New branch of poultry breeding in the Tyumen region

In many regions of the Russian Federation, the turkey breeding industry is just beginning to develop, which determines the relevance of research at the regional level. The purpose of the research was to analyze the production activity of a new branch of turkey breeding in the Tyumen region. The technology of keeping turkeys of the cross Hybrid Converter under the conditions of LLC “Absolut-Agro” at the Yurginskaya poultry farm has been analyzed in the paper. LLC “Absolut-Agro” is a large and promising poultry enterprise that has a closed production cycle. The cross Hybrid Converter was obtained as a result of crossbreeding two breeds: Bronze broad-chested and White Dutch. The analysis of the rearing of young turkeys from the daily age to slaughter has been carried out. In order to conduct the research 3 groups of turkeys have been formed by the years of rearing – 2017, 2018 and 2019. The dynamics of the growth of young turkeys has been presented, the effectiveness of feed use, the livability of poultry has been analyzed, and the economic effectiveness of rearing has been calculated. In order to determine the effectiveness of feed use, we studied the growth dynamics of young turkeys. During the rearing periods, observations were made on the livability of poultry, the state of health, and the feed consumption. The change in live weight has been determined by weighing the young turkeys every seven days during the rearing period. The group of rearing turkeys in 2019 surpassed the groups of 2017 and 2018 in all indicators, which were due to the enterprise reaching full production capacity in 2018. The poultry raised in 2019 showed the highest production effect. Feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain during the rearing period amounted to 2,25 kg in 2017, 2,19 kg in 2018, the lowest feed consumption was in 2019 and amounted to 2,16 kg. Thus, the current state of the turkey breeding industry has just begun its activity in the Tyumen region. In the company LLC “Absolut Agro” the most modern equipment has been installed and created conditions for turkey rearing, which allow improving the production indicators of the enterprise every year and developing the new poultry industry in the region.

The results of studies aimed at comparing turkey of the live weight of the middle and heavy cross Hybrid breeds with a white broad-chested rock were carried out. The study of the live mass and its growth dynamics over the periods of cultivation was carried out by weighing. The growth rate was estimated by absolute, daily and relative increments of live weight. According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that hybrid «Hybrid» and its crosses have a higher genetic potential of productivity, have high rates of growth and its intensity, which allows before slaughtering at 120 and 150 days, depending on the cross, to obtain turkeys with a high live weight of 10.83-23.20 kg, respectively.

Цель исследования выбор наиболее доступных и экономически оправданных технологических вариантов при разных циклах производства, сравнительная оценка мясной продуктивности и эффективность выращивания и откорма бычков калмыцкой и симментальской пород при разных циклах (в возрасте 392, 542 и 630 дней) производства в условиях промышленного комплекса. Для достижения указанной цели на комплексе ООО фирма Хаммер сформировали две группы бычков калмыцкой и симментальской породы по 30 голов в каждой. Подопытных животных откармливали по принятой технологии, в течение полного производственного цикла длительностью 392 дня, который делился на 2 периода. Затем всех подопытных бычков поставили на среднеинтенсивное выращивание продолжительностью 150 дней. Далее следовал интенсивный заключительный откорм продолжительностью 88 дней. Общая продолжительность технологического цикла составила 21 месяц (630 дней). Контрольный убой пяти голов из каждой опытной группы проводили в возрасте 13, 18 и 21 месяца по достижению живой массы 330380 450560 и 490640 кг соответственно. Для изучения мясной продуктивности и морфологического состава туш пользовались общепринятыми зоотехническими методами исследования. Результаты исследований показали, что молодняк симментальской породы обладает хорошим потенциалом мясной продуктивности, что позволяет в условиях комплекса эффективно откармливать бычков до живой массы 643 кг в возрасте 21 месяц и получать высококачественные туши массой 328,1 кг. Бычков калмыцкой породы в условиях промышленного комплекса эффективнее откармливать до 18тимесячного возраста. Характерными признаками мясной продуктивности симментальских бычков являются достаточно высокая убойная масса и выход мяса.The purpose of the study the choice of the most affordable and costeffective technological options for different production cycles, a comparative assessment of meat productivity and efficiency of growing and fattening calves and Simmental rocks at different cycles (aged 392 542 and 630 days) production in the industrial complex. To achieve this goal in the complex of OOO firma hammer formed two groups of calves at 30 goals each. Experimental animals were fed according to the adopted technology, during the full production cycle, lasting 392 days, which is divided into 2 periods. Then all the experimental bulls were put on mediumintensive cultivation lasting 150 days. This was followed by an intensive final fattening lasting 88 days. The total duration of the technological cycle was 21 months (630 days). Control slaughter of five heads from each experimental group was carried out at the age of 13, 18 and 21 months after reaching the live weight of 330380 450560 and 490640 kg, respectively. To study the meat productivity and morphological composition of carcasses used generally accepted methods of zootechnical research. The results of the research showed that young animals Simmental breed has good potential meat productivity, which allows in conditions of complex to effectively feed calves to a live weight 643 kg at the age of 21 months and to obtain a high quality carcass weight kg. 328,1 Bulls Kalmyk breed in the conditions of industrial complex more efficient to fatten up to 18 months of age. Characteristic features of meat productivity Simmental bulls are sufficiently high slaughter weight and meat yield.

The article presents an analysis of the state of mushroom growing in the world as one of the leading directions of the intensive agricultural sector of the economy, analyzes and identifies areas for the future development of mushroom growing in the Russian Federation in the light of the implementation of the State program for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020. The goals, directions and expected potential of development of branch construction of new mushrooming complexes in the Russian Federation, necessity of expansion of volumes and assortment of produced valuable food crops are proved, target parameters of the software of the branch are outlined. The principles of organization of mushrooming and promising technological solutions for improving the economic efficiency of production are recommended. Measures of state support for mushroom farming are described. The advantages of intensive industrial cultivation of edible fungi in conditions of protected soil are substantiated. The paper highlights the research conducted in order to assess the effect of different doses of thyme extract on the productive properties and livability of broiler chickens. The experiment was conducted at a broiler poultry farm with a closed production cycle; the experiment assumed the control group and 5 experimental groups where each group contained 37 broilers at floor housing. The broilers of the 1st experimental group were fed with the extract of medicinal plant thyme dosed 2 mg/kg; broilers of the 2nd group received thyme extract dosed 4 mg/kg; 3rd group of broilers – 6 mg/kg, 4th group -8 mg/kg, and the dosage of the thyme extract was 10 mg/kg for broilers in the 5th experimental group. The authors controlled the live weight of broilers in each group by means of individual weighing every 7 days. Using this data the researchers calculated average daily body weight gain, absolute and relative gain; feed consumption was daily calculated. Feed consumption became the basis for calculating feed costs per a kilo of live weight gain. The authors recorded the number of daily fallen chickens. The data on poultry loss was the basis for calculating poultry livability. In order to assess production efficiency, the European productivity index was calculated. The research results indicate the efficiency of thyme extract application in different doses when feeding the broiler. Application of thyme extract in feeding meat poultry allowed to increase productive properties of broilers from experimental groups from 2.3 to 4.7%, reduce feed costs per a kilo by 1.1-8.1%, increase poultry livability on 2.7-8.1% and increase the European productivity index in the experimental groups on 0.2 21.3%.

Эффективность специализированного мясного скотоводства можно повысить за счет реализации интенсивных технологий. Целью нашей работы было изучение влияния различных уровней кормления бычков абердин ангусской породы по периодам выращивания, откорма, длительности производственного цикла на продуктивность и качество говядины. Длительность периодов и продолжительность производственного цикла были следующие: первый период колебался по I, II, III группам — 138, 155, 178 дней; второй — 145, 163, 186 дней; третий — 143, 161, 182 дня. Удельный вес концентратов по питательности составлял по группам 30, 40, 50%, а питательность израсходованных кормов за цикл соответственно 3233, 3045, 2914 ЭКЕ. В целом за весь производственный цикл выращивания и откорма бычки достигли одинаковой живой массы (441,5—445,3 кг). При этом животные III группы по среднесуточному приросту превосходили своих сверстников из I группы на 205 г, или на 28,7% (Р<0,001), а бычков II группы на 112 г, или на 15,7% (Р<0,001). Расход кормов на 1 кг прироста колебался от 7,7 корм. ед. в I группе до 7,0 корм. ед. в III (разница 11,0%), в то время как затраты концентратов в I группе по сравнению с III были меньше на 31% и во II — на 15,4%. Средняя масса парной туши по группам составила 235,8—240,4 кг, они имели хороший жировой полив туш (16,8—18,5 баллов) и убойный выход (53,4—54,0%). Наибольший уровень рентабельности получен при реализации бычков III группы (36,8%).The effectiveness of specialized beef cattle breeding can be improved through the implementation of intensive technologies. The aim of our work was to study the influence of different levels of feeding Angus breed Aberdeen bulls on the periods of cultivation, fattening, duration of the production cycle on the productivity and quality of beef. The duration of the periods and the duration of the production cycle were as follows: the first period ranged in groups — 138, 155, 178 days; the second — 145, 163, 186 days; the third period — 143, 161, 182 days. The specific weight of concentrates on nutrition was in groups of 30, 40, 50%, and the nutritional value of consumed feed per cycle, respectively, 3233, 3045, 2914 EKE. In General, for the entire production cycle of growing and fattening bulls reached the same live weight (441.5—445.3 kg). At the same time, animals of group III exceeded their peers from group I by 205 g, or by 28.7% (P<0.001), and bulls of group II by 112 g, or by 15.7% (P<0.001). Feed consumption per 1 kg of growth ranged from 7.7 feed. units in group I up to 7.0 feed. units in III (difference 11,0%), while the costs of concentrates in group I compared to III were less by 31% and in II — by 15,4%. The average mass of steam carcass of the groups was made amounting to 235.8—240,4 kg, they had a good watering fatty carcasses (16,8—18,5 points) and slaughter yield (53,4—54,0%). The greatest level of profitability obtained with the implementation of the calves of group III (36.8 per cent).

The article analyzes the current state and level of development of publicprivate partnership (PPP) projects in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The authors conclude that a significant proportion of projects is implemented on a concession basis at the municipal level in the communal sphere. A detailed analysis of the project data showed that the structure of the projects is deformed in favor of the central regions of the Russian Federation, and a significant share in the total amount of financing falls on the transport sector. At the stage of assessing the level of development by the subjects of the Russian Federation, criteria were proposed, and index and integral indicators were used, which ensured comparability of the estimates obtained. At the end of the analysis, the regions were ranked and clustered according to the level of PPP development, which allowed to reveal the number and structure of leaders and outsiders.

The article presents the results of the analysis of health, working conditions and prevalence of adverse production factors, the structure of the detected occupational pathology in the working population of the Russian Federation. The article presents Statistical data on the dynamics of the share of workplaces of industrial enterprises that do not meet hygienic standards, occupational morbidity in 2015-2018 for the main groups of adverse factors of the production environment and the labor process. The indicators of occupational morbidity over the past 6 years in the context of the main types of economic activity, individual subjects of the Russian Federation, classes of working conditions, levels of specialized occupational health care. The role of the research Institute of occupational pathology and occupational pathology centers in solving organizational, methodological and practical tasks for the detection, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of occupational diseases is shown. The basic directions of activity in the field of preservation and strengthening of health of workers, and also safety at a workplace are defined.

The article notes that the growing popularity of healthy lifestyles contributes to the increase in consumption of fruits and berries. At the same time, the analysis of the dynamics of the gardening industry for 2000-2018 shows that the problem of providing fresh fruits and berries to the population remains one of the most important. Based on actual data, linear and logarithmic models of time series of key industry indicators for the period 2010 – 2019 have been compiled. Calculations showed that in the Russian Federation as a whole the trend of reduction of sown areas of perennial fruit plantations will continue with growth of yield and gross fees. In this regard, the issues of distribution and introduction of gardens of intensive type are updated. An overview of the views of domestic scientists-gardeners on the concept of “intensive garden” is given. It has been established that the distribution of intensive gardens is possible only if there are favorable natural and climatic conditions and a developed scientific and production base of nursery management. The current state and problems of gardening in one of the leading regions – the Republic of Dagestan - are considered. A significant technological lag of region in the further development of intensive horticulture has been identified. Various directions of intensification process in horticulture as the main and necessary condition of growth of efficient and sustainable production are summarized.

An experiment has been conducted to determine the effectiveness of growing broiler chickens when whole wheat grain has been included in the compound feed. The purpose of the research was to develop an appropriate scheme and dose for feeding whole wheat grain depending on the age of broilers, while observing the normative content of metabolic energy and nutrients in the diets, and to determine the economic effectiveness of rearing of broilers. To determine the effectiveness, data on live weight, growth rate, livability, uniformity of broiler population by live weight and variability of live weight of chickens have been studied. In the course of the work, the livability, average daily gain, feed conversion, homogeneity and variability coefficients, and the productivity index have been calculated. An increase in the live weight of broilers, as well as the rate of growth in pre-slaughter age when using whole grains in poultry diets, as well as a decrease in feed consumption per unit of live weight gain has been revealed. In conclusion, the economic effectiveness of broiler meat production has determined when whole grain has been included in diets. The use of whole wheat grain as an additive to the main diet in broiler feeding allowed to increase profits and increase the level of profitability. It has been found as a result of research that it is advisable to add whole wheat grain to the main diet for broilers at the age of 8–14 days in an amount of 5 % of the feed weight, at the age of 15–21 days – 15 %, at the age of 22–28 days – 20 %, at the age of 21–29 days – 30 % of grain without reducing the overall nutritional value of the diet.
