Good communication between nurses and patients is one thing in meeting patient needs. Communication in question is therapeutic communication in providing nursing care to patients. The low therapeutic communication carried out by nurses has an impact on patient dissatisfaction. New patients will be satisfied if the performance of the health services they obtain is the same or exceeds their expectations. The general objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between therapeutic communication of nurses and the satisfaction of inpatients. This type of research is quantitative research with the design of the study is descriptive correlation and how to collect data by distributing questionnaires. Sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. The statistical test used is spearman's rho. The results showed that there was a relationship between therapeutic communication of nurses and patient satisfaction, of 36 respondents there were 22 people (61.1%) patients who were dissatisfied with nurse therapeutic communication with a value of P = 0.043, p <α (0.05), with a value R = 0.339, then the relationship between therapeutic communication nurses with patient satisfaction is a strong category. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the deli hospital will improve and conduct training on the implementation of nurse therapeutic communication so that the patient's satisfaction level increases.

Therapeutic communication is the one of the standards of nursing care that must be implemented by all nurses. The good implementation of therapeutic communication can increase the satisfaction of nursing care perceived by patients. Knowing the relationship between therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction inCempaka room PMI Hospita, Bogor.Typeof thisresearch is using random sampling technique with the descriptive analytical method and the cross sectionaldesign. To collect the data, the researcherusing questionnaire instrument on two variablesas follow therapeutic communication of nursing and patient satisfaction questionnaire instrument. Theresearch site of this research is held at PMIHospital Bogor on October, 2018 with patients in the Cempaka room PMI HospitalBogorwho have experienced 85 respondances were brought into the hospital. Analysis techniques using univariate and bivariate analyzers with kendaal’s tau-c statistics test.The resultOf the 96 respondents found that did therapeutic nursing communication applied amounted to 38 respondances (65,5%). And patiens say satisfied with the nursing services amounted to 40 respondances (69,0%).On the statistics test is gotten that P Value 0,001. Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected that P Value <0,05.

Therapeutic communication is very important for the image of the nursing profession and the image of the hospital. Communication that occurs at the Tapen Puskesmas is still ineffective, so misunderstandings between nurses and patients often occur. The purpose of this research is to find out. The relationship between therapeutic communication with inpatient patient satisfaction at Tapen Health Center in Bondowoso Regency and to find out how big is the relationship between Therapeutic Communication and Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room at Tapen Health Center in Bondowoso Regency. This research method is quantitative. This research was conducted in May 2019 with a sample of 30 inpatients. The sampling technique uses total sampling where the p-value has a significant relationship and Ha is received between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between Therapeutic Communication Nurse with Inpatient Satisfaction in Tapen Health Center, Bondowoso Regency, a significant relationship between therapeutic communication with inpatient satisfaction. The level of therapeutic communication relationship with patient satisfaction.

As people's standard of living increases, the demand for quality health also increases. Patient satisfaction is correlated with the quality of service in the hospital. By understanding the level of patient satisfaction, hospital management can learn and improve service quality. The study aims to determine the relationship between reliability, responsiveness, and empathy aspects with patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital. This research was an explanatory quantitative research with cross sectional design. The sample of this study amounted to 60 people and taken by accidental sampling technique. The data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital on reliability aspect was 63.3%, responsiveness aspect was 56.7% and empathy aspect was 81.7%. Based on the result of the research, the suggestion given to the service provider in this case Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital is to improve the performance of health service especially in Pharmacy Installation service by way of monitoring and evaluating periodically with the implementation of the service, evaluating and developing human resources, and infrastructure. Therapeutic communication is a communication aimed to heal patients, so this skill become very important to be owned by medical workers, especially nurses who in their daily lives interact more with inpatients. For this reason, this study aimed to analyze the relationship between therapeutic communication of nurses and patient satisfaction of BPJS Health participants at the Meuraxa Regional General Hospital in Banda Aceh City. This study used a questionnaire as the main source of data collection with sampling based on purposive sampling technique. From the sample totaling 135 people, the results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between therapeutic communication of nurses and patient satisfaction as indicated by the Pearson correlation test value r = 0.323, p = 0,000, α = 0.05. These results confirm that the better therapeutic communication nurses have, the satisfaction of inpatients of BPJS Health participants at the Meuraxa Regional General Hospital in Banda Aceh City is also getting better.Komunikasi terapeutik merupakan komunikasi yang ditujukan untuk kesembuhan pasien, sehingga keterampilan ini menjadi sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh pekerja medis, terutama perawat yang dalam kesehariannya lebih banyak berinteraksi dengan pasien rawat inap. Untuk itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pada pasien rawat inap peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai sumber pengumpulan data utama dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Dari sampel yang berjumlah 135 orang diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pada pasien rawat inap yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai uji korelasi Pearson r=0,323, p=0,000, α=0,05. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa semakin baik komunikasi terapeutik yang dimiliki perawat, maka kepuasan pada pasien rawat inap peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh juga semakin baik.

Quality health care was often associated with satisfactory health care. The patient's  satisfaction with the health service was the level of one's feelings after comparing the results received with expectations. Patient satisfaction on health service can be seen tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and attention (empathy). This study aims to determine differences in patient satisfaction level of social insurance provider body with general patients at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam 2017. This type of research was quantitative research is comparative. The population  in this research are all inpatients of Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam as much as 324 people, purposive sampling technique, data collection method by interviewing indirectly by used questionnaires, data analysis using T-Independent test. Based on the result of the research, it was known that there was difference of patient satisfaction level of social insurance provider body with general patient based on physical evidence (tangible) with p value = 0,002, reliability with p = 0,005, responsiveness with  p = 0,007, Based on assurance with p = 0,002, based on empathy (empathy)  with p = 0,006. It was advisable for the nursing staff of the grandmed hospital to be able to perform the service very well so that the patient was satisfied with the existing services and raises the patient's interest to return if they are sick.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Komunikasi Terapeutik Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Ulin Banjarmasin. Kepuasan pasien menjadi tanggungjawab pihak pelayanan kesehatan. Fasilitas dan pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan harapan pasien, tidak menutup kemungkinan pasien tersebut akan selalu datang dan berobat pada layanan kesehatan tersebut. Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor komunikasi terapeutik perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.Desain penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya semua pasien di Rumah Sakit Ulin Banjarmasin.sejumlah 60 pasien. Tehnik sampling menggunakan simple ramdom sampling dengan sampel sebagian respondenberjumlah 52 responden. Variabel independen komunikasi terapeutik dan variabel dependennya kepuasanpasien. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengolahan data editing, coding, entry data dan tabulating dan analisa data menggunakan uji rank spearman.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Therapeutic Communication and Patient Satisfaction Levels at Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin. Patient satisfaction is the responsibility of the health service. Health facilities and services that are in accordance with patient expectations, do not rule out the possibility that these patients will always come and seek treatment at these health services. One of the patient's dissatisfaction with health services is influenced by the therapeutic communication factor of nurses in providing nursing care.The research design is a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The population is all patients at Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin. A total of 60 patients. Sampling technique using simple random sampling with a sample of some respondents totaling 52 respondents. The independent variable is therapeutic communication and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The research instrument used a questionnaire with data processing editing, coding, data entry and tabulating and data analysis using the Spearman rank test.

Komunikasi perawat dengan klien di beberapa pelayanan kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit hanya berfokus pada tugas, sehingga gagal menyediakan perawatan informasi. penelitian tentang hubungan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi. seluruh  yang di infus di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon pada bulan April  2013. Teknik sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus minimal sample size kemudian pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random, berjumlah sampel 78 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, sebelum digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisa data terdiri dari analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik berada kategori cukup berjumlah 33 orang (42,3%). Gambaran kepuasan pasien berada pada kategori Puas berjumlah 40 orang (51,3%). Ada hubungan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon tahun 2013 dengan χ2hitung (18,545)>χ2tabel (12,6) dan ρ value = 0,005(ρ<0,050).Kata Kunci          : komunikasi terapeutik, kepuasan, pemasangan infus ABSTRACTNurse communications with the patient in several health services especially in hospital are just focusing in their job descriptions; it makes informational incompleteness care to be provided. This research is study about the relationship between the therapeutic communications of infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon in 2013. The purpose of this research is to know about the relationship between the therapeutic communications of infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon This research using descriptive correlation analytic method from all the patients in the emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon who had infusion installation, within April 2013. Sampling technique taken by minimizes sampling size and randomly taken, total samples are 78 persons. Questioners were used as a research instrument, which has passed validity and reliability test before. Univariate and bivariate data analysis were used as a data analytic technique. From this research comes a results that the implementation of therapeutic communications is in “enough” level for 33 person or 42.3% and in “satisfied” level for 40 persons or 51.3%. There are found relationship between the implementation of therapeutic communication in infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon in 2013 with χ2count (18,545)>χ2tabel (12,6) and ρ value = 0,005(ρ<0,050).Keyword               : therapeutic communication, satisfaction, infusion installation

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship among Narcissism, personality traits and conspicuous consumption of brands in youth. This used quantitative research design with a sample consisting of 50 Men and 50 Women. The age ranged between 18 – 22 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. The findings revealed that there was a relationship among conspicuous consumption and traits of personality. It was also uncovered that there are gender differences in conspicuous consumption of brands, narcissism and personality traits. Further it was concluded that narcissism is positively associated with conspicuous consumption of brands. Narcissism was likely to be a positive predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands and personality traits are likely to be a predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands.

Pregnant women who experience anemia and untreated until the end of pregnancy will have an effect at the time of delivery, so that it can cause post partum hemorrhage which results in death in the mother. This study aims to analyze the relationship between anemia and the incidence of post partum hemorrhage in Puskesmas Lenteng, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. The study design was analytic with a retrospective approach, the total population was 35 mothers, the total sample was 29 mothers, the sampling technique used random sampling. The independent variable is anemia, the dependent variable is the incidence of post partum hemorrhage. Collecting data using a checklist, data analysis using the chi square statistical test, the value of a = 0.05. The results showed that of the 29 women who gave birth, most of them experienced anemia (HB level <11 g%) during pregnancy, as many as 19 mothers gave birth (65.5%), and of the 29 mothers gave birth, most of them experienced post partum hemorrhage as much as 17 mothers gave birth (59%). The result of statistical tests using chi square with a value of a = 0.05, the resulting value (ρ) = 0.000, so that the value (ρ) <a (0.000 <0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, i.e. the relationship between anemia and the incidence of post partum hemorrhage at the Lenteng Public Health Center, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency in 2020 In order to reduce the incidence of post partum hemorrhage, it is hoped that the mother in labor can prevent anemia during pregnancy, namely by consuming foods that contain lots of protein such as meat, liver, eggs, vegetables, folic acid (Vitamin C) and consumption of Fe tablets regularly and how to drink properly and according to conditions / needs.

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the relationship variables (gender, age, level of education and class) to the discipline of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat Bengkayang, to analyze the factors that have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline in General District Secretariat Office Bengkayang. The sample in this study population using all Civil Servants in the General Section Regional Secretariat Bengkayang of 60 people (saturated sampling technique). The analytical method used was a bivariate analysis with chi square test (χ2) and the hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results of the chi square test showed that four factors have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline of civil servants, namely Gender, the value of χ2 count = 6173> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.013. Age to calculate χ2 = 23.741> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.000. Education level with χ2 count = 11 507> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.009. and a group with a value of χ2 count = 10 446> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.005.
