<p>This research aims to find out the scouting extracurricular activities for character education in discipline at Zaid Bin Thabit SMPIT Bogor. The formation of this character is very important, education in Indonesia must have the development of the potential of students to become human beings who believe and obey God Almighty, have good character, have good knowledge, are creative, independent, disciplined and become citizens who are democratic and responsible, and one of the activities that is able to change it is scouting extracurricular activities. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with 30 respondents in eighth grade. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis technique is done by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that character education can be obtained namely, the accuracy of program targets, program implementation, and program monitoring in scouting extracurricular activities for disciplined character education. More than half of the students enjoyed participating in scouting activities, and stated that scouting activities needed to be carried out at school. Based on this research, scouting activities can be an alternative in discipline character education.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam kedisplinan di SMPIT Zaid Bin Tsabit Bogor. Pembentukan karakter ini sangat penting, pendidikan di Indonesia harus memiliki perkembangan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dani bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, berilmu cakap, kreatif, mandiri, disiplin dan menjadi warga negara yangi demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, dan salah satu kegiatan yang mampu merubahnya adalah kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang pada kelas delapan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dapat diperoleh yakni, ketepatan sasaran program, pelaksanaan program, dan pemantauan program dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan. Lebih dari setengahnya siswa senang mengikuti kegiatan kepramukaan, dan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan kepramukaan perlu dilaksanakan di sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, kegiatan kepramukaan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan.</p>

This study aims to describe the implementation of the character education of students' courtesy through beautiful media at SD Negeri 11 Mataram. This research method using descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of beautiful media in improving the character of courtesy of students at SD Negeri 11 Mataram shows the results and can provide concrete experiences for students in being polite in everyday life, especially at school.

This study aims to determine the implementation of local wisdom-based schools at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo, Kab. Bombana; know the understanding of school principals, school developers and teachers about local wisdom-based school development; knowing the form of local wisdom being developed; and the local wisdom-based school development strategy implemented and the impact of its implementation on students at SDN 49 Liano. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data checking techniques using triagulation techniques and data sources. The results showed that the understanding of the meaning of school based on local wisdom between the principal, the development team and the teacher was the same, namely the condition of the school which applied local wisdom in a learning atmosphere. Local wisdom applied at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo includes language, arts and culinary specialties. SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo uses five strategies in local wisdom-based school development, namely preparing an agenda for teaching the priorities of local wisdom values, preparing supporting facilities, implementing implementation strategies, collaborating with outsiders, and establishing cooperation with the community. The form of implementing school based on local wisdom at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo can be seen from the integration of local wisdom in learning and extracurricular activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo, Kab. Bombana; mengetahuai pemahaman kepala sekolah, pengembang sekolah dan guru tentang pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal; mengetahui bentuk kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan; dan strategi pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal yang diterapkan serta dampak dari implementasinya terhadap peserta didik di SDN 49 Liano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pemeriksaan data dengan menggunakan triagulasi teknik dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pengertian sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal antara kepala sekolah, tim pengembang dan guru sama, yaitu kondisi sekolah yang menerapkan kearifan lokal dalam suasana pembelajaran. Kearifan lokal yang diterapkan di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo di antaranya adalah bahasa, seni dan kuliner khas daerah. SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo menggunakan lima strategi dalam pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal yaitu menyusun agenda pengajaran perioritas nilai-nilai luhur kearifan lokal, menyiapkan fasilitas penunjang, melakukan strategi pelaksanaan, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak luar, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan masyarakat. Bentuk implementasi sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo dapat dilihat dari pengintegrasian kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The panel of judges adjudicating the money laundering case found the defendant guilty of the crime of money laundering from the narcotics crime, and therefore sentenced the defendant to 7 (seven) years imprisonment. Based on this, the formulation of the problems in this study: 1) How are the legal rules regarding money laundering in Indonesia, 2) How is law enforcement against the crime of money laundering in the Medan District Court, 3) What is the basis for the judge's consideration in imposing crimes against money laundering offenders in the Decision Number 311 / Pid.sus / 2018 / PN. Mdn. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the crime of money laundering is regulated in Law no. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (UU PP - TPPU). The threat of money laundering is regulated in Article 3, namely imprisonment for a maximum of 20 (twenty) years and a maximum fine of Rp. 10,000,000,000. The panel of judges at the District Court that adjudicates money laundering crimes acts decisively in imposing crimes, especially because the examination process usually receives public scrutiny, such as money laundering from narcotics and corruption crimes. The basis for the consideration that the panel of judges, the defendant has participated in the circulation of narcotics by receiving, transferring money as payment for narcotics, this is commonly done by the perpetrators of the Crime of Money Laundering to disguise or hide the origin of the proceeds of crime. However, the panel of judges had imposed a sentence that was too low on the defendant, namely 7 years in prison, far below the threat of money laundering in Article 3 of the TPPU Law where the defendant was found guilty, namely 20 years in prison.

Literature and character education are two things that can not be separated. Literature as a reflection of the life of the community generally teaches the reader to be able to understand the wisdom of the displayed story. Literature can be used as a medium of learning, especially in the process of internalization of the value of character education to learners. The value of character education in the literary work is expected to be followed by the students. Currently, Indonesia is experiencing moral degradation. The need for moral cultivation to the learners aims to create human beings who are virtuous in the future. Each subject has the right to internalize character education to learners. So in the Indonesian language, the process of characterization of character education can be done when learning on literary materials. This study aims to describe the value of character education in Solopos children's stories. this research is included in qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study concluded that in the story Solopos child, there is a value of character education that can be taught to learners, especially at the elementary school level. The results showed that this child's story can be used as a reference for teachers, as a medium to internalize character education at the elementary school level. Sastra dan pendidikan karakter merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Sastra sebagai cerminan kehidupan masyarakat, umumnya mengajarkan kepada pembaca untuk dapat memahami hikmah dari cerita yang ditampilkan. Sastra dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, terutama dalam proses penginternalisasian nilai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam karya sastra tersebut diharapkan dapat diteladani oleh peserta didik. Saat ini Indonesia sedang mengalami degradasi moral. Perlunya penanaman moral kepada peserta didik bertujuan untuk menciptakan manusia yang berbudi pekerti di masa depan. Setiap mata pelajaran memiliki hak untuk menginternalisasikan pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Maka dalam bahasa Indonesia, proses penginternalisasian pendidikan karakter dapat dilakukan ketika pembelajaran pada materi kesastraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam cerita anak Solopos. penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian diskrptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam cerita anak Solopos, terdapat nilai pendidikan karakter yang dapat diajarkan kepada peserta didik terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa cerita anak ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukkan bagi guru, sebagai media untuk menginternalisasikan pendidikan karakter pada jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract.     Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil has experienced development in recent years. However, based on BMT performance data in West Bandung regency is less optimal. It is known that there are one efficient BMTs in West Bandung Regency and three BMTs that are inefficient. The cause of BMT's less optimal performance is inefficiency in operational activities. This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of BMT in West Bandung 2011-2017 period and find out the causes of inefficiency. This study uses secondary data from four BMTs in West Bandung District which are sampled. The research method used is descriptive method with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) analysis technique which is to measure the level of efficiency of a company. Input variables used are operating expenses, total assets, and TPF. Furthermore, the output variables used are SHU, income, and financing. Based on the results of research conducted, the conditions of the BMT in West Bandung Regency have not been perfectly efficient. There are three BMTs that have experienced inefficiencies including BMT Dana Ukhuwah, BMT Mustama, and BMT Rabbani. Keywords.          Efficiency, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil, Data Envelopment Analysis

The sar culture is the pre-existing culture of the Kanum tribe whose implementation is aimed to maintain and preserve nature. Sar culture not only has a positive influence on the environment, but it also represents symbolic violence against women and the Kanum people. This research is aimed to describe sar culture based on the theory of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. This research involved a qualitative descriptive method, in which the data was obtained from in-depth interviews with Kanum tribal head, Kanum tribe elders, and some village residents involved in sar, observation in Naukenjerai district, and supported by literature review. All collected data were then analyzed descriptively according to the concepts of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. The research results show that sar culture is a habitus resulting from an interaction between human beings and their nature that has existed for long before. Besides that, there is symbolic violence to the Kanum women and also to the Kaum people, which done by the Kanum men and the leaders of the Kanum tribe as the dominant actors.

This research examines and discovers the variation and formation of slang in the street food court (angkringan) of the Perpek community, Ponorogo Regency, which is indicated by a variant of the slang language. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data is in the form of words from languages that contain slang forms and are spoken by sellers and buyers. Data collection uses observation techniques supported by note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used is the equivalent method and the method of religion. The findings of this research are four processes of the formation of slang language in terms of the formation of phonological structures, namely: (1) reversing the overall arrangement of letters, for example "mahal" to "laham", (2) giving an insert at the beginning and at the end both vowels and consonants, for example "kopi" becomes "ngikop", (3) exchanges consonants and replaces one or two letters, for example "sedikit" becomes "sikit", and (4) words are shortened or cut without changing their meanings, for example "mama cantik" to be "macan". The results of the research findings indicate the formation of new slang languages that are different from the original languages, both from Indonesian and regional languages (Javanese). Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menemukan variasi dan pembentukan bahasa slang di angkringan komunitas Perpek, Kabupaten Ponorogo, yang terindikasi ditemuakan varian bahasa slang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa kata dari bahasa yang mengandung bentuk bahasa slang dan dituturkan oleh penjual dan pembeli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi yang didukung dengan teknik simak-libat-catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan dan metode agih. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh temuan berupa empat proses pembentukan variasi bahasa slang dari segi pembentukan struktur fonologis, yaitu: (1) membalikkan susunan huruf secara keseluruhan, misal "mahal" menjadi "laham", (2) memberikan sisipan di awal dan di akhir kata, baik vokal maupun konsonan, misal "kopi" menjadi "ngikop", (3) menukar konsonan dan mengganti satu atau dua huruf,  misal "sedikit" menjadi "sikit", dan (4) kata dipendekkan atau dipotong tanpa mengubah maknanya, misal "mama cantik" menjadi "macan". Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya pembentukan bahasa slang baru yang berbeda dari bahasa aslinya, baik dari bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa daerah (bahasa Jawa).

Character education is a form of cultivation of noble character in students. The aspect of 'social care' character is one of the most important of the eighteen character education in Indonesia, this is because the sense of sensitivity and help towards others in the environment around students begins to diminish. There are various kinds of media to succeed in internalizing character education, one of which is a novel. The novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy can be said to be a complete novel in instilling character in Indonesia. Therefore, researchers will explore how the value of social care character education in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi. The research method used is qualitative descriptive qualitative research. The novel Merindu Baginda Nabi as a source of data in this study, in the form of dialogue and narrative stories about character education about social care. Based on the results of the analysis, seventeen data were found that were divided into four important parts, namely: giving help to others, caring for others, mutual respect, and sympathy.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Triple Bottom Line in the application of management accounting in the mining industry in Donggala Regency. This research method uses Qualitative Descriptive Method with respondents as many as 30 people who are communities around the location of the company, community leaders, and local government. The analytical tool used in this study is Phenomenology Analysis and data collection techniques carried out by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation to respondents directly.Based on the result of this research shows that company is PT. Balikpapan Ready Mix is not apply yet the concept of Triple Bottom Line in implementation of environment managementaccounting in the company.
