Home industry Jibariz is one of the SMEs that processes organic vegetable products into sticks and dumplings. The purpose of the study was to determine the amount of added value generated, analyze costs, revenues, profits from processing, and business developments from the trend of selling Jibariz organic vegetable snacks 2 years before (2018, 2019) and during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020). This research was conducted in Jampelan hamlet, Getasan sub-district, Semarang district. Sampling was done intentionally (purposive sampling). The data was processed using quantitative descriptive methods. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of added value using the Hayami method. The result of the research shows that the added value of Jibariz organic vegetable snack is Rp. 61,800 per kilogram or 68.66% of the product value. The average cost incurred each month is Rp. 3,557,556 with a total production of 600 packs per month and able to provide a monthly income of Rp. 9,000,000 and the profit earned is Rp. 3,181,000. The value of the R/C ratio obtained is 1.5 so it is feasible to continue. The development of Jibariz's organic vegetable snack business in the 2 years before Covid-19 the sales trend fell, while in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic the sales trend increased.

BACKGROUND HIV infection is one of the most leading infections in the world. According to WHO HIV constitutes to be a major global public health issue, having claimed almost 33 million so far. There were an estimation of 38.0 million people living with the HIV at the end of 2019. As a result of concerted international efforts to respond to HIV , coverage of services has been steadily increasing. In 2019, 68% of adults and 53% of children living with HIV globally were receiving lifelong antiretroviral therapy (ART). There is no cure of HIV infections , however effective antiretroviral drugs can the control of virus and help onward transmission to other people. The knowledge regarding HIV infections in the public is a not much. The study focuses on the effectiveness of self instructional module on knowledge regarding the HIV among the drivers in Kancheepuram, Chennai. The objectives of the study was to assess the pre and post test of the self instructional module. For the study 60 samples were adopted by purposive sampling technique. The pre test was conducted by giving the structured questionnare then the module was given and then the post assessment was conducted. The study was conducted for 1 week. In the pre assessment 52(86.7%) were having inadequate knowledge and 8(13.3%) had moderately inadequate knowledge. In the post test 50(83.33%) had moderately adequate knowledge and 10(16.67%) has adequate knowledge. The effectivess of self instructional module was calculated by the paired t test (t=12.880) was found to be statistically highly significant at p<0.001 OBJECTIVE To assess the pre test level of existing knowledge on HIV among drivers. (2)To determine the effectiveness of self instructional module on HIV among drivers. (3)To find the association between the level of knowledge with their selected demographic variables METHODS Quantative research approach and pre experimental one group pre test post test design was used to assess the effectiveness of self instructional module on HIV to drivers. After obtaining permission from Saveetha College Of Nursing , the investigator selected 60 drivers by using purposive sampling technique. The sample who met the inclusion criteria were selected by purposive sampling technique . The investigator introduced and explained the purpose of the study to the samples and obtain the written confirmed. The purpose of the study were explained to the drivers. Section A: It consist of the demographic variables which include Age, sex, education. Occupation, monthly income, religion, marital status, type of family and dietary pattern.Section B- It consist 25 multiple choice questions to assess the effectiveness of self instructional module. RESULTS The drivers most of them 26(43.3%) were in the age group of 41 – 50 years, all 60(100%) were male, 45(75%) were private employee, 21(35%) had monthly income of 9000 – 11000 and above 11000 respectively, 45(75%) were married, 32(53.3%) belonged to nuclear family 45(75%) were non-vegetarian. Section B : Assess the pretest level of existing knowledge on HIV among drivers. The finding of the pretest 52(86.67%) had inadequate knowledge and 8(13.33%) had moderately adequate knowledge. Whereas in the post test, 50(83.33%) had moderately adequate knowledge and 10( 16.67%) had adequate knowledge on HIV among drivers CONCLUSIONS The findings revealed that the existing level of knowledge on HIV among drivers was improve the knowledge about HIV to be effective awareness by administered self instructional module

This research aims to examine how Six Basic Energy Management (physical, instinctive, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and transcendental energy) in middle-aged individuals in Medan, then it is studied based on existing theories and research results. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this research were middle-aged adults, aged between 40-59 years old, Muslim and living in the Medan. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. This research uses a Six Basic Energy management scale which is modified based on the Six Basic Energy Management concept from Suryanto (2008). The results showed that the respondents generally had six basic energy management which was in the quite constructive category, where the analysis of the management of each dimension of six basic energy (physical energy, instinctive, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and transcendental) in the research respondents was in a fairly constructive category. It means that the respondents are able to manage the Six Basic Energy they have so they can be profitable in their lives. It means that the respondents are able to manage their Six Basic Energy so they can be profitable in their lives.

Perairan Pulau Bangkudulis merupakan daerah estuaria dengan tingkat keanekaragaman hayati yang tinggi. Kondisi ini berpotensi memiliki nilai ekonomi dalam kegiatan perikanan tangkap yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan lestari. Potensi pemanfaatan perikanan salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan alat tangkap sero (set net) yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Tana Tidung, Kalimantan Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sosial ekonomi dan tingkat keramahan lingkungan alat tangkap sero (set net) yang dilakukan di perairan Pulau Bangkudulis Kabupaten Tana Tidung, Kalimantan Utara dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dan wawancara, sementara itu teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi sosial ekonomi, alat tangkap sero merupakan salah satu alat tangkap yang menguntungkan bagi nelayan di Kabupaten Tana Tidung karena tidak bertentangan dengan budaya setempat dan tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan yang ada. Sero masuk ke dalam kategori alat tangkap yang berkelanjutan terhadap sumberdaya kelautan dan perikanan. Pemanfaatan alat tangkap sero (set net) dalam kegiatan perikanan tangkap di Pulau Bangkudulis mempunyai bobot 27,71, nilai ini masuk dalam kategori ramah lingkungan. Dimana alat tangkap sero tersebut telah memenuhi 3 kriteria tingkat keramahan lingkungan yaitu X2 tidak merusak lingkungan, X5 produksi tidak membahayakan konsumen dan X7 dampak terhadap biodiversitas.Titled: Socio Economic and Environmental Friendliness Analysis Set net Fishing Gear in The Waters of Bangkudulis Island, Tana Tidung Regency, North KalimantanThe waters of Bangkudulis Island is an estuary area with high marine biodiversity level. This condition is potential to have economic value in the sustainable and continuous capture fisheries activities. One of the fisheries utilization potential is by using set net fishing gear that conducted by community in Tana Tidung District. This research aimed to obtain environmental friendliness level using set net fishing gear in the waters of Bangkudulis Island Tana Tidung regency North Kalimantan by using quantitative descriptive approachment. Data collection technique was conducted by using survey and interview, while sampling technique was conducted by using purposive sampling. The result show that from socio-economic aspect, set net fishing gear is a profitable fishing gear for the fishermen in Tana Tidung Regency because it’s in line with local culture and existing regulation. Set net is categorized in the category of sustainable marine and fisheries resources fishing gear. The fisheries utilization by using set net in Bangkudulis Island has value of 27.71 and categorized in the category of environmentally friendly. Where the set net fishing gear meets three criteria of environmental friendliness namely X2 not damage the environment, X5 the production does not harm the consumers, and X7 impact to the biodiversity.

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT)  Amanah is one of the SME groups that processes cassava into tradisional snacks of West Sumatra. Most products are sold wholesale, do not have labels and packaging, so the selling price is lower than the market price. The lack of knowledge of group members about the importance of product packaging and labels still an obstacle. The purpose of this community dedication is to provide awareness to the KWT Amanah community about the importance of labels and packaging in increasing product added value. In addition, the implementation team provided assistance in arranging P-IRT. The method used is trainning, discussion, observation and demonstration. This counseling activity provides insight and knowledge that can motivate KWT Amanah to make decisions in choosing the type of packaging used. This community dedication program are improves value added products through label designs,  increase members knowledge and create the products selling value  for partner.

This research aims to find out the fumigation process (local: roa fish)and the added value of fumigation processing, and knowing the marketing channels for roa fish in Buajangka village, South Bungku District of Morowali regency in Central Sulawesi Province. Data collection in this research was carried out by census method to all people who conduct fumigation of smoked-baffled fish (roa fish) in Buajangka Village. The data were analysis through qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The research results show that technically, the fumigation process for roa fish starts from receiving raw materials, washing, transporting, clamping and fixing clips, structuring, fumigation process, and packaging or packing. The added value generated from the cocoa fumigation business in Buajangka Village, South Bungku District in per bunch of roa fish is Rp. 6,082. The added value generated from the cocoa fumigation business in the study area was relative low with a value added ratio> 50% (40.54%). While the marketing channel of Roa's fish fumigation business sells smoked roa fish products directly to consumers and collectors who come from outside the region such as Kendari, Bungku Tengah, Tentena, Poso and Palu who come directly to the place of roa fumigation.

This study identifies the determinants of debt behaviors and their effects on household consumption. We surveyed households in Riau, particularly in Pekanbaru and its neighboring areas, using purposive sampling and collected 390 useable responses. Our findings show that of the ten determinants considered, debt behavior can be explained by five determinants: (i) imitated lifestyle and consumerism, (ii) ability to manage money from debt, (iii) effects of promotion on the internet and visual media, (iv) monthly income, and (v) increasing household expenses and dependants. Implications of the findings are discussed.

The objectives of this study were to: 1) determine the technique of making opak crackers in Jaya Bakti Village, Madang Suku I District, East OKU Regency, 2) determine the income and break-even point of the home industry for making opak crackers in Jaya Bakti Village, Madang Suku I District, East OKU Regency , 3) knowing the added value of the home industry for making opak crackers in Jaya Bakti Village, Madang Suku I District, East OKU Regency, 4) knowing whether the home industry for making opak crackers in Jaya Bakti Village, Madang Suku I District, East OKU Regency is profitable and feasible to develop. The results showed that: 1) the technique of making opaque crackers is quite easy, namely by grated cassava, seasoned (garlic, coriander and salt), then molded and steamed for ± 2 minutes for one steaming opaque cracker, then dried in the sun for ± 2 days, after the raw dry opaque crackers are packaged and then marketed. So, the process of making opak crackers takes ± 5 days, 2) the revenue obtained from the home industry for making opak crackers is IDR 735,000 / PP, with a production cost of IDR 501,362 / PP, with a fixed cost of IDR. 69,444, - / PP and a variable cost of 428,000, - / PP, then the income is Rp. 233,638 .- / PP or Rp. 1,401,828 .- / month, 3) the added value in making opak crackers is Rp. 333,638, - / PP obtained from revenue less intermediate costs. The intermediate cost is obtained from the total production cost, namely Rp. 501,362, - / PP minus family labor costs of Rp. 100,000, - / PP so that the total intermediate cost is Rp. 401,362, - / PP, 4) the level of profit based on the acceptance of the value is more than 1, namely the R / C Ratio of 1.47 which means that the opaque cracker home industry is profitable. Meanwhile, based on the level of profit from income the value is more than the prevailing bank interest rate, namely B / C Ratio of 0.47, which means that the home industry for making opaque crackers is non feasible. The production BEP value is Rp. 53.27, - / kg / PP, the BEP value of Rp. 559,361, - / PP, and the BEP value is Rp. Rp. 4.386, - / kg / PP, so this business can be said to be functionally feasible. In addition, the total assets invested in the home industry during the year or the ROI value resulted in a profit of 0.38%, meaning that for the home industry, opaque cracker making for one year generated a profit of 0.38%.

The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the production cost and income of paddy mill business in Buay Bahuga Sub-district of Way Kanan Regency, 2) To know the value added of rice mill business in Buay Bahuga Sub-district of Way Kanan Regency, 3) To know the feasibility of rice milling business in the District of Buay Bahuga District Way Kanan. The results showed that the total production of rice milling business that is equal to 75.096 kg / year with the selling price of Rp 7,700 / kg, the revenue of Rp 578,239,200 is obtained, the use of production cost of Rp 800.006.105, the income of Rp -221.766.905 . Added value to the paddy mill business in Buay Bahuga District is Rp 578,239,200. with the use of the intermediate fee of Rp 382,505,680. The rice milling business in Kecamatan Buay is also feasible to be developed financially.

AbstrakAwal 2020, kasus COVID-19 mulai menyebabkan masalah kesehatan dibeberapa negara lain dan ditetapkan menjadi pandemi global. Salah satu langkah yang disarankan berdasarkan protokol COVID-19 untuk meminimalkan penyebaran infeksi adalah dengan meningkatkan pola hidup bersih, salah satunya adalah mencuci tangan. Usia sekolah merupakan fase dimana perkembangan anak menjadi sangat penting dan perlu mendapatkan pengawasan terhadap kesehatannya, terutama mengenai hygiene karena pada usia ini anak memiliki banyak aktifitas yang seringkali berhubungan langsung dengan lingkungan yang kotor sehingga anak menjadi lebih rentan terpapar penyakit. Permasalahan dalam perilaku kesehatan yang terjadi pada anak usia dini umumnya erat kaitannya dengan kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, salah satu perilaku tersebut adalah kebiasaan mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perilaku mencuci tangan anak usia sekolah di wilayah pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah 50 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner perilaku mencuci tangan dalam bentuk google form. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan anak usia sekolah di daerah pandemi memiliki perilaku mencuci tangan yang baik sebanyak 100% dan tidak ada yang buruk. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat sebagai upaya meninggkatkan mutu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan perilaku mencuci tangan pada anak usia sekolah dalam pencegahan infeksi terutama di wilayah pandemi. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Sekolah, Perilaku Mencuci Tangan, Covid-19 Abstract In early 2020, COVID-19 began to cause health problems in several countries and declared as a global pandemic. One of the recommended steps based on the COVID-19 protocol to minimize the spread of the infection is to improve a clean lifestyle, one of them is hand washing. School-aged is a phase where children’s development becomes very important and need to be monitored, especially regarding hygiene as children become more vulnerable to exposure of the disease. The problems in health behaviors that occur in early childhood are in general closely related to personal hygiene and environment, such as the habit of washing hands using soap. This research aimed to describe the behavior of school-aged children in their habit of washing hands in the COVID-19 pandemic area. This is a quantitative descriptive type of research. This research used a purposive sampling technique with 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a handwashing behavior questionnaire in the form of a google form. Data analysis technique used is univariate analysis. The results of this research indicated that 100% school-aged children in pandemic areas had a good hand-washing behavior. The results of this research were expected to improve the quality of nursing care services in hand-washing behavior in school-aged children to prevent infections, especially in pandemic areas.Keywords: School Age Children, Handwashing Behavior, COVID-19

Aren is a type of palm that has a highly potential economic value. Semabi, Sekadau Hilir Sub-district is the largest producer in the District of Sekadau; however, it is only processed to produce molded sugar. This study aimed to formulate a strategy for the  palm sugar agrybusiness development in Sekadau District. The research method was a   quantitative descriptive, and the data were processed using IFE/EFE, SPACE and SWOT. The values obtained from IFE and EFE matrixes were 2.57 and 2.65 respectively. From the SWOT analysis, alternative strategies were obtained, namely, SO Strategy: expanding the location of the area sugar palm cultivation, increasing production capacity, and improving the quality of product. WO Strategy: increasing of human resources (farmers), developing a partnership and developing a market information network. ST Strategy: government policies that supporting, increasing the added value and production. WT Strategy: building a support facility of   sugar palm agribusiness, increasing coordination and cooperation among stakeholders in strengthening palm agribusiness, and increasing marketing and promotion for the expansion.  Keyword: Aren (palm),  agrybusiness, IFE/EFE matrixes, SPACE matrix, and SWOT analysis.
