Aplikasi Pixellab merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan logo yang berbasis android. Dengan pemanfaatan dan pengembangkan teknik dalam pembuatan logo Dalam hal ini, pemanfaatan media yang menarik dan tepat guna dalam proses pembuatan logo pelatihan akan memiliki dampak positif yang akan sangat berpotensi meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dalam membuat logo dengan aplikasi pixellab. Para mahasantri sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dalam membuat logo dengan tujuan memberikan bekal dalam pembuatan logo walaupun mahasantri terdiri dari banyak prodi yang ada di Unilak. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengusul program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menawarkan solusi berupa Pelatihan Pembuatan Logo Dengan Aplikasi Pixellab Untuk Pesantren Mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. Di mana program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi wadah dan inspirasi bagi para mahasantri dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam membuat logo dengan aplikasi pixellab besar harapan mahasantri dapat mengikuti proses pelatihan pembuatan logo dengan aplikasi pixellab dan mahasantri lebih mampu menghasilkan karya yang dapat merangsang daya tarik dalam pembuatan logo dengan menarik dan unik. Sebagai pemateri memberikan sosialisasi dan sekaligus pendampingan mengenai bagaimana pembuatan logo dengan aplikasi pixellab yang menarik dan pastinya sagat dapat bermanfaat. Abstract: The Pixellab application is an application that can be used in making Android-based logos. By using and developing techniques in making logos. In this case, the use of attractive and appropriate media in the process of creating a training logo will have a positive impact which will greatly improve the ability of students to create logos with the Pixellab application. The students really need knowledge in making logos with the aim of providing provisions in making logos even though the students consist of many study programs at Unilak. Therefore, the team that proposed the Community Service program offered a solution in the form of Training on Logo Making with the Pixellab Application for Islamic Boarding School Students at the Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. Where this program is expected to be a forum and inspiration for students to increase knowledge in making logos with the Pixellab application, we hope that students can take part in the training process of making logos with the Pixellab application and students will be more able to produce works that can encourage attractiveness in making logos attractively. and unique. As a presenter, he provides socialization and at the same time assistance on how to make a logo with the Pixellab application which is interesting and certainly useful.

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri pondok pesantren salafiyah Al-Azhar, desa Patok Picis, kecamatan Wajak, kabupaten Malang; Peningkatan kesadaran dalam pemanfaatan lahan pondok serta pengelolaan kebersihannya; Peningkatan wawasan santri sehingga dapat memunculkan motivasi dan semangat berwirausaha; Peningkatan nilai ekonomis sumber daya hasil alam yang ada di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan  adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan pendampingan, konten yang dikembangkan mencakup, materi technopreneurship dan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan lingkungan, keterampilan memijat dan pembuatan nugget ikan produk pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini wawasan wirausaha santri telah meningkat, demikian pula keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan potensi bahan baku lokal untuk produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi serta pemahaman penerapan teknologi yang lebih efektif untuk penguatan karakteristik pesantren wirausaha.Kata kunci—technopreneurship, santri, wirausaha, pesantreneurship AbstractThe aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Al-Azhar Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School students, Patok Picis village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district; Increased awareness in the utilization of cottage land and cleanliness management; Increased students’ knowledge so that it can bring up the motivation and enthusiasm of entrepreneurship; Increasing the economic value of natural resource resources in boarding schools. [Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. AbstractDespite an almost endless list of possible study programs and occupational opportunities, high school students frequently focus on pursuing a small number of well-known study programs. Students also often follow gender-typical paths and restrict their attention to study programs in which the majority of students consists of same-gendered people. This choice pattern has far-reaching consequences, including persistent gender segregation and an undersupply of graduates in emerging sectors of the industry. Building on rational choice and social psychological theory, we argue that this pattern partly occurs due to information deficits that may be altered by counseling interventions. To assess this claim empirically, we evaluated the impact of a counseling intervention on the intended choice of major among high school students in Germany by means of a randomized controlled trial (RCT). We estimate the effect by instrumental variable estimation to account for two-sided non-compliance. Our results show that the intervention has increased the likelihood that participants will consider less well-known or gender-atypical study programs, particularly for high school students with lower starting levels of information. Supplementary analyses confirm that a positive impact on information seems to be one of the relevant causal mechanisms. These results suggest that counseling services have the potential to guide high school students to less gender-typical and well-known majors, possibly reducing gender segregation and smoothing labor market transitions after graduation.

This community service was a training in writing descriptive text for junior high school students in Joboan village, Probolinggo city. The method of this community service covered four stages: a) analyzing, b) planning and developing the content, c) implementing and d) training. In analyzing stage, the writer found problems faced by the students in writing descriptive text. In planning and developing the content stage, the writer developed method to write descriptive text by utilizing picture and guided question. With this pandemic situation, in implementing stage, the writer gathered 10 participants by applying health protocol suggested by the Government. Training stage was done for three days, 20-22 of July 2020. In the first day, the writer gave explanation related descriptive text. In the second day, the participants started to practice writing descriptive text by using picture and guided question. Feedback was given in the third day. The results of this training were shown by the presence of all participants three days in a row, they also gave responds and asked questions enthusiastically in the training process. The participants no longer faced difficulty in writing descriptive text since they knew that picture and guided question can help them write descriptive text better. Abstrak. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Matematika SMK, yang merupakan forum profesionalisme untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja guru matematika SMK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah; (1) meningkatkan peran dan fungsi MGMP Matematika SMK kabupaten Malang dalam memperbaiki kompetensi dan kinerja guru matematika SMK, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman guru matematika SMK terhadap langkah-langkah pembuatan e-modul dan (3) meningkatkan ketrampilan pembuatan e-modul matematika SMK bagi guru matematika SMK Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah; (1) pendampingan kepada pengurus MGMP untuk mengkaji ulang program kerja yang sudah ditentukan, (2) mengadakan workshop pembuatan modul matematika SMK , (3) pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkelompok kepada guru matematika SMK pada proses kepenulisan modul matematika SMK, (4) Workshop pembuatan e-modul matematika SMK, dan (5) desiminasi e-modul matematika SMK oleh guru matematika SMK Kabupaten. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan kualitas pertemuan MGMP Matematika SMK Kabupaten Malang dan peningkatan ketrampilan pembuatan e-modul Matematika SMK bagi gurunya. Produk yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah e-modul matematika SMKKata Kunci: MGMP Matematika SMK, Guru Matematika SMK, pembuatan e-modul matematika SMK Abstract. The community service program was conducted to the Vocational School Mathematics Teachers’ Forum (MGMP), a professionalism forum for elevating the competence and performance of the vocational school teachers teaching Mathematics. The program was aimed at: (1) improving the roles and functions of the Vocational School Mathematics Teachers’ Forum in Malang Regency, (2) enhancing vocational school Mathematics teachers’ understanding of the procedures of creating Mathematics e-modules, and (3) upgrading the vocational school Mathematics teachers’ skills in creating their Mathematics e-modules. The methods applied were: (1) mentoring the committees of the teachers’ forum in reviewing their work plans, (2) conducting a writing vocational school Mathematics module workshop, (3) training and mentoring the vocational school Mathematics teachers in writing their Mathematics modules in groups, (4) conducting a workshop of creating vocational school Mathematics e-modules, and (5) disseminating the Mathematics e-modules by vocational school Mathematics teachers in Malang Regency. The results of the program were the quality improvement of Mathematics teachers’ forum’s meetings and the writing Mathematics e-module skills’ improvement of the Mathematics teachers in Malang Regency. Many local products produced by SMEs in Jember circulating without halal labeling makes the authors compelled to do community service about literacy of halal certification products. Some MSME actors have made changes by managing the halal certification process for their products, so as to increase public confidence in making purchases, which has an impact on increasing product sales turnover. However, the number of business actors who carry out the certification is not comparable to the number of products produced by MSMEs circulating without halal certification. This paper describes the literacy assistance program carried out by the author in its function to provide understanding and knowledge related to halal certification in several MSMEs in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. Our service program through literacy workshops carried out in two sessions, namely the first session providing theoretical exposure about the meaning of halal products and halal certification, then the next session providing stages of the process of obtaining halal product certification and examples of MSME actors who have implemented it. The results of this community service program have a positive impact on MSME actors, namely understanding the importance of obtaining halal certification and its effect on sales volume. In addition, MSME actors also understand how the stages of managing halal product certification are.

The pandemic outbreak has had an impact on the field of employment in general, so the Al Ittihad BLK (Balai Latihan Kerja or Work Training Centre) is trying to improve the digital skills of the learning participants to be more competitive during and after the pandemic. BLK, whose participants are the majority of alumni from the Al Ittihad Islamic boarding school, is expected to get additional ability to increase competitiveness in the world of work. The Ma Chung University community service team, which had discussed in a brainstorming session with the BLK managers, then agreed to provide videography training with the PBL (Project Based Learning) model with the assumption that the model was better able to increase the enthusiasm for learning and optimize the creative potential of the participants. The training, which was carried out offline for a limited time in the Poncokusumo area, Malang Regency, was proven to be able to improve the skills of the participants in learning and more visible learning outcomes based on the video project made by the participants. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the PBL model in this training process can be more effective in the limited training period.

The Community service program conducted at Biology Lesson Group Dicussion Kubu Raya aimed to enhance teachers use local potency in their environment especially in their school for learning biology problem orientation. In lerning process at class, teachers always use media or textbook from publishers and less constructivism for their students. Therefore it was required to give a training for teachers to improve their skills and knowledge about use local potency for the learning process based on constructivism for learning biology problem orientation. This program had been followed by 21 teachers. The method used focus group discussion, lecturing, discussing, demonstrating, eksploration, and presenting the teacher’s task in lesson plan for biology learning process use local potency in their environment. This community service program gave the positive impact for the teachers because the results showed that they had new knowledge and skills to make a learning biology problem orientation based on constructivism use local potency.

The level of income in the City of Aceh Province, especially in Gampong Meurandeh is still relatively low. One reason is the use of free time for non-productive housewives. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of housewives to produce high economic value products by utilizing their free time by utilizing available natural resources, one of which is bamboo plants to be able to increase the family's economic income. The method used in the implementation of the activities carried out jointly with the mothers in Gampong meurandeh Langsa Lama Subdistrict, Langsa City is by (1) Socialization, implementation, survey and assistance programme. The current activity has been completed and has produced the superior bipesticide product of the community of Meurandeh Village. The conclusions that can be obtained from the implementation of the program are (a) The high level of participation from the community service program partners has a positive impact on the implementation of the program, seen from training and assistance in making products, (b) The program is able to produce alamai biopesticides made from bamboo leaf nanosilica so that it can improve the economy of the community and the product is environmentally friendly so that it can maintain environmental sustainability. Suggestion, (c) The high interest and enthusiasm of the community in participating in the Community Service program is expected to get special attention, so the program will continue. Keywords: Nanosilica, Bamboo Leaves, Meurandeh Village
