The phenomenon of lower political participation of lower-class women in urban areas, is getting worse when the variouspolicies adopted by the government do not side with the urban women's groups for the lower classes. The research method used in thisresearch is a descriptive qualitative approach. This sampling technique used in studies that prioritize the purpose of research than onthe nature of the population in determining the sample research. Therefore, in this study, no random samples were used, but thesamples purposive samples. Primary data includes data obtained directly from respondents or informants through in-depth interviewswith a final questionnaire of 40 respondents consisting of various professions, while secondary data is data obtained from documentsthat have been authorized or have published. Women's participation in urban village development strongly influenced by differentfactors, ranging from socio-economic, cultural, to lifestyle issues. Groups identified as mothers or socialite women living in luxuryhousing tend to be less concerned with the common interests of people, while women or mothers who live in ordinary or village housealthough they have a high level of concern for development issues run by sub-district was facing various problems when running therole of participation. As a result, qualitatively the role becomes less than optimal.

SMEs snacks in Gondangan village has the potential to be developed. The village has the potential to be Gondangan Agro-industry region, although it is still much that needs to be repaired and prepared.This study aims to determine the attitude of the public about the development of SMEs in rural areas Gondangan into Agro-industry clusters and how community participation in the development of SMEs in rural areas Gondangan to be Agroindustri. Respondents in this study were the leaders and local community leaders, citizens, snack home industry in the region.This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data of this study is primary data and secondary data consists of qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data were obtained with the interview and focus group discussion.The results showed that the attitude of the public, snack ho,e industri actor and local governments support the development of the region as an area of Agro-Industry cluster. In terms of participation, the government showed a high participation and support by facilitating a variety of activities to realize the region of Agro-Industry cluster, while the snacks businessman as the main actor of Agro-industry development of the area did not show a high level of participation.

This research was conducted based on the condition of the development of tourism on the island of Nusa Lembongan, aiming to find out the impact brought about by socio-economic conditions against the tourism society.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approach with mix method, the primary data source that are obtained by observations and direct interviews and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using the method of case study. This study shows tourism provides impact on society and the government on the island of Nusa Lembongan are seen from eight aspect among others : impact increasing of foreign exchange, impact toward local community income that increasing before tourism exist, impact toward higher prices than the real prices, impact toward employment for opportunity to local community, ownership and control of tourism accommodation, the distribution of benefits and advantage against indigenous village, development in general are seen from 4A tourism and government income of tax viewed from PHR. Advice can be given to government and businessman and tourism service on the island of Nusa Lembongan in the order of future improve the facilities, infrastructure supporting tourism, reinforce the rules on the division of the proceeds against the indigenous villages, improving access and employment for local community on the island of Nusa Lembongan.   Key Words              : Tourism, Nusa Lembongan Island, Impact

All local governments have the same responsibility and obligation in positioning themselves as institution that are friendly to persons with disabilities, including Central Lampung Regency in Lampung Province. There are two important questions from the research which is the basis of this study; (1). What are the efforts made by the Central Lampung Regency government towards groups with disabilities? (2). What are the problems that occur in the management of disability groups in Central Lampung Regency?. The type of this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used by researchers in this study are sourced from primary and secondary data. In this study, primary data obtained through interview techniques was carried out by giving several questions related to the problem issues in research to the informants who had been determined. Informants in this study was collected with a purposive sampling technique. The key informants in this study were 9 heads of local government organizations, 10 representatives of community organizations, and 5 members of the regional parliament. All of them play a role in data collection activities which include focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using interactive data analysis techniques. In the last three years, the number of people with disabilities in Central Lampung has increased. However, the increase in the number of people with disabilities in Central Lampung is due to the expansion of the meaning and scope of disabilities in Indonesia regulation. It is known that several actions at the level of local government organizations in facilitating groups with disabilities can be designed in a more focused manner in the design of programs and policies covering the government, population and civil registration, social, health, education, employment, and transportation, and public infrastructure sectors.

The purpose of this research is to describe women's participation in the political process so that it can represent gender equality and justice. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely data from interviews with informants involved in this research, and secondary data, namely data from studies of articles, books, results of previous research, and various relevant sources. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was interactive analysis in the form of data analysis, data presentation, data reduction, concluding, and testing the validity of the data through source triangulation. The results of this research show that women's participation in the political process can be done through the efforts of the government and political parties by providing political education, development of pro-women government programs by both the central and local governments to increase women's involvement in the political process as a form and a form of women's concern for society, nation, and state.

The purpose of the research is to explain inhibiting factors for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Senior High School 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research used qualitative research methods. The selection of the research informans using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection from interviews, and secondary data from documentation and literature review. Data analysis using an interactive model. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that several factor inhibiting online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Senior High School 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely the problem of learning facilities, internet connection, and low students motivation. For this reason, the government needs to maximize online learning facilities that can be applied in every school, and educators and parents of students from Senior High School 1 Kuantan Mudik are expected to improve their supervision and ability to use technology and create an active atmosphere and enthusiasm for learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat model pengentasan kemiskinan penduduk perkotaan melalui pelatihan mengolah sampah menjadi material fungsional baru. Penelitian tindakan (action reserach) dilakukan di Kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah penduduk miskin, pengambilan sampel digunakan metode snowball. Data sekunder dari berbagai institusi terkait dan data primer diungkap menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara keruangan berdasarkan Peta Sebaran Penduduk Miskin dan digunakan Tabel Silang.Pelatihan menggunakan Model Deduktif dan Induktif secara on the job karena penduduk miskin perkotaan belum berpengalaman mengolah sampah menjadi kompos. Analisis usaha membuat kompos didapatkan nilai B/C sebesar 1,098 yang bermakna usaha efisien dan menguntungkan. Pengolahan 1 container truck sampah volume bruto 3-5 ton didapatkan produk kompos sebagai material fungsional baru (MFB) sebesar 0,3 ton per daur. Harga jual senilai Rp. 250.000,00 berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Rp. 35.000 per hari mampu mengentaskan penduduk miskin ke posisi tidak miskin. Implikasi model pelatihan merupakan tindakan solutif yang edukatif dan mudah dijalankan karena penduduk diberi bekal keterampilan hidup yang berpeluang mengentaskan kemiskinan di perkotaanThe purposes of this research to create a model of urban poverty population through waste treatment training to obtain new functional materials. This action research was conducted in Semarang. The research population was the poor residents, using snowball sampling technique. Secondary data was sourced from related institutions and the primary data was exposed by questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data was analyzed in spatial based on the Distribution Map of the Poor and used Crossing-Table. The training was using Deductive and Inductive Models are used on the job because the poor are inexperienced to process waste into compost. Analysis of effort to make compost obtained value of B/C of 1.098 which means efficient and profitable. One truck container 3-5 tons gross volume of product obtained new functional materials (NFM) of 0.3 tonnes worth selling. 250,000.00 affect the increase in revenue to Rp. 35,000 per day from the sale of compost is able to alleviate the poor to non-poor position. Implications of the model training is educational and solution-action easy to implement because residents was given the opportunity of life skills provision alleviate the poverty urban areas.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a contagious disease caused by a coronavirus where the virus attacks the respiratory tract and can infect humans and animals. Therefore, preventive measures against breaking the chain of transmission of this infectious disease must be carried out as quickly as possible in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19. The research objective was to determine the relationship between health promotion through social media and physical distancing policies on behavioral prevention of Covid-19 in urban communities. The research method was quantitative with cross-sectional research design. The population in this research was all urban people who live in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling technique was accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The data used were primary data through distributing questionnaires and secondary data derived from Jakarta's Covid-19 monitoring data. Data analysis was performed descriptive and the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results showed the relationship between health promotion through social media (with p-value = 0.001 and r = 0.315) and physical distancing policies (with p-value = 0,000 and r = 0.973) on Covid-19 prevention behavior in urban communities. It is hoped that the government will not hesitate in carrying out policies in reducing the spread of Covid-19 and promoting coordination with various related parties. Keywords: Covid-19; physical distancing policies; health promotion; social media ABSTRAK Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah salah satu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus dimana virus tersebut menyerang saluran pernafasan dan dapat menginfeksi manusia dan hewan. Oleh sebab itu, tindakan pencegahan terhadap memutus rantai penularan penyakit menular tersebut wajib dilakukan secepat mungkin dalam memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara promosi kesehatan melalui media social dan kebijakan physical distancing terhadap perilaku pencegahan perilaku Covid-19 pada masyarakat perkotaan. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh masyarakat perkotaan yang berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang berasal dari data pemantauan Covid-19 DKI Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menujukkan hubungan promosi kesehatan melalui media sosial (dengan p-value=0,001 dan r=0,315) dan kebijakan physical distancing (dengan p-value=0,000 dan r=0,973) terhadap perilaku pencegahan Covid-19 pada masyarakat perkotaan. Diharapkan pemerintah tidak ragu dalam menjalankan kebijakan dalam menekan penyebaran Covid-19 serta mengedepankan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait. The present paper's focuses to measure the occupational stress among professional doctors while engaging the COVID-19 treatments in the study area. The pandemic of Coronavirus in India is element of the pandemic globally caused by the ruthless sensitive respiratory syndrome virus. The COVID-19 outburst has created fear, distress, anxiety, and depression amongst the doctors and the universal public. Doctors are predominantly prone to increase various mental health disorders than the general population.. The study exercised both primary and secondary data. The secondary data was collected related to Covid-19 diseases, treatments of doctors. The primary data obtained from the doctors are engaging the COVID 19 treatments. The sample size of the study is 353. The collected responses were converted into excel sheets and converted into SPSS software version 21 for analysis. The study used simple frequency distribution and t-test for testing the framed hypothesis. The study found that the doctors engaging covid-19 treatment, first six months, and 58% of the doctors have high-level stress level. The study also found that the government hospital doctors significantly affected work culture while engaging the COVID-19 treatments in hospitals. The study confirmed that the government hospital doctors could not manage their work-life balance. The doctor has significantly affected their personal life and leads to occupational stress while engaging the COVID-19 treatments in the study area.

This research has purpose to find out participation of susuripen farmer group’s member in the wailan sub district, north tomohon district, tomohon city. This research been carried out for three months, from April 2016 to June 2016, start from preparation until the prepration of reports. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interview to the respodents with using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from government agencies which related to the location. Sampling technique used census method with the total of Susuripen farmer groups member is 20 people been interviewed with the questionnaires. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis and also likert scale, with level 1 (less active), 2 (active), 3 (very active). This research found based on the analysis using likert scale, that total index of member participation in the Susuripen farmer groups in decision making phase which cover the activeness in the meeting attendance and activeness in the giving opininon. Member participation in the realization activity which covers, activeness in the rice paddy cultivation, activeness in the Horticulture cultivation, activeness in the rice paddy harvest and post-harvest, activeness in the agricultural extension attendance, activeness in the mandatory contribution. Member participation in the evaluation phase which covers involvement in monitoring groups’ activity, involvement in calculating agribusiness outputs. With 79,8 categorized high. Further analysis shows that the member participation level in Susuripen farmer groups with score 479 from presumption that highest score is 600 and lowest score 200. Suggestion in this research based on the summary for the government or locals is motivate member participation in Susuripen farmer groups in the Wailan sub district, north Tomohon district, Tomohon city because that is the main key and main business in the food security development.

The population in urban areas continues to increase while the land owned is limited which results in slum settlements in urban areas. Slum settlements in Medan City often appear in areas where buildings should not be allowed, such as in watersheds. Deli River as a large river that divides Medan City, there are still many slum settlements in the watershed. Management of slum settlements based on sustainable development is needed to provide a long-term impact, especially for the preservation and restoration of the function of the Deli River. This study aims to analyze the management of slum settlements based on sustainable development indicators in achieving sustainable development, namely ecological sustainability, economic sustainability, socio-cultural sustainability, political sustainability, and defense and security sustainability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data by collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data through documentation and observation studies. The management of slum settlements based on sustainable development in the Deli watershed is still not optimal in terms of ecological sustainability, economic sustainability, and defense and security sustainability. Meanwhile, socio-cultural sustainability and political sustainability are quite optimal. The government must manage slum settlements based on sustainable development through an approach with the community and provide viable housing alternatives so that people do not live in watershed areas.
