According to Howard Gardner's findings, the concept of multiple intelligences has been widely known and used in educational institutions. Multiple intelligences are also considered a theory that first recognized the diversity of human intelligence. With multiple intelligences, it can be said that no child is stupid. Therefore, each child is born with intelligence that is not always equal to each other. In Islam, the Quran is a complete guide for life. This research has discovered the powerful instruments to develop Qur'anic multiple intelligences in educational institutions through literature. With the thematic interpretation method (maudhui) approach, this study described the practical efforts, using the mindset of interpretation and reflection, to develop the concept of multiple intelligences based on the perspective of the Quran. After researching, collecting, and analyzing all terms in the Quran that relate to intelligence, it is found that the Quran is distinguishing the concept of multiple intelligences. It can be used further as a practical guide for educational institutions in developing the concept of multiple intelligences from the perspective of the Quran

The Qur'an discusses more comprehensive intelligence (syamil). perfect (kamil), and integral (mutakamil). The Qur'an is the Word of God, while the others are only human thoughts which are dominated by scular instincts. just being smart isn't enough, it takes a higher level than just being smart to achieve recognition of the greatness of God and submission to the Creator. This level can be called "ulil albab". This article aims to: describe how the substance of the concept of plural intelligence according to western experts and the concept of multiple intelligences according to the Qur'an and hadith. From the discussion it was concluded that Multiple Intelligence is a theory of multiple intelligences presented by Prof. Howard Gardner whose substance directs us that the potential of our children, especially if associated with intelligence, to understand multiple intelligence is not to make our children become great. However, the concept, at least can help us to understand that our children save tremendous potential that leads to a distance away from the intelligent substance itself that is distancing from understanding, living and practicing Islamic teachings in accordance with the provisions of the Koran and Al-Sunnah. If we as Muslims who feel as ulil albab, then always bite with molars (holding firm) the legacy of the Prophet Muhammad, before referring to other references.

The quality of life within the organizational environment has not reflected positively on people with disabilities, because in addition to their common characteristics, they carry others that limit them to perform tasks that are simple for others. In this sense, the study aims to analyze the quality of life at work of people with disabilities in private school. The research has qualitative, descriptive and comparative character. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Three public educational institutions and one private educational institution participated in the research. The main findings were that in public educational institutions there were no people with disabilities, so they could not analyze their quality of life in these institutions. In the private institution there are people with disabilities, having this type of employee is the initiative of the organization and not only because there are laws that require them to have a percentage of this type of employee. This type of employee is treated like other employees, from the recruitment and selection stage to the performance evaluation. However, they suffer prejudice from students and employees of the educational institutions themselves. To reduce this, internal awareness actions are proposed.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation, including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity
