Urban Green Open Space has important benefits for the lives of its residents. However, the problem that often arises is that there are many green open spaces in the city only as spaces that are responsive to the climate, environment, and as noise absorbers. Even though its existence is more than that, Green Open Space should also be able to fulfill the social activities of city dwellers in interacting, communicating and other social realities to create positive mental growth for fellow city residents. Architecture can be used as a vehicle to make a place not only a visual use but also can be a benefit for human life in the quality of its social reality. Therefore, research activities are needed by observing the relationship between Green Open Space and social activities of the city community as users to find the identity of the place so that the character is seen as the cause of the place to exist. The research was conducted by adopting a qualitative method that was translated descriptively at certain times in a factual manner so that the audience got a clear picture of the social reality that occurred. The results of the study explain that the pattern of activities that occur interactively on the character of the place provided contextually is intended for teenage visitors. There is no strict place limit between adolescent habitus social activities, this is a stereotype of the arena, capital, and power of adolescents who tend to be free.

In trying to show you the character of social anthropology as an academic discipline, I might try to sketch some substantive and perhaps intriguing findings in the field, or the history of its development, or some of its major intellectual problems today. I have chosen the last of these alternatives, because by showing the general problems we are grappling with I hope to reveal to you, in part no doubt inadvertently, the ways that anthropologists think, and also how our difficulties in part arise from the character of the social reality itself, which we confront and try to understand. The fundamental questions which social anthropology asks are about the forms, the nature, and the extent of order in human social life, as it can be observed in the different parts of the world. There is no need to prejudge the extent of this order; as members of one society we know how unpredictable social life can be. But concretely, human life varies greatly around the world, and it seems possible to characterize its forms to some extent. We seek means systematically to discover, record and understand these forms.

In addition, as a social document, the collection of short stories can be identified a social setting that actually became a place of social events occurred, the social setting of the Penembak Misterius that occurred during the New Order era in the 1980s. More precisely the social setting created at the party meeting officials in a hotel, the shootings through the night, and the violence of the state apparatus. The social context referred to by Seno Gumira Ajidarma is a mysterious shooting incident known as "petrus" during the New Order period. It is intended to denounce the practice of legal violence from the action of "petrus." As a social document or even a social critique of the New Order rule, the Penembak Misterius trilogy comes as a social relation of literary works to social reality. The study is devoted to examining the essence of the phenomenon of social and cultural urbanism – an extensive interdisciplinary field of research devoted to cities and the processes of urban lifestyle formation, urban leisure, overcoming depersonalization, asociality and isolation of citizens, their mutual alienation and antipathy. The modern city is considered as a specific, ration-ally organized territory; a special self-developing whole organism, where a uniquely organized so-cial and patial environment arises, the form of existence of a particular society. The problems of social and cultural urbanism are connected with mass urban culture and leisure, within the frame-work of which projects of recreation zones are being developed that positively affect the develop-ment of urban spaces and communities, making them attractive to residents and tourists. In any urban environment, a special way and type of culture develops; in the structure of the settlement functional clusters are formed that integrate the life, work and leisure of citizens. The quality of human life largely depends on the state of the social and cultural environment created in the city (quality of housing, public services, communications, trade, health care, education, etc.). The ur-ban social and cultural environment is positioned as a complex self-organizing subsystem of the urban structure, characterized by a number of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The urban environment through the methods of people interaction forms a unique social and psychological type of personality, which is characterized by rationality, mobility, willingness to change, the sub-ordination of one’s own interests to the needs of others, the ability to overcome the difficulties of reality. Common problems of the urban social and cultural environment are insufficient cultural and leisure infrastructure; low living standards and purchasing power of the population; lack of sustainable cultural and historical traditions; lack of active partnership between organizations of the spheres of culture, leisure and art in solving city problems.

This article examines the decision-making process that led to the creation of the Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) in 1999. The authors begin by discussing the history of the Agency's predecessor, the Health Surveillance Secretariat, and the need for its modernization to adjust the quality of the products under its control to domestic and international demands. From the theoretical perspective of neo-institutionalism, the article goes on to analyze the social and political context surrounding the debate on the proposed alternatives to adjust Health Surveillance to new rules in line with such requirements, focusing especially on the formulation of the new policy, the decision-making arena, and the actors with specific interests in the sector. The research drew on extensive documentary and media material, plus interviews with key actors. The article concludes that a determinant factor for the creation of ANVISA was the favorable domestic political context, fostering a positive correlation of forces that (in an extremely short timeframe, 1998-1999) allowed the creation of the first regulatory agency in the social policies area in Brazil.

The work is dedicated to the newest approach in legal science, the phenomenon of cyclicality. Cyclicality is a long-standing philosophical idea and concept that is practised in various scientific fields. To become a scientific theory and paradigm, it has gone a long evolutionary way from antiquity to modernity. The cyclical approach is in the "armament" of many sciences. It provides scientists with a whole methodological basis for scientific research, a completely different vision of the processes occurring in various spheres of human life. Unfortunately, modern jurisprudence still pays little attention to the phenomenon of cyclicality, its study in law. However, some developments of scientists indicate a growing interest to these issues. For example, Yu. A. Tikhomirov notes that the cyclical approach to the development of law allows us to abandon the mechanistic attitude to it and simplified assessments on the one hand, from a purely "text" perception of law as a set of legal acts that come in place of each other - on the other hand. With its help, there is an opportunity to reveal, understand and consciously influence all stages of life of both public and private law. To see their connections and crossovers, to identify the hidden facets of law. The concept of cyclicality has also become the basis for the "theory of constitutional cycles" by A.N. Medushevsky, who identifies evolutionary and revolutionary models of constitutional cycling, various models of constitutional cycles in post-socialist countries, and assesses exit strategies. He comes to the main conclusion that the cyclicality is traced in the constitutional development of different countries of the world, in particular, it is manifested in the laws of adoption and modification of the constitution. Due to cyclicality, we are able to analyze the past, model the future, trace the dynamics of any legal phenomena and processes. On the example of the "legislative cycle", we see that cyclicality can be both a form of legislative process and a methodological tool for legislative activity. Through the category of "life cycles" of law, the social, "living" nature of law is manifested, its dynamic essence is revealed. The cycle extends the conceptual and categorical apparatus of theoretical jurisprudence. This approach is also important in the study of deterministic and bifurcation processes in law. The interdisciplinary, integrative nature of the doctrine of cyclicality allows extrapolating into the sphere of modern jurisprudence some knowledge and developments in other sciences, in particular, economics and politics. All this suggests that the phenomenon of cyclicality is important in the process of studying the legal reality, in the process of learning it. Both the paradigm and the methodological basis of cyclicality can play a significant role in changing the quality of law. We also emphasize that today there are already substantial developments in the law, which uses the cyclical approach, however, these are only "first swallows". The theoretical and methodological potential of this approach for general theoretical and applied jurisprudence is only beginning to be discovered by researchers. It is possible to express confidence that addressing these issues by interested specialists will be useful to both science and society.

The concept of the quality of life: The medical and the bioethical aspectThe concept of the quality of life initially contained mainly objective indicators. It was only later that it was extended so as to include the subjective ones as well. Upon its transfer from its original medical context into the social sciences, the concept of the quality of life has inspired a new approach to sick persons. It is now acknowledged that it is not enough to merely prolong a life. It also has to meet the standards generally recognized by active, healthy people. In the assessment of the quality of life both objective state of human health and socio-economic status and subjective satisfaction with life and perception of each other indicators are used. It is used, among other things, to evaluate the effects of medical and non-medical health care and medical intervention. In bioethics, it is noted that the term diminishes the value of human life. The methods used to assess the value of human life based on economic analysis and the measuring of the quality of life can lead to undesirable consequences. Conclusion: on the one hand, the estimation of the quality of life is imminent for various reasons; on the other hand, however, it raises ethical objections.
