Introduction. The course of processes of situational control and regulation in the business administration of business processes in corporations’ potential management has become the subject of the study. Purpose. The article aims to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of assessing the efficiency of business administration of an entrepreneurial corporatized business company in the context of optimizing its organizational and economic development. Results. The system of formalized quantitative assessments of organizational and managerial analysis of the enterprise has been formed. It allows, in a number of cases, to identify certain aspects of compliance with the desirable characteristics of the level of business administration of business processes in order to ensure the rational use of the potential of corporations. The methodical approach for optimizing the density and the radius of administration of business processes of the corporation in the context of rational use of its organizational and economic potential has been proposed. The need to consider certain corrective adjustments (coefficients) for the influence of a number of important factors has been specified. Among these factors, we can identify the following ones: the characteristic of the transport and logistics component of individual strategic business units of the corporation, their organizational and technical level of production, the quality of the impact of structural changes in the strategic potential of the corporation relative to each strategic business units etc. The research has been conducted on the basis of a conditional example of business process optimization of a corporation. The company has a head office and separate strategic business units in different cities of Ukraine, in terms of increasing the efficiency of using its production and economic, organizational and economic potential on the basis of improving the value of the weighted average radius and the density of administration. We have analysed the average weighted areas of corporation administration with respect to the coordinates of the real and optimal administration centre. Conclusions as for the necessity of introduction of measures aimed at reducing the distance between real and optimal administrative centres have been made. It will certainly help to increase the effectiveness of the impact of the level of administration on business processes of the corporation. The offered approach to optimize the density and the radius of administration of business processes of the corporation in the context of rational use of its organizational and economic potential will allow improving the efficiency of the processes of situational control and regulation in business administration of corporations in the conditions of constant dynamic transformations of market space.

Introduction. This study analyzes the impact of the new COVID-19 coronavirus infection on the creative industries in the Russian Federation, as well as finding solutions to support this area in the context of the pandemic. Theoretical analysis. Since the latest imperatives of the current world processes dictate the need for structural changes in the state economic activity, the actual principle of the economic activity organization can be called the creative industries concept development, which include industries related to the creation of a certain cultural or creative product, IT-sphere, fashion and design, advertising and marketing products, as well as folk art and craft. Due to the relevance of the creative industries development, modern research on the theory of creative economy development pays great attention to the study of the specifics of this activity and ways to improve it. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the crisis in the creative industries, as well as a detailed analysis of the opportunities and threats of the crisis. Empirical analysis. Based on the analysis of the activities of companies in the creative industries, the authors of the article identify opportunities for the development of companies in the creative sphere in terms of economic and social efficiency. New trends in the transformation of business processes in various fields (theatre, film industry, music, exhibition and Museum activities) are considered. Results. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the urgent tasks in the situation of forced quarantine measures are the timely transformation of creative industries with the use of information technologies, the transition to online areas of interaction with consumers, as well as state support for creative industries most affected by the crisis.

The article provides a comprehensive scientific substantiation and study of organizational and legal principles and mechanisms of public management of socio-economic risks in the context of digitalization. Emphasis placed on the fact that in complex modern state and social processes, as well as relations in the field of economic and entrepreneurial activities, it is difficult to imagine their functioning without the use of information and digital technologies, because their use has facilitated and even changed various areas of business and respectively management processes in the field of business administration. To date, in the scientific literature there are studies on such a phenomenon as digitalization, which are mainly descriptive in nature and relate to various areas of modern society, including the consequences of digitalization for modern society, directly at the enterprise level, the impact on enterprises of various fields. As well as the issue of digitalization of various sectors of the economy. Instead, the concept of "digitalization" and its place in the processes of business administration of business structures and socio-economic relations is becoming increasingly important. It concluded that the management and business administration of the business structure in the digitalization of society should have a number of specific features, in particular, the entrepreneur should, taking into account modern technologies, become a story customer-oriented to the business structure. At the same time, customer orientation in the traditional economy and digital economy is of different nature: in the traditional economy, managing customer needs in the company as a whole, and in the digitalization of the economy  the needs of a particular consumer; as channels of advancement in the traditional economy are mainly offline communications, and in the digital economy  digitalization elements of public administration. The transition to customer orientation in a digital economy is an important management process that requires changes not only in individual business processes of business structures, but also in the work of the whole organization, certain adjustments must be made to the business administration of the business structure in general.

The article, based on the analysis of the evolution of the service sector, examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of consulting activities, highlighting aspects of the structure, types of consulting, as well as the reasons for the demand for consulting services. In the process of scientific research is determined by the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, grouping, formed the conditions for the spread of demand for consulting services in the world. It is determined that the problems that arise in modern enterprises and the significant level of uncertainty in the business environment, which causes uncertainty for managers, necessitate seeking help. The rapid progress of management consulting is also due to the lack of agreed standards (as opposed to such types of consulting as law or accounting), which allows almost any specialist, even a little knowledgeable in this matter, to consult. Today, there is a trend of colonization by American and European consulting markets in Asia, India and Eastern Europe. Thanks to this geopolitics, leading consulting firms receive more than a third of their profits. Recently, counselling in the social and public sectors has become attractive and profitable. Significant attention in the study is focused on the level of competition in the field of consulting in the world. Therefore, it is determined that the effectiveness of counseling directly depends on the personal participation and professionalism of a particular counselor. In this regard, the mutual understanding of the consultant and the client and their fruitful cooperation become especially important. The problems, tendencies and challenges faced by enterprises that require the involvement of external business consultants are analyzed, as well as the problems that accompany consulting companies in the process of activity. The analysis emphasized the peculiarities of the process of managing business units, as well as the impact on the level of economic security of economic entities.

This paper discusses the importance and methods of Human Resource management in the high-technology companies of the Travel, Transport and Logistic industry. The qualification and motivation of the employees is a key factor of increasing the effectiveness and competitiveness of the big marker players. In this study the particular attention is paid to the digital tools and software to optimize and improve the quality of the HR business processes. As a result of this study, it was found that information technologies can reduce the time of the recruiting and hiring processing and present the detailed analytics on the workforce to the executive management. It would be interesting to consider the impact of investments in HR business process optimization on the general effectiveness of the transportation industry.

The positive impulses generated and transmitted by the regional center cause structural changes in the socio-economic development of the entire region and even often go beyond its frontiers. The purpose of the article is to determine the intensity of the impact of the regional center on the socio-economic development of the administrative districts, taking into account their territorial remoteness, using the example of Lviv and the districts of the Lviv region. The author classifies the administrative districts of the region according to the index of social (7 indicators), economic (10 indicators) and socio-economic (arithmetic mean of indicators of economic and social development) development. A high inverse dependence of the index of socio-economic development of the districts on their distance from the regional center was established. According to the study results, three types of administrative districts were identified: central, semi-peripheral and peripheral. The central administrative districts located in the immediate vicinity of the “core” (no more than 50 km from the regional center), and their socio-economic development index is within 0.5-0.7. Semi-peripheral administrative districts are located a little further from the “core” (50-75 km from the regional center), their socio-economic development index is in the range of 0.3-0.5. Peripheral administrative districts are the most distant from the regional center and have socio-economic development index < 0.3. It was determined that the influence of the regional center on the socio-economic development of the administrative districts has a centrifugal-zonal character, since the intensity of this influence decreases with an increase in the distance between the administrative districts and the “core”. At the same time, the level of socio-economic development of administrative districts depends, on the one hand, on the strength of development impulses generated by the regional center, and on the other, is determined by the available local economic potential and the ability to absorb the impacts of the regional center and other local growth poles.

This paper presents an analysis of trends in the development of international trade in the context of digitalization. The growing process of digitalization can lead to qualitative changes in all sectors of domestic economy and foreign trade. At the present stage important aspects of growth, development and digitalization of economies of the countries participating in international trade and economic relations are primarily electronic trade, export and import operations and management at the national and the interstate level. The subject of this study is economic relations arising in the process of implementing operations on the international exchange of goods and services in the context of digitalization of the world economy. The purpose of the study is to identify the main trends and tendencies in the development of international trade in the digital transformation of economic and political relations. The study uses the economic and statistical method that reveals the main trends in the development of digitalization and international trade, and the system-structural method that analyzes the structural changes in the impact of digitalization on international trade. As a result, the authors have developed tools to promote digitalization in international trade and international economic relations. The development of international trade in modern conditions is most dependent on digital technologies that have an impact on e-commerce and business processes in international trade.

The article assesses the impact of various factors on the growth rate of international trade. Many experts interpreted the cross-border flows of goods decline against the backdrop of a growing global economy as an alarming sign that indicates a slowdown in the processes of globalization. To determine the reasons for the dynamics of international trade, the decompositions of its growth rate were carried out and allowed to single out the effect of the dollar exchange rate, the commodities prices and global value chains on the change in the volume of trade. As a result, it was discovered that the most part of the dynamics of international trade is due to fluctuations in the exchange rate of the dollar and prices for basic commodity groups. The negative contribution of trade within global value chains in 2014 was also revealed. During the investigated period (2000—2014), such a picture was observed only in the crisis periods, which may indicate the beginning of structural changes in the world trade.

The market of tobacco products in Ukraine is one of the most dynamic and competitive. It develops under the influence of certain factors that cause structural changes, therefore, the aim of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of transformation processes in the market of tobacco and their alternatives in Ukraine and identify the factors that cause them. The high level of tax burden and the proliferation of alternative products with a potentially lower risk to human health, including heating tobacco products and e-cigarettes, are key factors in the market’s transformation process. Their presence leads to an increase in illicit turnover of tobacco products, which accounts for 6.37% of the market, and the gradual replacement of cigarettes with alternative products, which account for 12.95%. The presence on the market of products that are not taxed or taxed at lower rates is one of the reasons for the reduction of excise duty revenues. According to the results of 2019, the planned indicators of revenues were not met by 23.5%. Other reasons for non-fulfillment of excise duty revenues include: declining dynamics of the tobacco products market; reduction in the number of smokers; reorientation of «cheap whites» cigarette flows from Ukraine to neighboring countries; tax avoidance. Prospects for further research are identified, namely the need to develop measures for state regulation and optimization of excise duty taxation of tobacco products and their alternatives, taking into account the risks to public health and increasing demand of illegal products.

Subject. The emergence of new ways of interaction between sellers and buyers, the formation of new sales channels and product promotion based on the use of digital economy tools is at the heart of improving the business processes. Social networks became a tool for development; their rapid growth necessitates theoretical understanding and identification of potential application in enterprise's business process digitalization. Objectives. We explore the role of social media in the digitalization of business processes, systematize the impact of social networks on business processes of enterprises in the digital economy. Methods. The theoretical and methodological analysis of social networks as a tool for digitalization of company's business processes rests on the content analysis of domestic and foreign scientific studies, comparison, generalization and systematization. Results. We highlight the key effects of the impact of social networks on the business processes of the company; show that the digitalization of business processes should be considered in the context of a value-based approach, aimed at creating a value through the algorithmization of company operations. We determine that social networks are one of the most important tools for digitalization of company's business processes, as they have a high organizational and management potential. We also systematize the effects of social media on company's business processes. Conclusions. We present theoretical provisions of the impact of social networks on business processes of enterprises, which will enable to model and organize ideas about the development of digital ecosystems and the formation of business models.
