Abstract   One determinant of the success of the construction worker is the accuracy of the work scheduling plan. But the limitations of knowledge and skills, the making of scheduling is still carried out manually. Whereas government projects since 2017 have provided requirements that the scheduling must use a program or scheduling application that is intended to be MS Project. If the contractor does not meet these requirements, the biggest possibility is that they will not be able to win the project. The main problem of partners is the lack of knowledge and skills in making scheduling using the MS Project application, so the solution offered to solve the problem is to carry out the Scheduling Training using the MS Project Application. The partners involved are CV. Summit Mas and CV. Fiwi Teknik. The implementation methods used in community service activities are lectures, practices, and discussions. From the training results obtained by the participants' knowledge before the training (pre-test) got an average score of 62,85 in the sufficient category, the assessment of the average practice of Ms. Project's use of training participants obtained an average value of 92,25 in the excellent category , the final assessment (post-test) is 88,46 in the very good category, this proves that Job Scheduling Training with Ms. Project Applications For Construction Service Providers in the City of Pekanbaru is very useful and able to increase knowledge in completing Application-based Ms. Project training participants.           Abstrak Salah satu penentu keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan konstruksi adalah keakuratan perencanaan penjadwalan pekerjaan. Namun keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, maka pembuatan penjadwalan masih dilaksanakan secara manual. Sedangkan proyek-proyek pemerintah sejak tahun 2017, telah memberikan persyaratan bahwa penjadwalan yang dilakukan harus menggunakan program atau aplikasi penjadwalan yang diantaranya adalah MS Project. Apabila kontraktor tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut, maka kemungkinan terbesar mereka tidak akan bisa memenangkan proyek tersebut. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat penjadwalan dengan menggunakan aplikasi MS Project, sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan  adalah  melaksanakan   Pelatihan Penjadwalan dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi MS Project. Mitra yang dilibatkan yaitu CV. Sumpit Mas dan CV. Fiwi Teknik.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, praktek dan diskusi. Dari hasil pelatihan diperoleh Pengetahuan peserta sebelum dilakukan pelatihan (pre-test) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 62,85 dalam kategori cukup, penilaian rata-rata praktek penggunaan Ms Project terhadap peserta pelatihan didapat nilai rata-rata adalah 92,25 dalam kategori  sangat baik,  penilaian akhir (post-test) adalah 88,46 dalam kategori sangat baik, ini membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan Penjadwalan Pekerjaan dengan Aplikasi Ms Project Bagi Penyedia Jasa Konstruksi di Kota Pekanbaru sangat bermanfaat dan mampu  meningkatkan pengetahuan di dalam menyelesaikan penjadwalan berbasis  Aplikasi Ms Project peserta pelatihan.

Acupressure is a technique using touch / contact to balance the energy channels in the body or Qi. Acupressure contests useful for disease prevention, cure, rehabilitation (recovery), relaxation and increase endurance. Acupressure can also be used to treat pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea). Target and outcome: an increase in knowledge and skills of women, the leaflets about the relaxation of the body and reduce dysmenorrhea, as well as community service articles published. Methods: divided into four sessions, namely working on the pretest, delivery of content and practice of acupressure, question and answer sessions working on the posttest. Submission of material is done by means of lectures and brainstorming as well as the demonstration of acupressure points used. Result: there is an increased knowledge of the pretest and posttest value of the average value before training (pre-test) 32.86 into 71.84 (post-test), in addition to the upgrading of skills seen from acupressure point positioning accuracy. Conclusion: The community service is to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants on acupressure to relax the body and overcome dysmenorrhoea.

The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

[Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. Writing is an inseparable activity from everyday human life. Writing skills can be fostered from diligent reading. One of the reading media as well as the media for pouring student work is mading. Mading is a vehicle for applying students' abilities, especially in the field of writing. MI Manbaul Ulum Karangduren is a school located in Malang Regency. The school does not yet have a class bulletin board containing student work. Thus, the opportunity for students to develop their creativity in writing is hampered. Efforts are needed to improve writing skills for students to build a reading culture. One way is to publish bulletin as a teaching aid and coaching. Through bulletin board, it is hoped that students can have creativity in writing. The results of community service activities show that students' writing skills have improved. The average value of N-Gain Creativity Test scores 0.73 in the high category. This shows the level of effectiveness of the treatment has a high effect on the post test.

Uncontrolled blood pressure can cause fatal complications for the patients. The high number of hypertension patients in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta is caused by a lack of self-awareness and low motivation from families. Those encourage the team to conduct education activities related to preventing high blood pressure and tips so that blood pressure can be controlled. The team coordinated with West Jakarta Tomang sub-district citizens in the implementation of community service so that health education activities can be realized. This activity is carried out by providing health education related to the ways in preventing hypertension and the benefits of it during this pandemic situation. The target people of the activity is young adults in West Jakarta area, especially those with risk factors related to hypertension, hypertension patients and their families. The activity was attended by 38 participants in accordance with the target of counseling activities. The result of the average pre-test score was 35.09 and the post-test average score was 62.28; there was an increase in the knowledge of participants who attended this education about 77.5%. This activity and other similar activities need to be carried out routinely so that the people can apply healthy life habits consistently.Tekanan darah yang tidak terkontrol dapat menimbulkan komplikasi dan berakibat fatal bagi penderitanya. Masih tingginya angka kejadian hipertensi di Indonesia terutama di Jakarta, disebabkan karena kurangnya kesadaran diri serta rendahnya motivasi dari keluarga. Hal tersebut mendorong tim pengabdian melakukan edukasi terkait pencegahan tekanan darah tinggi serta kiat-kiat agar tekanan darah dapat terkontrol. Tim pengabdian berkoordinasi dengan kader kelurahan Tomang Jakarta Barat dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat agar kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dapat terealisasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan  memberikan edukasi kesehatan terkait informasi cara pencegahan hipertensi serta manfaat pencegahan  hipertensi pada masa pandemi. Sasaran dari kegiatan adalah dewasa muda di daerah Jakarta Barat terutama yang memiliki faktor resiko terkait hipertensi, penderita hipertensi dan keluarganya. Kegiatan dihadiri 38 peserta yang sesuai dengan target sasaran kegiatan penyuluhan. Hasil nilai rata-rata pre-tets adalah 35,09 dan nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 62,28, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang mengikuti edukasi dengan materi pencegahan hipertensi sebesar 77,5%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dan kegiatan serupa perlu dilaksanakan secara rutin agar perubahan gaya hidup dapat diterapkan secara konsisten oleh masyarakat.

The number of people with HIV/AIDS in the world is increasing. The introduction of HIV/AIDS in the early adolescent phase needs to be done with a language approach that is easy to be understood and remembered. One of them is the approach to vocabulary recognition in the field of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity was to discover the application of HIV/AIDS introduction through HIV/AIDS vocabularies. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which began with pre-test, the provision of HIV/AIDS vocabulary materials through power points and distribution of HIV/AIDS vocabulary sheets. This experiment was ended by doing post-test. The final results showed an increase in the average score of 26.71% with significancy 0,00&lt;0,05.. Thus, the introduction of HIV/AIDS through HIV/AIDS vocabularies is an effective effort to facilitate the early introduction of HIV/AIDS on to students in their early adolescent to avoid the dangers of HIV/AIDS.<br /><br />

This study aimed to improve learning activities and learning outcomes of students in class X MIA 1 of Senior High School (SMAN) 8 Bengkulu on the subject of chemical bonds through the application of Auditory, Intellectualy, and Repetition (AIR) learning models by using learning media with lottery card. This study is a classroom action research consisting of three cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, planning, action, observation and reflection. In collection of data was done by non-test and test methods, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and post-test. The data was processed by using simple quantitative data analysis techniques, the total value of each student, the average value, the percentage of absorptive power, learning completeness and the average observation score.The results of the study in the 2018/2019 school year showed that the application of the Auditory Intellectualy Repitition learning model using learning media with lottery  cards in class X MIA 1 of SMA Negeri 8 Kota Bengkulu could improve teacher activities, student activities and student chemistry learning outcomes. This can be seen from the average score of teacher activities in the first cycle to the third cycle in a row : 23, 27.5 and 31.5. Student activity also showed improvement in each cycle. The average score of student activity in cycle I to cycle III was sequentially 20, 25 29.5. Learning outcomes also increase in each cycle. This can be seen from the average value of the test results in each cycle, in the first cycle of 61.82, in the second cycle of 67.88, in the third cycle of 79.09. Classical absorption in cycle I, cycle II, cycle III are 61.82%, 67.88%, 79.09%, with the percentage of completeness learning in each cycle of 42%, 73%, and 87.8 %.

ABSTRAKSecara global dilaporkan 51.857 kasus konfimasi di 25 negara dengan 1.669 kematian (CFR 3,2%). Jumlah pasien positif Covid-19 di Provinsi NTB sampai tanggal (30/6/2020) sebanyak 1.245 orang, dengan perincian 825 orang sudah sembuh, 65 meninggal dunia, serta 355 orang masih positif dan dalam keadaan baik. Sedangkan jumlah pasien positif Covid-19 di Kota Mataram sebanyak 531 orang, dengan perincian 189 sedang dirawat, 310 orang sudah sembuh, 32 meninggal dunia. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk mencegah penyebaran coronavirus (COV) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Pule Kegiatan penyuluhan ini menggunakan video cara Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) Kemenkes dimana peserta pengabdian yang hadir berjumlah 20 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap. Tahap pertama yakni pembagian kuesioner dan pemaparan, tahap kedua yakni Praktek Cuci Tagan Pakai Sabun dan tahap ketiga yakni tanya jawab serta pembagian kuesioner post test. Kegiatan pengabdian ini disambut sangat antusias, ibu melontarkan beberapa pertanyaan terkait Cuci Tangai Pakai Sabun dan pembuatan cairan disinfektan Sebagian besar ibu paham dengan penyuluhan yang diberikan. Penyuluhan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dengan kategori pengetahuan baik  sebesar 90 % (18 0rang)  tentang Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) untuk pencegahan coronavirus .Kata kunci: Penyuluhan; Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun; Pencegahan Coronavirus. ABSTRACTGlobally, 51,857 confirmed cases were reported in 25 countries with 1,669 deaths (CFR 3.2%). The purpose of this service is to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COV) in the working area of Karang Pule Health Center. This counseling activity uses a video on how to wash hands with soap (CPTS) from the Ministry of Health where there are 20 community service attendees. This activity is carried out in three stages. The first stage is the distribution of questionnaires and exposure, the second stage is the Practice of Washing with Soap and the third stage is the question and answer session and the distribution of post test questionnaires. This service was welcomed with great enthusiasm, the mother asked a number of questions related to washing Tangai with soap Most of the mothers understood the counseling given. This counseling can increase the knowledge of mothers with good knowledge categories by 90% (18 people) about Handwashing with Soap (CTPS) for the prevention of coronavirus. Keywords: Counseling; hand washing behavior with soap; Coronavirus Prevention.

ABSTRAKAngka prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus (DM) di Jawa Timur lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan daerah lain di Indonesia. Hal ini tergambar  di kota Malang  Jawa Timur tepatnya di Kelurahan Kauman yang berdomisili ditengah kota diketahui jumlah penderita DM cukup tinggi sedangkan pengetahuan warganya dalam pemahaman gaya hidup sehat penderita DM (diabetisi) masih kurang. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang gaya hidup sehat diabetisi, dengan metode melakukan pelatihan melalui media zoom kepada kelompok PKK Kelurahan Kauman Malang. Dalam pelatihan tersebut juga dilakukan pre dan post test serta pengisian kuisioner menggunakan google form oleh peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari pre dan  post test serta kuisioner dianalisa sehingga diperoleh persentase untuk mengetahui gambaran pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam memberikan informasi dan melaksanakan gaya hidup sehat diabetisi kepada keluarga/ tetangga disekitarnya. Dari hasil pre dan post test diperoleh gambaran terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gaya hidup sehat diabetisi dari rata rata 46% menjadi 98,8%. Peserta yang memahami dan menyatakan bahwa gaya hidup sehat diabetisi memungkinkan untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari sebanyak 94%. Seluruh peserta (100%) bersedia menerangkan, menerapkan, melaksanakan dan telah terjadi perubahan gaya hidup sehat diabetisi kepada keluarga dan orang – orang dilingkungan sekitarnya. Hasil dari pelatihan ini memberikan harapan tejadinya perbaikan kualitas hidup diabetisi di Kelurahan Kauman kota Malang. Kata kunci : gaya hidup; diabetes mellitus; kelompok PKK ABSTRACTPrevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in East Java is higher than other regions in Indonesia. In the training, pre and post tests were also carried out as well as filling out questionnaires using google forms by the trainees to get a picture of the participants' understanding and ability in providing information and implementing a healthy lifestyle with diabetes to their families/neighbors around them. The results of pre and post tests, it was obtained  there was an increase in knowledge about a healthy lifestyle with diabetes from an average of 46% to 98.8%. Participants who understand and state that a healthy lifestyle with diabetes allows it to be applied in daily life as many as 94%. All participants (100%) are willing to explain, implementation and there have been changes to a healthy lifestyle with diabetes to their families and people in the surrounding environment. The results of this training provide hope for an improvement in the quality of life for people with diabetes in Kauman Village, Malang City. Keywords : lifestyle; diabetes mellitus; PKK group

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of efforts to improve teacher skills in implementing PAKEM through LATBIM at SD Negeri 158 Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, in general, the purpose of this school action research activity is to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes at SD Negeri 158 Pekanbaru. The results of the study will be seen from the data that occurred after the research was carried out with the results in cycle 1 the pretest average value was 6.18 or about 62% while the average post-test result increased to 9.06 or 91%. Observation data show that student activity in Civics subjects has only reached 6.23 (enough), in the PAI subject it has only reached 6.31 (enough) and the Arts subject has reached an average score of 6.45 (enough, close to good). Thus the action hypothesis in this PTS which states "if the Training and Guidance (LATBIM) implementation of Active, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning (PAKEM) can be implemented properly, the increase in teacher skills in implementing PAKEM at SD Negeri 158 Pekanbaru will increase" can be accepted.
