The study was conducted to determine the application, fulfillment, and control of quality standards and their implementation in the world of education. Qualitative methods are used with Descriptive Research types. The results and discussion of efforts to maintain the quality of education are difficult to release in relation to quality management. In quality management all management functions carried out by education managers are directed so that all services provided to the maximum extent possible or exceed customer expectations. In connection with these efforts, efforts are needed to control quality or quality control. In the perspective of quality management, controlling the quality of a product after it is produced can face the risk of a number of products that do not meet the expected standards. This paper discusses the importance of implementing quality management in student’s field in strengthening Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The quality of education is one of the benchmarks of the success of an educational process in school. This process starts from the input (input), the process (teaching and learning activities), to the output (graduates). The quality of education can be interpreted as the ability of a school to manage operationally the components related to school, to produce added value to these components according to standard norms or general standard. The student sector is one of the important components in the management of education quality. This research is qualitative-descriptive research, which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Sources of data in this study include the principal, student vice-principal, Al-Islam teacher, and Kemuhammadiyahan teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation, as for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study include (a) quality management in the field of student implemented based on the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. (b) Islamic and Kemuhammdiyahan values are the quality standards of the student field.

Abstrak. Dunia industri yang semakin berkembang akan mengakibatkan banyaknya persaingan. Perus-ahaan yang dapat bersaing adalah perusahaan yang dapat menjaga  kualitas produknya dengan baik sehingga dapat memenuhi kepuasan konsumen. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penurunan cacat pada produk batu bata merah di CV. Ghatan Fatahillah dengan metode Six Sigma-DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan DPMO sebesar 36.212 dengan nilai sigma 3,29. Jenis cacat yang paling sering terjadi pada batu bata merah yaitu pecah/patah yaitu sebesar 4.327 atau 59,81% dari total keseluruhan produk yang cacat.  Hasil dari tahap analyze dengan fishbone diagram, ditetapkan penyebab dari pecah/cacat, yaitu: pekerja kurang paham standar kualitas, tidak adanya pemeriksaan produk, pekerja kurang paham prosedur kerja, kinerja mesin tidak stabil, pekerja kurang teliti,  jumlah penggilingan tidak menentu, dan komposisi batu bata tidak menentu. Maka perlu dilakukan usulan perbaikan agar dapat mengurangi jumlah produk yang cacat pada batu bata merah. Kata kunci: DMAIC, DPMO, Pengendalian Kualitas, Six Sigma Abstract. The growing industrial world will result in a lot of competition. Companies that can compete are companies that can maintain the quality of their products well so that they can meet customer satisfaction. Therefore, quality control is needed. This research is focused on reducing defects in red brick products at CV. Ghatan Fatahillah with the Six Sigma-DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). From the research results obtained DPMO of 36,212 with a sigma value of 3.29. The type of defect that most often occurs in red bricks is broken / broken, which is 4,327 or 59.81% of the total defective products. The results of the Analyze stage with the fishbone diagram showed that the causes of breakage / defects were determined, namely: workers do not understand quality standards, lack of product inspection, workers do not understand work procedures, unstable machine performance, workers are not careful, the number of mills is erratic, and composition erratic bricks. So it is necessary to make improvement proposals in order to reduce the number of defective products in red bricks. Keywords: DMAIC, DPMO, Quality Control, Six Sigma

Este artículo trata sobre la capacitación del personal docente de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica en la atención de personas con discapacidad. Esta investigación se basa en una encuesta de carácter descriptivo y su objetivo es diagnosticar la actitud y la experiencia de los profesores y las profesoras de la UNED con relación a la población estudiantil que presenta alguna discapacidad. Se concluye que para lograr una atención de calidad se debe incrementar la especialización de los profesores y las profesoras en la atención a estudiantes con discapacidad.AbstractThe present article deals with training to professors at Distance State University of Costa Rica in the topic of adequate attention to people with special needs. A descriptive research was carried out. The objective of the research was to diagnose UNED professors’ attitude as well as experience related to students with any kind of impairment. This study was conducted based on the low of religious practice of students which is the implementation of the learning outcomes of religious knowledge obtained anywhere, especially in SD Plus Al-Islam. Therefore, in the implementation of the school should be able to realize the management of education well, because the success of learning is strongly influenced by management effectiveness formulated. Islamic religious material in SD Plus Al-Islam is a distinctive feature that distinguishes it from other elementary schools. Therefore, the school should really be able to streamline the management of education in Islamic learning to improve the quality or quality of education, especially in religious practice. This study, included in qualitative descriptive research. The author collects data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of research on the effectiveness of management education in Islamic learning to foster attitudes and religious practices of students, especially in performing prayers sunnah duha every morning, reading or memorizing Al-Quran, charity, and say hello. The overall management implementation process includes organizing, implementing and valuing systems. While the religious practice of the students is very diverse, in addition to the school management that must be considered, motivation, coaching, supervision of teachers, and environmental factors must also be considered. So the effectiveness of management in SD Plus Al-Islam Wanayasa Purwakarta was effective and can improve the attitude of religious practice of students.

The paper put forward hypotheses that the conditions for the formation of human capital in the education system and the quality of education are decreasing, that the transition to a post-industrial economic system provides a priority demand and stimulation of the work of highly qualified specialists with higher education. To assess the hypotheses, an analysis carried out using Rosstat data on the structure of unemployment by education levels and on the level of wages of employed workers with different levels of education. The generalization of the results of the analysis made it possible to establish that the value of human capital formed in the education system, the quality of education is steadily decreasing. The human capital of workers, formed in the higher education system, is most in demand in modern conditions, but the quality of higher education, the value of the human capital formed in the process of obtaining it, is steadily decreasing. The reason for the decline in the quality of education is the administrative and control style of management used in the education system and the outdated form of strategic management based on the application of orders, standards and control, which, being inherited from the industrial economy and, as is known, is ineffective and ineffective. According to the existing problems and shortcomings of the manufacturing enterprise quality management, integrating with enterprises’ new needs of quality management in the recent implementation of QHSE( Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) system, this paper built an EII( Enterprise Information Integration)- Oriented QMS( Quality Management System) model, discussed the integrating problems involved in the system, then proposed the overall EII model. By analyzing the information integration relations between QMS and other enterprise applications, this paper put forward some practical ideas and principles of system integration, then built the framework of EII- Oriented QMS solutions. The aim of this paper is making full use of quality information, improving the quality of management and control, and helping manufacturing enterprises to better understand what EII- Oriented QMS is and how to make it a successful project.

This article presents the results of research on the value and target priorities in the quality management process in higher education. It is determined that the quality of education is a mean of development of the individual and society, a condition of trust in the educational sphere, it reflects the degree of conformity of the properties and results of educational processivity to certain norms and standards of education. It is established that the quality is traced in the presence of competencies that characterize the ability of graduates of the institution to effectively pursue professional activity in modern socio-economic conditions.Each specific historical level of the qualitative parameters of higher education is the result of determining the goal, or the spontaneity and purpose of indifference, or the symbiosis of the two previous possibilities. It is necessary to take into account the fact that in the absolute majority of cases the quality of higher education does not have a self-sufficient target status, but rather becomes the context and prerequisite for achieving some other strategic goal of individual or supra-individual (social, cultural, civilizational, global) value. The totality of these circumstances exacerbates the need to analyze the quality of higher education through the lens of a hierarchy of targets. Goal setting is the process of justification and goal setting. And the goal can be achieved by combining objective factors and ways and actions to do so. It is also proved that the structural components of personality, value orientations are the most important component of an individual's organization, his ethical-psychological and intellectual activity. And worldview is a set of views, principles, understanding of the world and program of action and forms the foundation of human consciousness. The acquired knowledge and beliefs, combined in the worldview, form a system of understanding by the man of the world and himself.Therefore, the quality of education can be ensured if the management system is in place, which involves the organization of a continuous process of influence of the management entity on its object and the appropriate coordination of their joint activities. The process of quality assurance in higher education should be systematic and include monitoring of the educational environment, comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the quality of education and developing models of quality management of educational services.Keywords: value, purpose, target priorities, quality management of higher education quality, quality of education

One of the improvements in the quality of education is the fulfillment of the needs for facilities and adequate, quality, and ready-to-use educational infrastructure. So as for the impact of the lack of proper infrastructure of school institutions, namely that it can reduce student achievement in learning activities, especially in class. Therefore, to improve the quality of education in schools, management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to meet the needs of the student learning process at school. This study aims to determine the implementation of total quality management in improving the quality of infrastructure in schools. This research using library research with analytical study methods (library research), namely research carried out using a library alias literature, either in the form of notes, books, journals, or reports of previous research results. The analytical study used is content analytical and analytical descriptions of total quality management to improve infrastructure at school. The results of this study indicate that the facilities and infrastructure at the school are inadequate standards. Therefore, the use of infrastructure in the learning process must also be improved, as an increase in service quality continuously meets the reality and expectations for customers.
