Pneumonia merupakan peradangan pada parenkim paru yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri atau virus. Edukasi adalah proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi pada peserta didik dan mewujudkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh edukasi melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga mengenai Pneumonia pada Balita di Puskesmas Caringin Kota Bandung. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pre-Experimen one group pretest posttest eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara cros sectional, jumlah sampel 41 responden. Hasil analisis uji wilcoxon untuk variabel pengetahuan didapatkan nilai p-value (0,000) < (0,5) dan variabel sikap didapatkan nilai p-value (0,439) > (0,5). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh edukasi melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan dan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap sikap keluarga mengenai pneumonia pada balita di Puskesmas Caringin Kota Bandung. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai educator dan pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan lebih lanjut tentang pneumonia pada balita, agar masyarakat dapat lebih mengenali pneumonia pada balita dan dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam menangani balita sakit. Kata Kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, edukasi media video, pneumoniaThe Effect of Education Through Video Media to Knowledge and Attitude of The Family about Pneumonia AbstractPneumonia is an inflammation of the pulmonary parenchyma caused by a bacterial or viral infection. Education is a learning process that aims to develop the potential in learners and realize a better learning process. The purpose of this study to see the effect of education through video media to knowledge and attitude of the family about Pneumonia in Toddlers in Caringin Health Center Bandung. The design of this study used pre-experiment one group pretest posttest experiment. Sampling technique is cros sectional, total sample 41 respondents. Result of wilcoxon test analysis for knowledge variable got p-value (0,000) <(0,5) and attitude variable got p-value (0,439)> (0,5).  It can be concluded that there is influence of education through video media to knowledge and there is no influence to family attitude about pneumonia in toddler at Caringin Health Center Bandung. Through the results of this study, it is expected that health workers can perform their role as educator and provide further health education about pneumonia in toddlers, so that people can better recognize pneumonia in toddlers and can make the right decision in handling sick children. Keyword : knowledge, attitude, video media education, pneumonia

Non-hormonal contraception is an action to prevent conception or pregnancy hormones include (IUD, condoms, operating methods lady/MOW, operation method man/MOP), This method can prevent pregnancy up to 99%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of family support, education, economic status, and knowledge associated with the use of non-hormonal contraception. This type of research is quantitative research design used by the cross sectional approach.The population in this study were all active family planning acceptors who visit the Tawaeli Health Center Palu subdistrict Pantoloan 2018 as many as 674 people.The sampling technique is to use a non-probability sampling technique accidental sampling, The total sample of 84 respondents. Data collection was conducted by filling out a questionnaire as a tool for an interview. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate, at the level of 95% (P ≤ 0.05). Chi square test results showed that family support, education, economic status and knowledge of respondents associated with the use of non-hormonal contraception with a p-value ≤ 0.05.It is expected that the community can be open and willing to receive information from health workers related to family planning.

ABSTRACT The coverage of weighing toddlers in West Lampung Regency in 2016 has not met the target. From the 11 of health center in West Lampung Regency, The Srimulyo Suoh health center (Puskesmas) is a health center with underfive weighing coverage because the achievement of underfive weighing coverage has decreased, from 62.8% in 2015 to 52.5% in 2016, this figure is still low means has not met the achievement target of 75%.. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh in West Lampung 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the working area of ​​The Srimulyo Suoh health center in West Lampung in 2017. In this case, the researchers looked at the variable knowledge and attitudes of mothers. This type of research is quantitative, with the cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had children under five who were in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh West Lampung amounting to 54 respondents. In this study the sampling technique used uses the total population. The results in the study found that p value for the knowledge variable p value = 0.04 and attitude p value = 0.025 so that p value <0.05, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh West Lampung. Suggestions for mothers of children under five so that they can continue to improve their activity in participating in good posyandu activities by asking health workers about weighing toddlers and using health services as well as possible. Mental health is a state where one is free from mental disorders and has a positive attitude to describe maturity and personality. Based on preliminary studies at Sidodadi Public Health Center, patients suffering from anxiety as many as 26 people and patients suffering from depression as many as 38 people. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the patient's compliance with mental disorders doing routine treatment to Sidodadi Health Center District West Kisaran City Asahan Region 2018, with the type of quantitative writing that is analytic. The population in this writing is the entire head of the family of patients who have mental disorders anxiety and depression that is as many as 64 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data were collected by interviews using the questionnaire. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate with the Pearson correlation test. The findings of the research showed that there was significant influence between family attitudes, family support, the distance of Health Center, support of health workers. The most dominant variable that influenced the patient's compliance with mental disorder to do routine treatment is the support of health manpower 5.8 times. Head of Health Center to encourage health workers to continue to visit the family home of mental disorders so that they can help the healing process or care for people with mental disorders.

Abstract : The study aimed to determine the correlation among knowledge and attitude with the behavior of pregnant women in dental and oral health care during pregnancy. The research was analytic observational and in terms of time used crossectional approach. The population in this study were pregnant women at Narmada Community Health Center whereas the sample obtained by 34 people who came to check Antenatal Care (ANC) in June 2015 taken by accidental sampling technique. Data collection of knowledge, attitude and behavior variables used questionnaire and Statistical analysis was performed by using Chi Square test. The research finding indicated that from 34 respondents, 17 pregnant women (50%) had lack knowledge level about oral and dental health care during pregnancy. The attitude of pregnant women in dental and oral care during pregnancy was 73.5% (poor attitudes), and in terms of respondents’ behaviour was the same like respondents’ attitude by 73.5% (poor attitude). Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between knowledge with pregnant women behavior in dental and oral health care (P value = 0.013) and there was significant correlation between attitude with respondents behaviour in oral and dental care during pregnancy (P value = 0.004). Suggestion: It is expected for Health Care Institutions and health workers need to do an effort of sustainable counselling to communities, especially pregnant women about risk factors that can cause dental caries which can affect the health of both fetus and mother, increasing promotive efforts, for instance the improvement and maintenance of health and preventive efforts for communnities and pregnant women in order to have a good knowledge and attitude in maintaining oral an dental health care during pregnancy can be preserved and further enhanced, hence the sense of responsibility in terms of a behavior in the community or pregnant women concerning dental and oral health increases in line with knowledge improvement and developing attitudes.

Breastfeeding is a physiological process to provide optimal nutrition for babies and one of the first steps for humans to have a healthy and prosperous life. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still a big problem for the State of Indonesia. There are several ways that can be done to increase exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is health education. The use of video as a means of education is now starting to be developed in line with current technological advances. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the work area of Singgani Health Center. This research is a pre-experimental study with the design of one group pretest-posttest. The number of samples is 33 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the univariate analysis of data on pretest knowledge with good categories were 24 people (72.7%) and the poor categories were 9 people (27.3%) Knowledge of posttest with good categories as many as 21 people (63.6%) were less than 12 people (36.4%). The pretest attitude in the good category was 16 people (48.4%), the poor category was 17 people (51.6%). The posttest attitude in the good category was 21 people (63.6%) in the poor category of 12 people (36.4%). The results of the bivariate analysis of the knowledge of the pretest posttest knowledge (p-value 0.002). The posttest pretest attitude (p-value 0.363. The conclusion shows that there is the influence of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with video media on the knowledge of pregnant women in the Singgani Health. There is no effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the attitudes of pregnant women in the Singgani Health Center. The suggestion is that midwives are expected to further increase the use of increasingly developing technology, one of which is the use of audio visual to provide counseling

Based on the data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018, the number of dysmenorrhea cases in the world is very large.  The results of a preliminary study conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram, Central Lampung showed that from 10 teenage girls who experience menstrual pain, a total of 2 teenage girls complained of pain with a mild pain level, 6 teenage girls complained of pain with a moderate pain level, and 2 teenage girls complain of pain with a severe pain level.  This research aims to determine the effect of carrot juice consumption on the reduction of primary dysmenorrhea pain levels in teenage girls at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram, Central Lampung in 2020. The type of this research is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental design namely one-group pretest, one-group posttest design which is given to 20 people by using accidental sampling technique and by giving carrot juice twice a day with 4 hours interval from the first administration. The bivariate test used in this study was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the research show that there is an effect of carrot juice consumption to reduce dysmenorrhea pain (p value 0,001 less than 0.05).  It is recommended for health workers to be able to make carrot juice as one of the teenage girls reproductive health treatment programs in order to reduce dysmenorrhea pain.  It is expected that the results of this research can be used as a source of information and implementation for the students/teenage girls in an effort to reduce the levels of dysmenorrhea pain through the consumption of carrot juice.

Background : Child growth is a process that occurs in the child's life, so it requires special attention. In Indonesia there is a 7.51% prevalence of developmental irregularities. Research purposes : Knowing the influence of video media to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers about child development in the working area health center of the Jagoi Babang. Research Methods : This research is a Quasi Experiment research with pre-post-test group design. The study was conducted in the working area health center of the Babang Jagoi on July 24, 2019. The study sample was 53 people from each video, leaflet and PPT media group. Sampling technique using simple random sampling. The independent variable is video media, the dependent variable is knowledge and attitude. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis of influence using manova and different tests using anova. Results : Counseling using video media, leaflets and power points affect knowledge and attitudes with a p-value of 0.00 <0.05. Counseling using video significantly affects an increase in knowledge of 88%. Counseling using video significantly affects an increase in attitude by 76%. Conclusion : There is an effect of counseling using the media on the knowledge and attitudes of mothers about child development and growth with a p-value of 0.00 <0.05. Midwives can provide counseling about child growth and development using video media so that mothers' knowledge and attitudes are increasingly optimal.

Background : Diarrhea is the frequency of defecating more than 3 times a day within 24 hours with a liquid consistency. Diarrhea disease is still one of the important public health problems because it is the main contributor to the three morbidity and mortality rates for children after pneumonia in various countries, especially in developing countries, one of the developing countries is Indonesia. Goals : The purpose of this study was to know the effect of education on the level of mother’s knowledge in preventing of diarrhea in children at Wonoasih Public Health Center, Probolinggo City. Research methods : The design of this study uses Quasy-Experimental with a pretest-posttest with Control Group approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a total sample of 30 intervention groups and 30 control groups using a total sampling technique. Results : The results of the analysis that have been carried out using the wilcoxon test showed differences in the level of knowledge before and after in the intervention and control groups showed a significant value 0,001 (p<0,05) Ha accepted means that there is an effect of education about diarrhea using leaflet media on the level of mother’s knowledge in preventing of diarrhea in children at Wonoasih Public Health Center, Probolinggo City. Hypertension is a major health problem in Indonesia. Prevention can be applied through health promotion and modification of a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of SMS (Short Message Service) Gateway to dietary compliance and awareness of hypertensive patients. The research design was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total sample of 30 hypertensive patients. The intervention was conducted for 30 days by sending SMS twice a day. The results of the study showed an average awareness score of 7.3 pre-test and 10.1 post-test. The average dietary compliance score was 21.2 pre-test and 31.3 post-test. Wilcoxon test showed there was an effect of SMS Gateway to awareness and dietary compliance in hypertensive patients (p-value = 0.000). This study concludes that there is an effect of nutritional messages through SMS media to awareness and dietary compliance in hypertensive patients.

Introduction: Anemia is one of the most common nutritional disorders during pregnancy, this anemia can be achieved with iron supplementation. Pregnant women who suffer from severe anemia can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, the possibility of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health promotion, the role of health workers, and family support with the prevention of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Method: This type of research, quantitative and analytical descriptive approach using the cross-sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women as many as 128 people and a sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square with 0.05. Result: The results showed that the prevention of anemia in pregnant women was in the poor category (57%), the role of health workers was not good (55%), health promotion was not good (63%), low family support (54%) in preventing anemia in pregnant women working area of ​​Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Conclution: There is a significant relationship between the role of health workers (P-value 0.04), Health Promotion (P-value 0.012), and Family Support (P-value 0.02) on the prevention of anemia in pregnant mothers.
