Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

Patients and methods. 154 pregnant women in gestation term from 22 to 40 weeks were surveyed. Depending on features of course of pregnancy and families of all surveyed it was divided into 4 groups. The group of the retrospective analysis was made by 45 pregnant women with decompensation placental dysfuction, the group of prospective research included 109 pregnant women of whom the main group was made by 38 women with decompensation form of placental dysfunction, the group of comparison included 47 pregnant women with the compensated form of placental dysfunction. The control group was made by 24 pregnant women with the uncomplicated course of pregnancy and labors. The complex of the conducted researches included clinical, ehografical, dopplerometrical, laboratory, morphological and statistical methods. Results. Use of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions allows to increase efficiency of diagnostics of decompensation form of placental dysfunction for 33.3%, and rational tactics of a delivery leads to depression of perinatal pathology for 22.7%. Conclusion. Decompensation placental dysfuction is one of the main reasons for perinatal mortality and a case rate at the present stage. Use of the algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions improved by us allows major factors of risk of this complication and the indication for change of tactics and delivery times. Key words: decompensation placental dysfunction, diagnostics, delivery tactics.

Background: In Batik Mawar, almost all work is done manually using the hands and upper arms on a continuous basis combined with the rigor of work and the use of traditional tools. The work has a heavy workload because all the work process is done by the same craftsman causing fatigue besides that the worker also have double role. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and dual role with feelings of fatigue on craftsmen batik roses.Method: This research is Quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study are all artisans in Batik Mawar. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique with the number of research samples as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used by Univariat and Bivariat.Result: Result of data analysis using Chi-Square test for work load got value p-Value = 0,001. The result of data analysis using Chi-square test for double role got p-value = 0,031. Thus it is concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between workload and dual role with feeling tired. M-learning or mobile learning is defined as learning through mobile apps, social interactions and online educational hubs via Internet or network using personal mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones. However, in such open environment examination security is most challenging task as students can exchange mobile devices or also can exchange information through network during examination. This paper aims to design secure examination management system for m- learning and provide appropriate mechanism for anti- impersonation to ensure examination security. The users are authenticated through OTP. To prevent students from exchanging mobile devices during examination, system re-authenticates students automatically through face recognition at random time without interrupting the test. The system also provides external click management i.e. prevent students from accessing online sites and already downloaded files during examination.

AbstractWe propose a new method for calculating probabilities for pedigree genetic data that incorporates crossover interference using the chi-square models. Applications include relationship inference, genetic map construction, and linkage analysis. The method is based on importance sampling of unobserved inheritance patterns conditional on the observed genotype data and takes advantage of fast algorithms for no-interference models while using reweighting to allow for interference. We show that the method is effective for arbitrarily many markers with small pedigrees.

AbstractThe mobile device market, particularly for smart phones, has experienced incredible growth over the past five years. What sets this market apart is the use of applications or apps for just about anything from information to purchases. The purpose of the study was to examine the effectiveness of branded apps on consumers’ attitudes toward brands as well as purchase intentions. The sample was drawn from students enrolled at a southwestern university in the United States, resulting in 50 usable questionnaires. Results of Pearson’s correlation analysis indicated that using branded apps strongly influenced users’ attitudes toward brands; however, using branded apps had a smaller impact on purchase intentions. As well, attitudes towards the branded apps, although significant, had a limited impact on purchase intentions. Implications of the findings were then discussed.

E-banking is the alternative delivery channels that banks adopted for providing efficient banking services through the help of internet, computers, mobile phone etc. Banks’ customers were considered as population and primary data were collected through questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square test were used for analyzing the data. The results indicated that customers prefer ATM banking services most, next to follow mobile banking and online banking. The customers believed that all types of e-banking products save time and except telephone banking others types of e-banking products were secured. Online banking and ATM banking services were not considered as cost effective. Analysis indicated no relationship between online banking and different demographic variables. ATM banking services was highly influenced by most of the demographic variables whereas internet banking, mobile banking and telephone banking influenced by few demographic variables i.e. age groups, education level, and monthly income. The results help banks to develop varieties of e-banking products and formulate strategies by considering the demographic characteristics of the customers. Customers expect more users friendly e-banking products along with diversify features and suggested to develop latest e-banking products like mobile apps based banking for ensuring long term customers relationship, attracting potential customers and keeping existing customers that may ensure consistent growth and profit as well.
