ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadershipcommunication skills on the performance of the employees of the South Bengkulu Regency Tourism Office.The method in this study uses a quantitative approach, with explanatory research methods. The results showed that the leadership's communication skills had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tourism Office. It can be seen from the results of the regression test that the equation Y = 9.391 + 0.592X, this equation has a meaning, that the regression coefficient value of the leadership communication ability variable is 0.592 which is positive. The conclusion of the study is that improving the leader's communication skills will improve employee performance on work.   Keywords: Employee Performance, Leadership Communication.

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation Against Performance Employees Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mentawai Islands District. This study is a census. The data used are primary data by taking sample of 79 (seventy nine) respondents. This research uses analytical tools such as validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study illustrate that all variables have an effect on employee performance except the compensation variable. The results can be described by the equation Y = 12.752 + 0.248X1 + 0.396X2 + 0.051 X3, where X1 = Work Motivation, X2 = Competence, and X3 = Compensation. This means that the constant of 12.752 states that factors other than the variables X1, X2, and X3 that affect employee performance of 12,752. Work Motivation coefficient of 0.248 states that if the variable X1 added one unit will add the effect of employee performance of 0.248 with the assumption that the competence and compensation variables are constant. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.396 is that if the variable X2 increases one unit will increase the employee performance by 0.396 with the assumption that the variable of work motivation and compensation is constant. Furthermore, with X3 regression coefficient of 0.051. This means that with other factors considered constant, the effect of compensation is less than that of work motivation and competence.

This study includes explanatory namely a study model to find and explain causal relationships between variables through testing hypotheses that use a quantitative approach with qualitative analysis which intends to explain the causality relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and analysis of the research variables. By testing the influence between variables related to Leadership, Communication, Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction.The results of the study that the effect of variable job satisfaction (Y1) is influenced by leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and communication (X3) together by 42.9% while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. While the effect of variable employee performance (Y2) is influenced by leadership (X1), motivation (X2), communication (X3) and work satisfaction (Y1) together by 45% while the remaining 55% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

The problem in this study is whether cultural, organizational and competence have positive influence and signikfikan and which variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep. To answer these problems we used descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. From the analysis of statistical tests showed that culture Organization and Competence positive and significant impact on employee performance PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep. From the results of the regression test showed that the variables that affect positively and significantly on employee performance and competency, namely Cultural Organization. Meanwhile, another case with variable dominant influence on employee performance is Cultural Organization, this is because the organizational culture has a regression coefficient values and t-count greater than the variable competence.

Background this study is to find the importance of the application of strategy generic consisting of the strategy differentiation, strategy cost leadership and strategies focus on created customer loyalty in the centre of the condition pandemics an outbreak of the disease covid-19 in polyclinic MCU XYZ Cardiovascular Hospital in determine policy in order to anticipate the increasing number of patients move to the hospital in the middle of this other industrial competition hospitals that getting high. Data were collected by means of instruments the questionnaire measured by scale Likert and in analysis with linear regression multiple with the result that the application of strategy differentiation having influence positive impact in creating customer loyalty in polyclinic MCU XYZ Cardiovascular Hospital, shown through value the regression coefficient ( b1 = 0,381 and t count = 4,444 with sig < 0,05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at The Premier Basko Hotel Padang. This type of reseativerch is quantitatitive descriptive with causal assumptions. The sample uses saturated sample technique with 51 people using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed: (1) Work Disclipine for the very bad category(39,2%), (2) Employee performance in the low category (3,92%), (3) Simple linear regression test value obtained F 461,001 with the value 0.000 signifiance <0.05, so work discipline can be said to be significant, With R Square value of 0,88. This means that employee perfomance is influenced by work discipline as much as 8,8% and 91,2% is influenced by other factors. Then obtained regression coefficient value of 1.568 significance 0.000 < 0.05. This means that each addition of 1 unit of work discipline will add 1,568 employee perfomance.

The methods of this research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) who run through AMOS as a means of the analysis. Is the between leadership, personality, age and education for employees at the motivation bina marga the tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the terstandar regression (beta) leadership motivation to obtain value of 0,11, to obtain personality motivation value of 0,32, my motivation to obtain value of -0,19 and education motivation to obtain value of 0,23 and more tender testing obtained value p-value very small (< 0,001). There are relations between leadership, personality, age and education of the performance of employees in city bina marga areas tegal. This study aims to find the effect of the implemetation of the Mingle Model on productive language skills and the relationship to the personality based on Carl Gustav Jung Theory in Arabic learning at MTsN Batu City, East Java. This research used a quantitative approach by combining the experimental and correlation methods, it was applying the Mingle Model to improve students' productive skills (speaking and writing) which have been divided into two groups; the Experiment and Control group and connected using the correlation method to extroverted and introverted students based on the theory of Carl Gustav Jung. Data collection through questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship to students' productive skills after applying the Mingle Model and there were no significant differences between extroverted and introverted students. This research recommend that the Mingle Model can be applied to improve students' productive skills. This study recommends further research to utilise more varied research methods with more diverse variables.

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

The Population and Civil Registration Office of South Lampung Regency is one of the South Lampung Regency Government Agencies that directly provides public services, as stated in the Decree of the South Lampung Regent Number 11 of 2003 concerning the Job Description of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency. In connection with the foregoing, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency has the responsibility to carry out the said public service which is also based on the goal of excellent service in order to create good governance. Community satisfaction in receiving service from the service is measured by understanding the dimensions of service quality that are closely related to community satisfaction, namely tangiables (physical evidence), relianility (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of financial motivation implemented at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency, therefore the hypothesis proposed in this study was "There is a positive influence between financial motivation on employee performance". Meanwhile, the data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. From the calculation of the data analysis, it is obtained that r count 0.899 when consulted with the r value of the moment product label for N 49 both at a significant level of 5% = 0.325 and a significant level of 1% = 0.418 turns out that r count is greater than r table or r 0.899 > 0.325 and 0.899 > 0.418. Thus, it can be shown that there is a positive relationship between financial motivation and employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency. In other words, the better the financial motivation by the leadership to subordinates or employees, the better the employee's work performance will be.
