Latar Belakang : Bertambahnya masalah gangguan jiwa diperlukan peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan terutama keperawatan. Penanganan gangguan jiwa diperlukan sikap caring yaitu memberikan perhatian terhadap seseorang. Salah satu cerminan sikap caring adalah berkomunikasi dengan baik. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Persepsi, Motivasi, dan Gaya kepemimpinan Dengan Sikap Caring Perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Jawa Tengah 2018. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian ini adalah correlation dengan pendekatan cross sectional dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Jawa Tengah tanggal 11 Mei 2018 – 4 Juni 2018. Jumlah sampel menggunakan Tehnik Purposive sampling yaitu 70 responden. Alat ukur kuesioner. Analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Somers’d. Hasil Penelitian : Persepsi p-value<α (0,035<0,05), Motivasi p-value>α (0,080>0,05), gaya Kepemimpinan p-value<α (0,043<0,05) dan analisa multivariat menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda 4 Variabel, tidak terdapat hubungan secara partial maupun simultan antara persepsi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dengan sikap caring. Kesimpulan :Terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dengan sikap caring perawat, tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan sikap caring perawat, ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan sikap caring perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Jawa Tengah. Saran : Hasil penelitian bagi Stikes Bethesda, dapat dijadikan refrensi tambahan tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap caring perawat.   Kata Kunci : persepsi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, caring     ABSTRACT    Background : Caring is giving attention to others. One reflection of caring is to maintain good communication. In mental nursing, maintaining a good communication is a key of successful mental nursing care practice. Caring can be influenced by nurses, in terms of perception and motivation and it can also be influenced by unit manager’s leadership style. Objective : To know the correlation between perception, motivation and leadership style with caring attitude of nurses in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java in 2018. Method : It was a correlation research with cross sectional approach done in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java in 11th May – 4th June 2018. The sample was 70 respondents taken with total sampling technique. Data was collected with questionnaire. Analysis was done with Kendall’s Tau test. Result : The result shows df 3, p-value > α (0,388>0,05), (0,170>0,05), (0,725>0,05) and multivariate analysis with 4 variable multiple regression shows there is no correlation either partially or simultaneously between perception, motivation, leadership style to caring attitude. Conslusion: There is no correlation between perception, motivation and leadership style with caring attitude of nurses in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java in 2018. Suggestion : This research can be an additional reference about factors that influence caring attitude of nurses.   Keyword : perception, motivation, leadership style, caring

Abstrack: Nurse’s performance is a quality and quantity work result accomplished by a nurse in fulfilling her duties according to her responsibilities in providing nursing care to the patient overall. There is some factors that influence the nurse performance,one of the factor is leadership style. The research purpose is to identify the leadership style og head room to the nurse and nurse performance to the patient and to analyze whether there is any relation of leadership style of head room with nurse performance in inpatient room of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado. The research design used is descriptive analysis method through cross-sectional. The sample consists of 61 respondents obtained by using non random sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The result of the research significant result was obtained at ρ-value=1,000 >(0,05). The condusion is that there is no relation between leadership style of head room with nurse performance in inpatient room of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado.Keywords: Head office leadership style, nurse performanceAbstrak: Kinerja perawat adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang perawat dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien secara menyeluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan pada perawat dan kinerja perawat pada pasien serta menganalisis Apakah Ada Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan Dengan Kinerja Perawat Diruang Rawat Inap RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 61 responden yang didapat dengan menggunakan tehnik non random sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai signifikan p-value = 1,000 > (0,05) Kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat diruang rawat inap RSU GMIM Panacaran Kasih Manado.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan, Kinerja Perawat

In the hospital, nursing staff are the greatest number of hospital human resource and the longest staff who interact with clients. Nursing practice standards,  include  the  standard  of  care  and  the  professional  performance standard that are use as evaluations in assessment nursing care who carry out by nurses. Performance or work performance comes from job performance word (work performance or real achievement someone has ever achieved). The factors that can affect on someone performance, are individual factors: abilities, skills, family background, work experience, social level and demography factor; psychological factors: perception, role, attitude, personality, motivation, and job satisfaction; organizational factors: organizational structure, job design, and leadership. To getting nurses with good performance, hospital need a leader who can understand the nurses' necessary and can provides good environmental assistance to make nurses feel motivated. This study aims to determine the relationship between room head's leaderschip style and work motivation in the inpatient room of AN-NISA Hospital, Tangerang. The research design used is a quantitative correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study is  organizer nurses in the inpatient room of AN-NISA Hospital in Tangerang and using  purposive  sampling  technique  with  83  respondents.  Analysis  technique using Chi-square test. The results showed that the dominant style of leadership in inpatient  room  of  AN-NISA  Hospital  Tangerang  is  democratic  style  (48.2%). There is a relationship between the room head's leadership style and the performance of nurses (p.value = 0.033) and there is a relationship between work motivation  and  nurse  performance  (p.  Value  =  0.019).  It  is  hoped  that  this research can be used as a material for evaluating hospitals regarding the leadership style of the head of the room, work motivation and performance of the nurse nurses to be able to maintain and improve the performance of nurses.

Effective leadership is required by the head of the room to create a good performance on nurses to achieve the purpose of the room is provide good and quality health serviceThis study aims to determine the effective leadership of head room with the performance of nurses in nursing care at RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Researchers used descriptive research method correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study nurse who was on duty in the inpatient unit RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam totaling 55 people. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique with 55 respondents. The data collection technique using a questionnaire given to respondents. The results of this study are analyzed in univariate effective leadership of head room (81.8%) with sufficient performance of nurses (50.9%). After bivariate analysis with chi-square test showed that there is a relationship effective leadership of head room with the performance of nurses (p-value = 0.003). This study recommends that the head of the room more attention to implementation of the tasks of nursing care by nurses, as well as providing support in working order, the better the performance of nurses.   Kepemimpinan efektif diperlukan oleh kepala ruangan dalam menciptakan kinerja yang baik pada perawat pelaksana untuk mencapai tujuan ruangan yaitu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan efektif kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan di RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perawat pelaksana yang sedang bertugas RSU Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam berjumlah 55  responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 55. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang  diberikan kepada responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara univariat yaitu kepemimpinan kepala ruangan efektif (81,8%) dengan kinerja perawat cukup (50,9%). Setelah dilakukan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square didapatkan hasil yaitu ada hubungan kepemimpinan efektif kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat (p-value=0,003). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar kepala ruangan lebih memperhatikan pelaksanaan tugas asuhan keperawatan oleh perawat, serta memberikan dukungan dalam bekerja agar kinerja perawat semakin baik.

The quality of service can be determined from the performance of the nurse in providing nursing care. The success of the team method in carrying out the nursing process is determined by the ability of the team leader to assign tasks to team members and direct work to the team. This study aims  to knowing  the relationship between the role of the team leader and the performance of nurses in documenting nursing care at the Jambi Provincial Psychiatric Hospital. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey using self-administered questionnaires The sampling technique was total sampling so that the sample size was 106 nurseswith analysis using the chi square test. The data were analyzed using statistical software. This study investigates the role of team leaders and nurses' performance in documenting nursing care. the role of the team leader in documenting nursing care was 54.1% good. the performance of nurses in documenting nursing care was 53.2% good. The statistical test results showed that the p value (0,000) <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the role of the team leader and the performance of nurses in nursing care documentation.This significant relationship explains that the role of the team leader will have a good influence on the documentation of nursing care carried out by the nurse in charge

Abstract: The use of prosthesis, Social Status, Confidence. This study aimed to analyze the effect of using transtibial prosthesis (artificial leg) and social status of the self-esteem in patients post transtibial amputation. The design was observational analytic research using cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all patients who come to the post amputation Kuspito Clinic Prosthetic orthotic Karanganyar, Central Java in 2012 by using purposive sampling technique. Independent variables in this study is the use of transtibial prosthesis (artificial leg) and social status, and the dependent variable in this study is the confidence (mentioned measuring devices) patients post transtibial amputation. The first hypothesis test results indicate the probability value (p-value) of 0.000 <α = 0,05 so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means that there is the effect of using transtibial prosthesis (artificial leg) against the confidence in patients post transtibial amputation. The second hypothesis test indicates the probability (p-value) of 0,010 <α = 0,05 so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means there is the influence of social status on the convenience for patients post transtibial amputation. As well as a third hypothesis test for social status variables obtained probability value (p-value) = 0.542> α = 0.05, while for the variable use of prosthesis obtained probability value (p-value) = 0,000 <α = 0.05. Influence and the associated level of use transtibial prosthesis (artificial leg) against the confidence in transtibial amputation in patients post Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotic Clinic. There is an effect on the level of association of the social status of the self-esteem in patients post amputation transtibial Clinic Kuspito orthotic prosthetic No effect and the level of causality (causal) use of prosthesis transtibial (artificial leg) and social status to increase confidence in patients post amputation transtibial in Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotic clinic.

<p class="jkshead1">ABSTRACT</p><p><em>Burnout is physical, emotional, and mental fatigue due to long-term involvement in situations full of emotional demands. Nursing students may be at risk for burnout due to the many tasks and routines of lif</em><em>e.</em><em> </em><em>This research aimed to describe burnout in students of nursing department and burnout level difference between two periods of intake. This research used quantitative descriptive study with the type of cross sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. The sample size was 156 respondents</em><em>.</em><em> Data were analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage, as well as Kolmogorov-Smirnov.<strong> </strong>The majority of respondents were female (80,8%), chose a major that fit their interest (67,9%), very satisfactory GPA (62,8%), and from Central Java (65,4%). The number of respondents in 2013 and 2014 was 77 and 79 students. respectively. The majority of students experiencing moderate level of burnout was (56,4%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran <em>burnout</em> pada mahasiswa jurusan keperawatan dan perbedaan tingkat <em>burnout</em> antara kedua periode angkatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain c<em>ross sectional</em>. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik <em>total sampling</em> sejumlah 156 responden. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase, serta <em>Kolmogorov-Smirnov</em>. Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (80,8%), kuliah sesuai dengan minatnya (67,9%), IPK sangat memuaskan (62,8%), dan berasal dari Jawa Tengah (65,4%). Jumlah responden angkatan 2013 dan 2014 adalah 77 dan 79 orang. Mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami <em>burnout </em>tingkat sedang (56,4%). Uji <em>Kolmogorov-Smirnov</em> menunjukkan <em>p-value</em> 0,170. Nurses’ obedience in implementing the nursing care documentation is still a phenomenon that occurs in several hospitals in Indonesia. This study attempts to analyze the nurses’ obedience in documenting the nursing care. This quantitative study used a correlation method with a cross-sectional approach, samples from 63 implementing nurses and 63 of the nursing care documentation obtained by using proportionate random sampling technique. The results showed the highest proportion were age &lt;35 years (73.02%), women (93.65%) with vocational education (95.24%), Length of employment ≥2 years (96.83%) with permanent employee status (95.24%) and most of the nurse disobedience in documenting the nursing care (98.41%). There was no correlation among Age (p-value = 0.270), Gender, Education, Length of employment, Staffing Status (p-value = 1.000). The researcher suggested that the Palembang Islamic Hospital to conduct a review of the nursing care format form and SPO the nursing care documentation including the SPO implementation, then conduct periodic internal audits, provide training or include nurses in training in filling the nursing care documentation used in the Palembang Islamic Hospital that also needs to be done, as well as optimizing the reward and punishment system for nurses related to the implementation of the nursing care documentation.

Upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya penyakit ISPA, diperlukan perilaku hidup sehat salah satunya yaitu dengan tidak merokok. Kenyataannya di masyarakat, merokok dijadikan suatu kebiasaan dan sulit dihentikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku  masyarakat dalam penggunaan rokok. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengetahuan perokok aktif dan perokok pasif tentang bahaya rokok. Penelitian ini bersifat retrospektif menggunakan desain penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. semua warga desa Margolinduk, Kecamatan Bonang, Kabupaten Demak Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan tinggal menetap > dari 6 bulan yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penentuan besar sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat berupa distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan mann whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan antara perokok aktif dengan perokok pasif (p value= 0,000). Perlu upaya dari tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya rokok terhadap kesehatan melalui pendidikan kesehatan pada semua tahap usia.   Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, perokok aktif, perokok pasif.   DIFFERENCE OF ACTIVE AND PASSIVE SMOKING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CIGARETTE HAZARDS   ABSTRACT Efforts to reduce the occurrence of ARI, a healthy lifestyle is needed, one of which is not smoking. In fact, in society, smoking is a habit and difficult to stop. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of people in the use of cigarettes. The study aimed to analyze the differences in knowledge of active smokers and passive smokers about the dangers of smoking. This study is retrospective using a comparative research design with a cross sectional approach. all residents of Margolinduk village, Bonang Subdistrict, Demak Regency, Central Java Province, and lived for> 6 months totaling 100 people. Determination of sample size using total sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate analysis in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using Mann Whitney. The results showed that there was a difference in knowledge between active smokers and passive smokers (p value = 0,000). Efforts are needed from health workers to increase public knowledge about the dangers of smoking to health through health education at all stages of age.  Keywords: Knowledge, active smokers, passive smoking.

The quality demands of implementing nursing care are greatly influenced by the workload of nurses, the workload of nurses must also be in accordance with the abilities and work motivation of a nurse so that it is in accordance with nursing care standards. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload with nurses' work motivation in carrying out nursing care in the inpatient room of Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Descriptive correlation research design with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient ward with a total of 56 people, the sampling technique used total population. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test. The results showed a high workload of nurses 69.6% and motivation of nurses to carry out low nursing care 67.8%. Chi-Square test results there is a relationship of workload with nurse work motivation in implementing nursing care with a p-value of 0.017. Then it can be concluded that the workload has a relationship with the work motivation of nurses in implementing nursing care. It is recommended that the hospital adjust the number of nurses to the number of available patients and pay attention to the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care.

Introduction. Based on the analysis introduction with 6 children, children who have a democratic parenting was 3, authoritarian was 2, and permissive was 1. This study aimed to determine the correlation of parenting parents with emotional intelligence development of preschool children in the Kindergarten Panti Puruhita Krapyak Semarang. Methods. This study was a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The populations in this study were 90 students in the Kindergarten Panti Puruhita. The sample acquired with a purposive sampling technique. Total sample of this study were 72 respondents. Instruments used questionnairs and observation sheets. The data were analyzed by Fisher Exact test. Result. From the analysis acquired p value of 0,001≤0.05. There was a correlation patterns of parenting with emotional development preschool children in the Kindergarten Panti Puruhita Krapyak Semarang. Discussion. Parents were expected to apply democratic parenting thus improving emotional intelligence development of preschool children.Keywords : Patterns of parenting, Emotional intelligence, Preschool
