Exclusive breastfeeding (according to WHO) is breastfeeding only for infants up to 6 months of age without additional fluids or other foods. Exclusive breastfeeding is giving only breast milk without other food and drinks. Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for the first 6 months of life (WHO, 2005). Background: Breastfeeding in Indonesia has not been fully implemented and there is still very low level of exclusive breastfeeding, especially for working mothers. From the results of observations made by researchers, data was obtained that 8 out of 10 working mothers who breastfeed (babies aged 6-12 months) do not exclusively breastfeed their babies, and 9 out of 10 non-working mothers who breastfeed (babies aged 6-12 months) giving exclusive breastfeeding to the baby. Purpose: To determine the relationship between employment status and exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional approach, with job status as the independent variable and exclusive breastfeeding as the dependent variable, using 21 samples. Result: This research was conducted using quantitative methods, namely by distributing a form in the form of a g-form so that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between long working hours for working mothers and exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: there is a relationship between work status and exclusive breastfeeding.

Background: Increased female labor is one of the challenges in making the exclusive breastfeeding program successful. Factors that hinder the success of a working mother are short time off work, shorter workplace support, shorter breaks at work, no open space for milking the mother's milk, opposition to the mother's need for increased breastfeeding and production. Objective: To find out the relationship between family support and company support with the performance of working mothers in the Pekalongan Regency.Method: an analytical study related to family and relationships with mother companies in Pekalongan District with cross sectional support. The independent variable in this study is family assistance and company support, while the independent variable is the assistance of working mothers. The population in this study was the study of working mothers in companies in the Pekalongan Regency. Results: analysis with the Chi square test obtained p value of 0.856 (> 0.05) so that it can be concluded that there is no relationship between families support and performance. The analysis with the chi square test obtained a p value of 0.008 (<0.05), which concerns the relationship between corporate support and performance resulting in an odds ratio of 7.87, company support that can produce 8 times the consuming performance gets better.Suggestion: Company leaders need to maintain and improve policies for female employees to facilitate breastfeeding, and also need to be provided with lactation rooms that make it easier for mothers to milk breast milk between working hours.

Just 64 from 100 baby’s (64%) who had immunization on schedule. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants associated with the administration of immunization in infants aged 0-12 months in the work field of Puskesmas Sukakarya. This is an observational analytic study with two groups cross sectional approach. Samples were 100 mothers of baby. Sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires with structured questions, bivariate data analysis using chi square test and multivariate data analysis using multiple logistic regression test. The results of this study indicated that factors related to basic immunization in infants aged 0-12 months in the work field of Puskesmas Sukakarya in 2018 were employment status, access to immunization service, knowledge level and mother attitude. The result of multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant determinant is mother's employment status, with p-value 0.000 and OR 88.170. This means that working mothers are at risk of not providing basic immunization 88 times compared to mothers who are unemployed. It is expected that health officers and health agencies, especially puskesmas, should provide immunization services considering working hours for infant mothers, so that working mothers continue to have the same opportunity to provide immunization to their infants immunization schedule. Keywords: Determinants, mothers of infants aged 0-12 months, giving basic immunization.

Background: Low level of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and mother's employment status become factors causing flawed exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia. The high number of working mothers makes babies unable to be exclusively breastfed. Objective: This study determined the relationship of knowledge and mother's employment status with exclusive breastfeeding in Sidotopo. Method: This study was a descriptive analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 57 respondents. The primary data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed by using chi-square test. Results: There were 52 mothers (91%) who did not exclusively breastfeed. Most of them (94.4%) had insufficient knowledge and did not exclusively breastfeed. The number of mothers who had good knowledge and exclusively breastfed was only 3 mothers (14.3%). Most mothers (73.7%) who did not work did not exclusively breastfed their babies (90.5%). Among 15 working mothers (26.3%), only 1 mother (6.7%) exclusively breastfed. Based on the bivariate analysis test, there was no relationship of mother's knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding (P value = 0.346 > 0.05). There was no relationship of mother's employment status with exclusive breastfeeding (P value= 0.604 <0.05). Conclusion: Environment and habits of providing complementary food to babies aged less than 6 months are difficult to avoid it, and thus babies cannot gain the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding.

ObjectivesAlthough the effects of long working hours on liver function remain unclear, in South Korea, there is a social perception that long working hours are associated with poor liver function. Thus, long working hours have recently become a major issue. This study aimed to determine the association between long working hours and liver function, as indicated by the alanine transaminase (ALT) levels.DesignCross-sectional study.SettingLarge university hospitals in Seoul and Suwon, South Korea.ParticipantsWorkers in formal employment who underwent a comprehensive health examination at the Kangbuk Samsung Hospital Total Healthcare Centre clinics in Seoul and Suwon, South Korea, between January 2011 and December 2018. Of the 386 488 participants, 212 421 met the inclusion criteria and were included in the analysis.Primary outcome measureALT elevation.ResultsThe participants were predominantly well-educated (86.1%), male (69.3%) and in their 30s (49.6%). In total, 13.4% of the participants presented ALT elevation (>40 IU/L). There was no significant association between working hours and ALT elevation in the general population and in the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)-negative group. Conversely, in the HBsAg-positive group, working >60 hours per week compared with 35–40 hours per week was significantly associated with ALT elevation. The association was more pronounced in those with ALT levels >80 IU/L (OR 1.94, 95% CI 1.24 to 3.01) than in those with ALT levels >40 IU/L (OR: 1.45, 95% CI 1.20 to 1.75). The p values for trend were <0.05.ConclusionsLong working hours were associated with ALT elevation only in hepatitis B virus carriers and not in the general population. Provided that there is adherence to the legal working hours, there is no need to further restrict working hours for liver health, irrespective of HBsAg status.
