The purpose of this study is to increase student learning creativity in school-based management courses through learning based on multiple intelligences and problem-based learning. The research method used was quantitative, quasi-three-class experiment with the research subjects of PGSD students, FKIP Pakuan University even semester who took school-based management courses. Two classes were given treatment with two different lessons, namely learning based on multiple intelligences and problem-based learning, while one class was the control class. Observations and assessments are carried out on the cognitive aspects of students. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results of the study can be concluded that there is no difference in creativity with the use of multiple intelligence models, problem based learning and conventional models. From the t-test calculation, the t-count is smaller than t (table.) However, if it is seen from the N-Gain acquisition in each model, the biggest model in a row is the Problem Based learning model with N-Gain 62. Followed by N-gain conventional class, namely 35. Finally, the N-gain class Multiple Intelligence, amounting to 27. When viewed on the N-Gain criteria, the experimental class with the Intelligence model entered the ineffective criteria. The experimental class with the problem-based learning model is in the criteria of being quite effective, while the control class with the conventional model is in the less effective criteria.

The teacher profession is very important as the spearhead in learning that creates students who have proficient abilities and skills as well as good attitudes in life. A competent teacher is certainly a reflection of continuous training and experience. One way to hone teacher competence in teaching is through peer teaching, known as peer teaching. Through this method, it is hoped that the teacher will have competence in teaching, especially in this study on the problem-based learning model where students are trained to solve problems based on the problems presented by the teacher. This research was conducted in October 2019 at SMP Negeri 11 Dumai with 22 teachers as research subjects. The instrument used was the teacher's activity observation sheet. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of teachers in the first cycle was 71.15 in the sufficient category and in the second cycle it was 81.09 in the good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the competence of SMPN 11 Dumai teachers in implementing problem based learning has increased through the peer teaching method.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT (Studi at Al-Azhar 37 Middle School in Pekanbaru)School Based Management (SBM) is the alignment of resources which independently ran by schools where all stakeholder groups involved. SBM also provides a flexibility for schools to determine directions and policies that are relevant to the situation and environmental conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of SBM in Islamic-Based Junior High Schools. This research was taken at Al-Azhar 37 Middle School in Pekanbaru. The research method that was qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were the principal, student representatives, public relations representatives, administrative staff, and 2 teachers and 5 students. The research object was the implementation of school-based management it self. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. As the results of this study, the authors found that several school policies were related to student management, school relationship management with the community, curriculum management, personal management, special service management, facilities and infrastructure management, school budget management. One of the policies that related to student management was providing the online registration of prospective new students as well as giving prospective students the terms and conditions It was continually completed by the requirements to do an interview, taking test of Math, English, Recitation and memorization test juz 30.

<p><em>This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles. This PTK has two cycles in one cycle, there are four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of grade IV A SDN Pedurungan Lor 01 Semarang, Central Java with a total of 31 students. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques. The assessment instrument uses item items and observations of the scoring rubric. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Theme 4 Various Classes IV A SDN Pedurungan Lor 01 Semarang, this is evidenced by the learning outcomes in cycle I, namely 14 students out of 31 students or 45%, while students who completed as many as 17 students from 31 students or 55%. In cycle II, in the initial conditions according to the background of the research, there were 22 students out of 31 students or 71% who had not yet completed it. In cycle II, there were 7 students out of 31 students or 23% who had not completed, while 24 students out of 31 students or 77% who had completed it. This means that student learning outcomes increase from cycle I to cycle II.</em><em> </em><em>The conclusion of this study is that using the Problem Based Leraning learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Theme 4 Various Occupations of class IV A SDN Pedurungan Lor 01 Semarang. </em></p>

What is intelligence? Which are the most important characteristics of it? Starting from these two questions that have a powerful impact over the researchers, Gardner fulfill to present a new meaning sense of the termen - intelligence, which continues to be discussed. During the article we will present some connections between the musical education systems of the 20th-21st centuries and the Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Even though some of them appeared before the theory, through his affirmations, Gardner manages to prove that the musical intelligence isn’t just a talent, it is in every human being. The study of the Theory Multiple Intelligence and the deepening of some of the well-known music education systems led to design and develop of some attractive and efficient music activities in school.

This study aims to determine and improve students' understanding of the Information System Audit material using the problem-based learning model. It is hoped that this research can provide benefits for the development of effective learning models to support the formation of the personality and scientific qualities of students and improve the skills of lecturers in developing learning models. This research is a classroom action research with a problem-based learning model. The research subjects are students studying at the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Halu Oleo University in the 2018/2019 academic year who take information systems audit courses. The results showed that implementing the problem-based learning model could improve students' understanding of the information system audit material. It can be seen through an increase in students' complete learning from before when the pre-test was 0% in a row; from each cycle, there was an increase until the post-test was 95.6%. Students' interest in inactiveness and collaboration is also good, namely 3.44 (scale 1-4). This study also found that the problem-based learning model improved students' ability to solve problems, think critically, and build their knowledge because information systems audit materials require direct skills and in-depth understanding.

This study aims to analyze the mathematics problem-solving process of high school students based on multiple intelligences. In research, multiple intelligence is divided into dominant linguistic intelligence, interpersonal and kinesthetic intelligence, dominant musical intelligence, logical-mathematical and naturalistic, existential, intrapersonal, and visual dominant intelligence. The type of research used in this research is descriptive exploratory, and the approach used is qualitative and quantitative approaches. Determination of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling based on multiple intelligences, to obtain 3 high school students of class X as research subjects. The research instrument used was a multiple intelligence test and two problem-solving tests adopted from the American High School Math Exam (AHSME) Problems and the Provincial High School Mathematics National Science Olympiad questions. The data obtained were analyzed, utilizing data reduction. The research results show that students with multiple different intelligence bits have different ways of solving them, but there are also similarities in solving problems.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi melalui pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw berbeda dari siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share; (2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi antara siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal dengan siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan intrapersonal; (3) Untuk mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan kecerdasan ganda yaitu kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw lebih tinggi dari diajarkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif TPS; (2) siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan Interpersonal lebih tinggi dari yang memiliki kecerdasan Intrapersonal; (3) Terdapat Interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan kecerdasan ganda (interpersonal dan intrapersonal) dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Ekonomi Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif, kecerdasan ganda, belajar ekonomi Abstract: The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine differences in learning outcomes of the economy through different jigsaw cooperative learning of students taught by cooperative learning Think Pair Share; (2) To know the difference between the results of the economic study of students who have interpersonal intelligence with students who have intrapersonal intelligence; (3) To understand the interaction between cooperative learning model with multiple intelligences namely interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence in influencing learning outcomes of economic class X SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras. The learning process in law theory and constitution courses requires variations in the use of learning models, to increase the level of understanding and analysis of student abilities related to concepts and theories of law theory and constitution courses. The purpose of this study is to learn how to apply the problem-based learning model of learning using brainstorming techniques in improving the analysis skills of students specifically with respect to lectures on legal theory and constitution courses. Quantitative research with the main data source is pretest and posttest research with research subjects of all 5 semester students of PPKn study programs taking courses in legal theory and constitution. The results showed that there was an increase in student scores seen from the results of the pretest and posttest scores which increased significantly, the highest value at the posttest score reached 92 and the highest value at the pretest score 76. It can be concluded that the need for a problem based learning learning model with brainstorming techniques proved to be effective in improving students' analytical skills regarding legal theory and constitution.

Presentation on the topic of Salt Hydrolysis can be started from a real problem, using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The PBL model should be able to increase students curiosity to get concepts independently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PBL model on salt hydrolysis lessons about the students learning outcomes in SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir. This research is quasi experiment with non-equivalent groups post-test only design. Data are normal and homogeneous, as of hypothesis testing uses t-test is done at alpha 0.05, obtained tcount 5,2 and ttable 2,67. The result showed that the learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis lessons between classes using PBL model are higher than conventional model in SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir.

Science learning in elementary schools in achieving optimal knowledge competencies has not been carried out optimally. This study aims to analyze science knowledge competencies through the implementation of a problem-based learning model using performance-based presentation slides in online learning. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were students of class VIB, totaling 36 students. Science knowledge competency data were collected using tests. The collected data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that in the pre-cycle the average percentage of science knowledge competence was 64% categorized as low with classical completeness reaching 25%. After improving learning in the first cycle, the average percentage of science knowledge competence became 68% categorized as moderate with classical completeness reaching 67%. In the second cycle, it increased to 81% which was categorized as high with classical completeness reaching 83%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the problem-based learning model using performance-based presentation slides in online learning can improve the scientific competence of class students.
