The aim of this research is to know the extent to which the use of English song improves students’ vocabulary at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Halmahera Utara. This research was quantitative research by using pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this research was 20 students in class  X-3 Social science students by using convenience sampling technique. The instrument used in the research was the song lyrics. The students’ answer the question by determining noun, verb and adjective of  vocabulary consisting of 50 items. The data were analyzed by using t-test. It was found that teaching vocabulary by using English Song helped the students to master vocabulary. Based on the data analysis, teaching by using English Song could significantly improve students’ vocabulary.The research  shows the score of pre-test and posttest as follow:  pretest 58.9 score and posttest 75.1 score, and T-count value obtain 12.7 and t critic 1.729 at the significant level 0.05. It means t-count is higher that t-critic. The null hypothesis (H0) stating that teaching vocabulary through English song cannot improve students vocabulary is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hi) stated that teaching vocabulary through English song can improve students’ vocabulary mastery at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Halmahera Utara is accepted.

This research is to know is there is significant effect in reading comprehension achievement in X grade at SMK Walisongo 1 Gempol, being taught by suggestopedia method. This research uses quantitative research. The research’s object is X AK-2 of SMK Walisongo 1 Gempol has 28 students. The researcher divides the main activity into pre-test, treatment and post-test. Based on the SPSS 23 Program calculation from mean result of pre-test 70.1 and the result mean of post-test is 83.5. The students’ score is increasing after being given by the treatment. The result of the calculation of this research showed that (sig 2-tailed = 0.002) which is less from (<) 0.05 and significance 5%. It mean that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. From the result of the data analysis above, the use suggestopedia method gives significant effect in students’ reading comprehension achievement This article investigates major points of the speech verbs. On this case, different meaning of verbs was analyzed from Russian into English.  Therefore, analyses of the theory with methodology were described to make better diffusion. To conclude with both outcomes and shortcomings were outlined to get further analyses as the whole.

This investigation deal with quasi experimental in the form non-randomize control group design or non-equivalent by purposing at finding out teaching reading through three stay one stray. The investigation used total sampling technique in determining the sample of the research. The data was taken by using test in the form of multiples choice and it analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inferential analysis. Based on the data analysis was gotten that the result of analysis shown that t-test was higher than t-table. It can be inferred that alternative hypothesis accepted and null hypothesis rejected. Therefore, it concluded that there was significant effect teaching reading through three stay one stray

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengaruh tradisional talempong pacik untuk mengetahui sikap disiplin, toleransi, dan kerjasama siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Padang Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh nilai-nilai yang terkadung dalam falsafah (1) alua jo patuik yang berarti disiplin, (2) bajalan paliharo kaki, paliharo lidah, kato sapatah dipikia an, nan elok dek awak ka tuju dek urang yang berarti toleransi, dan (3) ka mudiak sa antak galah, ka hilia sarangkuah dayuang, sasuai lahie jo bathin, sasuai muluik jo hati yang berarti kerjasama yang terkandung dalam kebudayaan Minangkabau yang selalu diwarisi secara turun-temurun salah satunya melalui kesenian tradisional talempong pacik. Pendekatan ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen pre-test pos-test. Sampel sejumlah 30 orang siswa dari 300 populasi siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Padang Sumatera Barat, ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Varibel bebasnya adalah permainan musik talempong pacik sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah disiplin, toleransi, dan kerjasama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Validitas dan realibilitas instrumen  menggunakan korelasi product moment pearson dan Alpha Cronbach’s. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan antara pre-test dan pos-test.  Kesenian tradisional talempong pacik berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan sikap disiplin, toleransi dan kerjasama siswa SMA Negeri 9 Kota Padang Sumatera Barat.Kata kunci: kesenian tradisional, talempong pacik, pendidikan, disiplin, toleransi, dan kerjasama TRADITIONAL EFFECTIVENESS TALEMPONG PACIK TO INCREASED DISCPLINE, TOLERANCE, AND COOPERATION OF STUDENTSAbstractThis research is aimed at revealing the effect of the traditional art of talempong pacik on the character of discipline, tolerance, and cooperation of the students  of SMAN Padang, Sumatera Barat. This research was quantitative research and used the pre-test pos-test experimental design. The sample were 30 students from 300 population of students from tenth graders in SMAN 9  Padang Sumatera Barat, established by using the purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is a music game talempong pacik while the dependent variable is a discipline, tolerance, and cooperation . The validity and the reliability of the instrument were calculated by using Person product moment and Alpha Cronbach’s. While the data analysis using descriptive analysis t test. The result showed that there were differences that positive and significant correlation between pretest and posttest. Talempong art pacik affect the increased discipline, tolerance, and cooperation of students SMA 9 cities desert country western Sumatra.Keywords: traditional art, talempong pacik, education, discpline, tolerance, and  cooperation

In British social science degree programmes, methods courses have a bad press, and statistics courses in particular are not well-liked by most students. A nationally-coordinated, strategic investment in quantitative skills training, Q-Step, is an attempt to address the issues affecting the shortage of quantitatively trained humanities and social science graduates. Pedagogic approaches to teaching statistics and data analysis to social science students are starting to indicate positive outcomes. This paper contributes to these debates by focusing on the perspective of the student experience in different learning environments: first, we explain the approach taken at the University of Manchester to teaching a core quantitative research methods module for second-year sociology students; and second, we introduce case studies of three undergraduates who took that training and went on to work as interns with social research organisations, as part of a Manchester Q-Step Centre initiative to take learning from the classroom into the workplace. This research was done due to the lack of students' motivation in writing in MTsN 1 Agam. To find out whether there was a significant effect of using Powtoon toward students' motivation in writing, the hypothesis was formulated. This quantitative research was classified into experimental research. The sampling technique used in this research was cluster random sampling. Two groups were selected as the sample of the research that was separated into experimental group and control group. There were 37 students as the respondents in the experimental group and 34 students as the respondents in the control group. The experimental class was taught by using Powtoon as media in teaching and the control group was taught only by using an English book. The result of paired sample t-test showed that the obtained (4,722) was higher than ttable (2,028) for the degree of freedom 36 with the level significant 0,025. The null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. It means there is a significant effect of using Powtoon toward students' motivation in writing at the eighth grade of MTsN 1 Agam. The researcher proved that the Powtoon as a media was able to increase students' motivation in writing.

This research is a type of quantitative research conducted at the Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School in Sawangan Depok, starting from February to July 2019. The population in this study was all female students of class X Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School in Sawangan Depok, with a sample of 42 female students using the Simple Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Instrument analyst technique uses validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing using product moment. The results showed that: 1) There is an influence on the implementation of punishment on the deterrent effect of students who violate the rules of the Islamic Boarding School Al-Hamidiyah Sawangan Depok. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected because the result of "r" count 0.568 is included in the moderate or sufficient category (r count value in the range of 0.40-0.70).

The research is aimed to know the influence of parent’s education level on motivating the student’s match score year 2018/2019. The research is using the quantitative research by corelationmethode. The population in this study were all students of SD 064025 in Medan TuntunganSubdistrict as many as 734 people. The sample is 124 people with a sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling.Data in research obtained is observations, questionnaire, and study documentation. The analytical technique used is a test of the prerequisite for analysis and hypothesis testing using the Program Statistics for Social Science (SPSS) assistance. From the data analysis data, it is found that there is a linear relationship between parent’s education level on motivating the student’s this is supported by the results of testingtcount>ttable and t test is done at the level (= 0,05) that tcount>ttablewas SD with SMP (2,2937 > 1,6675), SD with SMA (5,3917 > 1,6722), SD with D3 (2,2635 > 1,6779), SD with S1(2,0929 > 1,6810)this proves thatis accepted. Then there isinfluencebetweenparent’s education level on motivating learn the student’s in the fourth grade SD Negeri 064025 distric Medan Tuntungan.

<p class="0abstract">This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mobile learning based android in learning vocabulary at the seventh-grade students of SMP Batara Gowa. This type of research is pre-experimental. The research design used was pre-experimental design, namely one group pre-test post-test design. The populations in this study were all seventh-grade students of SMP Batara Gowa, and the sample was class VII.1 as the experimental class which was chosen by using purposive sampling. The results of the data analysis show that the mean score of post-test (70.55) was higher than the mean score of pre-test (34.65). The result of the t-test was 30.117 and t-table 2.093. It could be indicated that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Based on the effectiveness criteria, generally using mobile learning based android was effective in learning vocabulary at the seventh-grade students of SMP Batara Gowa.</p>
