This study used qualitative research type. The research method used is descriptive analysis techniques. Most of the data collected through the literature, searching websites, and interviews. Those data were analyzed by theory approach based on International Relations, Foreign Policy, International Cooperation, International Agreement, and Environmental. The results of this study indicate that the cooperation between Indonesia – Norway through the REDD scheme is poured into the form of a Letter of Intent (LoI) agreed on three phases in order to save Indonesia’s forest despite undergoing a new stage in the first phase, this cooperation has resulted although not significantly.

This study aims to determine how the developing country, Indonesia, affected Saudi Arabia to protect the domestic workers. Researcher are trying to understand and analyze how this cooperation in the agreement that related in placement and protection based on the moratory to overcome the violence to indonesian domestic workers. This study used qualitative research type. The research method used is descriptive analysis techniques. Most of the data collected through the literature and websites searching.Those data were analyzed by theory approach based on International Relations, International Cooperation, International Agreement, International Labour Regulation, National Interest and Negotiation Diplomacy. The results of this study show the cooperation between Republic of Indonesia and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the placement and protection of indonesia labours post informal sector workers moratorium, during the process until invent to Memorandum of Understanding.

Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

This aims to portray the organization of Persatuan Islam as a speech community. This research uses constructivist paradigm, because that will be explored is the understanding that helps the process of interpretation called the Persatuan Islam as a community specch. This study uses a qualitative research type, because that will be studied, is a central fact. Furthermore, this research using ethnography method of communication. Aside from being a research method, ethnographic communication also has the theoretical assumptions, components and tasks of communication in a speech society (Community Speech). The results of the study show that Islamic Unity communications on a common pattern, except in the cognitive aspect show the dominance of religious understanding. The use of Islamic congregation language of many pesantren. Furthermore in the interaction lesson, the congregation of Islamic unity shows a collective cohesiveness. Penelirian ini bertujuan untuk memotret organisasi Persatuan Islam sebagai komunitas tutur. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis, karena yang akan digali berupa pemahaman yang membantu proses interpretasi yang berkaitan dengan Persatuan Islam sebagai specch community. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sebab yang akan dikaji, merupakan gejala sentral. Selanjutnya penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi komunikasi. Selain sebagai metode penelitian, etnografi komunikasi juga memiliki asumsi-asumsi teoritik berupa aktivitas, komponen dan kompetensi komunkasi pada sebuah masyarakat tutur (Speech Community). Hasil penelitian menunjukan komunikasi Persatuan Islam mengacu pada pattern umum, kecuali dalam skema kognitif menunjukan dominasi pemahaman keagamaan. Dalam penggunaan varietas bahasa jamaah Persatuan Islam banyak dipengaruhi budaya pesantren. Selanjutnya dalam kompetensi interaksi, jamaah persatuan Islam menunjukan kohesifitas kolektif.

Competition in the restaurant and cafe industry at this time is very tight and competitive. This is marked by the growing number of new competitors in the world of Resto and Cafe. The restaurant and cafe industry as one of the food and beverage supply sectors that can support national and regional economic development. In Depok, there are 170 restaurants and cafes operating. The purpose of this study was to find out how the results of the implementation of Marketing Strategy During the Covid19 Pandemic at Like No Other Cafe Depok. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using interviews, questionnaires and observations to related parties as data collection techniques. Thus, the data analysis techniques used were VRIO and PESTLE analysis to analyze the business environment, profitability analysis to evaluate the results of the implementation of the marketing mix program used and descriptive analysis to analyze planning, implementation and marketing strategy activities. The results showed that the strategy implemented by Like No Other Cafe during the Covid19 pandemic was considered effective so that Like No Other Cafe was still able to survive and generate income even though the income was only 50% of normal conditions.

This study aims to describe the implementation of techniques or steps in learning Arabic rules (Nahwu science) based on Integration theory (Unity theory), namely that learning Arabic rules is presented in full by teaching four Arabic language skills and three language elements. The purpose of this study is also to offer solutions in the learning of integral and holistic Nahwu science.The research method is a library method with descriptive qualitative research type. The results of this study indicate that there are six steps (techniques) of teaching Arabic rules (Nahwu science) on Integration theory (Unity theory) that combines learning Arabic rules, Arabic language skills, and elements language elements in one integrated discussion material.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the morphology and anatomy of ginger plants based on differences in altitude, and to make a booklet resulting from the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger for morphology and plant anatomy courses. This research method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, characterization techniques, document review, and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger based on differences in the height of the place. Ginger in Selupu Rejang District has a high stomata density. Ginger is more suitable for planting in the lowlands with high temperatures, low humidity. The compilation and manufacture of morphology and plant anatomy course booklets were declared valid with very decent qualifications with a percentage of 86.2%. Conclusion, there are differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the ginger plant based on the height of the place, while the booklets that are made have proper and valid qualifications to be used as material for plant morphology and anatomy courses. This study aims to increase the quality of leadership according to the context in the field, especially in the standard of international school leadership. The research method uses a qualitative research type, with the data source used is literature both in books and journals. The results showed that there was a weak but influential relationship between the School Principal's leadership on school quality its self. There is a weak but significant and influential relationship between teacher performance and school quality. Simultaneously, School Principal's leadership and teacher performance have a weak but significant relationship, and both have a positive effect on school quality.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan sesuai dengan konteks di lapangan khususnya dalam kepemimpinan pada sekolah bertaraf Internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa literatur baik dalam buku maupun jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun berpengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan dan berpengaruh antara kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu sekolah.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work. The data source used in this study is literature related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The research results point to multiculturalism as an approach and as a National Policy. Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the values consumers pursue and roles consumers partake in selfie practice. Design/methodology/approach A qualitative research method was adopted. In-depth interviews were conducted with selfie enthusiasts. Data were analyzed with grounded theory approach. Findings Diverse activities and reflections pertaining to selfies were analyzed, which uncovered three consumer roles departmentalized and the nine values that selfie practice generates for consumers. The three roles are subject, photographer and user of selfies, and the roles are orchestrated together or selectively performed if necessary. In consequence of the interplay of performances and expectations of the roles, consumers pursue and gain four collaboratively created values and five individually created values. Originality/value Findings of the study expand the understanding of values of selfie practice and consumer roles in Web 2.0.
