This writing going to talk about analysis the implementation of application qlue in region North Jakarta. Reason the study is done to see how the implementation of application qlue that is part of the program smart city in jakarta especially in tanjung priok. Research methodology used is the method the qualitative study descriptive to technique data collection of interview. The research results show that the implementation of the application of qlue have not been effective. It was because, the community tanjung priok many cannot discern between qlue application, is that supposed to mean lack of socialization for the public regarding the application of qlue. In addition, obliging heads of the neighborhood report three times a day also is not effective. Of the aspect of the achievement of the policy implications of the (output), application qlue policy it is implemented still not 100 percent, based on the data populi center of the community can only 35.8 % of being contented with the implementation of the application of qlue. This indicates that the target not maximum. Thus, the implementation of application qlue in North Jakarta rudimentary and consequently need to there had been improvements forward to create good governance.

The implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal. If public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration are seen from the implementation of the principles of Good Governance, such as aspects of accountability, transparency, and participation, they are still not optimal. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques and interviews with several informants related to research. The results of the study, which led to the implementation of the principles of Good Governance in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service, have not run optimally, judging from the accountability of the mismatch between implementation and operational standards (SOP), as well as unclear service completion, not timely in providing services to the community. When viewed from the transparency aspect of the lack of availability regarding population administration services, the Department of Population and Civil Registration has not maximally used the official website in providing information to the public. And from the last aspect, namely participation, the community has not been fully involved in providing criticism and suggestions and the community is not involved in evaluating services. This research was conducted to describe and explain the errors in writing foreign terms on billboards in Semarang city. The problem in this research was the form of error in writing foreign terms on billboards in Semarang city and its improvement. The research method that is used was descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were curl boards or billboards in Semarangcity. The data included all of product document billboards whether the product or service advertisements in Semarang City. The data collection technique that is used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used by the researcher to retrieve data was the researcher herself.  In data retrieval, the researcher used a data card. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by examining the use of terms or foreign elements on billboards in the Semarang city that contained writing errors. After the data is collected, the researcher analyzed, classified, and evaluated / evaluated documents in the form of billboards. Based on research results from 11 billboards there were 19 foreign terms used. Thus, it could be concluded that the public considers the use of foreign terms more interesting and was expected to increase selling power. However, the used of foreign terms was not adjusted to the rules of language.

Abstract This study aims to express the factors that influence the existence of Madam balanse dance at Seberang Palinggam. Type of this research was a qualitative study with using descriptive method. The main instrument of this study was the researcher. The additional instruments used were such as stationery, camera and flash disk. Techniques of data collection werecarried out by using literature study, observation, interviews, documentation. The steps in analyzing data were data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions of the research. The results show that the dance originated from trading activity which led to cultural encounters, namely Portuguese culture (dance) with Nias culture (maena). The cultural meeting creates a form of art performance  namely Madam Balance Dance. The existence of the Madam balanse dance is influenced by several factors such as: customs, religion, community and government environment. This dance has changed its function from dance as a custom to dance as entertainment, this is because of the lack of interest in the community and the government of Padang to preserve and learn the Madam Balanse dance. One of the efforts to keep the Madam Balanse dance alive and sustainable is that the government have to promote or introduce the Madam Balanse dance again to the public. Keywords: Factors Affecting the Existence of Madam Balanse Dance

Abstract Internet of Things (IoT) devices such as connected sensors are increasingly being used in the public sector, often deployed and collecting data in public spaces. A theme commonly seen in the rhetoric surrounding public space IoT initiatives is empowerment, and these deployments are broadly perceived as beneficial by policy makers. However, such technology presents new governance challenges. It is important to ask who is empowered and who benefits, and we must ensure that such technological interventions follow democratic principles and are trusted by citizens. In this paper, we investigate how risk, transparency, and data governance require careful consideration in this domain, describing work which investigates how these combine to form components of trusted IoT ecosystems. This includes an overview of the landscape of public space IoT deployments, consideration of how they may often be subsumed in idealized smart city focused rhetoric, and discussion of how methodologies such as design fiction in community settings can uncover potential risks and concerns. Our findings suggest that agency, value and intent associated with IoT systems are key components that must be made transparent, particularly when multiple actors and stakeholders are involved. We suggest that good governance requires consideration of these systems in their entirety, throughout the full planning, implementation, and evaluation process, and in consultation with multiple stakeholders who are impacted, including the public. To achieve this effectively, we argue for transparency at the device and system level, which may require legislative change.

The research results show that most students find it difficult to complete their studies. One reason is the lack of ability to write scientific papers, the weakness of research methodology and the lack of student involvement in lecturer research. Therefore, research on the development of integrated semester learning plans is based on research. This research aims to produce a valid and practical RPS. The model used in this development is the 4-D model. The study was conducted in Semester V, majoring in PGMI FTK UIN STS Jambi. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire consisting of an expert validation sheet, a lecturer response sheet to the RPS, and a RPS implementation sheet. The results showed that the learning tools developed had met the valid and practical criteria. This can be seen based on the results of the validation of the RPS by expert validators and education practitioners who have been implemented, which developed an average score of 3.9 with a very valid category. The practicality of RPS is known from observations of the implementation of learning with an average of 93.3% the category is very practical, the questionnaire responses of lecturers on average is 90% with the practical category.

This research aims to discuss a public response to education and prevention of COVID-19 on social media Instagram @satgascovididijatim and to discuss the effectiveness of media social Instagram as a medium for conveying information to the public. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection by observations, interviews, and documentation. There are two points to these research results. First, the Indonesian Doctor’s Association (IDI) of East Java conducts education and prevention of COVID-19 through the @satgascovidiidijatim Instagram account to the whole community especially the East Java community, to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus. Secondly, the community gives a response that is response cognitive, affective, and behavioral. This response states that Instagram account @satgascovididijatim is one of the effective media for delivering massage education and prevention COVID-19 to the public through social media Instagram.

The participation plays an important role among other people. When social participation is used today, a public participation will be rapid. The problem has happened when less participation of young people involved on youth associations. The youth has believed that they have still lacked the partcipation has needed for an effective participation and expressed little confidence in their involvement. This paper has analysed the challenges of public participation among youth associations. The methods that used a qualitative study by an interview for five youth associations in Kedah. Drawing on the final findings, two challenges which are: (i) financial and (ii) a less youth participation. Furthermore, the findings are expected to contribute to strengthening the youth associations to achieve good governance in the public participation.

Purpose Information technology (IT) constitutes an important driver for innovation in the public sector. However, taking advantage of IT to innovate requires the existence of other organizational and institutional capabilities within the public organization. Using absorptive capability theory, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between principles for IT governance and dynamic capabilities across semi-urban (between 10,000 and 149,000 inhabitants), urban (between 150,000 and 600,000 inhabitants) and metropolitan (more than 600,000 inhabitants ) municipal governments in Mexico. Design/methodology/approach This study reports on three workshops involving 34 chief information officers (CIOs) from semi-urban, urban and metropolitan municipalities. The workshop agenda included a series of brainstorming exercises to discuss – among other topics – the capabilities required for digital government innovation. The capabilities collected during the workshops were codified by the authors based on their relationship to the six IT governance standardized principles and the four dynamic capabilities identified in the literature. The authors used descriptive and correlation analyses to show the importance of governance principles and dynamic capabilities for innovation, as well as the relationships between those two dimensions, in each type of municipality. Findings This study shows that specific IT governance principles may enhance innovation capabilities linked with knowledge acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation. Moreover, the ways in which IT governance principles support innovation are linked to size, resources and complexity of the local government. In conclusion, this study discusses the primary IT policy implications to improve possibilities to innovate in the public sector. Originality/value Although researchers and practitioners agree that following principles of good governance may enhance performance and innovation in the provision of public services, the link between the principles of IT governance and capabilities to spur innovation has not yet been fully established in the literature. Thus, in this study, empirical evidence of this linkage is provided.
