Integrated approach to the nutrition system allows you to reduce the negative effects of stress of various etiologies without а hypertrophied increase in productivity. The use of normotimic additives (lithium ascorbate) can increase the productivity of fattening pigs by 5–7 %, improve the quality of meat, and reduce the risks of obtaining low-quality meat products. The introduction of probiotics in the diet of pigs can increase the average daily growth by 5.4 %. The use of various antioxidants and antihypoxants leads to an increase in the average daily body weight gain of 13.3 %. Complex use of additives that increase stress resistance in animals can reduce losses associated with chronic stress in animals from 30 % to 5 %. Increasing stress resistance will allow you to level energy losses, normalize metabolism and increase plastic metabolism, which leads to an increase in the health of the animal and allows you to fully realize the genetic potential of the breed.

Government policy to develop beef cattle in breeders, the aim of which is to be able to meet the needs of food originating from meat and increase farmers' income. The purpose of this paper is to review the implementation and empirically to find out the Government's policy in supporting the improvement of beef cattle business in farmers. The beef cattle business in farms with various daily body weight gain (PBBH) arranged at a 5% level of confidence was very significant (P>0.05). The advantage of IB cattle breeders from IB yields is IDR.4.575.000/year and B/C value of 1,2. The beef cattle business by grazing the plantation area and rubber farmers' profits is IDR.3.185.000/year B/C of 1.2. The business of beef cattle by means of breeding and fattening is still a lot of effort, so that it needs government support and policy so that farmers can continue to maintain their business. Efforts to develop animal husbandry must be supported by market opportunities. In addition to improving technology, infrastructure improvements, capability and progress of farmers can be managed by managing livestock business. Through Government support and policy, it is expected that an increase in beef cattle population and the economic value of farmers will increase.

The study aimed to determine the effect of daily body weight gain (PBBH) in mice given feed containing commercial feed mix maggot flour. The material used in the study was 60 mice that were not differentiated by gender. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with unidirectional pattern. The provision of maggot flour in commercial feed was divided into four types of treatment. Each treatment level received three replications, with each replication consisting of 5 mice. If there was an influence on the treatment, the Duncan Multiple Range Test was performed. The followings were the treatments used in the study: P0: 100% commercial feed without maggot flour, P1: commercial feed 95% + 5% maggot flour, P2: commercial feed 90% + 10% maggot flour, P3: commercial feed 85% + 15% maggot flour. The research lasted for approximately 30 days, starting from September 4 to October 6, 2020, at the Basic Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Islamic University of Lamongan. The results showed a significant effect between treatments (P <0.05) and (P <0.01). The best treatment resulted in the increase of daily body weight gain (PBBH) was P1 (0.35 gr / head / day ± 0.10), P0 (0.29 gr / head / day ± 0.05), P3 (0.20 gr / head / day ± 0.08) , P2 (0.10 gr / head / day ± 0.05). This study concludes that the application of mixed maggot flour as feed to the growth of mice's body weight is the addition of 95% of commercial feed and 5% of maggot flour.

In 2018, the deficit of protein and animal fats at the diet of Russian population was 11.8 and 5.5, respectively. High import dependence on animal protein remains at the level of 10.3, and on animal fats 8.8. Intensification of animal husbandry corresponds to the strategy of social development and improvement of living standards of countryside population in near and longterm period. In accordance with the Food Security Doctrine it was taken the course on the most complete provision and improving the structure of peoples diet due to increasing in the consumption of valuable dairy and meat products of own production. Our country has all the necessary conditions and has real prerequisites for fully solving the problem of providing the population with animal fats and protein, but every year the situation with the labor resources in rural areas becomes more complicated.

This paper explores the influence of US state-level policies meant to address climate change on clean technology industry development. The largest influence of climate change policies is identified as being on energy research employment. Only some policies seem to contribute positively to clean tech employment while other policies appear to discourage employment growth. The magnitudes of the short term effects, even when statistically significant, are modest. Negative impacts on employment are identified for several mandate-oriented, so called command and control, policies including vehicle greenhouse gas standards, energy efficiency resource standards, and renewable portfolio standards with the former two having increasing negative effects over time. The findings suggest that climate change policy advocates should be careful to not assume that there will be positive clean tech employment benefits from state-level energy and environmental policies. Instead, the benefits from these policies may derive primarily from other considerations beyond the scope of this paper, including health and environmental benefits and reduction of dependence on foreign energy sources.

In recent years, antibiotic-resistant bacteria with an impact on human health, such as extended spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)-containing Enterobacteriaceae, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE), have become more common in food. This is due to the use of antibiotics in animal husbandry, which leads to the promotion of antibiotic resistance and thus also makes food a source of such resistant bacteria. Most studies dealing with this issue usually focus on the animals or processed food products to examine the antibiotic resistant bacteria. This study investigated the intestine as another main habitat besides the skin for multiresistant bacteria. For this purpose, faeces samples were taken directly from the intestines of swine (n = 71) and broiler (n = 100) during the slaughter process and analysed. All samples were from animals fed in Austria and slaughtered in Austrian slaughterhouses for food production. The samples were examined for the presence of ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae, MRSA, MRCoNS and VRE. The resistance genes of the isolated bacteria were detected and sequenced by PCR. Phenotypic ESBL-producing Escherichia coli could be isolated in 10% of broiler casings (10 out of 100) and 43.6% of swine casings (31 out of 71). In line with previous studies, the results of this study showed that CTX-M-1 was the dominant ESBL produced by E. coli from swine (n = 25, 83.3%) and SHV-12 from broilers (n = 13, 81.3%). Overall, the frequency of positive samples with multidrug-resistant bacteria was lower than in most comparable studies focusing on meat products.

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of supplementing broiler chickens’ diets with halloysite on daily body weight gain (BWG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), daily water consumption (DWC), and some broiler house hygiene parameters. The trial was conducted on 18,000 broiler chickens divided into two groups throughout the 42-day (D) rearing period. The birds were fed complete diets without (group C) or with halloysite addition (1%, group E) from D8 of rearing. No difference in the mortality rate was observed between groups C and E. Birds from group E had a tendency (0.05 < p < 0.10) towards a higher body weight at D32 and D42, a higher BWG, and a lower FCR compared to group C during the entire rearing period. Average DWC differed only in the finisher period, with a tendency towards lower overall DWC in group E. The concentration of ammonia in the air from D21 to D35 was increased more than 5-fold in group C but only 1.5-fold in group E. In conclusion, the use of halloysite as a feed additive in the diet of broiler chickens resulted in a reduction in feed consumption per unit of BWG and higher utilisation of crude protein, which led to improved environmental conditions.

Meat production and consumption have been claimed to have negative impacts on the environment, and even on the consumer’s health. In this sense, alternative sources of protein, mainly meat substitutes and cultured meat, have emerged due to those perceived negative effects. Our paper carries out a choice experiment to analyze the preferences of 444 Spanish consumers and their willingness to pay for plant-based and cultured meats, as compared to conventional meat. Spain was considered of interest for this study due to its significant gastronomic culture, with high-quality meat products that make a great contribution to the economy, meaning that this could be a suitable and also challenging market in which to test alternative sources of protein. The findings show that consumers’ motivations and their interactions with these products are complex. Additionally, a cluster analysis allowed us to identify three types of consumers in terms of preference for these products: price-sensitive millennials, conscious/concerned consumers, and indifferent consumers. Only one group showed some level of acceptance of these alternative products meats.

There are few activities so susceptible to the impacts of the macro environment as tourism. In conditions of growing uncertainty, the importance of strategic management is steadily increasing. By studying the environment, by anticipating the future development and implication of trends on enterprises, and by developing appropriate strategies at a number of levels, strategic management seeks to actively influence the increase o f competitive advantages o f both the tourist destinations and tourist enterprises. The term “strategic management” implies a set of management decisions and actions that determine the long-term operations o f enterprises within the management system of tourism: guiding the enterprise by anticipating crucial environmental impacts and internal factors. This management concept is based on the assumption that making properly oriented strategic decisions minimizes the negative effects of the environment and creates strategic advantages for enterprises that can be capitalised only in the medium and long term (Čizmar S. (2001) Strateško upravljanje u funkciji učinkovitog razvoja turističkog ugostiteljstva u Hrvatskoj, doctoral dissertation, University o f Zagreb, Faculty of Economics, Zagreb, p. 3). It represents an integrated approach to strategic management that is the most acceptable for the development of Croatian tourism, as long-term positive results, in both market and financial terms, can be achieved by enterprises within the tourism management system of Croatia only by applying an integrated approach to strategic management, by horizontally and vertically linking the elements of all subsystems of the entire management system and by creating partnering relationships. The Croatian model of strategic management should involve the economic optimisation of all subsystems and systems by establishing efficiency not only across all subsystem elements, but through the system as a whole as well. The level of growth in entrepreneurship and innovations will determine the intensity and speed of positive development changes. These changes will also depend on establishing management responsibilities throughout all segments and managements levels of all subsystems, as well as tourism as an integral system. This paper deals with the issues of strategic management at a micro level with special emphasis on the development of responsibility for managing performance and capital investments.

The article is devoted to the psychological peculiarities of the manifestation of coping-resources of educators. The teaching profession belongs to the category of professions especially vulnerable to stress, since the teacher has to solve various professional tasks in the absence of time and information, constant open contact with people, which entails considerable emotional energy. The professional activity of a modern teacher requires constant and maximum mobilization of their personal resources. Maintaining or enhancing a person's stress resistance is associated with finding and using resources well enough to help the educator overcome the negative effects of stressful situations. The article reveals such characteristics of personality and social environment that facilitate or make possible adaptation to life stresses, promotes the development of a means of overcoming it, and increases stress resistance. These personal structures help a person cope with threatening circumstances and facilitate adaptation. The author analyzes the scientific and psychological approaches to understand personal resources, determinants of the choice of coping-strategies, and the influence of the characteristics of professional activity on the behavior of the individual. Questions about structure, functions, and types of coping behavior are raised. According to the majority of modern researchers, the generalized classification of the methods of mastering stressful circumstances is analyzed: coping aimed at evaluation; problem-oriented coping; coping aimed at emotions. Also presented were the most up-to-date and most modern models of coping resources, which can be viewed from different angles to look at the choice of coping-resources by the personality of the teacher, taking into account the conditions of his professional activity. The organization and methods of conducted research of the features of manifestation of coping-resources in teachers are described. The presented quantitative and qualitative results are disclosed according to the stages of the study. In particular, the analysis of teacher’s coping-strategies depending on the level of emotional burnout, ways of overcoming difficult life situations, as well as the methods of coping-behavior of the respondents. Relationships between teachers' coping-resources and emotional and mental stress as well as the monotony of professional activities are also identified. Adaptive and non-adaptive coping behaviors are differentiated in terms of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral coping strategies are analyzed separately. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature and empirical research, the author substantiates the relevant conclusions and recommendations for school educators on the effective use of their own coping resources.

The objective of the study was to evaluate feeding effect of microparticle protein derived from soybean meal and fish meal combined with Lactobacillus sp. at 1.2 mL on physiological condition of digestive tract and productivity of broiler. Total of 192 broiler, with initial body weight was 481.0 ± 67.2 g, given dietary treatment starting on day 21 until day 42. The experiment was assigned in a completely randomized design with 8 treatments and 4 replications. Dietary treatment were 21% intact protein (T0), 18% intact protein (T1), 21% microparticle protein (T2), 18% microparticle protein (T3), T0+Lactobacillus sp.1.2 mL (T4), T1+Lactobacillus sp.1.2 mL (T5), T2+Lactobacillus sp.1.2 mL (T6), T3+Lactobacillus sp.1.2 mL (T7). Parameters measured were total ileal lactic acid bacteria (LAB), Coliform and pH, rate of passage, daily body weight gain (DWG) and also carcass weight. Data were subjected to analysis of variance and followed by Duncan multiple range test (P<0.05). Experimental results showed that microparticle protein diet added with Lactobacillus sp. (P<0.05) increased total LAB and DWG, but decreased Coliform population, and slowed down the rate of passage. However, carcass weight was not significantly affected by treatments. Feeding microparticle protein (18%) with addition of Lactobacillus sp. (1.2 mL) can improve to be better condition of digestive tract based on higher LAB and lower Coliform populations, and increase daily body weight gain with the same carcass weight.
