Since 2005, the Faculty of al-Quran and Sunnah Studies in Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) has published Ma‘alim al-Quran wa al-Sunnah as a trilingual and bi-annual journal. The 16-year-old journal underwent a lengthy process of improvement before obtaining MyCite recognition in 2019. Since its inception, the journal has successfully published a total of 187 quality articles in the field of Quranic and Sunnah studies. This article then examines journal publication statistical data from the first publication in 2005 to 2020. As a result, the quantitative approach to statistically evaluating the findings was chosen as the research method. This study's findings are associated with writing patterns such as writing language, author gender, authors affiliation, writing frequency, and writing field. According to the findings, 408 authors published a total of 186 articles, with the majority of 323 are men. The data also show that 116 articles were in Arabic, 54 articles were in Malay, and the rest were in English. In this journal, single authorship is the most preferred method (92 articles), and the highest page number ratio is 11 to 20 pages (78 articles). Quranic studies account for 53.23% of the articles, and thematic studies are the most popular among authors, accounting for 55 articles. Malaysian authors contribute the most articles (267) followed by Jordanians (41). The authors with the most contributions, 250 in total, were all affiliated with USIM.

The purposes of this study are: (1) to know the ratings of the most cited authors, (2) to determine what means of bibliography was cited most frequently, (3) to know what subject is often cited and, (4) to know the obsolescence of the cited literature in the undergraduate theses written by students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. The research method used a quantitative approach through bibliometric analysis to determine the characteristics of the papers with citation analysis. The results are (1) the author that is most widely cited is M. Atar Semi, and the top 5 authors that are widely cited are M. Atar Semi, Gorys Keraf, Hendry Guntur Tarigan, Suharsimi Arikunto, and Abdurahman; (2) book (80.24%) is a type of literatures that are most widely cited in the theses; (3) the most favorite subject of the theses is "effective sentences"and, (4) the publication time of literature cited in the theses is 21.4 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

This study aims to interpret in depth the cultural values ​​of Confucianism reflected in the management control system of Chinese ethnic families in Minangkabau. This study uses qualitative interpretive. Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Self-resilience is the ability to continue life after adversity or after experiencing heavy stress is not a fortune, but it describes the existence of certain abilities in individuals. Reality counseling is a system that focuses on current behavior. Therapists serve as teachers and models and confront clients in ways that help them cope with reality and meet basic needs without harming themselves or others. At the heart of reality therapy is the acceptance of personal responsibility, which is analogous to mental health. This study aims to determine how reality counseling can improve students' self-resilience at Unipa Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the research method of pretest posttest one group design. The data analysis used was statistical test using SPSS 17. The results showed that all indicators had a significant difference level. This significant difference can be seen from the level of resilience achieved by the counselees. This shows that reality counseling is effective in increasing the resilience of students in facing current conditions. Keywords: Reality Counseling, Self Resilience, Quasi Experiment

The article presents main theoretical assumptions and empirical implementations of Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA). The main phases of this research method, as the alternative to the quantitative approach which is applied in political science are described. Strengths and weaknesses of this method are described from the perspective of epistemological value obtained by the user of QCA method. Some Polish and foreign examples of QCA implementation are also indicated.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of teacher work culture on teacher performance, and the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work culture on teacher performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires to 56 teachers/respondents. The data analysis technique is carried out through regression correlation analysis with statistical data processing of SPSS 17.0. The results show that the principal's transformational leadership in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is in the high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. The more effective the transformational leadership of the principal, the more teacher performance increases. Second, the work culture of teachers in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency is in high criteria. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that teacher work culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the work culture of the teacher, the higher the teacher's performance. Third, teachers' performance in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is generally at high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and teacher work culture positively influence teacher performance. It means that the more influential the principal's transformational leadership is and the higher its work culture, the more teacher performance increases.

<em>This study aims to determine the description and influence of human capital, creativity and organizational performance at Krisnadwipayana University.  The research method used in this study using quantitative methods can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. Researchers who use a quantitative approach will test a theory by detailing specific hypotheses, then collect data to support or refute these hypotheses. The approach to be used in this research is a quantitative analysis approach based on statistical information. This study shows that the effect of human capital on creativity has a significant effect, the effect of human capital based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, the effect of creativity based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, and the effect of human capital through creativity does not affect organizational performance. because the existence of creativity as a mediating variable does not make the role of human capital increase in organizational performance.</em>

ABSTRACT Excellent service is part of the target PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to maximize efforts in innovation services, one of which implementation is the existence of Bogor Station, This study uses a quantitative approach, according to the basic assumptions axiology quantitative approach seeks explanation of the relationship between the variables studied, while the research method used is descriptive analysis, which aims to explain or describe further the pattern of correlation, the relationship between two or more variables studied, technique of analysis by analyzing the performance of services with Servqual Service, methods of science and CSI and utility station facilities in terms of user services based on standards Minimum service station where respondents are users of services in Bogor Station. Based on the analysis we can conclude CSI scores of this study is 62%, which indicates the overall service of Bogor Station are included in the category quite satisfied and there are five attributes that a top priority for immediate improved performance, among others, the availability of the number of toilets, availability and comfort of the lounge (waiting room) passengers, cleanliness and comfort toilet, comfort and ease up/down passenger (Peron) and the availability of information and the announcement of train travel. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) untuk memaksimalkan upaya dalam inovasi pelayanannya, dimana salah satunya implementasinya adalah dengan keberadaan Stasiun Bogor, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menurut asumsi dasar aksiologi pendekatan kuantitatif berusaha mencari penjelasan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau mendiskripsikan lebih jauh pola hubungan korelasi, keterkaitan antara dua atau lebih variabel yang diteliti, teknik analisis dengan menganalisa kinerja pelayanan dengan Servqual Service, metode IPA lalu CSI dan utilitas fasilitas stasiun ditinjau dari pengguna jasa berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimum Stasiun dimana respondennya yaitu pengguna jasa di Stasiun Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan nilai CSI dari penelitian ini yaitu 62 % yang mengindikasikan secara keseluruhan pelayanan Stasiun Bogor termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas dan terdapat 5 atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk segera ditingkatkan kinerjanya antara lain, ketersediaan jumlah toilet, ketersediaan dan kenyamanan ruang tunggu (waiting room) penumpang, kebersihan dan kenyamanan toilet, kenyamanan dan kemudahan naik/turun penumpang (Peron) dan ketersediaan informasi dan pengumuman perjalanan kereta api.
