The purpose of this research is to see a picture of self-acceptance in adolescent orphanages. The source of this research consisted of five research subjects who were young women at Puteri Aisyiyah Medan Orphanage and three informants. The procedure for taking the subject uses purposive sampling technique. The research data were collected using observation and interview methods. The results obtained are that young women at Puteri Aisyiyah Orphanage have a good self-acceptance picture, and can accept themselves with their status as children of an orphanage.

Background: The first labor anxiety is an unpleasant psychological condition due to physiological changes that cause psychological instability. The condition of excessive anxiety, worry, fear without cause, and stress, causes the muscles of the body to tense up, especially the muscles in the birth path to become stiff and hard, making it difficult to expand. This study analyzed the effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth. Methods: Quasi experimental design with nonrandomized pretest-postest control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 34 research subjects. 17 people for the treatment group were given pregnancy exercise 8 times, and 17 people for the control group were given health education about preparation for childbirth. Results: The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the average reduction in the treatment group was 8.00 and the control group was 3.00. The effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in the treatment group with a p-value (0.000) <(0.05), while the control group with a p-value (0.180)> (0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth in the Wuryantoro Health Center work area.

Nutritional needs are important for adolescent to accelerate growth. Good nutritional knowledge in adolescent can help them to consume healthy foods and prevent nutritional problems. Nutrition education with animation video is a great eff ort to improve adolescent nutritional knowledge. The use of attractive, eff ective and effi cient media ease adolescent to understand the nutrition material delivered. The objective of this research was to analyzes adolescent nutritional knowledge after given animation video. This research was quasi experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. There were 84 eeadolescents as research subjects chosen with purposive sampling technique. Animation video was given one time every week for one month with the duration of each video for seven minutes. The data was analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank. The results of study showed that nutrition education using animation video gave a positive infl uence on nutritional knowledge of adolescent (p=0.000). Animation video can be used as educational media to improve adolescent nutritional knowledge.

One of common problems associated with breastfeeding is breast engorgement. This breast swelling can cause the mother to stop breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the effect of cabbage compresses on reducing breast engorgement in postpartum mothers at Kasih Ibu Primary Clinic in Deli Tua in 2019. The research used quasi-experimental, one-group pretest-posttest method design. The sampling technique used convenience sampling to recruit 30 postpartum mothers who had breast engorgement. The instrument used to measure breast swelling was the breast engorgement assessment scale of Hill and Hummenick which consisting of a scale of 1 to 6. Application of cabbage compresses was done by attaching cabbage to the breast until the cabbage withers. This procedure was repeated four times every 6 hours per day, for 2 days. The results of the study showed that at the time before being compressed all the research subjects had a score of 4. On the 1st day of compressing with cabbage leaves, there were 7 people (23.3%) who had decreased breast swelling and on the 2nd day of compressing, the total postpartum mothers experienced a decreased in breast engorgement was 9 people (30%). Statistical analysis by paired t-test obtained the value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05). Thus, the results of this study concluded that there was a significant influence of cabbage compresses to decrease breast engorgement of the postpartum mothers at Kasih Ibu Primary Clinic in Deli Tua in 2019.

This study aims to describe qualitatively about e-learning management in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to define and describe phenomena that appear natural or artificial, focusing more on examining the character, quality, and phenomenon. Besides, the e-learning approach is an approach using technology distance learning. The e-learning utilization that is arranged using an electronic internet system that supports learning activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Research subjects are Informantss who provide research data through interviews, observation, and documents. The Informantss in this study were lecturers at Panca Sakti Bekasi University. The Informantss were determined by purposive sampling technique. At the same time, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive. This research results in the finding that lecturers have carried out web e-learning with Moodle and face-to-face with zoom or google meet in managing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. as numerous as 80% of speakers expressed that they utilized zoom, this was on the grounds that it was simpler to apply it straightforwardly, like instructing up close and personal classes. At that point, as numerous as 55% of Google Meet clients, the instructor expressed that Google Meet is not difficult to actualize on the grounds that the video is straightforwardly associated on the off chance that you as of now have a Google Mail account straightforwardly. Lastly, as numerous as 85% of teachers use Moodle, on the grounds that Moodle gives more highlights to learning exercises.

Abstract    This study aims to examine the effectiveness of NLP (Neuro Languistic Programming) training in increasing adolescent self-confidence. This study uses an experimental approach with a quasi-experimental research design. The research subjects were taken by purposive sampling technique with the condition of low self-confidence. The data collection technique used is the confidence scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study used the analysis of independent sample test using Mann-Whitney. The results of the study based on the Independent Sample Test analysis obtained t value of 6.439 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that the respondents' confidence varies significantly. So it is known that the mean of the experimental group is higher than the control group (36.04> 12.96). This shows that NLP (Neuro Languistic Programming) training is effective significantly to increase the confidence of adolescents who experience self-confidence barriers.                 Keywords: NLP training, self-confidence, education level

This study aims to find out how kinship politics in village government in Lobulayan Sigordang Village, West Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency includes the causal factors and patterns of the existence of kinship politics. This research is a case study research using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. In determining the research subjects used purposive sampling technique, so in this study the research subjects were the Head of Lobulayan Sigordang Village, Secretary of Lobulayan Sigordang Village, Head of Government Section, Head of Community Section, Head of Financial Affairs, and Head of Planning Affairs. The research data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation, then processed and analyzed by first reducing the data then displaying the data in tabular form and the last narrative description drawing conclusions on the findings of the research data. Based on the research that has been done, there is kinship politics in the village government in Lobulayan Sigordang village, the manifestation of kinship politics is seen from the election of village officials who occupy village officials positions that are not based on their abilities or not through a predetermined procedure, but rather based on on consideration of good kinship because of blood ties, marital ties, and clans. The factors behind kinship politics in Lobulayan Sigordang village are: low level of education, assessing that kinship politics is not a wrong thing, and feelings of not being betrayed by family or relatives in running the village government.

Objective: Clients diagnosed with risk of violent behavior might affect the surrounding environment. A therapy is necessary to control the behavior and reduce clients aggression.Progressive muscle relaxation is one of therapy aims to reduce tension and anxiety by relaxing the muscles of the body with rhythmrelaxation exercises of muscle from head to toe. (a) The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of progressive relaxation therapy in decreasing signs and symptom of aggression among clients with risk of violent behavior. Method: A quasi-experimental study was used with pre and post-test one group design. The samples used were 16 respondents and resulted in 50% of patients had red face signs and sharp eyes before the intervention. Results: research results shows that (b). P value 0,017 was obtained showing the influence of progressive relaxation therapy on clients with risk of violent behavior Conclusion: It was concluded that progressive relaxation can be recommended for healthcare providers as on strategy action in managing client with violent behavioror risk of violent behavior, especially to control anger and aggression. This therapy could be suggested as one of patients’ preparation for discharge from hospital.

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of role play method on the speaking skill of children in group B PAUD Tunas Bangsa Kota Bima. This research is a quasi experimental research, targeting children of group B in PAUD Tunas Bangsa, Bima Town. Research subjects were 40 children, consisted of 20 children as experimental group and 20 children as control group determined by purposive sampling technique. The experimental group was given treatment of role play method, while the control group was given conventional method. The instrument of data collection is an observation sheet. This research data obtained from the observation at the time before and after learning. The data obtained were then analyzed and tested by t-test statistic to see the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The result of the research there is significant and effectiveness from the role play method on children's speaking skill in group B PAUD Tunas Bangsa, Kota Bima. The significance value of 0.047 with an average difference of 8.3. The result shows that role play method influence to children's speaking skill in group B PAUD Tunas Bangsa Bima Town.
