MA Maslahatul Hidayah is a school located in Errabu Village, Bluto District. MA Maslahatul Hidayah is within the scope of the Maslahatul Hidayah boarding school. The number of students at MA Maslahatul Hidayah is 60 people. After the initial interview, it was found that most of the students did not understand about adolescent reproductive health including premarital sex, abortion, HIV / AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, and in MA Maslahatul Hidayah there were no Peer Educators or peer groups that could be used as a container to tell and even provide counseling about reproductive health, especially in adolescents. Talking about reproductive health is considered a taboo by some students at MA Maslahatul Hidayah because they are in a boarding school environment, not only that there are some students who choose to drop out of school prematurely due to marriage under the age of 17 years. Culture and religion in Errabu Village are still quite thick and highly respected by the existence of this boarding school. The purpose of this PKM is to form a Peer Educator and increase students' Knowledge about Reproductive Health. The benefit of this activity is expected that with the existence of this PKM the knowledge of students about Reproductive Health will increase, so that the level of reproductive health of students increases. The method used is training and counseling. The results obtained are that this peer educator is very useful for MA Maslahatu Hidayah students, they are not awkward to consult with peer educators about the problems they face, especially regarding reproductive health and after counseling about reproductive health students become more understanding and understand the importance of maintaining reproduction health. Background: Adolescents are a vulnerable group who have great curiosity and need access to various adolescent health information. Therefore, the government has implemented a strategy through the implementation of Youth Care Health Services (YCHS). However, some of the stakeholders and youth have limited access to YCHS especially the ones delivered in schools setting. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of adolescent health programs in schools especially public schools and religion-based schools.Design and methods: This study was an analytic observational quantitative study by using a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted in public schools and religion-based schools in North Surabaya Indonesia. The sample in this study consisted of 100 students through a simple random sampling technique. Results: There was a difference in the level of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health between public schools and religion-based schools (p=0,047). Student’s attitudes (p=0,000) and environmental influences (p=0,000) both related with reproductive health contents. However, there was no difference in adolescent’s attitudes about adolescent reproductive health programs (p=0,190) and adolescent’s exposure to adolescent reproductive health policies (p=0,196).Conclusion: The implementation of adolescent health programs in two types of schools (public and religion-based) were different. Adolescents should have the same rights to obtain knowledge about adolescent health as the prelude for forming a positive attitude. Therefore, stakeholders need to conduct regular monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of standardized adolescent health programs in all types of schools.

The great curiosity of adolescents to explore things is often not accompanied by careful consideration so that sometimes the actions are risky for themselves, others, and the surrounding environment. One problem that can arise is reproductive health problems. This training took place at the Muhammadiyah Health Vocational School in Palangkaraya and State High School 1 Palangka Raya with the reason that based on the results of interviews and questionnaires about knowledge of adolescent reproductive health which was still in the low category, no similar training had been carried out at the school. Students at the Vocational School are still teenagers too because they are engaged in health, which will go into the community and can then educate on Adolescent Reproductive Health. Peer groups can be used as a substitute for family, can function to stabilize the influence during the transition as a source of self-esteem, protection from adult coercion. Counselors who use peer counseling services can identify themselves with their peers, and the counselees assume that peer counselors have a willingness to build communication bridges. The results of this activity indicate that there is an increase in the average value of peer counseling skills in the field of adolescent reproductive health. The mean pre-test was 40.8, and the post-test mean was 67.4.

Adolescence is a transition period of human life. Various problems were experienced at that time, especially regarding reproductive health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, youth groups and posyandu activities were stopped. There were many activities previously made by the youth, including joint sports, joint dawn, and Friday night recitations. This shows that there are no activities related to reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to form youth care about reproductive health. The service activities are carried out through 6 stages, starting with discussions with partners about the importance of youth activities in the Covid-19 pandemic, and continued by forming a youth care team. The community service provided knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, socialization of 3 BKKBN modules, training in making handbooks, and the election of ambassadors for adolescent reproductive health. The results are the formation of adolescents who care about reproductive health, increased knowledge, and reproductive health handbooks.

Knowledge and skills have become the most crucial resource capital which enables organizations to survive in the ever changing business environment. One of the common strategies for organizations to increase their performance and productivity is through training and the main role of human resource development is to fulfil the needs of the organizations by providing employees with up to date expertise, information, knowledge and skills. Since huge financial investments and enormous time are allocated for training, organizations hope that the training will lead to the desired workoutcomes. However, this does not always happen. There is only a small percentage of training programs which had successfully shown lasting transferability to the workplace and this indicates thatunderstanding and improving the training transfer process is still a major concern for training researchers and practitioners. As training transfer is influenced by several variables at different levels of analysis, this study attempts to investigate the relationship between training transfer determinants, the involvement of different stakeholders and training activities in the training process. Specifically, this study investigates the influence of training transfer determinants on goal setting amongst small businesswomen. In addition, it will emphasize the roles of primary stakeholders in the social networkat different times during the training process towards achieving training transfer. Therefore, the framework postulates social networks as a moderating variable in enhancing training transfer andgoal setting amongst small businesswomen.

Digitalization has transformed all aspects of life, from social interactions to the working environment and education, something that accelerated with the emergence of COVID-19. The same stands for education and training activities, where the use of digital tools has been gradually advancing and become merely online because of the virus. This brought forth the need to discuss further the applications, benefits, and challenges of digital tools within the framework of the education and training process, and the need to study examples of successful applications. This study aims to support both these requirements by presenting the case study of REFUGEEClassAssistance4Teachers project and its outcomes.
