This study aims at knowing the difference in decreased levels of iron (Fe), lead (Pb), and manganese (Mn) in leachate before and after treatment. Research used a true experimental design with pre-post test design. The amount of leachate that is used in each treatment is 10 liters of leachate and 1 kg of water hyacinth, and do in 3 times repetition. Analysis of the was tested using One Way ANOVA test followed by LSD (Least Significance Difference). The results showed that there were significant differences in the use of water hyacinth in the leachate decreased levels of iron (Fe), lead (Pb), and manganese (Mn) with a value of ρ = 0.000. Research results before treatment (pre-test) levels Fe = 6.30 mg / l, after treatment (post-test) Fe = 0.25 mg / l, before treatment (pre-test) value Pb = 2.90 mg / l, after treatment (post-test) and Pb = 0.33 before treatment (pre-test) the value of Mn = 2.68 mg / l, after treatment (post-test) Mn = 0.08 mg / l. It is known that the ability of water hyacinth weighing 1 kg with a time of 6 days is more effective than water hyacinth 2 days and 4 days in the lower levels of iron (Fe), lead (Pb) and manganese (Mn) in the leachate. It can be concluded that water hyacinth could reduce levels of iron (Fe), lead (Pb) and manganese (Mn) in the leachate with contact time 6 days.

One of the tasks of the development of children aged 11-15 years is to think in a more abstract and logical way and more idealistic thinking. This ability to think will be disrupted if teenagers have difficulty concentrating during learning. Therefore we need a method that is fun and can make children relax in learning so that they can concentrate their concentration on ongoing learning. One method that can be used is the Murrotal Al-Qur'an therapy. The aim of the study was to determine whether there was any effect of murottal therapy on the concentration of students at Muara Enim 2 MTsN. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the design of the one group pretest posttest. The sample used was all students of class VIII.G at MTsN 2 Muara Enim. The results showed that the average concentration score of class VIII.G students before Murottal therapy was given was 10.84 with a standard deviation of 3.043. While the average concentration score of class VIII.G students after being given murottal therapy was 17.90 with a standard deviation of 1.233, so that the difference in mean concentration scores before and after murottal therapy was 7.06 with a standard deviation of 1.81. Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained ρ value = 0,000, with a value of α = 0.05 (p <0.05), this shows that there is a significant difference between the concentration of students before and after being given murottal therapy. It is expected that the school can make a policy about the application of murottal therapy in increasing student concentration.

Women who have age 35 these group will get increased morbidity and mortality experience if they pregnant. Implant is one method of effective an safety long-term contraception. Bendo Health Center have the lowest acceptor implants in Kediri that is 0%. The purpose of this research to know the difference motivation of childbearing age couples women in age  35-49 years to use implant before and after giving information. The design used a pre-experiment design with one group pre-test post-test design, the population was all childbearing age couples women in age  35-49 years at Mojolegi Hamlet Bendo Village Pare District who have children, not use contraception or still use non-Long Term contraception Method which total 72 people. The samplehave a lot 61 people according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample removal technique used simple random sampling. The result of this research, from 61 respondents get average of respondent motivation before give information is 65 and after give information is 69, show that respondent’s motivation get increase after got information. And after going through the data analysis it was found z calculate ; z table, so in this case have difference motivation of childbearing age couples women in age  35-49 years to use implants before and after giving information.; Keywords: Counseling, Motivation, Implants

Abstract: The pain, TENS, Myofascial Release. The research objective was to determine the effect of administration of TENS and Myofascial Release to decline Mechanical Neck Pain. This study design is one group of pre and post-test design. Subjects and treatment are 20 people who suffer from neck pain mechanic who met the study criteria given TENS and myofascial release treatment for 2 weeks. Points clinical research "Fitasoma" Colomadu, Karanganyar, Central Java. The results of the significance of pain before and after treatment have a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is an influence of TENS and Myofascial Release to the reduction of mechanical neck pain. TENS and Myofascial Release have the effect of reducing pain in patients with mechanical neck pain

Media audiovisual dapat digunakan sebagai media layanan informasi yang dapat  dimanfaatkan oleh konselor dan siswa untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami materi layanan.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuktikan apakah layanan informasi dengan media audiovisual efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang motif menikah dikalangan siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadyah Sayung Demak. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah termasuk dalam jenis eksperimental design, dengan metode the one group pre test – post test design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadyah Sayung Demak tahun ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 18 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah instrument tes pemahaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman tentang motif menikah dikalangan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan informasi dengan media audiovisual (z=  3.732,  P<0.05). Jadi layanan informasi dengan media audiovisual efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang motif menikah dikalangan siswa. Penelitian ini mempunyai implikasi bahwa guru bimbingan konseling disekolah perlu memberikan layanan informasi dengan media audiovisual untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang motif menikah dikalangan siswa.   Audiovisual media can be used as an information service medium that can be used by counselors and students to help students understand the service materials. The aim of the research is to prove whether information service with audiovisual media is effective to improve understanding about married motives among class XII students of SMK Muhammadyah Sayung Demak. The design of this study is included in the type of experimental design, with the method of the one group pre test - post test design. Subjects in this study were students of class XII SMK Muhammadyah Sayung Demak academic year 2017/2018 as many as 18 students. The instrument used in data collection is the comprehension test instrument. The results showed that there was an increased understanding of the motives of marriage among students before and after being given information services with audiovisual media (z = 3.732, P <0.05). this study has implications that information services with audiovisual media are effective to improve understanding of the motives of marriage among students.

Background: The important aspect for child especially children with mental retardation is oral health. Children with mental retardation have limitations in motoric activities that relate to the actions of dental hygiene in normally, that activities is toothbrushing and it can do by bass and horizontal method. The aim of this study is to know the difference effectiveness toothbrushing with bass and horizontal method on the changed of plaque index in children with mental retardation. Method: The quasi experimental methods with non-equivalent group design with post test design was used in this research and have done on 24 children with mild mental retardation at SDLB Purwosari Kudus which divided two groups, 12 students brushing with bass method and 12 students brushing with horizontal method. Result: The data were tested with paired t-test to compare plaque index before and after toothbrushing with bass and horizontal method, showed that there were meaningful differences (p<0,05). Independent t-test to compare the changed of plaque index between both methods, showed that there were no meaningful differences (p>0,05). Conclusion: It concluded that both bass and horizontal method effectively on the changed of plaque index in children with mental retardation. There was no difference effectiveness between both methods.

The objective of this research is to find out whether there is any significant difference of students in Listening skill between before and after being taught by using the Video. The research is conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol Pasuruan. Sample of this study is students in 7th grade class A. The method that is used in this research is quantitative method with pre-experimental design Pretest and postest. To get the data, the researcher gave pre-test, treatment and post-test to the students. The researcher using Video in Teaching Listening. Based on the result of this research, the shows that ,there is significant difference of students test in Teaching Listening class before and after students are given video in litening class. The data obtained are then analyzed using the t-test and obtained with a significant level of 5%, it is known that tcount = 16.56 is greater than t table = 2.06. Thus, it shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and by using the Eta Squared formula. The results of the calculation obtained a value of 0.91.

Background: The number block is a media that Montessori created in 1909. This block media is made of a wooden square and consists of 10 blocks with red and blue colors. Each red and blue segment represents the sum of 1 block. According to Fridani in Kompas Daily (2010), the block game itself has several advantages, including that children can recognize mathematical concepts because by playing blocks, children get to know more concepts - less, the same and not the same, the concepts of numbers and numbers and science. Such as calculating, classification, gravity, and stabilization.Objective: To determine the effect of number blocks on increasing numeracy skills in mentally disabled childrenMethod: The research design was a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test - a post-test design approachResults: Before being given the intervention to play numeric blocks, most of the ten respondents (59%) had the level of numeracy (analyzing number symbols, addition, and subtraction) in children with mental retardation, which was in the low category. Mental is in the good category for eight respondents (47%), and five respondents (29%) are included in the good category.Conclusion: There is an effect of numeracy skills on children with mental retardation before and after the intervention to play number blocks.

Memasang infus merupakan salah satu tindakan invasif yang harus dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa perawat, namun demikian tidak semua mahasiswa keperawatan memiliki kemampuan dan kompetensi  untuk melakukan tindakan tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pelatihan pemasangan infus terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dalam memasang infus. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pre experimental design dengan bentuk pre-post test design without control group , analisis data menggunakan uji beda T-Test untuk melihat adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Populasi dalam penelitian  mahasiswa semester 4,  sampel diambil  yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan yang dilakukan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam melakukan pemasangan infus.Mahasiswa disarankan untuk terus belajar dan dapat memanfaatkan kesempatan saat praktik dirumah sakit atau klinik agar kemampuan memasang infus dapat lebih terlatih.Dosen pembimbing harus memisahkan mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan kurang dan memberikan bimbingan tambahan. Kata kunci: pelatihan, pemasangan infus, perilaku. ABSTRACT Giving infusion is one invasive procedure that should be performed by nursesstudents, however, not all nursing students have the ability and competence to perform those actions. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence from training infusion to knowledge, attitude and practice  in an Action to give infusion. The design study is pre experimental design with a form of pre-post test design without control group, analysis of data using different test T-Test to see the differences before and after intervention. The population in the 4th semester student research, the sample was taken that met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires and observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that there are significant training performed on the behavior of the students in doing infusion.Students are advised to continue to learn and can take advantage of the opportunity when the practice in a hospital or clinic so the ability to give infusion  can be trained. The study was backed by teachers who did not use the learning media while learning to teach and students felt difficulties in remembering and understanding fractional matter so that many students gained value under the embassy. Based on the background, the research aims to describe the influence of the use of media puzzles on student learning outcomes. This method of research is Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Of Pre-Test Post-Test which only involve one class. The purpose of this research is to learn the students ' learning outcomes before and after using the media puzzle in grade III students at SDN Pucangsimo 1. The samples in this study were grade III students numbering 49 children. This study was conducted for two meetings with a 1-week time interval. The results showed that in pretests activities (without using media) There are 30 students in the category of incomplete, there are 10 students who are in the category completed or reach the value of the KKM and there are 9 students who value above the KKM. As for the average student learning results when Pretests reaches 68 in the classical has not fulfilled the KKM, while in post-test activities There are 35 students who obtained a value above the KKM with an average of 83. The influence of learning the fractional material mathematics of grade III students at SDN Pucangsimo 1 shows that there is a significance difference of 0.00 smaller than the significance of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then the hypothesis (H1) in this study was declared acceptable. This means that the variable use of media puzzles affects students ' learning outcomes before and after using the media puzzle in the learning process.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of xylitol gum administration in CKD patients. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a pre post test design with a total sample of 20 respondents. Oral health of respondents was measured using the OHIP questionnaire with a Likert scale and scoring. The results showed there were differences in oral health before and after being given xylitol gum with a value of ρ value <0.05. Conclusion, administration of Xylitol gum affects the oral health (xerostomia) of CKD patients.   Keywords: CKD, Oral Health (Xerostomia), Xylitol
