This study aims to determine: (1) Is there an effect of the use of the school's digital library on the learning motivation of the FKIP UNRI FKIP-assisted SMK students 'accounting skills program, (2) Is there an effect of the use of the school's digital library on the learning outcomes of the FKIP-assisted SMK students' accounting skills program. UNRI, (3) Is there an effect of the use of digital libraries and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of the accounting skills program of FKIP UNRI Fostered Vocational School students.This research method uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students of class X Accounting 2 at Vocational High School of FKIP, Riau University Pekanbaru, by taking a sample of the entire population as many as 26 students. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation, data analysis using descriptive analysis and regression analysis.The results of the study state that: (1) The use of digital libraries partially affects the motivation to learn business economics in class 10 accounting students at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Where the motivation to learn business economics is influenced by the use of digital libraries of 91.9%. (2) The use of digital libraries partially has no effect on the learning outcomes of business economics for class 10 accounting students at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Where learning outcomes are influenced by the use of digital libraries by 10%. (3) The simultaneous use of digital libraries has an effect on learning motivation, while the simultaneous use of digital libraries has no effect on the learning outcomes of business economy class X Accounting 2 at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru.

This study aims to identify the learning motivation of class XII IPA students in the physics subject at SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The existence of motivation that each student has is the influence of the factors that occur in students, a high learning environment factor will be highly motivated to learn and will also have a good effect on learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire or a questionnaire. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The population of this study were students of class XII IPA 1, XII IPA 2 and XII IPA 3 in SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique based on research criteria. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics where the research method is aimed at describing the existing phenomena without any engineering or manipulation of the situation. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to learn Physics class XII IPA students have good learning motivation. A good education will be good for the environment around us. Good motivation will have a strong spirit in the learning process.

This study aims to determine how much influence the intellectual ability (IQ) and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in subjects at high school Accounting Labschool Rawamangun. Which is located on Jl. Pemuda, Rawamangun UNJ complex, and was conducted in May and June 2011. The study was the correlation method, the entire student population was at high school Labschool Rawamangun, with a population of affordable class XI IPS with the number of 158 students, by taking a sample of 110 responden.Instrument which is used in the form of kuesi oner, in the form of 35 statements for Learning and Motivation free variable data Intellectual ability (IQ) and Learning Outcomes in Accounting students can directly from the school. In variable Motivation of 35 statement filed there are 5 statement is declared invalid or drop (r count> r table). The results of the calculation of the variable motivation to learn has a reliability of 0.961. These results further stated reliably used to obtain data. From the research results can be described the effect of intellectual ability and motivation to learn the Accounting Learning Outcomes show a positive relationship is a positive influence between intellectual ability of students and Motivation Against Student Results At Subjects Accounting.Keywords: the intellectual ability (IQ), Motivation and Learning Outcomes Accounting

Kurangnya minat atau motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dikarenakan beberapa hal. Diantaranya; media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru kurang optimal, rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa membuat menurunnya prestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengarauh pembelajaran metode small group discussion terhadap motivasi belajar. Pembelajaran small group discussion, small berarti kecil, group berarti kelompok, dan discussion berarti bertukar pikiran dan pendapat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa small group discussion adalah tukar pendapat untuk memecahkan suatu masalah/mencari kebenaran di dalam kelompok kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 orang siswa, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi satu predokator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode small group discussion terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dapat mempengaruhi motivasi siswa. Jadi adanya metode tersebut sangat membantu antusias siswa untuk belajar semakin giat dan aktif. Lack of interest or motivation to learn students in the subjects of PPKn, learning media used by the teachers of PPKn less optimal, low motivation to learn students make a decrease in learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to learn small group discussion of learning motivation. Small group discussion is small, group means group, and discussion means exchanging thoughts and opinions. So it can be concluded that Small group discussion is a brainstorm to solve a problem/find the truth in small groups. This method of research is quantitative research, research samples amounting to 36 students, data collection techniques such as observation, poll and documentation while the data analysis technique used method of descriptive analysis and regression analysis of one predozer. Based on the results shows that the implementation of small group discussion methods of learning motivation to students can affect the motivation of students. So there is a very helpful method for students to learn increasingly active and enterprising.

This study aims to determine learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study programs using virtual lab. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential stattistics to illustrate data learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores using the virtual lab. Data collection techniques used in this study were test for learning outcomes and observatory techniques for the scientific attitude. From the results of descriptive analysis for learning outcomes, it shows that the average is 75,05 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,011 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the learning outcomes. For the scientific attitudes it shows that the average is 76,14 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,001 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores.Keywords: Virtual Lab, Learning Outcomes, Scientific AttitudePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores dengan menggunakan virtual laboratorium. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif , dengan analisis statistik deskfiptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores menggunakan Virtual Laboratorium. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar serta lembar observasi untuk mengukur sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif untuk hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa adalah 75,05 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Karena nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,011 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan virtual laboratorium berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores. Untuk sikap ilmiah berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 76,14 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. ABSTRAK Mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik MAN Baraka merupakan tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian korelasi produk momen, dimana ada dua variabel yang ingin dikatahui hubungan dan arah hubungannya, serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X MIA MAN Baraka dengan total 121 orang peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis instrument yakni instumen non-tes dan tes masing-masing untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar dengan jumlah 37 pernyataan, setiap pernyataan memiliki 5 pilihan jawaban dan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik dengan jumlah butir soal 26 yang setiap nomornya memiliki lima alternatif jawaban. Dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi produk momen diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu nilai signifikansi 0,008 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik MAN Baraka dengan arah korelasinya adalah positif. Dengan ini, guru-guru ketika akan melakukan pembelajaran, baiknya memberikan motivasi terlebih dahulu kepada peserta didik agar mereka termotivasi. Ketika pererta didik sudah termotivasi, maka peserta didik akan bersemangat dan memungkinkan mereka untuk mudah dalam memahami konsep-konsep pelajaran sehingga akan memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Kata  kunci: motivasi, belajar, pemahaman, konsep, fisika ABSTRACT Knowing the relationship between learning motivation and understanding students' MAN Baraka concepts is the aim of this study. This research was included in product-moment research, where there were two variables that wanted to know the relationship and direction needed, and used quantitative research. The subjects of this study were all students of class X MIA MAN Baraka with a total of 121 students. Data collection used two types of instruments namely non-test and each test to determine learning motivation with a total of 37 answers, each of which had 5 answer choices and students' understanding of concepts with a total of 26 items, each of which had five alternative answers. By using product evaluation analysis when the results of significance 0.008 <0.05 which mean that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between learning and learning with the understanding of MAN Baraka students' concepts and the direction of correlation is positive. With this, the teacher when going to learn, it is better to provide motivation in advance to students so that they are motivated. When students are motivated, students will be excited and allow them to easily understand the concepts of the lesson so that they will get better learning outcomes. Keywords: motivation, learning, understanding, concepts, physics

This research aimed to describe the effect of realistic mathematical approaches on mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 4 JatiMulyo. Type of this research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods and using one-group pre-test and post-test design. This research is conducted for grade IV odd semester 2019/2020 at SDN 4 JatiMulyo. The population in this research are all fourth grade students of SDN 4 Jati Mulyo with a total of 31 students. The sampling using saturated sampling technique (total sampling), thus the sample in this research amounted to 31 students. The data collection is done through tests, namely pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. Based on the result and discussion in this research, it can be concluded that there is an effect of a realistic mathematical approach to the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD N 4 JatiMulyo. This is evidenced by the mean value of mathematics learning outcomes is 83.84 (very good category). From these results it can be concluded that there was an effect of a realistic mathematical approach to student mathematics learning outcomes.

In general this research is intended to build knowledge about the extent to which the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, motivation to learn effect student learning outcomes. Therefore, the authors make the title of research is "The Effect of Parents Attention, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation of Learning Outcomes Learners Educate High School 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parents' attention, emotional intelligence and motivation to learn the outcomes of learners in SMA Negeri 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 76 samples. The results showed that the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of learners.

AbstractThis research aims to explain the correlation of  learning motivation with the students’ learning outcome of the dance art in class X MAN 3 Padang. The problem of research was the difference of students’motivation in the class X MAN 3 Padang which were influenced by the teacher, materials, methods, media, and evaluation of the lesson. This research was quantitative research with correlational  methods. Correlational  research is a study tha measures the relationship between X dan Y variables. The research samples were 25 students of the class X-1 MAN 3 Padang. The instruments of the research were a questionnaire and a testof learning outcomes. The data were collected through interviews and observation as secondary data collection techniques. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes at the dance subject at the MAN 3 Padang. It was proven by rxy value =0.759 which was higher than the rtable. 0.459. Thus,it has shown that the correlation between the two variables was significant. By proving this hypothesis, the learning motivation was demonstrated by attention, understanding diligence and confidence. The students’ learning outcome is improved when they are highly motivated to learn.Keyword: motivation, student learning results, dance lessons

Motivation to learn is a person’s desire to take part in the learning process. Students are motivated to do an activity for their personal gain to achieve satisfaction from the lessons or the feeling that their needs are fulfilled. During the COVID-19 pandemic, students were forced to shift to learning online. The motivation to study online is related to the student’s achievement. Learning achievement is used as an indicator of the student’s competence in the teaching materials. High achievement can be reached by persistence in learning, which is formed through the learning motivation that will direct the student’s behaviour towards achieving maximum learning achievement. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student achievement in Prosthetic Orthotic Major at the Health Polytechnic Surakarta. It employs a quantitative research method using a correlation research design. The study used the Google Form Online Questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. The sample included 447 students of the Prosthetic Orthotic Major at the Health Polytechnic Surakarta. The results of the normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Spearman’s test and obtained a significant value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a relationship between online learning motivation and student learning achievement. The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes based on e-learning among the 4th semester students of mathematics education program, Universitas Flores. The research method used in this study was quantitative research with Linear Regression Analysis use of SPPS involving 40 students of the 4th semester randomly chosen. Data were collected through online questionnaire with Google Form. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis and hypothesis testing with Bivariate Pearson Correlation through SPSS were used. The findings showed that self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) had a positive impact towards learning outcomes based on e-learning (Y), as a result from the correlation analysis from R for X1 against Y= 0.895 and X2 against Y=0.923, and significant value between X1 and X2 against Y resulted with (**). Therefore, there was a positive influence with 1% significant. In the other words, the more increase or the better the self-efficacy and learning motivation are, the more increase the learning outcomes from the students.
