STUDI KASUS PERSEPSI DAN KOMITMEN GURU TERHADAP AKREDITASI SEKOLAH XYZ DI DEPOK, JAWA BARAT

School accreditation from the government is an evaluation that must be passed by every unit of education in Indonesia based on the standards set by the Badan Akreditasi Nasional/Madrasah. School accreditation is not just a requirement that must be met just for formality, but it is an effort to improve school quality. However, the large number of administrative documents that must be completed by schools for accreditation plus the number of teachers’ workloads resulted in teachers viewing school accreditation as an additional work burden. The purpose of this research is to analyze teacher's perception and commitment to the accreditation of XYZ School in Depok, West Java as well as obstacles experienced during accreditation. This is the focus of research because teachers' perceptions and commitments are keys to realize a smooth accreditation process with satisfactory results. This research use qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was done by interview method to two school principals and 12 teachers of XYZ School, supported by questionnaire. The results showed that teachers' perceptions of school accreditation is fairly good, but commitment to accreditation were moderate. The constraints experienced by teachers in accreditation were also considered moderate. Akreditasi sekolah dari pemerintah merupakan evaluasi yang harus dilalui tiap satuan pendidikan di Indonesia berdasarkan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah. Akreditasi sekolah ini bukanlah sekedar persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi tanpa tujuan, tetapi merupakan suatu upaya meningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Di sisi lain, banyaknya dokumen administratif yang harus dilengkapi sekolah untuk akreditasi ditambah banyaknya load kerja guru mengakibatkan guru memandang akreditasi sekolah hanya sebagai beban pekerjaan tambahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi dan komitmen guru, terhadap akreditasi Sekolah XYZ di Depok, Jawa Barat beserta kendala yang dialami selama akreditasi. Hal ini menjadi fokus penelitian dikarenakan persepsi dan komitmen guru menjadi kunci yang sangat penting bagi pihak Sekolah XYZ untuk mewujudkan proses akreditasi yang lancar dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada 2 orang kepala sekolah dan 12 orang guru Sekolah XYZ yang didukung dengan kuesioner. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap akreditasi sekolah termasuk cukup baik, tetapi dan komitmen guru tergolong sedang. Sedangkan kendala yang dialami guru dalam akreditasi juga dinilai sedang.

Solo is one of the two Cities in Indonesia that received the highest award of District / City Worthy Children's implementation from President JokowiWidodo as the City of Eligible Children. The success of Solo to get the award of Decent Child's City can not be separated from the leadership FX.HadiRudyatmo as the Mayor of Solo. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know and explain the leadership of FX.HadiRudyatmo in realizing the Solo of Decent City, (2) To analyze and analyze the factors that make Solo Municipal Children's Favorite and (3) to know and analyze the actors who contribute greatly in Solo Kota Decent Children. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach that explains the results of research, assessment and other references reinforced by empirical data conducted through interviews and observation. The results showed that the leadership of FX.HadiRudyatmo in realizing the Decent City Solo is very democratic but the egosektoral among the Organization of Regional Devices in realizing the Solo Municipal Decent Children is still high and there are still problems that can not be resolved even though Solo gets the predicate Solo Kota Major Main is the number of children who exposed to HIV / AIDS is still high and the availability of child data information management system. Recommendations given to the Government are to build more intense communications and improve routine coordination among the Regional Device Organizations through scheduled meetings amongst the WTO, promoting socialization and education to all levels of society on HIV / AIDS as well as the creation of a web data base on child data.Keywords: Leadership, Head of Region, District / City Eligible Children

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. PurposeThis study aims to explore the extent to which schools principals serving disadvantaged communities in Germany are able to set appropriate goals and choose suitable measures for improving their schools according to the specific challenges they face. The authors determine whether principals are able to identify their schools' challenges or whether they merely follow “universal recipes” of the school effectiveness research paradigm regardless of their particular school context. This effectiveness-driven accountability approach requires an in-depth evaluation of the school and its stakeholders and might lead to a new attitude toward failure that sees it as an essential part of developing effective school improvement plans.Design/methodology/approachThe authors conducted descriptive and correlative analyses as well as exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using longitudinal data of 164 school principals. Through cross-sectional analyses, the authors investigated the connection among challenges, goals and measures and how they correlated with (self-reported) improvements.FindingsFrom a leadership perspective, priorities for school improvement should be aligned with the school-specific challenges they identify and the goals they set to address them.Research limitations/implicationsThe extent to which legislation concerning individual school quality development programs can translate into feasible and effective actions is unclear. Caution should be taken when interpreting the findings of this study, as they reflect school principals' self-selected evaluation measures and therefore might be biased.Practical implicationsIn future research, emphasis should be placed on school management processes, in particular, the development of strategic decision-making, structuring of target perspectives and derivation of steps in school improvement and instructional development. The authors recommend the government offer school principals appropriate and adequate training and support services to prevent them from overburdening their staff.Originality/valueThis paper contributes to a deeper understanding of processes concerning strategic leadership, as opposed to operative management, of schools by revealing context-sensitive considerations.

ABSTRACT This paper tries to explain and describe the position of UMKM in the Kepuh, Boyolangu Village, Banyuwangi, as an effort to reduce the unemployment rate, especially in the lower middle class and to see how the strategy of the UMKM founders in maintaining their position in all conditions. So it is hoped that readers can find out and analyze UMKM within the scope of the region as an effort to minimize unemployment and increase living standards. This paper use qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Establishing UMKM is certainly not an easy thing, because the large number of workers does not guarantee UMKM, who is determined by the appropriate expertise and strategy. In addition, the Government has not been maximally perfect in overcoming problems and financial assistance for community UMKM which in reality is able to absorb many new workers, and has an impact on reducing the unemployment rate.

Dalam mengerjakan permasalahan matematika, pasti ada yang mengalami suatu hambatan dalam proses pemecahannya yang menyebabkan terjadinya suatu kesalahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berdasarkan tahapan Newman pada materi bangun datar segiempat dan penyebab mereka melakukan kesalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode tes tulis dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 dari 32 siswa kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 2 Nganjuk yang dipilih berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan saat tes tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita tentang bangun datar segiempat, yaitu (1) kesalahan dalam membaca soal, (2) kesalahan dalam memahami soal, (3) kesalahan dalam mentransformasi soal, (4) kesalahan dalam keterampilan proses, dan (5) kesalahan dalam menuliskan jawaban akhir. Penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan tersebut adalah siswa kurang teliti dalam membaca dan mengerjakan soal, belum paham materi dan belum terbiasa mengerjakan soal cerita dengan tahapan Newman. Kata kunci: analisis, kesalahan, soal cerita, tahapan newman, bangun datar segiempat.  In working on mathematical problems , there must be someone(s) who got some obstacles in the process of solving it which causes an error in the learning process. This research aims to describe students errors according to Newman’s Error Analysis in solving rectangular word problem and why they are doing that. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the written test and interview method. The research subjects were 3 of 32 students from class 8­th-D Public Middle School 2 Nganjuk which is chosen based on the number of errors made during the written test. The results of this research shows that the students made some errors in solving mathematics involving rectangular word problems such as reading error, comperhension error, transformation error, process skill error and encoding error. The reason students make these mistakes are (1) students are not careful in reading and working on problems, (2) students doesn't understand the material, (3) and students are not usual to working on word problems using the Newman’s  method.     The study aimed at revealing the degree of awareness of the principals of the governmental secondary schools in Irbid Governorate for the management of change and their relation to the effectiveness of these schools. The researcher used the descriptive approach. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher constructed a questionnaire, , And the results showed that the degree of awareness of high school principals in the governorate of Irbid for change management is high and with a mean (4.01). The order of the fields ranked in descending order according to the level of fields: the field of school administration, reached (4.15) Teaching, Reached (3.96), the regulatory climate field, and was (3.92).obaha grade (high), also showed a strong correlation by (0.86), the degree of awareness of public secondary school principals in the governorate of Irbid to manage change effectively and their relationship to those schools. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented to raise the level of awareness of change management among high school principals.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find a portrait of optimizing the development of principals, including: Teacher competence; Teacher discipline; and Responsibility of teachers at Vocational High School PGRI Citeureup Bogor. Next is to find out the form of strategy undertaken by the principal in improving teacher competence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers and all staff at SMK PGRI Citeureup Bogor. To reflect the results of the study found: a portrait of optimizing the development of school principals in improving teacher competence is very harmonious. All teachers greatly increase competence when seen in implementing the rules, discipline, and responsibility towards their profession as a teacher. As for the form of the principal's strategy in increasing teacher competency in SMK PGRI Citeureup using formal and informal strategies, namely: involving teachers in seminars, training, conducting supervision, promoting discipline and motivating teachers from the principal to motivate teachers to improve improvements in educational innovation as tangible form of developing teacher competence. It is expected that principals can provide encouragement and coaching in teacher performance regarding competence, discipline and teacher responsibility in an effective and efficient manner so as to improve performance both professionally or by teacher competence in schools.Keywords: Optimization, Coaching, School Principals, And Teacher Competencies.

  Ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu sektor yang diharapkan mampu menjadi kekuatan nasional dan provinsi Banten dengan kontribusi terhadap PDB meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Diperlukan pemetaan terhadap potensi dan prioritas sektor industri kreatif di provinsi Banten untuk menentukan rencana aksi dan strategi pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan prioritas industri kreatif skala kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Banten melalui indikator indikator yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan survei terhadap pelaku industri kreatif di provinsi Banten. Data primer diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, dan kuisioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data yang relevan dari sumber lain seperti BPS, Disperindag dan studi literature. Analisa data menggunakan Analytical Hyrachy Process (AHP) merupakan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan yang dirancang untuk memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang menyangkut kriteria yang bersifat komplek, menentukan prioritas pilihan-pilihan dengan banyak kriteria, dan menentukan model alternatif untuk menyelesaikan bermacam-macam masalah. Hasil perhitungan AHP dengan penyilangan Kriteria Prioroitas dengan Prioritas Subsektor Ekraf, didapatkan angka 0,496243386 pada posisi pertama untuk Kriya, 0,404603175 untuk subsektor Fesyen pada posisi kedua dan 0,099153439 untuk Subsektor Kuliner pada posisi ketiga. Ketiga Subsektor Ekoomi kreatif ini menjadi Sub sektor yang paling dominan dipilih oleh responden dan posisi peringkat diatas menjadi gambaran bagi pemerintah untuk memberikan stimulus lebih pada subsektor yang ada dan menjadi kekuatan utama sektor industri kreatif skala kecil dan menengah di Banten.   The research objective is to mapping the potential and priority of small and medium the creative industry in Banten Province through indicators with qualitative approach.  Research used qualitative descriptive methods by conducting a survey of creative industry actors in Banten province. Primary data was obtained by interview method, and questionnaire while secondary data was obtained from relevant data from other sources such as BPS, Disperindag and literature study. Data analysis using the Analytical Hyrachy Process (AHP) is a decision-making approach designed to provide solutions to problems involving complex criteria, determine priorities with multiple criteria, and determine alternative models to solve various problems. AHP calculation results by crossing the Priority Criteria with the Subsector's Priority Ekraf, obtained the number 0, 496243386 in the first position for Kriya, 0.404603175 for the Fashion sub-sector in the second position and 0.099153439 for the Culinary Subsector in the third position. The three subsectors of this creative economy become the most dominant subsector chosen by the respondents and the ranking position above becomes a picture for the government to provide more stimulus to the existing sub-sector micro, small and medium creative Industry sector in Banten Province.
